Antenatal Care (ANC) is a planned program in the form of observation, education and medical treatment for pregnant women to obtain a safe and satisfying process of pregnancy and childbirth. ANC visits should be done at least 4 times during pregnancy, namely K1 to K4, with a time distribution of at least 1 time in the first trimester (0-12 weeks of gestation), at least 1 time in the second trimester (12-24 weeks of gestation), and at least 2 times in the third trimester (24 weeks gestation - birth). This type of research is an analytic study with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all 124 pregnant women in the final third semester of Sangkunur Health Center using simple random sampling of 95 people. Data obtained from the Sangkunur Health Center and through the results of interviews using a questionnaire. The data analysis method was analyzed by univariate, bivariate using the Chi-square test. Based on the results of statistical tests with the Chi-square test, it is known that there is a relationship between knowledge and K4 coverage in pregnant women (0.006 <0.05). It is recommended to Sangkunur Health Center to regularly provide outreach to pregnant women about the importance of conducting antenatal care visits in order to get antenatal care services so that pregnant women can visit health service places.

Tuberculosis (TB), infection disease caused by M. tuberculosis, is a global challenge in health. TB can damage socially by causing stigma and isolation society also inflict financial loss. About 75% TB patients is productive ages economically (15-50 years old) and is estimated would lose working times 3-4 months and thus would lose their incomes about 20-30%. This study aims to determine the relation between incomes with the success of tuberculosis in treatment at Community Health Center of Johar Baru Central Jakarta in 2016. This study was done by analytical survey with cross sectional design. Population and sample are adult patients at Community Health Center of Johar Baru in 2016. Samples are selected using Simple Random Sampling. The data were collected by using questionnaires and crosschecked by looking at TB03 Card. Data was analyzed by using Chi Square test. There were 45 patients (80,4%) succeed in TB treatment and 32 patients (78%) have low incomes (<Regional minimum wage).  Results from statistical tests using Chi Square test obtained P value = 0.115 (>0.05). There is no relation between incomes with the success of Tuberculosis treatment on Tuberculosis patients in Community Health Center of Johar Baru Central Jakarta in 2016.

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease that poses one of the major threats to humans. To deal with all threats from tuberculosis, WHO has developed a TB control strategy known as the DOTS strategy to improve the success of TB treatment with the indicator used being cured and complete treatment. The success of treatment is influenced by internal and external factors such as smoking. This study aims to determine the relationship of smoking behavior with the success of tuberculosis treatment at community health center of JoharBaru Central Jakarta in 2016. This research was conducted by Cross-Sectional non-experimental quantitative method. Population and sample are adult tuberculosis patients registered at community health center of JoharBaru Central Jakarta in 2016. Samples are selected by using Simple Random Sampling. The data were collected by interview using questionnaire. Data analysis using SPSS with Chi-Square test. Result: There were 45 respondents (80,4%) succeed in tuberculosis treatment with 25 people (83,9%) of respondents who did not smoke. Results of statistical tests using Chi-Square test obtained value P = 0.69 (>0,05). There is no relation between smoking behavior with the success of tuberculosis treatment at community health center of JoharBaru Central Jakarta in 2016. Acute respiratory infections (ARI) is a disease that attacks one or more parts of the respiratory tract from the nose to the alveoli or lung. This disease which is caused by various factors (multifactorial) is the top rank disease in Indonesia, and is the biggest cause (17%) of the death of children under five years (toddlers). This study aims to determine the environmental risk factors for the incidence of ARI in children under five in the working area of the Panambungan Health Center. This type of research uses an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional design with a sample of 88 respondents obtained by simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was performed by using chi-square test and the magnitude of the risk with the odds ratio value. The results of statistical tests showed that the use of anti-mosquito coils (p = 0.021; OR = 3.573), kitchen ventilation (p = 0.000; OR = 0.112), and smoking habits of family members significantly affected ARI cases on toddlers in the working area of Panambungan Health Center, Makassar in 2020. Meanwhile, bedroom ventilation (p = 0.538; OR = 0.570) and the type of house floor (p = 0.269; OR = 1.889) did not significantly affect ARI cases on toddlers in the working area of Panambungan Health Center, Makassar in 2020.

