Fintech changed the habits of public financial transactions. There are 2 types of fintech that are very popular for SMEs, namely Payment Gateway and Peer to Peer Lending (P2P). This study aims to analyze the effect of Payment Gateway and Peer to Peer Lending (P2P) on the increase in MSME income in the city of Palembang. The type of data used is primary data with data sources derived from questionnaires and interviews. The sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling, where the sample in this study is only for the types of MSMEs that are engaged in culinary and fashion in Pakembang. The analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, normality test, coefficient of determination test (R2) and partial test (t test). Based on the results of the t test and the f test it can be concluded that there is an influence of Payment Gateway and Peer to Peer Lending (P2P) to increase revenue.</span></p><p><span>Keywords: </span><span>Fintech, Revenue, SME</span></p><p><span>ABSTRAK</span></p><p><span>Fintech merupakan inovasi yang muncul di bidang jasa keuangan. Fintech mengubah kebiasaan transaksi keuangan masyarakat. Ada 2 jenis fintech yang sangat popular bagi pelaku UMKM yaitu Payment Gateway dan Peer to Peer Lending (P2P). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Payment Gateway dan Peer to Peer Lending (P2P) terhadap peningkatan pendapatan UMKM di kota Palembang. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan sumber data berasal dari kuisioner dan wawancara. Metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling, di mana sampel pada penelitian ini hanya pada jenis UMKM yang bergerak di bidang kuliner dan fashion di Kota Pakembang. Teknik analisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji koefisien determinasi (R</span><span>2</span><span>) dan uji parsial (uji t). Financial Technology (Fintech) is a combination of technology and financial services. There are several types of fintech, including Peer to Peer Lending, Risk and Investment Management, Market Aggregator, Payment, Clearing and Settlement, which changes an old innovation with digital technology. One widely used fintech is Payment Gateways such as OVO and Go-Pay, which encourage cashless society. One indicator that is implemented to measure Payment Gateway's financial performance is sales revenue. This study aims to examine the effect of Payment Gateway on the Financial Performance of Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Palembang Indah Mall. Data were collected through questionnaires involving 53 respondents by using normality test, validity test, reliability test, coefficient of determination, and t-test. The result of the t-test and the coefficient of the determination indicates that the Payment Gateway variable significantly influences the financial performance of SMEs measured by sales revenue.

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect and relationship of variable Brand Image and Product Quality partially and simultaneously on the Interest in Buying Ando Shoes products of PT. Halim Jaya Sakti in Sidoarjo. The method used is to use quantitative data by distributing questionnaires as many as 95 respondents. This research data uses primary data. Sampling analysis tools used are validity test, reliability test, correlation test, classic assumption test, simple linear regression test, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), and coefficient of determination test using SPSS software version 21.0. Based on the results of this study indicate that the variable Brand Image is quite influential and related which shows a positive and significant direction to the Purchase Interest of Ando Shoes products at Pt. Halim Jaya Sakti in Sidoarjo. Proven in the t test, the Brand Image variable t value> t table is (96.777> 1.66140) and Product Quality variable t value> t table is (108.432> 1.66140) so the correlation test calculation is more significance value smaller than the 0.05 significant level that is equal to 0,000 <0.05.

ABSTRAK Kebutuhan listrik masyarakat yang semakin hari kian meningkat menyebabkan perusahaan terkait seperti PLN harus mampu memberikan pelayanan dengan kualitas yang baik bagi pelangganya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  dan menganalisis  kualitas pelayanan listrik pintar (prabayar) di PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Woha. Peneitian ini berjenis deskriptif dengan  jenis data kuantitatif dari sumber data primer. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner skala likert. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, kuesioer dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji t test one sample. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan listrik pintar (prabayar) di PT. PLN Persero  ULP. Woha lebih dari 70% dari yang diharapkan (baik). The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, and one sample t test. This study aims to know the effect of discipline, emotional intelligence and communication to employee performance. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires. The population of this study was all 35 employees of the Wiladeg Gunungkidul Village Hall. Data analysis method used multiple regression analysis, validity test, reliability, hypothesis testing (T test and F test) and test the coefficient of determination. The result of this study concluded that based on regression analysis obtained the following equation Y =  0,123 + 0,120X1 + 0,066X2 + 0,364X3 + e. Based on the hypothesis testing, the F test is known that joinly (simultaneously) variable discipline, emotional intelligence and communication significant effect on employee performance. The result of the t test (partial testing), variable discipline, emotional intelligence  and communication has significant positive effect on employee performance.

Research is conducted at the health center in Indragiri Hulu Regency Province of Riau. To test and analyze the influence of Competence and Support infrastructure on the satisfaction of patients hospitalized patients. To test and analyze the effect of compensation on the satisfaction of patients hospitalized patients. To test and analyze the influence of Means of infrastructure on patients' satisfaction at the Indragiri Hulu Regency health center. With a population of 3,618 patients hospitalized inpatient and sample 98. The data used are primary data and secondary, collecting the data with the deployment of questionnaires and engineering documentation. Analysis of the data used in the study is that the analysis of descriptive and analytical quantitative. The data analysis technique is the Instrument Test, Validity Test, Reliability Test. Classical Assumption Test; Normality Test; Linearity Test; Multicollinearity Test; Heteroscedasticity Test. And Analysis Regression Linear Regression with program SPSS 21. The study results showed that the competence and facilities infrastructures are simultaneously influenced significantly to the satisfaction of patients hospitalized inpatient. Competence is partially influenced significantly to the satisfaction of patients hospitalized inpatient. Facility Infrastructure is partially influenced significantly to patient satisfaction in health centers in the  Indragiri Hulu Regency. The coefficient of determination(R2) contribution of variable competence and facilities infrastructure is simultaneous to the variable satisfaction of patient care hospitalization by 23.3%, and the remaining 76.7% is influenced by variables other was not examined in the study of this.

