The research purpose was to describe and analyze how far the influence of external and organization environment as independent variable to individual intellectual competence transformation process to become organization intellectual capital, as dependent variable. The research method used in this research is the survey method with quantitative approach. Research result show that exogen variable of External Environment LE) has influence of 0.565 or 56.5%, and 0,661 or 66,1 % of variable Organization Climate (IKO) to Intellectual Competence (KII) as intervening variable. Meanwhile Intervening KII variable has influence of 0.609 or 60.9% on Intellectual Capital (INO) as endogen variable.

The research purpose is to increase the introduction of balanced nutritions food. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR). The researcher subjects were 22 children of 3-4-year-old children at PPT Pelangi, Pakal, Surabaya. Data collection techniques included: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This research consisted of pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II with 2 meetings/ cycle. The research result showed that in the pre-cycle, it obtained 46,6 %, there was An increase in the first cycle of 61,4 %, it showed an increase in the number of children who developed well, although it was not maximally yet, in the second cycle, It increased as 83 % it showed an increase in the percentage of development with very good growth.

ABSTRACT   This research is aimed to find out the most appropriate propagation method of Siamese Pontianak orange plant vegetatively. This research was done on 31st January 2019 until 31st March 2019 in experimentan garden of Punten, Sidomulyo village, Batu City. The method used in propagation of Siamese Pontianak orange planf vegetatively are insert grafting, side grafting, and top grafting. The research method used is Randomized Block Design (RAK) with non factorial experiment method that consist of 3 level that are insert grafting, side grafting, and top grafting that was repeated 9 times, so that obtained 27 experiment units. Data analysis used is ANNOVA and if there is real difference then it will be further tested using BNT. Parameters that are observed are: growing time of shoots, length of shoots, and the number of leaves. The research result show that insert grafting is an appropriate method in propagation of Siamese Pontianak orange plant with better result growing time of shoots, length of shoots, and number of leaves.   Keywords: Vegetatif Propagation Method, Siamese Pontianak Orange   ABSTRAK   Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode perbanyakan tanaman jeruk Siam Pontianak yang tepat dilaksanakan pada 31 Januari 2019 sampai dengan 31 Maret 2019 di Kebun Percobaan Punten Desa Sidomulyo Kota Batu. Metode yang digunakan dalam perbanyakan tanaman jeruk Siam Pontianak Secara vegetatif yaitu okulasi sisip, sambung samping, dan sambung pucuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan metode percobaan non faktorial yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu okulasi sisip, sambung samping, dan sambung pucuk yang diulang sebanyak 9 kali, sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 27 unit percobaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa okulasi sisip merupakan metode yang tepat dalam perbanyakan tanaman jeruk Siam Pontianak dengan hasil waktu tumbuh tunas, panjang tunas, dan jumlah daun yang lebih baik.   Kata kunci: Metode Perbanyakan Vegetatif, Jeruk Siam Pontianak

ABSTRACT This study was based on the background of weak ball possession or the dribbling speed of the Putra Lintas soccer player so that it could not be controlled properly and the ball was released from control and made it easier for the opponent to grab the ball. In addition, players who do not have good speed appear sluggish in dribbling the ball and players who do not have good flexibility look stiff and often have collisions with opponents which cause injury to the player himself. The research method belongs to the type of research that is descriptive. Analysis using a quantitative approach aims to determine and analyze the speed and flexibility of the dribbling abilities of soccer players. The independent variable is speed (X1) and flexibility (X2), while the dependent variable is the dribbling ability of the SSB Putra Lintas Muara Bungo soccer player (Y). The results showed that speed made a significant contribution to the Dribbling Ability of SSB Putra Lintas soccer players by 42.1% .2. Then Flexibility made a significant contribution to the Dribbling Ability of SSB Putra Lintas soccer players by 16.4% .3. Speed ​​and Flexibility together provide significant contributions to Dribbling Ability by 16.1%.   Key words: Analysis; Speed; Flexibility; Dribbling; Soccer

This research aims to determine the relationship between organizational cultureand job satisfaction of honorary teacher Elementary School in district Pulogadung EastJakarta. This research is quantitative with two variables, namely: (X) Organizationalculture as the independent variable and (Y) job satisfaction as the dependent variable.The research method used is survey method with the correlational studies andquantitative approaches. Samples were as many as 73 honorary teachers. Samplingtechnique using simple random sampling by the formula Slovin and data collection usingquestionnaires. From the results of hypothesis testing, obtained tcount = 6.38, which meansbigger than ttable = 1.9939. Thus it can be said that the hypothesis can be received. Itmeans null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Organizational culture contributed 36.46% to thejob satisfaction of honorary teacher Elementary School in District Pulogadung EastJakarta. Based on the results of the research note that the increasingly strongorganizational culture, then the higher job satisfaction of honorary teacher ElementarySchool in District Pulogadung in East Jakarta. It can be concluded that there is a positiverelationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction of honorary teacherElementary School in district Pulogadung East Jakarta.