Chronic lack of energy can occur in pregnant women in the first trimester. Because in the first trimester, the mother's appetite generally decreases, due to frequent nausea and vomiting (morning sickness). Nutrition of pregnant women is influenced by several factors, one of which is diet. This study aims to determine the relationship between diet and Chronic Energy Deficiency in first trimester pregnant women at Pagurawan Health Center, Batu Bara Regency in 2020. This type of research is a quantitative research with a descriptive correlation design with a cross sectional approach. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data collected using a questionnaire sheet and then processed and analyzed using the chi-square test.The results showed that through statistical tests using the chi-square test, the p-value was 0.018 <0.05. It is also known that the OR value = 0.090, meaning that Pregnant who have a poor diet are 0.09 times more at risk of suffering from CED compared to Pregnant who have a good diet. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between diet and Chronic Energy Deficiency in first trimester pregnant women at the Pagurawan Health Center, Batu Bara Regency in 2020. So it is hoped that pregnant women will maintain a healthy diet and eat nutritious food so that nutrition during pregnancy is fulfilled.

One intervention that could reduce the number of deaths and pain is through mother and neonatal of antenatal care. antenatal care that is one of programs such as observation, education and medical treatment for pregnant women in a planned manner. Based on the data from The departement of Health Pekanbaru City (2015), the scope of K1 year 2014 reached 96,1% and coverage of K4 reached 90,42%. The percentage of the scope of K1 anda K4 the lowest is at public health center in patient of Karya Wanita that is about K1 75,5% and K4 66,9%. A lot of factors affect visits antenatal care among others knowledge, education, work, support husband and family income pregnant women. Research purpose to know the pactors pregnant women relating to antenatal care in the public health center in patient of Karya Wanita working areas. Research is analytic design cross sectional. Population research was all the pregant women were 951 people. As the sample 91 taken accidental of sampling. Data analysis by test chi-square (α<0,05). The results of statistical tests chi-square show that there is the correlation between knowledge and family income with visits antenatal care. ABSTRACT Hyperemesis Gravidarum marked excessive nausea and vomiting in pregnant women at a young age. WHO estimates that 536,000 women died from direct complications of pregnancy and childbirth. One complication of pregnancy is Hyperemesis Gravidarum. Hyperemesis Gravidarum in the world has been estimated to occur in 1-2% of pregnant. According to data from the Medical Record of Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang Hospital, the incidence of Hyperemesis Gravidarum in 2011 there were 72 people of 661 pregnant women. The purpose of this reseach was to determine the relationship between maternal age and parity with Hyperemesis Gravidarum in Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang Hospital 2011. The Design of this reseach used Cross Sectional by analytic approach survey. The population of this reseach are all of mother who gestational ≤ 16 weeks (four months) in the Installation of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang Hospital in January to December of 2011 with the sample of 661 people which taken by systematic random sampling and the reseach was conducted from 17 April to 24 April 2012.  Each variable that was observed in tests using Chi-Square test with a (0.05).  The results of this study showed that 5.9% of mothers with hyperemesis gravidarum, 21.8% of mothers with high risk age, and 30.0% primigravida. Chi-Square test showed no significant relationship between age (p value = 0.000) and parity (p value = 0.000) with the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum. Expected to the Hospital to be implemented properly instructed how to provide counseling to pregnant women about pregnancy and childbirth, as well as provide confidence that the nausea and vomiting is a symptom of physiology in pregnancy.   ABSTRAK Hiperemesis Gravidarum ditandai mual dan muntah yang berlebihan terjadi pada ibu hamil di usia muda. WHO memperkirakan 536.000 perempuan meninggal dunia akibat langsung dari komplikasi kehamilan dan persalinan. Salah satu komplikasi kehamilan adalah Hiperemesis Gravidarum. Insiden Hiperemesis Gravidarum di dunia telah diperkirakan terjadi pada 1-2% wanita hamil. Menurut data dari Medical Record Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang, angka kejadian Hiperemesis Gravidarum pada tahun 2011 terdapat 72 orang dari 661 ibu hamil. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara umur dan paritas ibu dengan kejadian Hiperemesis Gravidarum pada ibu di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang tahun 2011. Desain Penelitian ini menggunakan survei analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah dengan umur kehamilan ≤ 16 minggu (4 bulan) yang pernah dirawat inap di Instalasi Kebidanan dan Penyakit Kandungan Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang pada bulan Januari-Desember tahun 2011 dengan jumlah sample 661 orang yang diambil secara systematic Random Sampling (secara acak sistematis) dan penelitian ini dilakukan dari tanggal 17 April sampai dengan 24 April 2012. Masing-masing variabel yang diteliti di uji dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan a (0,05). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 5,9% ibu mengalami hiperemesis gravidarum, 21,8% ibu dengan umur resiko tinggi, dan 30,0% ibu primigravida. Uji Chi-Square menunjukkan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara umur (p value = 0,000) dan paritas (p value = 0,000) dengan kejadian hiperemesis gravidarum. Diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi pihak Rumah Sakit agar dilaksanakan penyuluhan dengan cara memberikan konseling terhadap ibu hamil tentang kehamilan dan persalinan, serta memberikan keyakinan bahwa mual muntah merupakan gejala fisiologi pada kehamilan.

