This article explains the importance of collaboration and synergy in teaching team management between lecturers and scout trainers to realize the achievement of scouting mastery learning ins Study Program of Islamic Elementary Education(PGMI). This research is a literature review with a conceptual approach. The selection and sorting of relevant data is carried out and then analyzed in a descriptive qualitative manner. The research formulation is how the team teaching management of scouting courses in Islamic elementary education courses? The result of the study states : first; teaching team is started and based on the MoU between study programs or faculties stake holders and scout coaches. Second; teaching teams of scouting collaborate continuously in the implementation or education of basic and advanced courses. Third; teaching team of strengthening the role of the education and training center as well as research and development in research and public service in scouting. Fourth; teaching team in distribution evaluation of Scoutmaster students to group of siaga and penggalang as a test of the competency of professional teacher candidates on an ongoing basis.

This paper raises the issue of how the role of PA lecturers in solving problems of students of Islamic banking study programs majoring in Sharia and Islamic Economics. The method used in this study is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The source of important data in this study is the PA lecturer in the Sharia Banking study program which is also called the research informant. The results showed that students had many academic problems, including the problem of taking courses every semester there were pre and no conditions, shortages and excess credits, less cooperative or less familiar with their respective PA lecturers, problems, economics, family there are even personal problems that consult with PA lecturers. The role of PA lecturers in solving the problem of the students in the Islamic Banking study program is quite well, this can be seen from the role of PA lecturers as their student mentors in academic matters that lead to taking courses, as advisors who always remind students in several ways, such as ethical issues , not yet fluent in reading Al-Quran, and as a motivator who always gives motivation to a better future career, their parents' economic problems and their relationship to the late payment of semester fees and others. In general, PA lecturers in the Sharia banking study program have played a role as PA lecturers both as mentors, directors, advisors and motivators in the academic, social, economic and career fields.

Men and women are the two driving wheels of society; both depend on each other. In the ancient, medieval and pre-modern periods the societies remained patriarchal in nature. Modern and post-modern society has brought sea changes in the perception of men towards women. Now women hold a better position, respect and dignity. Women have proved, through various examples that they can work rubbing shoulders with men in all walks of life. This progression has created the demand for equal educational opportunities to men and women. As women carry a dual role of homemakers as well as professionals, they are placed in a more important position to be the center of gravity of the family. Due to this remarkable significance, education of girls has become more important. Reaching out to each and every girl child is central to the efforts of universalizing elementary education. SarvaShikshaAbhiyan (SSA) or ‘Education for All’ (EFA) Programme recognizes that ensuring girl’s education requires changes, not only in the education system of the state, but also in societal attitudes. The Present paper discusses the status and prospects of girls’ education in the four districts of Uttar Pradesh (India) in the light of schemes launched under SarvaShikshaAbhiyan (SSA), implemented in the entire country in 2001.

