<p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>This study aims to determine the transformation of the Ronggeng Pasaman performance of the Ganto Saroha group in Duo Koto District, Pasaman Regency. Ronggeng Pasaman is a performance art consisting of pantun, joget, and music, especially in Simpang Tonang, Pasaman, West Sumatra. The form of the Ronggeng Pasaman show is combining bouncing skills while dancing to the accompaniment of violin and drum music. The show starts at night, and ends until early morning. Currently Ronggeng Pasaman has undergone a transformation, people, especially young people, are less interested and begin to leave their regional arts, so the Ronggeng Pasaman show is rarely displayed. There was anxiety from the artists themselves, then initiatives emerged to attract the attention of the people. So it formed the Ronggeng Pasaman Ganto Saroha group, with the addition of keyboard music instruments in the show. Unlike the Pasaman Ronggeng Performance in general, the Ganto Saroha group does not show male singers with female appearance, but rather singers are real women or men. This study uses qualitative methods, is analytic description, observant participants. Saat ini Ronggeng Pasaman telah mengalami transformasi, masyarakat khususnya anak muda kurang meminati dan mulai meninggalkan kesenian daerahnya, sehingga pertunjukan Ronggeng Pasaman jarang ditampilkan. Terdapat keresahan dari diri seniman, kemudian muncul inisiatif untuk menarik kembali perhatian masyarakatnya. Sehingga dibentuk grup Ronggeng Pasaman Ganto Saroha, dengan penambahan instrument musik keyboard dalam pertunjukannya. Beda dengan Pertunjukan Ronggeng Pasaman  pada umumnya, grup Ganto Saroha tidak menampilkan penyanyi laki-laki berpenampilan perempuan, melainkan penyanyi adalah perempuan atau laki-laki sesungguhnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, bersifat deskripsi analitik, partisipan observan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi yang dilakukkan para seniman, membuat pertunjukan Ronggeng Pasaman grup Ganto Saroha diterima dengan baik  dan diminati semua kalangan masyarakat Pasaman, dan  didukung penuh oleh pemerintahan setempat.</em></p><strong><em>Kata kunci : </em></strong><em>Transformasi Bentuk, Pertunjukan Ronggeng Pasaman, Grup Ganto Saroha</em>

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk seni pertunjukan Ronggeng Pasaman di Kabupaten Pasaman, Sumatera Barat. Ronggeng Pasaman merupakan seni pertunjukan  terdiri dari pantun, joget, dan musik, khususnya terdapat di Kabupaten Pasaman, Sumatera Barat. Bentuk pertunjukan Ronggeng Pasaman adalah menggabungkan keahlian berpantun sambil menari dengan iringan musik biola dan gendang. Pertunjukan dimulai pada malam hari, dan berakhir hingga menjelang pagi. Beberapa grup Ronggeng Pasaman yang berada di Kabupaten Pasaman saat ini juga menampilkan pertunjukan Ronggeng Pasaman yang dikemas lebih kekinian dan menggunakan alat musik modern, sehingga Ronggeng Pasaman bisa dinikmati dengan dua versi, yaitu tradisi dan modern. Adapun dalam pertunjukan Ronggeng Pasaman modern yaitu menggunakan instrumen musik keyboard dan tidak menampilkan penyanyi atau Anak Ronggeng yang berpenampilan seperti perempuan dalam pertunjukannya. Tentunya kemajuan teknologi dimanfaatkan para seniman dalam pertunjukan Ronggeng Pasaman agar kesenian tersebut tetap hidup, berkembang dan terus diminati masyarakatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, bersifat deskripsi analitik, partisipan observan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertunjukan Ronggeng Pasaman dalam bentuk tradisi ataupun dalam bentuk modern oleh masyarakatya diterima dengan baik dan juga didukung penuh oleh pemerintah setempat.           Kata Kunci: bentuk pertunjukan, ronggeng Pasaman Sumatera Barat.   AbstractThis study aims to find out the art form of Pasaman Ronggeng performances in Pasaman Regency, West Sumatra. Ronggeng Pasaman is a performance art consisting of pantun, joget, and music, especially in Pasaman Regency, West Sumatra. The form of the Ronggeng Pasaman show is combining bouncing skills while dancing to the accompaniment of violin and drum music. The show starts at night, and ends until early morning. Some Ronggeng Pasaman groups in Pasaman Regency also present Ronggeng Pasaman performances which are packed more recently and use modern musical instruments, so Ronggeng Pasaman can be enjoyed in two versions, namely traditional and modern. As for the modern Rongaman Ronggeng show, it uses keyboard music instruments and does not display Ronggeng singers or children who look like women in their performances. Of course, technological advances are utilized by the artists in the Ronggeng Pasaman show so that the art will continue to live, develop and continue to be in demand by the community. This study uses qualitative methods, is analytic description, observant participants. The results showed that the performance of Pasaman Ronggeng in the form of tradition or in modern form by the community was well received and was also fully supported by the local government.  Keywords: form of performance, ronggeng Pasaman West Sumatra.