During pregnancy, pregnant women would usually have complaints. Moderated exercise such as pregnancy exercise would make your feet and heels more comfortable. Percentage of antenatal care in health centers of West Navan especially for K1 and K4 already met the target of 95% . The purpose of this studied is analysis of factors associated with the implementation of the health center pregnancy exercise in Navan western region in 2013. This researched used analytic studied with cross -sectional correlation. The population in this study were all pregnant women in the region checkups Navan West Health Center in 2012 as many as 871 pregnant women then took sample of 59 samples using accidental sampling methode. Analyzed used univariate and bivariate analysis with the chi square test. These results it could be concluded that most of the samples have a relatively good knowledge (67.8 %), good attitude (69.5 %) , not working (55.9 %) , support pregnant women during pregnancy (67.8 %) and doing pregnancy exercise (71.2 %). Thechi-square statistical test found no relationship between knowledge , attitude and family support with the implementation of the pregnancy exercise with each value p = 0.005 , p = 0.001 and p = 0.005 then found that there was no relationship between job execution pregnancy exercise with p = 0.362.

Preeclampsia is a pathological pregnancy that is a health problem in the mother and baby it contains. Preeclampsia is the second leading cause of death in pregnancy in the world. Preeclampsia can adversely affect both the mother and the fetus it contains. Maternal complications include HELLP syndrome (Hemolysis, Elevated Liver Enzyme, Low Platelet), pulmonary edema, renal impairment, bleeding, placental abruption and even maternal death.                One of the factors that influence the occurrence of preeclampsia is the status of gravida.The purpose of this research is to know the relation of gravida status with preeklampsiadi occurrence at work area of ​​Ngasem health center. The design of correlational research with data collection was done by using case control method, with population of1,191 data of pregnant women patients in January - December 2016, sampling using simple random sampling technique with 50 data of patient who fulfilled inclusion criteria.                Chi Square test with significant level 0,05 indicates that value of ρ value <α (0,038 <0,05). The conclusion of this research is there is relationship of gravida status with incident of preeclampsia at work area of ​​health center of Ngasem Regency of Kediri.It is recommended especially in pregnant women to routinely check their pregnancy and follow the integrated ANC to detect early preeclampsia.   Keywords: Mother, Gravida, Preeclampsia

Every pregnant woman in the first trimester experiences nausea and vomiting. This situation is natural and often occurs in pregnancy, especially in the first trimester. Nausea usually occurs in the morning, this case can occur almost 50% of pregnant wowen and many occur at 6-12 weeks. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women on how to cope with vomiting nausea in pregnancy trimester 1 in the work area of ​​Payung Sekaki health center in Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative method with a cross sectional, so that the number of samples obtained was 71 respondents. Sampling used consecutive sampling technique, nominal and ordinal measuring scales, questionnaire research instruments and univariate and bivariate data collection. Based on the results of the chi square test obtained the knowledge variable is related to how to overcome nausea and vomiting with p = 0.008 where the value of α <0.1 then, Ha accepted means there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women on how to cope with nausea vomiting while the variable obtained p=0,000 where the value of α<0,1 in the working area of ​​payung sekaki health center in Pekanbaru in 2019. Advised to puskesmas payung sekaki pekanbaru to try to increase public knowledge abaout nausea vomiting in pregnancy and the attitude of pregnant women to overcome nause and vomiting. By providing counseling to pregnant women abaout nausea and vomiting in pregnancy.

Maternal deaths in Yogyakarta Special Region are caused by heart disease, bleeding, eclampsia, sepsis/infection. Bleeding is still the number one causes of maternal death. Pregnancy with anaemia is 5 times more at risk of bleeding than who are not. The aims of the research are to determine the relationship of nutritional status with anaemia in pregnant women in Kotagede II Yogyakarta Public Health Center.  This was an observational analytic design and a cross-sectional approach. The sampling method uses accidental sampling technique. The number of respondents was 77 pregnant women in the second and third trimester. The research instrument used questionnaire sheets and medical records. Data were processed by Chi-Square statistical tests. Study found   (p-value) of nutritional status = 0.001.  The conclusion of this study is that there was a significant relationship between nutritional status with the incidence of anaemia at Kotagede II Yogyakarta Health Center
