The periodization and structuring of society is one of the most pressing problems of modern sociology, political science, economics and social philosophy. The presented article analyzes the aspect of this problem associated with solving the issue of an information society, the criteria for its identification and correlation with the concept of a global society and modern processes of globalization, and also reveals contradictions in whether modern society can be considered an information society of a new type. The position of E. Giddens, one of the founders of the development of the problem of the emergence of a fundamentally new society, who paid great attention not only to the structure of society, but also to its deep essential characteristics, who was one of the first to raise the problem of globalization back in the mid-80s, is considered. the last century; as well as the position of F. Webster, who, firstly, was a critic and analyst of the works of E. Giddens and discovers a number of contradictions in his concept, and secondly, explores the topic of science, which includes the analysis of many, if not all, concepts on the problems of the information society. The article outlines the contradictions existing in the ideas of these authors about the information society, analyzes the concepts of "individuation" and "individuality" introduced by E. Giddens, his argumentation for the presence of global processes, the main motive of which is the assertion of a sociologist that the world has completely gone under control and "escapes" from the hands.

The relevance of the topic of this article is predetermined by the growing attention to the problems of globalization and informatization of modern society. The article analyzes the concept of the information society of the Spanish sociologist Manuel Castells, as well as his criticism by Frank Webster. The author analyzes the contradictory position of Castells ' information-technological determinism, his understanding of the information society, proceeding from the separation of the concepts of the information/global economy and the industrial economy, as well as the signs of a new type of society highlighted by the author and his contradictory position on technological determinism.

At present, social philosophy is dominated by the view that the importance of mass culture is constantly decreasing, which soon is supposed to lead to the natural decay of this cultural form. The author refutes the arguments of those who are skeptical about the position of mass culture in the post-industrial and digital information society and shows that the functional nature of this type of culture allows it to successfully fulfill its role in modern social systems. The materials of the article can be useful in preparing courses in the framework of social philosophy.

At present there is more than half of the world population who is currently using the Internet, due to which it seems relevant to develop not only technical, but also humanitarian and metaphysical views and theories that can serve the basis for the analysis of this phenomenon. The aim of these areas of studies should be rethinking of the role and place of man in the structure of modern society, as well as the role and place of the society in human life. The methodology for these processes comprehension lies in the plane of ontology, social philosophy and anthropology, based on the integration of the latter with cybernetics and mathematics, synergetics and mathematical modeling. Systemic and historical methods are inevitably capable of synthesizing the results of such a methodological approach, leading to the appearance of neologisms, the explication of new notions that most adequately reflect the essence of modern processes. The article illustrates a number of phenomena that should be studied with the aim of forming a person not as an object, but as a subject of global digital communication.

The characteristics of the information society is rational, future-oriented, open-minded, appreciate the time, creative, independent, and innovative. The time of global village will be born is the fusion of sophisticated transmission technology with a computer that yield a new era of information age, as the world of the year. Community information society is characterized by the mastery of information and technology, is able to compete, inquisitive, imaginative, and able to turn challenges into opportunities, and master various methods in problems solving. These challenges require a response that is more diverse and accommodating. Information and technology are solution and response that serves to find, explore, analyze, and exchange information efficiently and effectively. In the period of post-Soviet states the problem of multi-linguistics and the formation of multilingualism become more urgent. Realization of synergetic poly-aspect approach to the study of the mega-conceptual phenomenon of poly-linguistic-cultural linguistic identity in the context of globalization and migration reveals the characteristics and patterns of evolution in this complex humanitarian and social constructs of modern scientific knowledge from the point of interaction and mutual influence of different-structural languages folklore, national literatures and arts. In addition, it allows you to define the ways, forms and methods of implementation of their communicative potential. Modern electronic-information society raises the question of the choice of language of communication and thinking language. Entropy processes inevitably entail the phenomenon of interference, intervention (capture the scope of the language), attrictsion (deterioration of language) that accompany polylinguism process, influencing the process of learning new languages and the preservation of the native language. Modern society is involved in the world of digital technology and communications; it remains split in the social, ideological, cultural and national relations.

The new millennium has had a major impact, the world in which we live is changing. The information society is becoming a global society, the growth of electronic businesses is developing new industrials markets on a global basis. But the information society is built on a very fragile framework—the Internet. The Internet is at risk from attacks, historically it was sole hackers, but we are now seeing the development of cyber terrorist organisations. This chapter will explore the ways in which terrorist organizations use the Internet and builds upon a number of case studies focusing upon the middle east.