ABSTRACT This research purposes are to explain and analyzing the Strength of Compensation Influence and Leadership Situation with the Organization Working Climate.This research is using quantitative with the description design using SPPS IBM Advance V21 software.The research method is used a survey method, with quantitative approach using qusioner as main instrument to collect data. The populations used in this sample are 68 out of 85 persons. As partial,there are significant positive influences of compensation to working organization climate and The Leadership Climate. Overall, there are positive compensation influence and leadership situation to working organization climate. On this research, researcher also suggest that the foundation have to focusing on teachers welfare and the leadership must better than one way leadership to be participative leadership to prevent the fast turnover of the teacher. Keywords : Compensation, Leadership Situation and Working Organsization Climate ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan dan menganalisis kekuatan pengaruh kompensasi dan situasi kepemimpinan dengan iklim kerja organisasi, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskripsi dengan memakai software SPSS IBM Advance versi 21. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survai, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kusioner sebagai instrument utama untuk mengumpulkan data populasi yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 68 orang dari 85 orang populasi. Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan kompensasi terhadap iklim kerja organisasi dan situasi kepemimpinan terhadap iklim kerja organisasi. Secara keseluruhan terdapat pengaruh bersama positif signifikan kompensasi dan situasi kepemimpinan terhadap iklim kerja organisasi. Didalam penelitian ini peneliti juga menyarankan bahwa perusahaan harus memperhatikan kesejahteraan guru dan kepemimpinan harus lebih baik dengan kepemimpinan satu arah menjadi kepemimpinan yang partisipatif agar keluar masuknya guru tidak sesering mungkin. Intention of activity of research is to : a. knowing how big the influence of usage of internet to education of sexual at adolescent in preventing action hardness of sexual b. knowing how big influence of knowledge of reproduction to education of sexual at adolescent in preventing action hardness of sexual c. knowing collective influence of usage of internet and knowledge of reproduction to education of sexual at adolescent in preventing action hardness of sexual. Research method which is used in doing activity of research that is a survey method. Sample in research amounts to 100 responder people from 4 senior high school districts of Jagakarsa, Jakarta South. In acquirement of research result by using question instrument to know influence of usage of internet and knowledge of reproduction to education of sexual is adolescent.Technique analyse data descriptively analysis to obtain;get information is there any influence of usage of internet and knowledge of reproduction to education of sexual at adolescent in preventing to act hardness of sexual. Result from research namely a. existence of influence between usage of internet to education of sexual at adolescent in preventing to act hardness of sexual where almost more than 60 % adolescent often use internet and education of sexual of old fellow, society and school share equal to 57%. b. existence of influence between knowledge of reproduction to education of sexual at adolescent in preventing to act hardness of sexual where more than 60 % acquirement of information of the book and internet and education of sexual of old fellow, society and school share equal to 57 c. existence of influence collectively between usage of internet and knowledge of reproduction to education of sexual at adolescent in preventing action hardness of sexual namely equal to more than 50 %. Conclusion : a. Usage of Affect internet education of sexual at adolescent seen from often use and internet of situs which is often used by education of sexual at adolescent both for done from x'self a adolescent and also from outside myself a is adolescent ( old fellow, society and school) in preventing to act hardness of seksual.b. Knowledge of obtained reproduction from various source influence education of sexual at adolescent both for done from x'self a adolescent and also from outside myself a is adolescent ( old fellow, society and school) in preventing to act hardness of sexual. c. Together usage of the internet and knowledge of reproduction influence education of sexuality at adolescence in preventing the hardness of sexuality.

