The title of this research is �Coordination Between The Department of Agriculture, Plantation, Food and Horticultural with Agricultural Extension Center in Preservation of Rice Varieties Pandanwangi in Cianjur Regency". The problem is focused on the lack of coordination undertaken by the Department of Agriculture, Plantation, Food Agricultural with Extension Center Horticultural the resulting in lack of optimization in the preservation of Pandanwangi Cianjur rice. Identify the problem of how coordination undertaken between the Department of Agriculture, Plantation, Food and Horticulture at the Agricultural Extension Center. The research objective describe and analyze the coordination of the Department of Agriculture, Plantation, Food and Horticulture at the Agricultural Extension Centers. The methodology that used is descriptive method with qualitative approach. The data collection techniques through library research and field studies (interviews, observation). Perform data analysis using data classification phase, doing deepening through in-depth interviews and verified through a search and additions. The related informants is Section Head of Production of Rice, Coordinator of Agricultural Extension Centers, Community Conservation Pandanwangi Rice Cianjur (MP3C), Farmers Rice Pandanwangi Cianjur. The results showed that the coordination is done by the Department of Agriculture, Plantation, Food and Agricultural with Agricultural Extension Center in the preservation of rice Pandanwangi not optimal. It can be seen from the less than optimal enforcement of the rules, a lack of integration between each other, building mutual agreements as not optimal and there is some purpose yet implemented. The results are not run optimally, because of all the dimensions that have not been optimally applied research undertaken. Al Washliyah merupakan satu di antara banyak organisasi Islam yang menolak paham dan gerakan terorisme di Indonesia. Artikel ini mengkaji respons Al Washliyah terhadap terorisme. Kajian ini menarik dilakukan, sebab organisasi ini memiliki pengikut yang fanatik dan mengelola amal usaha yang banyak, tetapi masih relatif jarang diteliti oleh para peneliti. Kajian ini merupakan studi lapangan (library research) dimana sumber datanya diperoleh dari kegiatan wawancara dan studi dokumen. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis data menurut Miles dan Huberman: reduksi data, pemaparan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Didasari dengan teori Matusitz, Pranawati, dan Golose tentang doktrin terorisme dimana gerakan ini ingin mendirikan negara Islam, memaknai jihad sebagai perang, anti terhadap non-Muslim, dan melegalkan bom bunuh diri, kajian ini akan menelaah respons Al Washliyah terhadap empat persoalan tersebut. Kajian ini mengajukan temuan bahwa Al Washliyah menolak paham dan gerakan terorisme yang muncul dan berkembang di Indonesia, dan para ulamanya menilai bahwa kaum teroris telah salah dalam memahami ajaran Islam. Temuan kajian ini dapat berkontribusi bagi pemerintah dalam upaya menanggulangi gerakan terorisme di Indonesia. Al Washliyah is one of Islamic organizations that rejects the concept of terrorism in Indonesia. This article examines Al Washliyah's responses to terrorism. This study is interesting because this organization has fanatic followers and manages many business charities, but rarely investigated by researchers. This research is field studies where the data sources obtained from the interviews activities and document studies. Data were analyzed by using data analysis method according to Miles and Huberman: data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Based on the theory of Matusitz, Pranawati, and Golose about terrorism doctrine in which the program wants to establish an Islamic state, interpret jihad as war, anti to non-Muslims, and legalize suicide bombings, this study will examine the Al Washliyah's responses to those four issues. This study proposes that Al Washliyah rejects the concept of terrorism which appears and develops in Indonesia, and ulama consider that terrorists have misunderstood on Islamic concept. The findings of this study may contribute to the government in combating terrorism movement in Indonesia.