Komik web sekarang muncul sebagai salah satu komik konvensional yang banyak diminati oleh kalangan muda saat ini. Komik web dianggap lebih cocok untuk generasi masa kini yang lebih melirik pada produk dan pelayanan praktis secara online. Penelitian ini membahas tentang visual desain karakter bernama Poem pada komik web yang berjudul Be a Poem karya Chill Peeps. Karakter utama dalam webtoon tersebut berbentuk binatang sehingga memiliki keunikan karakter dan cerita yang digemari oleh banyak pembacanya. Desain karakter tersebut dianalisis dengan metode kualitatif berdasarkan unsur-unsur grafisnya yaitu gaya ilustrasi, layout, dan warna. Hasil dari analisis adalah desain karakter memiliki ciri khas masing-masing dalam gaya ilustrasi dan cerita yang khas sehingga mampu menarik perhatian pembaca muda. Berdasarkan studi kasus yang dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa karakter desainer dapat memutar balikkan persepsi pembaca dengan menambah atau mengurangi atribut visual.Webcomics now appear as one of the conventional comics that are in great demand by young people today. Webcomics are considered more suitable for today's generation who are more interested in online practical products and services. This study discusses the visual design of a character named Poem in a webcomic entitled Be a Poem by Chill Peeps. The main characters in the webtoon are in the form of animals that they have unique characters and stories that are loved by many readers. The character designs were analyzed by qualitative methods based on the graphic elements, namely illustration style, layout, and color. The results of the analysis are the character designs have their respective characteristics in the style of illustrations and unique stories so as to attract the attention of young readers. Based on the case studies, it can be concluded that the character of the designer can distort the reader's perception by adding or subtracting visual attributes.

Steam Electrics Power Sijantang Sawahlunto in West Sumatra, produce fly ash waste from coal burning which is very much every day (about 300 tons/day). Air pollution caused by fly-ash has been disturbing the community surrounding due to environmental pollution, the pollution has been carried away by water flown to the rice fields, causing the rice crops of community are damage. It is already a big problem, because the public has repeatedly protested to the PLN, even the local government had been repeatedly requested to the PLN, to resolved that the issue soon.  To solved that problem, PLN in cooperation with Padang State of Polytechnic, has done some research in order to utilize the waste fly ash into building materials. The results of this study prove that the waste fly ash can be used as the basic material to produce instant tiling mortar. Through research conducted, it is found a smart way out, where "there is a problem that can be used as an opportunity" especially if people are trained and given the opportunity to produce mortar instant in their homes (home industry), it will be able to improve the economy and welfare of the people around the plant Sijantang.