It would be useful for IS researchers to know the major methodological methods used in IS filed and the trends MIS is experiencing in this regard. For this reason, we have conducted a meta-research on three leading IS journals over a period of 15 years in an attempt to provide the MIS field with an overview of research methodologies used and help researchers in choosing appropriate research method. 651 survey-based studies reported in three leading MIS journals between 1992 and 2006 are reviewed. The findings indicate that a considerable proportion of MIS research has been conducted using the survey method. In terms of research purpose, there has been an imbalance between the use of exploratory and explanatory surveys. Consequently, it is to be expected that in the immediate future, the trend will be much more towards the development of models and the explanation of relationships that is towards explanatory studies.

The main problem in this research is the performance of organizations in infrastructure development for the public interest in Bekasi City has not increased which is assumed by Collaborative Governance and coordination that has not been implemented effectively. The research method used was an explanatory survey method with a quantitative approach . Research shows that collaborative governance and coordination to simultaneously deliver a huge influence (86 , 2 %) and significant impact on the performance of the organization in the development of infrastructure in the public interest in Bekasi. organizations on the development of infrastructure in the public interest in Bekasi was not only influenced by collaborative governance and coordination alone but there are other variables that come to influence the amount of (13 , 8 %). Partially Collaborative governance in the process of infrastructure development provides the smallest and most significant influence on the performance of organizations in infrastructure development for the public interest in the City of Bekasi compared to coordination of 34 , 3 %. The dimensions of the Collaborative governance that provide the most impact to the smallest of the performance of the organization in order are the dimensions of the system contexs (13 , 7 %) , drivers (9.3%) and dimensional dynamics collaboration (4.0%). Partially the coordination in the process of infrastructure development has the most significant and significant influence on the performance of organizations in infrastructure development for the public interest in Bekasi City compared to collaborative governance of 51 , 9 . The dimension of coordination that has the biggest to the smallest influence on organizational performance in sequence is the dimension of effective communication facilities (11.5%), the dimension provides clarity of authority and responsibility (8.1%), the dimensions of supervision, observation and assessing the habits of the elements which is contradictory (7.6%) and the dimension of coordination as one of the leadership abilities (0.8%).

Multifinance bussiness is not always being about financing a vehicle transportation but the service quality for their consumer and the promotion do also, which is in those case the company will also trying to reach the satisfaction of consumer and company loyalty. The strategy have been done by Adira Finance before, but the problem which they faced was can not reach the optimal goals still. The problem was approached cause the strategy in service all at once the marketing strategy cant increase the loyalty which Company’s wanted yet, where its belonging indicated with the connection of consumer satisfaction. This research had a purpose, and it is to knowing the service quality and the promotion towards consumer loyalty through the satisfaction which is held by Adira Finance. The research also had a hypothesis which are service quality, the promotion and consumer satisfaction have a significant direct effect to consumer loyalty of Adira Finance. This research method using the survey method and the quetioner for doing the interview with respondents. By purposive sampling, Adira Finance consumer who was came to branch office (car exspecially) on Jakarta ( South Jakarta, Pancoran, Kelapa Gading Car, and West Jakarta) from Monday till Saturday, so being a hope, those sample can be represent a whole of car consumer at Jakarta. The data result will be analyze with SPSS 20 version. The research result show us that the promotion variable have a significant direct effect towards loyalty consumer, but its not also happened to service quality which not have a direct effect either. The service quality have its significant direct effect just for consumer satisfaction, and in the other side doing the direct effect towards consumer loyalty. This thing said that if the Company wants to increasing the loyalty of consumer then the consumer satisfaction is the good intervening variable for it, as well known the service quality have a significant effect and together with promotion will be affect the loyalty of consumer. But there is an another variable and factor in other than service quality, promotion and consumer satisfaction which can affect Adira Finance’s consumer loyalty. The company have to consider and learning more those another causes or factors and increasing the positive effect one, because the effect can be bigger than effect of the three variable in this research

The behavior of narcissism on adolescent became one of some focuses by teachers of Guidance and Counseling to more comprehend the problem of students. The approach of Freudian traditional psychodynamic put narcissism as a failure of running progress passing through lower level in psychosexual development. The research is aimed to know general description of student narcissism in adolescence. The approach that was used in this research is quantitative approach where the research method is descriptive method. The result of research showed that generally narcissism level of students is categorized average, where it was obtained by data collection tool exactly using questionnaire narcissism behavior that were scattered randomly to students grade VIII SMP Negeri 29 Bandung year 2015/2016. Based on the research result, some student was found in high category, it means that should to hand over the case to the expert who can help more accurate. Meanwhile, some students who are in average and low category need some guidance service for preventing narcissism behavior that psychologically disrupt them.
