The objectives of this research are: (1) knowing the procedure for developing service models, (2) knowing the service model according to academics and practitioners. This study uses a research and development (R&D) method, with the following steps: (1) preliminary study. (2) development of a hypothetical model. (3) expert validation. (4) model revision. Based on the validation of Academic experts and Practitioners, it can be seen that the results of the validation of the material Academics got a score of 29.5 or very good and the results of Practitioner validation with a score of 22.2 or good and the result of a service model. Conclusion: The positive personality of students before being given service is in the low category and after being given the service it is in the high category. Analisis kebutuhan merupakan hal utama dan pertama bagi konselor sekolah untuk menganalisis kebutuh yang dihendaki peserta didik. Namun pada tataran pelaksanaannya konselor kurang efesien dalam memanfaatkan teknologi, dimana kebanyak konselor sekolah masih menganalisis kebutuhan peserta didik secara manual (offline). Padahal teknologi bagi kita merupakan pengetahuan terhadap penggunaan alat dan kerajinan, dan bagaimana hal tersebut mempengaruhi kemampuan untuk mengontrol dan beradaptasi dengan lingkungan alamnya. Maka oleh sebab itu tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah mengembangkan sebuah analisis kebutuhan terhadap layanan bimbingan kelompok berbasis teknologi informasi. Metodelogi penelitian yang digunakan peneliti yakni penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development). Dalam pengembangan model ini instrument pengumpul data yang digunakan peneliti yakni; (1) angket, (2) lembar validasi ahli. Hasil penelitian yakni : (a) tersusunya model hipotetik analisis kebutuhan layanan bimbingan kelompok berbasis teknologi informasi hasil revisi dari masukan para ahli yang telah ditetapkan peneliti kriterianya; (b) kekurangan dari model hipotetik ini ialah peneliti hanya menggunakan 5 tahapan pengembangan yakni : (1) studi pendahuluan. (2) perencanaan, (3) pengembangan hipotetik, (4) penelaahan model hipotetik, (5) revisi model hipotetik, sehingga belum dapat dilihat efektifitas model yang dikembangkan peneliti._______________________________________________________________ Needs analysis is the main and first thing for school counselors to analyze the needs of students. But at the level of implementation the counselor is less efficient in utilizing technology, where most school counselors still analyze the needs of students manually (offline). Though technology for us is knowledge of the use of tools and crafts, and how it affects the ability to control and adapt to their natural environment. So the purpose of this study is therefore to develop a needs analysis of information technology-based group guidance services. The research methodology used by researchers is research and development. In developing this model data collection instruments used by researchers are; (1) questionnaire, (2) expert validation sheet. The results of the study are: (a) the establishment of a hypothetical model of the analysis of the need for revised information technology-based group guidance services from the input of experts who have been determined by the researchers; (b) the shortcomings of this hypothetical model are that researchers only use 5 stages of development namely: (1) preliminary study (2) planning, (3) hypothetical development, (4) hypothetical model review, (5) hypothetical model revision, so that the effectiveness of the model developed by the researcher cannot be seen.

Abstract:This research and development aimed to produce reading comprehension learning module of adventure story text for grade IV elementary school. The step of research and development used in this study were: (preliminary study, (2)planning, (3) product development, (4) product validation, (5) revision 1, (6) product try out, (7) revision 2, and (8) final product. The result of expert validation of fiction prose learning 92% with very valid criteria and the result of expert validation of prose fiction appreciation 100% with very valid criteria. The module application data were obtained from teacher questionnaire responses 90% with very good criteriaand student questionnaire responses 92% with very good criteria.The effectiveness data were obtained of studet learning outcomeswere more than the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) and the average of students learning activities 90% with very active criteria. The attractiveness data wereobtained from students questionnaire responses 92% with interesting criteria. Abstract: The objectives of this study are (1) to develope a model of learning based on controversy  issues that are appropriate for strengthening the citizenship character of student. (2) to prove the effectiveness of the learning model is based on controversy issues developed for strengthening the citizenship character of student. This research used Research and Development method, the place at Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri with research subjects are Biology, Management, Nursing, and Information System students who are taking the course of PKN. The results of the study in the preliminary study phase identified seven elements of citizenship competence that should be developed in a multicultural democratic society which are politeness, empathy, leadership, perspectives, community relations, role in society, and attitudes toward the