This article describes the influence of PRRI events (Revolutionary Government of the Republic of Indonesia) on the life of the people of West Sumatra (Minangkabau) in the short story "Ketika Jendral Pulang"  by Khairul Jasmi. The analysis was done by using literary of sociology. The results show that the short story "Ketika Jendral Pulang" is sociologically reflects life in post-PRRI Minangkabau generation experiencing a difficult phase in life. They become timid generation, low self-esteem, and pragmatic. The young people who go wander Minangkabau rename or exchange their identities, no longer as a son of the Minangkabau. This short story also describes the life of the Minangkabau generation today as the generation that was educated and raised by television. Their lives are very familiar with the various trappings of televised violence.

This study was motivated by the phenomenon of the emergence of various dhikr (remembrance) gatherings that bring together many people who experience spiritual aridity. In Aceh, currently, there is a dhikr gathering that is well known for its work for the community called Rateb Seuribee dhikr. Rateb Seuribee dhikr is one of the dhikr gatherings that is in great demand within the community. In this study, the aim is to delve deeper into Rateb Seuribee dhikr by focusing on the existence of Rateb Seuribee dhikr and character values. The study used descriptive qualitative methods to obtain accurate and reliable data. Data were collected by means of interview and observation. The participants of the study consisted of the leaders, administrators, and the members of Rateb Seuribee dhikr. The results of the study indicated that Rateb Seuribee dhikr appeared to respond to the current condition of society which is experiencing spiritual aridity due to being lulled by worldly desires, leading them to drift away from the Creator. Taking into account such situations, Sheikh H. Amran Waly Al-Khalidi established a dhikr gathering named Rateb Seuribee dhikr. The people are mostly interested in following Rateb Seuribee dhikr in order to get peace of mind, get closer to Allah, improve characters, develop social attitudes towards fellow community members, forge closer ties of friendship between fellow citizens, and increase religious knowledge. In addition, the character values ​​obtained in carrying out Rateb Seuribee dhikr include religious, honest, disciplined, patient, sincere, enthusiastic, respectful, communicative, social care, responsible, and care for the environment.

