This research was to know: (1) the influence of television commercials against the decision of the purchase of instant noodles (survey with the community of Tanjung selamat), (2) the influence of the price of the purchase decision instant noodles (survey with the community of Tanjung selamat). This research including survey research with quantitative approach. The population in this research is the community of Tanjung Selamat. Based on the results of the calculation of the specified number of samples is used as much as 98 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested and reliabilitasnya validity. Data analysis technique that is used is a double linier regression. The results of the study showed that: (1) influential television commercials significant on the Tanjung Selamat, proved from the value of the significance of 0,000<0.05 and regression coefficient of 0,058, (2) the price of a significant effect of Tanjung Selamat, proved from the significance of 0,000<0.05 and regression coefficient of 0,181.

The goals of the research are to divulge the implementation of promotion mix strategy and its impact on the purchase decision towards the Go-jek online transportation service. The research-er uses a quantitative approach, descriptive and verified design, and survey method. As much as 100 respondents have been drawn using the purposive approach from the population of the Go-jek consumers. The data collection employs questionnaire and the path analysis procedure has been used as the data analysis technique. The findings of this research are as follows: the varia-bles of advertising, sales promotion, personal sale, publicity and community relationship fall into moderate – good category; moreover both partially and simultaneously the variables of advertis-ing, sales promotion, personal sale, publicity and community relationship, as well as direct mar-keting affect the purchase decision.

<p align="justify">This study uses a quantitative approach to data collection technique using a questionnaire. The population used in this study are all customers who use tobacco products Gudang Garam International, while method of sample using accidental sampling technique is the technique of sample withdrawal by chance, so the number of samples obtained as many as 100 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is the analysis of regression and correlation. The results revealed a significant difference between the quality of the product, brand and promotion jointly on customer loyalty cigarettes Gudang Garam International. The result proved that the customer loyalty is assumed to be positively affected by the price and the service that pertain in Alakasa Extrusindo Company. The result proved that the customer loyalty was simultaneous affected by the price and service.</p><p> </p>

This research is a survey research with quantitative approach. The sample of this study were employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari Bengkulu Utara, which amounted to 96 employees by taking a minimum sample of employees. Data collection using a questionnaire while data analysis was performed using multipleregression analysis. This research is a survey research with quantitative approach. The results found that: (1) Reward significantly influencedthe performance of the employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari North Bengkulu with the t test results show the value of t sig for the variable Reward value (X1) Namely, thit &gt; t (4.123 &gt; 1.98580) and (sig α = 0.000 &lt; 0.050) means that Hα is accepted and H0α/2 is rejected. (2) Punishment significantly influenced the performance of the employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari North Bengkulu with t test results showed the value of t sig for the Punishment Value Variable (X2) &gt; t(α / 2) (2.929 &gt;1.98580) and (sig α = 0.004 &lt; 0.050 means that Hα was accepted and H0 was rejected. (3) Reward and Punishment Variables have a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Sandabi Indah Lestari North Bengkulu with the results of the F test hypothesis above obtained by F count of 99.917 with Ftable value of 3.09 that is (99.917 &gt; 3.09) and (sig α =0.000 &lt; 0.050), then it can be concluded that H3 is accepted.Keywords : Reward, Punishment and employee performance