Every company always wants its employees to have a good discipline attitude, with disciplined activities within a company can run smoothly, directed. And can more easily complete the work. Discipline reflects that the employee has good performance. Because good employee performance can be assessed if the employee meets or obeys the rules that are enforced by the company. Research or research conducted at PT. Nine Jaya Farm Sukabumi. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the influence of discipline on employee performance at PT. Sembilan Jaya Farm Sukabumi with a population of employees at PT. Sembilan Jaya Farm with 80 respondents using probability sampling and saturated sample techniques. In this study using validity and reliability testing. Data collection techniques used in primary data are questionnaires and interviews along with secondary data is a literature study. And the data analysis technique used is the normality test, the correlation coefficient test, the coefficient of determination test, a simple linear regression test and a hypothesis test that is the t test. The results of this study show that there is an influence of discipline in obeying the regulations on employee performance at PT. Nine Jaya Farm by proving the results of testing the hypothesis or t test showed more t counts than the table that is as much as 5031> 1.6646

This study aims to examine the Effect of Spiritual Intelligence and Ethical Behavior on Organizational Commitment at PT. Pegadaian Persero CP Karombasan - Manado. The population in this study were employees of PT. Pegadaian Persero CP Karombasan - Manado. The study sample used Genuine Sampling, the data sources were primary and secondary. The data analysis technique used is validity test, normality test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination analysis, t test hypothesis and F test. The results of this study indicate that partially (t test) spiritual intelligence has a significant effect on organizational commitment with it is known that the value of t count is greater than t table. Ethical behavior does not significantly influence organizational commitment with the value of t calculated less than the value of t table. Based on the results of the F test it can be concluded that spiritual intelligence and ethical behavior have a significant effect on organizational commitment, this can be seen from the calculated F value greater than F table.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the legal basis for consumer protection and forms of consumer protection for the inclusion of exoneration clauses in financial technology peer to peer lending. This paper uses normative juridical methods for reviewing and analyzing the application of rules, regulations, and positive legal norms contained in the legislation. The analysis technique uses analytical prescriptive. The results of the study show that there are currently three regulations relating to consumer protection of Financial Technology Peer to Peer Lending in Indonesia, i.e. the Consumer Protection Act, Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 77/ POJK.01/2016 concerning Financial Technology Peer to Peer Lending, and the Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. The form of consumer protection for consumers over financial technology peer to peer lending with addition of clause exoneration is to impose sanctions on the organizer in the form of warning letters, fines, restrictions on business activities, and revocation of licenses granted by the Financial Services Authority. If through giving sanctions the consumer still feels disadvantaged, the consumer can resolve the problem through the District Court or outside the court by the Consumer Dispute Resolution Board.

This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality. This study uses a questionnaire with a population and sample, namely all auditors who work at the Public Accounting Office (KAP) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Surakarta. Sampling techniques using Convenience Sampling with a sample of 61 respondents. The data used in this study is a questionnaire using a Likert scale 1 to 5. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSSprogram for Windows. The analysis tool in this study using validity and reliability, the classical assumption (normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test) while the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2).Based on the results of the t-test analysis performed, it shows that there is a positive influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality and simultaneously competency, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor knowledge variables affect quality audit

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to examine whether variables such as quality of goods/services procurement committee, income of goods/services procurement committee, procurement system and procurement system, procurement ethic of goods/services and internal control system have influence to fraud of goods/ services procurement in the ministry of health affairs agency. Population in this research is all auditor related in process of procurement of goods/services, while the object of research (sample) that is as much as 56 people. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling method. Data were tested using validity test, reliability test, multicolinearity test, heteroskedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination. The result of the research shows that the quality of procurement committee variables significantly and negatively affect the fraud of procurement of goods/services. The income of the procurement committee does not significantly affect the procurement of goods/services, procurement system and procedures have significant effect and negative to the goods/service procurement, ethics have significant effect and negative to the procurement of goods/services and internal control system significantly and negative to the fraud of procurement of goods/services. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah variabel seperti kualitas panitia pengadaan barang/jasa, penghasilan panitia pengadaan barang/jasa, sistem dan prosedur pengadaan barang/jasa, etika pengadaan barang/jasa, dan sistem pengendalian internal memiliki pengaruh terhadap fraud pengadaan barang/jasa di Lingkungan Instansi Kementerian Kesehatan RI. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh auditor yang terkait dalam proses pengadaan barang/jasa, sedangkan yang dijadikan objek penelitian (sampel) yaitu sebanyak 56 orang. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data diuji menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas panitia pengadaan berpengaruh secara signifikan dan negatif terhadap fraud pengadaan barang/jasa. Penghasilan panitia pengadaan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap terhadap fraud pengadaan barang/jasa, sistem dan prosedur pengadaan berpengaruh secara signifikan dan negatif terhadap fraud pengadaan barang/jasa, ketika berpengaruh secara signifikan dan negatif terhadap fraud pengadaan barang/jasa dan sistem pengendalian internal berpengaruh secara signifikan dan negatif terhadap fraud pengadaan barang/jasa.