The growing political influence of religious communities and beliefs, the growing presence of religious discourse in public sphere require a rethinking of the role of religion in modern society. A number of mutual accusations in a metaphysical way of thinking leads to the fact that the whole philosophy of the XX century turns out to be a philosophy thinking in a “post” situation. Formation of the “post“ states is entirely explained in the field of social philosophy, which tries to “keep pace with time”, but the intrigue lies in the fact that in the first place these transformations touched the most fundamental and “eternal” field of philosophy – ontology. After Heidegger's thesis on the ontoteological structure of metaphysics, the discourse at the end of metaphysics and post-metaphysical philosophical thinking not only inevitably affect the problem of theology, but connect the problems of updating philosophy and theology in the XX-XXI centuries as well.Along with the decline of metaphysics as a system philosophy that is able to propose a coherent, unified, well-grounded picture of immutable structures of existence, the very possibility of philosophical refutation of the existence of God is exhausted. It defends the possibility of religious experience. The pluralism of the post-metaphysical era eliminates the possibility of any theoretical distinction between metaphorical and non-metaphorical languages. On the other hand, the famous statement by F. Nietzsche about the death of God, which is inscribed in the context of the critique of metaphysics, symbolically means the final decay of the religious way of thinking and the flowering of secularization, which means the rejection of appeals to other levels of being, except in the focus of today and everyday life. The specificity of hermeneutics, which is practiced by Caputo and Vattimo, is directly related to the key moment in the constructs of both thinkers – the concept of weakening thinking. For Vattimo, a weak thought (pensiero debole) refers to the gradual weakening of being, which turned the modern philosophy from its "obsession" with the metaphysics of truth to the local rationality and awareness of the hermeneutic nature of any truth. There are two aspects of weakening opinion. The first process – the weakening of being – from the objective metaphysical structure to the interpretation (“events” in the Heideggerian sense). It is described in the Nietzschean language of nihilism, which means the historical process, within which objectivistic claims of metaphysics, absolute grounds have become false (or reduced to “nothing”), weakened, and replaced by “prospects” or interpretative schemes. The second process is the weakening of God in the world, described in the language of the apostle Paul in terms of subtlety – kenosis, which is a paradigmatic expression of the Christian doctrine of the incarnation, birth and death of Jesus. Kenosis is not a one-time event that took place in the life and death of Jesus, but the continuing history or tradition initiated by this event. This process is called “secularization” by Vattimo, which doesn’t mean a rejection of God, but a kind of “transcription” of God in time and history (saeculum). Thus, nihilism and kenosis are parallel processes. Nihilism is the devastation of being in an interpretative structure; kenosis is the ascension to nothing of God as transcendental deity. Kenosis is understood as transcription, translation or transfer of God into the world, a means to establish the Kingdom of God on earth. This idea, the political correlation of which is non-authoritarian democracy, and the epistemological correlate, is a Gadamer's understanding of dialogue.On the positive side Vattimo’s “weak thinking” and the ontology, seek to be hermeneutical and nihilistic in the spirit of the Heideggerian ontology. Vattimo's philosophy seeks to save ontological discourse without making it metaphysical in the traditional sense. To speak more specifically, this philosophy recognizes the world of symbolic forms, the world of action, recognizes different practices, perceiving them as different languages of the mind. Describing postmodernity as a “more enlightened Enlightenment”, where there is no longer a dream about pure objectivity, Caputo emphasizes that the modern rebirth of religion returns its original meaning – faith, not less form of knowledge. Therefore, religious truth is characterized as truth without knowledge, and modern religiousness as “religion without religion”.By reducing the ontological and theological thought there is a convergence of theology and philosophy, which now do not contradict each other, but are found in some new space, which we call post-secular philosophy.

The article deals with current problems of innovative and prospective development of modern society, related to the formation of a new type of personality capable of self-determination in the conditions of a new technological order and the needs of humanitarization of social processes. The philosophical problem posed by science in ancient times - "what is a person" today is interpreted by social practice by the requirement to understand what is a thinking person, how ready he is to consciously perceive the world and himself in the world. the Demand for an intellectually developed person, a subject of social creativity with the ability to real thinking, a conscious approach to any situation, involves the creation of a new social space, in which various institutions of intellectual development are located - from traditional to new, initiative. The role of the entire educational system - from General to higher education-is growing, and it is becoming a leading factor and a promising process in creating new learning technologies and, above all, in teaching thinking. The obvious lag of education in solving this problem causes the intellectual elite to act ahead of time, interested in a new approach to the problem of creativity and thinking. This is evidenced by various associations, clubs, and unions formed locally, in professional communities, and in scientific circles that discuss and develop thinking technologies.

The article is devoted to the renovation of the communicative culture within information society. The authors consider the problem of devaluation of verbal communication in terms of technical and technological revolution of the end of XX- beginning of XXI century. They justified the feasibility of using interactive educational technologies for the formation of the communicative potential, improving communication skills. Noteworthy the authors suggest a method to the game as a form of creative development of proactive information underlying the formation of skills of verbal interaction. The authors see advantages of the game in opportunities in displays of emotion of the participants, in the creation of the command of the atmosphere, in overcoming barriers to communication, self-actualization. The task of preserving the language considered in the general cultural context as a means of preserving the national identity and mentality with their inherent picture of the world. Talking about changing cultural studies´ paradigms related to the computerization of modern society, it can be argued that it is the devaluation of the problem field of communicative values. As already mentioned, a very important fact is that the general use of information technology and the recognition of it as an absolute communication channel creates a risk of loss of traditional forms of communication with their ethical and etiquette standards, epistolary genre, rhetorical qualities of speech, appeal paper medium of information as a sign of culture . However, paradoxically, it is contrary to and at the same time thanks to the spread of technological form of communication (SMS, Skype and so on) that there has been a recent renovation of the classic communication channels, which is reflected in the creation of cycles of speech disciplines in the educational system at all levels.
