The research used a quantitative method with descriptive approach. Population in this research is all of accounting students X grade 1 and 2 at SMK Mahadhika Ciracas with a total of 67 students. Because the sample is less than 100, the entire population is also used as a research sample. To test data analysis using method of Product Moment Correlation, Coefficient of Determination and Hypothesis test. Conlucions is there are no effect between the influence of learning motivation on student achievement studying economics at mahadika ciracas vocational high school. It can be the results of t_ count = 0.533 with t_ table = 1,670 at the level of 5% = and dk = N-2 = 67-2 = 65, so the value of t-count ≤ table. Which means that Ha was rejected and Ho was accepted.

This study aimed to determine the factors that affect the independent learning of accounting students at a vocational high school. Independent learning can be implemented by someone if they have self-confidence. In addition, other factors that can be influential are student motivation and creativity. Motivation is an important factor because this can encourage students to carry out learning activities, and motivation will lead to creativity in learning. This explanatory quantitative research involved three independent variables and one dependent variable. The sample was obtained from vocational high school students in Malang majoring in accounting. Data were collected using a questionnaire, while the data were analyzed using multiple regression. The results showed that self-confidence had a significant effect on student independent learning. Motivation and creativity were also influential. These results reinforce the theory of constructivism where, in learning, a person must build on their own knowledge and learn from the experiences gained by others. Suggestions for further research include examining additional variables that may affect independent learning. Keywords: Self-Confidence, Learning Motivation, Learning Creativity, Learning Independence

This research aimed to know how big the influence of online media on student interest in learning at wijaya kusuma islamic vocational high school. The research method used is quantitative method, field research method and library method . Population in this research is the students at Wijaya Kusuma Islamic Vocational School with a total of around 500 students with a sample of 50 respondents. This research using a quesionere instruments To test data analysis using method of Product Moment Correlation, Coefficient of Determination and Hypothesis test. Conclusion gwhich have been obtained after research that regression analysis Y = 47,66 + 0,55x and correlation analysis equal to r =0,573 which means a moderate influence between online media with student interest in learning. While result of Coefficient Determination analysis show equal to 32,8% the variable x (online media) contributes to the variable y (student intereset in learning) and the remaining as much 67,2% is determined by others variable. The last result hypothesist test showing a strong effect between variable x (online media) to variable y (student intereset in learning) ) at 5% significant level (α = 0,05 t count is bigger than t table.(5,90625>1,67722))

This research is motivated by the phenomenon that all parents want their children's education to be good, so they pay attention and optimize for his child's education. The existence of this need then humansare encouraged to fulfill it. This impulse is called motivation. In this case, of course the role of motivation is very important. How teachers make efforts to be able to grow and give motivation so students do goodlearning activities. The purpose of this study is (1) To find out whether there is an influence of learning motivation on student achievement in SMA 2 BURU. (2) To find out how much influence the motivation of learning on student achievement in SMA 2 BURU. This research uses a quantitative approach with adescriptive type. The population is at BURU 2 Senior High School, totaling 220 students. using purposive random sampling technique. The sample was 79 students. Research methods using questionnaire anddocumentation. All instruments have met the requirements as a measurement requirement, because they have tested so that it meets the validity test requirements using product correlation and reliability using Cronbach alpha, and has passed the test precondition. Data analysis using T-test and a large percentageof the influence using the coefficient of determination Adjuster R Square. The results showed that (1) there was a significant effect of Learning Motivation on Learning Achievement evidenced from the value ofTcount> Ttable namely 3.731> 1.9915 and Sig <0.05, namely 0.000 <0.05 (with a level of 5%). (2) The magnitude of the influence of the Adjusted R square determination coefficient of 35.9% so that the effect oflearning motivation (X), on learning achievement (Y) is weak positive means that if the variable X rises then the variable Y does not rise weakly or together all variables will rise significantly and the remaining65.1% is explained by other variables outside the variables used.KEYWORD.