This paper discusses the role of e-resource strategic libraries of universities in supporting the accreditation of study programs. The existence of a library is very influential for the success of the learning process in various levels of education ranging from elementary school to college. A library is a heart of a college. Therefore, the library must provide quality information resources in accordance with the expectations of academic community. One of some resources that has a strategic role in supporting the accreditation of study program is an e-resource. There are various types of e-resources that can be developed by the library of e-journals, e-books, full script databases, index databases, and so forth. All of them have a very strategic position in supporting accreditation of study programs. There is a standard library that will be assessed by the assessor team.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan peran para stakeholder beserta kendala yang hadapai lembaga pendidikan dalam usaha menumbuhkan jiwa berwirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa jurusan Manajemen pada Perguruan Tinggi di Karawang Metode penelitian dengan mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini melalui instansi atau lembaga yang berkaitan dan website yang relevan dengan pokok bahasan yaitu kewirausahaan, kemudian di analisis dengan menggunakan Focus Group Discussion ( FGD ) dan wawancara khusus pada para Stakeholder dalam Lembaga Pendidikan di daerah Kabupaten Karawang dikhususkan pada Jurusan Prodi Manajemen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat peran stakeholder perguruan tinggi prodi manajemen kabupaten karawang dalam upaya meningkatkan jiwa wirausaha mahasiswa melalui: (a) Kurikulum Pendidikan Program Studi; (b) Program Mahasiswa Kewirausahaan; (b) Metode Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan; (c) Pelatihan Kewirausahaan Mahasiswa; (d) Kerjasama Lambaga dalam kewirausahaan. Namun terdapat kendala kegiatan tersebut yaitu (a) Partisipasi Mahasiswa; (b) Pola Pikir Mahasiswa; (c) Modal Usaha Awal; (d) Biaya Kegiatan Kewirausahaan; (e) Inkubator Bisnis Kata Kunci : Peran Stakeholders, Jiwa berwirausaha, Mahasiswa. Abstract This Reseach aims to prove the role of stakeholders and the obstacles faced by educational institutions in an effort to foster entrepreneurship among students majoring in Departement of Management at collages at Karawang. The research method is by collecting data in this reseach through relevant institutions and websites that are relevant to the subject matter, namely entrepreneurship, then analyzed using Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and special interviews with stakeholders in educational institutions in the Karawang specifically in Department of Management Study Program. The results of this reseach indicate that there is a role of stakeholders in Department of Management Study Program educational institutions at Karawang an effort to improve the spirit of student entrepreneurship through: (a) Education Curriculum for Study Programs; (b) Entrepreneurship Student Program; (b) Entrepreneurship Learning Methods; (c) Student Entrepreneurship Training; (d) Cooperation of Institutions in entrepreneurship. But there are obstacles to these activities, namely (a) Student Participation; (b) Student Mindset; (c) Initial venture capital; (d) Activities Costs of Entrepreneurship; (e) Business Incubator. The role of European documents in the development of learning outcomes is described in the paper. In addition to the main European documents describing the qualification level of graduates, the sectoral frameworks provide a benchmark for learning outcomes in the profile of the program. Compliance with the framework standard is the foundation for a study program to receive a quality label. As an example, the EQAS-Food and EUR-ACE® standards for study programs in the field of food science and engineering are considered. The focus on the framework standards ensure transparency and harmonization of study programs with European best practice.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of the role, ethics, and independence of internal auditors in implementing good university governance (GUG) with leadership style as a moderation variable. Multiple linear regression and moderation regression analysis models are used to test the hypothesis. The primary data are obtained through questionnaires that are distributed to the respondents, namely the dean and head of study program at the UniversitasBinaDarma and UniversitasMuhammadiyahPalembang. The results of this study indicate that the instruments in each variable proved to be valid and reliable. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be seen that simultaneously the variable of role, ethics, and independence of internal auditors have positively and significantly effect in implementing good university governance (GUG). These results provide justification or endorsement of the theoretical truths used as the theoretical references of Stewardship Theory and Attitude and Behavioral Theory. Based on the partial test, role of auditor does not significantly affect the variable of GUG, but ethics and independence variable are found to be significant in influencing GUG. The leadership style is negative and insignificant in moderating the role of internal auditors and GUC and also the independence of internal auditor and GUC. The leadership style is found to be positive and insignificant in moderating the relationship of internal auditors’ ethics and GUC.Keywords        Role, Ethics, Independence, Internal Auditor, Leadership Style, Good University Governance  ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh peran, etika, dan independensi auditor internal dalam menerapkan good university governance (GUG) dengan gaya kepemimpinan sebagai variabel moderasi. Model analisis regresi linier berganda dan regresi moderasi digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden, yaitu dekan dan ketua program studi di Universitas Bina Darma dan Universitas MuhammadiyahPalembang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa instrumen dalam setiap variabel terbukti valid dan dapat diandalkan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dapat dilihat bahwa secara simultan variabel peran, etika, dan independensi auditor internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam penerapan good university governance (GUG). Hasil ini memberikan pembenaran atau pengesahan kebenaran teoretis yang digunakan sebagai referensi teoretis dari Teori Penatalayanan dan Teori Sikap dan Perilaku. Berdasarkan uji parsial, peran auditor tidak secara signifikan mempengaruhi variabel GUG, tetapi variabel etika dan independensi ditemukan signifikan dalam mempengaruhi GUG. Gaya kepemimpinan negatif dan tidak signifikan dalam memoderasi peran auditor internal dan GUC dan juga independensi auditor internal dan GUC. Gaya kepemimpinan ditemukan menjadi positif dan tidak signifikan dalam memoderasi hubungan etika auditor internal dan GUC Kata Kunci            Peran, Etika, Independensi, Auditor Internal, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Tata Kelola Universitas