society of multiculture. The development phase of the model succeeded in finding the hypothetical model, and validation of the model proved that learning model based on controversy issues is effective. The statistical test result, t = 3.253, significance (P)= 0.003. Keywords: issues, controversial, civic disposition PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BERLATAR ISU KONTROVERSIAL SEBAGAI PENGUATAN WATAK KEWARGA NEGARAAN MAHASISWA Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) mengembangkan model pembelajaran berlatar isu-isu kontroversial yang layak untuk penguatan watak kewarga negaraan mahasiswa, dan (2) membuktikan efektivitas model pembelajaran berlatar isu-isu kontroversial yang dikembangkan untuk penguatan watak kewarga negaraan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development, dengan lokasi penelitian di Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. Subjek penelitian mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Biologi, Manajemen, Keperawatan, dan Sistem Informasi yang sedang menempuh mata kuliah PKN. Hasil penelitian pada tahap studi pendahuluan berhasil mengidentifikasi tujuh unsur kompetensi watak kewarga negaraan yang harus dikembangkan dalam masyarakat demokratis yang multikultur, yaitu kesopanan, empati, kepemimpinan, perspektif, hubungan masyarakat, peran dalam masyarakat, dan sikap terhadap masyarakat mutikultur. Tahap pengembangan model berhasil menemukan model hipotetik dilakukan lewat uji lapangan dengan teknik quai eksperimental. Data diperoleh lewat tes dan dianalisis dengan teknik uji beda mean (t-tes).  Hasil uji model dapat membuktikan efektivitas model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan, yaitu dengan nilai t- hitung = 3,253 dengan signifikansi (P) = 0,003. Kata Kunci: isu-isu, kontroversial, watak kewarga negaraan

The aim of this study was to develop a module with the Science, Environment, Technology and Society (SETS) approach to train critical thinking skills on hydrocarbons and petroleum using the Research and Development (R and D) method. This development modul was validated by 3 experts, while the limited trial was only limited to a small trial with 3 respondents from class XII students of SMAN 10 Surabaya to obtain practical and effective data of modules that developed on a small scale. This experiment obtained expert validation results 87% with the “very valid” category, module practicality 94% with the “very practical” category and module effectiveness of 0.8 with the “high” category. The effectiveness of the module is obtained from the pretest and posttest that 3 students have increased their critical thinking skills after the module is given. Based on this study, it can be concluded that the module with the SETS approach in the material of hydrocarbons and petroleum can train students’ critical thinking skills and it is feasible to be tested on larger respondents.

The group guidance service model is one of the solutions done to increase the competence of counselor candidate, as the model will help students to know their self to be better.  This service guidance is done by designing a program, implementing, evaluating, grasping the concept, and doing an assessment. The purpose of this study is to develop group guidance service model which can be accepted by the students to escalate the competence of counselor candidate. Another goal is to know the effectivity of the model in increasing the competence of counselor candidate. The type of this study is research and development by using development strategy model. The development cycles consist of product development, testing the product, revising, retesting, and re-revising until the product is considered proper to be used.  Based on the study result, we can conclude that group guidance service model is acceptable, appropriate to be used, and useful to help in increasing the competence of counselor candidate. It is proven based on the sig value by comparing data of pre-test and post-test. The sig value (0.000) is lower than the standard (0.05). Therefore, there is significant influence between group guidance service model in increasing the competence of counselor candidate.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dan Hapmatch (Probblematch) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas 3 SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pengembangan (Reasearch & Development). Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah ASSURE. Penelitian ini menghasilkan media dan desain pembelajaran. Hasil uji pakar desain pembelajaran dengan persentase 76% berkategori “Sangat Tinggi”, sedangkan uji validasi pakar media dengan persentase 98% termasuk kategori “Sangat Tinggi”. Kemudian hasil rata-rata Pretest dan Posttest mengalami kenaikkan dari 69 menjadi 81. Berdasarkan hasil respon guru dan siswa dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Probblematch yang dikembangkan pada penelitian ini layak untuk dikembangkan. Abstrak: This research is purposed to develop learning model of Problem Based Learning and Hapmatch in order to improve the learning result of mathematics from 3th grade students in elementary school. This research used Research and Development model. The model is ASSURE. The result of this research are media and learning design. Expert’s result of the design  intructional 76% for “very high” category, where expert validation  media get 98% for “very high” category. Then, the avarage result of pretest and posttest increase from 69 to 81. Based on the result of teacher and student’s respons, if can be concluded that Probblematch learning model, that is developed in this research is suitable to be developed.