Development disparity between two regions including development disparity of education is one of factors causing students migrate to Yogyakarta. This research was conducted in Yogyakarta with student respondents from NTT members of KESA. This study aims to identify the interests of students from NTT members of KESA becoming permanent migrants in Yogyakarta according to the regional potential valuation. The research method used was a mixed method using a survey method of 43 people and in-depth interviews with seven people. The data collected is presented in the form of: (1) descriptive using single frequency tables and cross tables, and (2) qualitative analysis to strengthen or support quantitative research. The results showed that the interest of students from NTT members of KESA based on the valuation of the potential Yogyakarta region and NTT region is known that most migrants who are interested becoming permanent migrants in Yogyakarta assess the potential of Yogyakarta region is better than potential of NTT region.

This study is intended to determine the extent of the implementation of the KRPL program in Semarang city, with a focus on analyzing the characteristics of its implementation and analyzing the program's contribution to the economies of beneficiary families. This study uses a mixed method that elaborates quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis was carried out through a survey method by distributing questionnaires to all members of the household beneficiaries in 2018, totaling 120 people. Qualitative analysis was used to strengthen quantitative analysis, through in-depth interviews with Semarang Food Security Department officials and companion group of beneficiaries. The results showed that the characteristics of the KRPL program beneficiaries were mostly productive age housewives with primary and secondary education. The implementation of the KRPL program has the potential to grow economic benefits. Even though at present, the KRPL program is limited to self-consumption and contributes to reducing domestic expenditure on food, but if taken seriously and sustainably on a broader scale, this program can be an alternative to improve welfare and reduce urban poverty

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to study the impact of firm ' s reputation and ethnocentrism on young consumer ' s attitude toward products with foreign origin. Design/methodology/approach – To attain the above objective “Mixed Method Approach” is employed. In the present study mixed method research is proposed by integrating qualitative and quantitative technique for data analysis for better breadth and depth of understanding. Findings – Reputation of the firm is found to have a significant impact on young consumers as it minimizes animosity and develops positive attitude toward products with foreign origin. Research limitations/implications – To collect data from the respondents vignettes/story boards were used which led to certain manipulation and hence it could be a limitation. Practical implications – The findings will be useful for the marketers to design their positioning strategies more specific to their target segments for better results. Originality/value – The present study made two significant academic contributions. First, the present study added to the literature of consumer behavior by studying young consumer ' s product preference using an integrated model that depicts variables relevant to the context of globalization, with better predictability. Second, by integrating qualitative research method and quantitative research method to develop better breadth and depth of understanding on customer ' s product preference, the study also contributed to the literature of advanced research methodology in consumer behavior.

This research aims to analyze the relationship characteristic of respondents, purchasing power and the origin of ethnic groups with the foster pattern in the feeding of milk escort food (MPASI) in infants aged 0-12 months in Jambi city. This research using methods is an observational research with a mixed method research method between qualitative and quantitative research. This research was conducted in several tribes in Jambi city, such as the people of Origin Jambi as the result of the research is characteristic of respondents who have a last education low of 38 people (39.6%), knowledge of MPASI less well as 66 people (68.8%), customs habits (MPASI) less good as many as 45 people (46.9%), not working as much as 77 people ( And the foster pattern of poor MPASI as much as 50 people (52.1%).

The major purpose of the study was to measure the effects of the formative assessment in the improvement of English writing skills at intermediate level. This study used a quantitative research method, descriptive in nature, so the researcher used the survey method for data collection. The study was delimited to Sahiwal division of Punjab province. The population of the study comprised of all 246 male and female colleges and higher secondary schools of Sahiwal division which are affiliated with BISE Sahiwal. Sample of this study consists of intermediate part II (328) students. A 30 items questionnaire was developed, administered and managed. Data analysis was performed by using descriptive statistics. The result shows that formative assessment assists in English writing skills, and the students face difficulties in improving English writing skills. Special lectures and trainings may be managed for English writing skills and give a specific focus on writing skills during formative assessment.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the influences of Transformational Leadership, Power Distance and Followership on the Capability of Officers' Decision Making in Kostrad. The research method used is the survey method which is taken from 293 respondents and associative research explanations using the quantitative research. The writer uses path analysis as the data analysis techniques. The results of the study shows that (1) Transformational Leadership has a direct positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities, (2) Power Distance has a direct positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities, (3) Followership has a direct positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities, 4) Transformational leadership has a direct positive in Followership, (5) Power Distance has a direct positive effect in Followership, (6) Transformational leadership has a direct positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities that has a direct positive effect in Power Distance, (7) Transformational leadership is influential not through the Power Distance mediation variable, (8) Transformational leadership has a positive indirect effect in Decision Making Capabilities through mediation in Followership variables. (9) Power Distance has an indirect positive effect in Decision Making Capabilities through mediation in Followership variables.