Abstract In the following article we try to re-evaluate, the place drama occupies in contemporary elementary education. By limiting the role of drama to literature studies and theatre productions, we lose a greater potential Theatre Pedagogy has to offer to a much broader educational spectrum. The participatory practices of Theatre and Drama in Education (TiE, DiE) promote active learning, based on a most organic children’s activity - play. While students co-create the fictional world of drama, teacher's guidance is crucial in setting new challenges, encouraging students to find creative solutions and reflect on often-complex social issues. Because of its art component, drama challenges the participants on a cognitive as well as emotional level, becoming a truly transformational experience. As such, Drama in Education is especially useful when approaching sensitive and controversial topics. This thesis is presented on a case study observing Year 6 students at St’ Michael’s CE Academy in Birmingham, UK, using Drama in Education method as part of History curriculum.

Abstract : Hypertension or high blood pressure is an abnormal increase in blood pressure in the arteries continuously over a period. The dangers of hypertension can lead to damage to various organs including kidneys, brain, heart, eye, causing vascular resistance and stroke. Hypertension takes care of the old and continuously. One effective way to lower blood pressure is to obediently take medicine so that it takes the role of families in monitoring patients taking the medication. With the participation of the family are expected to hypertension sufferers can be controlled. This study aims to determine the family's role in monitoring the adherence of hypertensive patients. The study was conducted in rural communities Slahung Ponorogo, a representative sample of 53 respondents taken by purposive sampling. Quantitative design with cross sectional design of the study the family's role in monitoring the adherence of hypertensive patients. Instruments in this study using questionnaires and observation sheets. The results of 53 respondents obtained the majority of the 29 respondents (55%) has the role of both families and 24 respondents (45%) families have a bad role in monitoring medication adherence. Age and education contribute to determining the role family. Intermediate (41-60 years old) and college education contribute to determining the role well. Conversely > 61 years of elementary education and contribute in a bad role.Keywords : the role of the family, medication adherence, hypertension. Abstrak : Hipertensi atau tekanan darah tinggi adalah suatu peningkatan abnormal tekanan darah dalam pembuluh darah arteri secara terus-menerus lebih dari suatu periode. Bahaya hipertensi dapat memicu rusaknya berbagai organ tubuh diantaranya: ginjal, otak, jantung, mata, menyebabkan resistensi pembuluh darah dan stroke. Penyakit hipertensi membutuhkan perawatan yang lama dan terus menerus. Salah satu cara yang efektif untuk menurunkan tekanan darah adalah dengan patuh minum obat sehingga dibutuhkan peran keluarga dalam memantau minum obat penderita. Dengan adanya peran serta keluarga diharapkan penyakit hipertensi penderita dapat terkontrol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran keluarga dalam memantau kepatuhan minum obat penderita hipertensi. Penelitian dilakukan pada masyarakat desa Slahung Ponorogo,sampel representatif sejumlah 53 responden diambil secara Purposive Sampling. Desain kuantitatif dengan rancangan Cross sectional yang mempelajari peran keluarga dalam memantau kepatuhan minum obat penderita hipertensi. Instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian dari 53 responden didapatkan sebagian besar 29 responden (55 %) keluarga mempunyai peran baik dan 24 responden (45 %) keluarga mempunyai peran buruk dalam memantau kepatuhan minum obat. Faktor usia dan pendidikan berkontribusi dalam menentukan peran keluarga. Usia madya (41-60 tahun) dan jenjang pendidikan perguruan tinggi berkontribusi dalam menentukan peran baik. Sebaliknya > 61 tahun dan jenjang pendidikan SD berkontribusi dalam peran buruk.Kata Kunci : peran keluarga, kepatuhan minum obat, penyakit hipertensi.