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan aplikasi e-modul berbasis smartphone pada materi integral tak tentu berorientasi keterampilan abad ke-21 yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dari Borg dan Gall yang dimodifikasi menjadi enam langkah. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa hasil skor validasi ahli materi sebesar 4.2 termasuk kategori valid, ahli media diperoleh 3.8 termasuk kategori valid dan guru matematika diperoleh 3.7 termasuk kategori valid. Sedangkan hasil efektivitas diperoleh dari persentase ketuntasan 70% dengan kategori tinggi, dan n-gain sebesar 0,7682 termasuk kategori interpretasi tinggi. Lebih jauh, hasil praktis diperoleh 44.55 jumlah rata-rata skor pernyataan yang termasuk kategori sangat praktis dan 39.80 jumlah rata-rata skor pernyataan yang termasuk kategori praktis. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan aplikasi e-modul berbasis smartphone merupakan media yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Abstract: The research aims to produce a valid, practical, and effective smartphone-based e-module applications 21st-century skills-oriented integral material. The Research method was developmental research (R&D) according to Borg and Gall which was modified into six steps. The results of the research show that the validity of material experts score is 4.2 (valid category), media experts obtained is 3.8 (valid category) and the mathematics teacher score is 3.7 (valid category). While the effectiveness results obtained from the percentage of completeness of 70% with a high category and n-gain of 0.7682 including the high interpretation category. As well as the practical results obtained 44.55 the average number of statements in the very practical category and 39.80 the average number of statements in the practical category. Based on these results it can be concluded that the development of smartphone-based e-module applications is a valid, practical, and effective medium.

The aim of this study is to develop macromedia flash as a learning media for teaching speaking materials for students. Research and Development is used as the research method. Research Procedures are modified into four steps, they are: evaluation and need analysis, media design, validation and revision, and final production. The product has validated by expert validation. The expert is an English lecturer of English literature Department, State University of Medan which approved by Faculty of Languages and Arts. The instrument for collecting data is by using questionnaire. The data are analyzed by descriptive technique. The result shows that macromedia flash is advisability to use with the total assessment by expert validations is 91 (Good). With the result that macromedia flash is good and eligible to use for teaching speaking for students.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan software adobe flash cs6 pada mata pelajaran instalasi penerangan listrik; (2) untuk mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran interaktif pada mata pelajaran instalasi penerangan listrik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan (research and development). Langkah-langkah pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif ini meliputi : (1) Analisis (Analysis); (2) Perencanaan (Design); (3) Pengembangan (Development); dan (4) Validasi. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket yang berisi pertanyaan-pertanyaan. Validasi media melibatkan 4 orang ahli media dan 2 orang sebagai pengguna (uji coba awal). Hasil uji awal coba oleh  pengguna berdasarkan pada indikator Panduan, indikator Materi Multimedia, indikator Evaluasi, indikator Desain dan Fasilitas Media memperoleh skor rata-rata 4,75 (Sangat Layak). Hasil validasi ahli media berdasarkan panduan informasi, kinerja program,  dan sistematika memperoleh skor rata-rata 4,69 (Sangat Layak). Berdasarkan seluruh hasil yang penelitian yang disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran instalasi penerangan listrik di SMK Negeri 13 Medan. Kata Kunci : Media Pembelajaran Interaktif, Adobe Flash CS6 AbstractEnglish translation. English translation. This aims research to: (1) develop interactive learning media using adobe flash cs6 software on electrical lighting installation subjects; (2) to find out the feasibility of interactive learning media in the subjects of electrical lighting installations. This research uses research and development methods. The steps of developing this interactive learning medium include: (1) Analysis; (2) Planning (Design); (3) Development; and (4) Validation. The data collection method in this study uses questionnaires that contain questions. Media validation involves 4 media experts and 2 people as users (initial trial). The results of the initial trial by users based on the Guide indicator, Multimedia Materials indicator, Evaluation indicator, Design indicator and Media Facility obtained an average score of 4.75 (Very Feasible). Media expert validation results based on information guidance, program performance, and systematics earned an average score of 4.69 (Very Decent). Based on all the results of the research concluded that interactive learning media is very suitable to be used as a learning medium in the subjects of electric lighting installation in SMK Negeri 13 Medan.  Keywords: Interactive Learning Media, Adobe Flash CS6