The problems that occur in Batujajar Timur Village are the mismatch of village fund allocations received according to the realization, the delay in disbursing village fund allocations, the uneven physical development in Batujajar Timur Village. The management of village fund allocations cannot be said to be effective, if it is reviewed correctly, quickly, economically, and safely. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The data obtained through the results of library research, field studies through in-depth interviews and observations, and documentation. The results showed that the management of Village Fund Allocation in Physical Development in Batujajar Timur Village, Batujajar Subdistrict, West Bandung Regency, cannot be said to be effective, due to the lack of community participation in musrenbangdes, the village fund allocation received is not by government regulations which in theory were obtained in January. and it was reported in December, the facilities for infrastructure funds were not yet supported, the allocation of village funds obtained did not match the realization. A well-managed supply chain flow will make the product distribution up to the final consumers runs effectively and efficiently. This study aimed to analyze the rice supply chain flow in Demak Regency, Central Java Province. Using a qualitative descriptive method, the authors conducted field observations, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions with several parties as informants. The informants consisted of farmers, merchant collectors, rice grinders, wholesalers, retailers, and the Department of Agriculture and Trade Office officers. The results showed that the rice supply chain in Demak Regency starts from farmers to traders and mills, then to the wholesalers, retailers, Indonesian Bureau of Logistics, supermarkets, and final consumers. The government can encourage and facilitate every process to create effectiveness and efficiency in the rice supply chain in Demak Regency. Keywords: distribution, rice, supply chain

Abstract This study was carried out to find out the impact of utilized and without agricultural tools and machinery (alsintan) on farmers’ income in the SERASI program to achieve its optimal goal in Banyuasin District. This research was conducted from December 2020 to March 2021 at the Food Crops and Horticulture Department, BPP (Balai Penyuluhan Pertanian-Agricultural Extension Center) Muara Telang, Tanjung Lago and Rambutan Subdistricts. The descriptive method was used in this study with the tabulated presentation. The parameters used in this study were the comparison of mechanization and conventional use, the number of available tools and machines, and the impacts of using and without using alsintan on farmers’ income. The results showed that the average income of rice farming with alsintan in three study subdistrict were IDR 22,355,500, IDR 15,400,000 and. IDR 13,250,000 and without alsintan were IDR 7,830,000, IDR 6,950,000 and. IDR 6,528,000/ha per planting season. The SERASI program increased the Crop Index (IP 300) in Muara Telang Subdistrict, and IP 200 in Tanjung Lago and Rambutan Subdistricts. This showed that the Alsintan utilizing in agricultural processing from the soil processing until the harvesting was more effective compared to the process without alsintan.

Abstract                 Land fires are an annual disaster experienced by Indonesia. There have been many independent and government efforts to prevent forest and land fires. The government's new approach in preventing forest and land fires is by prioritizing the synergy between institutions and the community at the village level. This study aims to (1) identify existing opinion leaders to control land fires in Tanjung Peranap Village, (2) analyze the role of opinion leaders in controlling land fires in Tanjung Peranap Village. Data collection techniques in this study used in-depth interviews. Data analysis in this study was conducted by descriptive method. The results showed that in controlling land fires, the participating opinion leaders were Kepala Desa, Sekretaris Desa, the head of Badan Permusyawaratan Desa, agricultural extension workers, traditional leaders and youth leaders. In the implementation of the program, opinion leaders play a very important role. The role of opinion leaders in Tanjung Peranap Village starts from initiating village consultations for the formation of MPA, synergizing with the government to socialize land fire prevention programs, inviting the community to actively participate in supporting government programs and jointly carrying out land management without burning.

There is a recent demand for halal certification from another healthcare sector which is medical devices, which cover all types of medical equipment used in hospitals from simple equipment such as bandages to complex equipment such as ventilators. This matter has been raised by the industry as halal labelling is a requirement to penetrate the market of Islamic countries such as Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Pakistan. Even it seems critical to proving halal status for the medical devices that incorporate animal tissues, in contact with or invasive to the body, and produce a reaction to the body, this does not deny the demand for other types of devices. This study will focus on the halal issues related to medical devices which are widely used to stitch and close the wounds of patients after surgery or injury, namely sutures. This study seeks to identify the status of suture usage from the perspective of Islamic ruling. To achieve this objective, a qualitative research method through library research, as well as field studies involving in-depth interviews with the industry players, both medical device and religious authorities, Islamic scholars, and medical practitioners. The interviews were recorded, transcribed, translated, coded, and reconciled with the aid of Atlas.ti software (version 7) to identify themes and subthemes for this study. The results show that with regard to the status of resources and processes, and the application of al-darurah (necessity) concept.