ABSTRACT This research purposes are to explain and analyzing the Strength of Compensation Influence and Leadership Situation with the Organization Working Climate.This research is using quantitative with the description design using SPPS IBM Advance V21 software.The research method is used a survey method, with quantitative approach using qusioner as main instrument to collect data. The populations used in this sample are 68 out of 85 persons. As partial,there are significant positive influences of compensation to working organization climate and The Leadership Climate. Overall, there are positive compensation influence and leadership situation to working organization climate. On this research, researcher also suggest that the foundation have to focusing on teachers welfare and the leadership must better than one way leadership to be participative leadership to prevent the fast turnover of the teacher. Keywords : Compensation, Leadership Situation and Working Organsization Climate ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan dan menganalisis kekuatan pengaruh kompensasi dan situasi kepemimpinan dengan iklim kerja organisasi, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskripsi dengan memakai software SPSS IBM Advance versi 21. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survai, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kusioner sebagai instrument utama untuk mengumpulkan data populasi yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 68 orang dari 85 orang populasi. Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan kompensasi terhadap iklim kerja organisasi dan situasi kepemimpinan terhadap iklim kerja organisasi. Secara keseluruhan terdapat pengaruh bersama positif signifikan kompensasi dan situasi kepemimpinan terhadap iklim kerja organisasi. Didalam penelitian ini peneliti juga menyarankan bahwa perusahaan harus memperhatikan kesejahteraan guru dan kepemimpinan harus lebih baik dengan kepemimpinan satu arah menjadi kepemimpinan yang partisipatif agar keluar masuknya guru tidak sesering mungkin. This article discusses about influence of learning model of role-playing toward the competence of writing financial report. This article was wrotten by using the quantitative research method with the experimental design of one-group of pretest and posttest. This research was done by giving pretest in the beginning of the lesson to know the beginning competence of the students. The test of hypothesis was done by using Z test with SPSS IBM 22. Based on the beginning calculation, it could be found that p-value (Sig) < α, 0.000<0.05 meant that H0 was rejected. Thus, H1 was stated that the score of posttest was better than the score of pretest. It meant that the learning model of role-playing affected the competence in writing the financial report.

This study analyzes the quality dimension of customer service at PT Sun Life Financial Indonesia on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty. This study uses a survey method by disseminating questionnaires to customers in PT Sun Life Financial Indonesia as the respondent. Quantitative research method using technical analysis structural equation modeling (SEM) with application AMOS 22. The study used samples from 155 respondents. The results showed that the quality dimension of services such as responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and reliability has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty.

Al-Fatah boarding transvestites in jagalan village had establish since 2008 involving transvestites migrants who come from different regions. Their goal was in boarding school is to repair transvestites to be more productive. Pesantren leaders are important actors in the establishment and implementation of activities in these schools. Research objectives, namely: identify the effect of leadership level (level of ability, the level of personality and leadership style) on the level of productivity of the migrant transvestites community; analyze the effect of the productivity level of the migrant transvestites community on the level transvestites did in Jagalan Rural development and village of transvestites. Quantitative research methods approach supported by survey method qualitative data through in-depth interviews. The results showed that the level of leadership (ability level, the level of personality and leadership style) influence the level of productivity of the migrant transvestites community. Productivity levels affect the level of village development and village of origin Jagalan transvestites. Transvestites did ini rural development is realized through donations of money, goods or labor provided to the migrant transvestites community Jagalan village or family parties in their respective home villages.Keywords: rural development, leader, productivity, migrant transvestites-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ABSTRAKPesantren Waria Al-Fatah di Desa Jagalan sudah berdiri sejak tahun 2008 dengan melibatkan waria migran yang datang dari berbagai daerah. Tujuan mereka berada di Pesantren Waria adalah untuk memerbaiki kehidupan menjadi lebih produktif. Pemimpin pesantren merupakan aktor penting dalam pendirian dan pelaksanaan kegiatan di pesantren ini. Tujuan penelitian, yaitu: mengidentifikasi pengaruh tingkat kepemimpinan (tingkat kemampuan, tingkat kepribadian, dan gaya kepemimpinan) terhadap tingkat produktivitas komunitas waria migran; menganalisis pengaruh tingkat produktivitas komunitas waria migran terhadap tingkat peranan waria dalam pembangunan Desa Jagalan dan desa asal waria. Metode penelitian menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang didukung data kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepemimpinan (tingkat kemampuan, tingkat kepribadian, dan gaya kepemimpinan) memengaruhi tingkat produktivitas komunitas waria migran. Tingkat produktivitas memengaruhi tingkat peranan waria dalam pembangunan Desa Jagalan dan desa asal waria. Peranan waria  dalam pembangunan desa diwujudkan melalui sumbangan berupa uang, barang, atau tenaga kerja yang diberikan komunitas waria migran kepada pihak Desa Jagalan ataupun pihak keluarga di desa asal masing-masing.Kata kunci: pembangunan desa, pemimpin, produktivitas, waria migran

The purpose of this research is to see the utilization of zakat funds collected and managed by Lazismu Solo, whether it succeeds in converting mustahik into muzaki or obtaining better than expected results. This field research employs qualitative analysis methods, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and field observations. This result shows that the ZIS (Zakat, Infaq, and Alms) fund utilization program to convert mustahik into muzakki seen from the side of program implementation’s effectiveness and efficiency could be considered successful even though it has not been ideal yet in converting mustahik into muzaki. This success has only led to the mustahik becoming an independent Muslim and regardless of their initial status as a mustahik. In the future, this program must continue to be improved until it actually transforms mustahik into muzakki to become one of the ways to eradicate poverty.