This study aims to determine the conformity of adolescents in SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Galur and SMP Muhammadiyah Al Manar Boarding School and to analyze the differences there. This research is survey research using a quantitative approach with a comparative study method. The population in this study was 171 students, while the sample size was 120 students. The data analysis technique used the Mann Withney test to see the results of differences in adolescent conformity. The final results of this study indicated that (1) the level of conformity of the students of SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Galur was medium; (2) the conformity level of the students of SMP Muhammadiyah Al Manar Boarding School was medium and high; (3) there was no significant difference regarding the level of adolescent conformity between students of SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Galur and students of SMP Muhammadiyah Al Manar Boarding School as evidenced by the results of the Mann Withney test with the Sig. 0.129 0.05.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using illustrations in digital literature on taking meaning from a reading. This study uses a quantitative approach. The intended respondent is a reader of a book with illustrations totaling 71 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire technique. while the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that the existence of illustrations in digital literature affects a person in taking the meaning of a reading, many factors that influence this such as intelligence is classified as influential and reading ability is also classified as influential. In general, the percentage chosen by respondents is around 75%-100% and if it is confirmed with a predetermined category, this percentage means that the illustrations contained in digital literature do indeed affect the taking of meaning from a reading. and from the interval it can be said that it is in the influential category.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasikan karakter peserta didik, terutama karakter menghargai prestasi peserta didik kelas VIII SMP N 5 Muaro Jambi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Sedangkan jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis penelitian survei dengan instrumen penelitian berupa angket. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII A dan VIII E SMP N 5 Muaro Jambi, dengan jumlah total responden sebanyak 45 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis statistik deskriptif. Sedangkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa angket karakter menghargai prestasi peserta didik digolongkan dalam kategori “sangat baik”. Pada kelas VIII A, terdapat 16,7 % pernyataan yang dijawab dengan baik oleh peserta didik, dan terdapat 83,3 % pernyataan yang dijawab dengan sangat baik oleh peserta didik. Sedangkan pada kelas VIII E, terdapat 25,9 % pernyataan yang dijawab dengan baik oleh peserta didik, dan terdapat 74,1 % pernyataan yang dijawab dengan sangat baik oleh peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil angket tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta didik SMP N 5 Muaro Jambi, khususnya kelas VIII A dan VIII E, telah memiliki sikap yang sangat baik dalam menghargai prestasi. Kata Kunci: Karakter, Menghargai Prestasi, Peserta Didik, Pendidikan ABSTRACTThis study aims to identify the character of students, especially the character of respecting the achievements of class VIII students of SMP N 5 Muaro Jambi. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. While the type of research used is the type of survey research with research instruments in the form of questionnaires. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII A and VIII E SMP N 5 Muaro Jambi, with a total number of respondents as many as 45 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical. The results of the study indicate that character questionnaires value achievement classified in the category of "very good". In class VIII A, there were 16.7% statements that were answered well by students, and there were 83.3% statements that were answered very well by students. Whereas in class VIII E, there were 25.9% of statements answered well by students, and there were 74.1% statements that were answered very well by students. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it can be concluded that the students of SMP N 5 Muaro Jambi, especially classes VIII A and VIII E, have had a very good attitude in respecting achievement. Keywords: Character, Respect for Achievement, Students, Education

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga dan suasana toko terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada pada Alfamidi Cabang Iskandar Muda Medan. Pengambilan sampel berdasarkan rumus  Non Probability Sampling, sehingga sampel yang di dapat dan digunakan dalam penelitian ini 112 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden dan mengumpulkannya kembali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Sebelum data diregresikan maka terlebih dahulu di uji keterkaitannya antara variabel, datanya di uji menggunakan uji asumsi klasik. Serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi faktor harga dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen digunakan rumus r squre. Untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini gunakan uji F dimana hasil yang diperoleh  bahwa ada pengaruh positf dan signifikan antara harga dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Alfamidi Cabang Iskandar Muda Medan. Kata kunci : Persepsi Harga, Suasana Toko, Keputusan Pembelian  AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of price perception and Store Atmosphere Consumer Purchase at Alfamidi Cabang Iskandar Muda Medan. This study is aimed to (1) describe the implementation of genogram technique in students’ career decision, (2) investigate students’ career decision, and (3) investigate the effect of genogram technique on students’ career decision. This study applied quantitative approach and implemented quasi experimental design as well as Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design to 20 samples. Data collection techniques applied in this research were career decision scale, observation, and interview.  This study implemented analytical statistic descriptive non parametric wilcoxon signed ranks test as data analysis technique. This study found that (1) there were low category of genogram technique implementation to affect students’ career decision in MAN 2 Kota Makassar before the treatment, while its high category found after the treatment, (2) students’ career decision in MAN 2 Kota Makassar was raised after genogram technique, and (3) genogram technique can increase students’ career decision in MAN 2 Kota Makassar.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motor vehicle tax services on taxpayer satisfaction at the Bengkulu City SAMSAT office. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques used are observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative analysis method.The results showed that from simple linear regression showed taxpayer satisfaction (Y) = 4.838 + 0.921X. The constant value of 4.838 means that if there is no tax service of zero (0), then the satisfaction of the taxpayer is 4.838. While the regression coefficient for tax services is 0.921, meaning that if tax services increase by 1%, then taxpayer satisfaction will also increase or increase by 5.759% (4.838 + 0.921).