This research is aimed at learning about the origins and functions of shrines, and changes to the pilgrimage movement in Poland during the Vatican II era (c. 1948–1998). The objective required finding and determining the following: (1) factors in the establishment of shrines in Poland during this time; (2) factors in the development of shrines with reference to the transformation of religious worship and to the influence of political factors in Poland; (3) changes in pilgrimage traditions in Poland, and (4) changes in the number of pilgrimages to selected shrines. These changes were determined by archive and library research. Additionally, field studies were performed at more than 300 shrines, including observations and in-depth interviews with custodians. Descriptive–analytical, dynamic–comparative and cartographic presentation methods were used to analyze results.

ENGLISHPeanuts are legumes commodity important after soybeans. Objectives of the research are to identify internal environment , external and formulate development strategies planting expansion in increased peanuts production in Pati regency. The research method uses descriptive with primary data source derived from observation and in-depth interviews with informants department of agriculture crops and livestock, farmer instructor, Agricultural Extension, community leaders, peanut farmers and stakeholders in 8 subdistrict centers of peanut plants, while the secondary data obtained from relevant documents. Data analysis using descriptive and SWOT . The results showed, among others : (1) land optimization with the support of the implementation of PAT peanut program, (2) improving institutional effectiveness and institutional farmer extension. INDONESIAKacang tanah merupakan komoditas kacang-kacangan yang penting setelah kedelai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi lingkungan internal, eksternal dan merumuskan strategi pengembangan perluasan tanam dalam peningkatan produksi kacang tanah di Kabupaten Pati. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif dengan sumber data primer berasal dari observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan narasumber Dispertannak, Mantri tani, Penyuluh Pertanian, Tokoh masyarakat, petani kacang tanah dan Stakeholders di 8 Kecamatan sentra tanaman kacang tanah, adapun data sekendair diperoleh dari dikumen yang relevan. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif dan SWOT analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan antara lain: optimasi lahan dengan dukungan pelaksanaan program PAT kacang tanah dan meningkatkan efektivitas kelembagaan penyuluhan dan kelembagaan petani.

Pebula is a Buton's terminology to refer to acts of corruption. The act of pebula can be in the form of fraud or embezzlement of the state budget, bribes, as well as taking advantage of deception by abusing public office, authority, and power. In the social and state system in Buton, there is a wisdom that reflects the spirit of eradicating pebula. This spirit is manifest through several practices in the life of the community and state that functionally reflect prevention and action (law enforcement) of criminal acts pebula. This study was conducted with a qualitative approach using data collection techniques through the manuscript, library research, and in-depth interviews with informants. This article describes how the prevention and enforcement approach to “pebula” is practiced in the society and state life in Buton as an effort to actualize a clean and accountable governance.

In accordance with the concept of the penal system aims to make inmates as good citizens and responsible in order to return the society and protect the public against the possibility of repeated criminal acts by inmates, as well as the application of the values contained in Pancasila. Under the terms of Act No. 12 of 1995 on Corrections, in particular Article 14 on the rights of prisoners, is the basis that prisoners must be treated humanely in an integrated development system. see how prison officials treat inmates Pekanbaru Class IIA narcotic in the development concept, the condition of the number of inmates in the prisons of narcotics cases dominate Class IIA Pekanbaru either with the category of airports and drug dealers that there needs to be more comprehensive treatment and sustainable. In the researchers used a descriptive method by conducting qualitative research approach, the primary data source is derived from narcotics informant prisoners who are undergoing criminal mass in prisons Class IIA Pekanbaru, to collect data using observation, library research, and in-depth interviews. The method used in empirically includes several things: a research approach data collection techniques and data analysis techniques. Results of the study researchers found the Treatment of Prisoners of narcotics by category airports and dealers be treated the same as inmates cases other crimes both in placement and other treatments, but do differ in health care where current inmates category airports and dealers are experiencing a reaction sakau or hooked in Class IIA Pekanbaru prison which is a common prison. Inmates narcotics by category airports and dealers aware of any specific rules on the treatment of prisoners of narcotic high risk although not implemented in prisons general Pekanbaru Riau, so therefore the behavior of inmates narcotic categories of airports and dealers do agreements informally with officers prisons Class IIA Pekanbaru in addressing compliance their needs .