ABSTRACT This article aims to explain the existence of Tari Piring dance as a culture identity of Minang- kabau people, both the people who live in the origin area and outside the area. Tari Piring dance is a traditional cultural heritage of Minangkabau people which is used and preserved by Minangkabau people in their life so that it becomes culture identity of Minangkabau people. As the identity of Minangkabau people, Piring dance is able to express attitudes and behaviors as well as the charac- teristics of Minangkabau people. The dance can serve as a reflection of social and cultural life style of Minangkabau society. Through Tari Piring performance, the outsider can understand Minangkabau people and their culture. Tari Piring, therefore, is getting more adhere to the social life of Minang- kabau people in West Sumatra and in the regions overseas. Tari Piring dapat berperan sebagai cerminan dari corak kehidupan sosial budaya masyara- kat Minangkabau. Melalui pertunjukan Tari Piring, masyarakat luar dapat memahami orang Minangkabau dan budayanya. Oleh karena itu, sampai saat ini Tari Piring semakin melekat dengan kehidupan sosial masyarakat Minangkabau di Sumatera Barat maupun di daerah perantauan. ABSTRAK: Inti pokok masalah dalam penelitian ini meliputi latar belakang gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna, Faktor-faktor yang mendorong gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna, proses gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna dan akibat gerakan sosial masyarakat Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna? Latar belakang gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba yaitu keadaan kampungnya yang hanya terdiri dari beberapa kepala keluarga tiap kampung dan jarak yang jauh masing-masing kampung membuat keadaan masyarakatnya sulit untuk berkomnikasi dan tiap kampung hanya terdiri dari lima sampai dengan tujuh kepala keluarga saja. Kampung ini letaknya paling timur pulau Muna terbentang dari ujung kota Raha sekarang sampai kampung Wakuru yang saat ini. Kondisi ini juga yang menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab kampung ini kurang berkembang baik dibidang ekonomi, sosial politik, pendidikan maupun di bidang kebudayaan. Keadaan ini diperparah lagi dengan sifat dan karakter penduduknya yang masih sangat primitif. Faktor yang mendorong adanya gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna adalah adanya ketidaksesuaian antara keinginan pemerintah setempat dan masyarakat yang mendiami Kampung Labaluba pada waktu itu. Sedangkan proses gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna bermula ketika pemerintah seolah memaksakan kehendaknya kepada rakyat yang menyebabkan rakyat tidak setuju dengan kebijakan tersebut. Akibat yang ditimbulkan dari adanya gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna terbagi dua yaitu akibat positif dan akibat negatif.Kata Kunci: Gerakan Sosial, Factor dan Dampaknya ABSTRACT: The main issues in this study include the background of the social movement of Labaluba Village, Kontumere Village, Kabawo Sub-District, Muna District, Factors that encourage social movements of Labaluba Kampung Sub-village, Kontumere Village, Kabawo Sub-District, Muna District, the social movement process of Labaluba Village, Kontumere Village, Kabawo Sub-District Muna Regency and due to Labaluba community social movements Kontumere Village Kabawo District Muna Regency? The background of the Labaluba Kampung community social movement is that the condition of the village consists of only a few heads of households per village and the distance of each village makes it difficult for the community to communicate and each village only consists of five to seven households. This village is located east of the island of Muna stretching from the edge of the city of Raha now to the current village of Wakuru. This condition is also one of the factors causing the village to be less developed in the economic, social political, educational and cultural fields. This situation is made worse by the very primitive nature and character of the population. The factor that motivated the existence of the social movement of Labaluba Village in Kontumere Village, Kabawo Subdistrict, Muna Regency was the mismatch between the wishes of the local government and the people who inhabited Labaluba Village at that time. While the process of social movements in Labaluba Village, Kontumere Village, Kabawo District, Muna Regency began when the government seemed to impose its will on the people, causing the people to disagree with the policy. Local governance encompasses the involvement of local governments and other community-based organizations in participatory decision-making for efficient delivery of public services. In the developing world, however, the weakness of the local government and local governance has inhibited the efficient and effective delivery of these services. Relying on water and sanitation data and interviews of relevant officials, this study analyses the structure of governance of water supply and sanitation (WSS) at the community levels in selected medium-sized urban centres in Nigeria. Results showed that majority of the city dwellers lacked access to safe water and sanitation, an indication of convoluted, poorly regulated provision regimes and the waning capacity of local governments to galvanize local actions towards the efficient provision and management of these services at community levels. Multiple provision regimes, weak coordinating and regulatory frameworks characterize WSS governance. Further, the sub-national authorities’ encroachment on local government funds which deprived these tiers of government the resources they could have used in providing these essential services presents a major setback. Local governments require financial and constitutional autonomy to provide basic services to the people and supervise and coordinate the activities of other governmental and non-governmental actors involved in service provision.

Homosexual is an interest in feeling or in erotic, both are in predominant or exclusiveness against individuals who has a similarity in sexes violent or without involves interaction physical, while gay is term to mention man who likes fellow man as partners sexual, and have interest both in feeling or erotic, both in dominant and exclusive and also with or without any relation physical (Putri, 2013) Faithfulness is a form of behaviors that performed recurrently that will eventually become a permanent nature. Directed toward your faithfulness also means that individual in relationship was able to rely to keep commitments together, which has agreed by Cloud&Townsand (in Sari, 2008). The aim of this research is to find out the dynamics of faithfulness to gay. This research using qualitative methods by case study approach to describe the dynamics of faithfulness in gay relationship. To collecting data in this research used interview technique and used 4 subject. This research used thematic coding for analyzing data. The result of this study suggest that in a world of a gay, most individuals within it are the people who run the principle of free life, where they hang out and behaving freely without any rules that tie it. Generally the respondents in this study say that faithfulness is crucial and absolutely there are in relationship but not all gay capable of running commitment to remain faithful.   Keywords: Homosexual, Gay, Faithfulness, Qualitatife, Case study
