This research aimed to know how big the influence of online media on student interest in learning at wijaya kusuma islamic vocational high school. The research method used is quantitative method, field research method and library method . Population in this research is the students at Wijaya Kusuma Islamic Vocational School with a total of around 500 students with a sample of 50 respondents. This research using a quesionere instruments To test data analysis using method of Product Moment Correlation, Coefficient of Determination and Hypothesis test. Conclusion gwhich have been obtained after research that regression analysis Y = 47,66 + 0,55x and correlation analysis equal to r =0,573 which means a moderate influence between online media with student interest in learning. While result of Coefficient Determination analysis show equal to 32,8% the variable x (online media) contributes to the variable y (student intereset in learning) and the remaining as much 67,2% is determined by others variable. The last result hypothesist test showing a strong effect between variable x (online media) to variable y (student intereset in learning) ) at 5% significant level (α = 0,05 t count is bigger than t table.(5,90625>1,67722))

This research aimed to know how big effect of learning motivation on student achievement studying economics at Mahadika Ciracas vocational high school. The research used a quantitative method  with descriptive approach. Population in this research is all of accounting students X grade 1 and 2 at SMK Mahadhika Ciracas with a total of 67 students. Because the sample is less than 100, the entire population is also used as a research sample. To test data analysis using method of Product Moment Correlation, Coefficient of Determination and Hypothesis test. Conlucions is there are no effect between the influence of learning motivation on student achievement studying economics at mahadika ciracas vocational high school. It can be the results of t_ count = 0.533 with t_ table = 1,670 at the level of 5% = and dk = N-2 = 67-2 = 65, so the value of  t-count ≤ table. Which means that Ha was rejected  and Ho was accepted.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Work Motivation and Discipline partially and or jointly on Employee Performance in Ksatrya Vocational High School. The research data was taken from a survey conducted on all employees at the Kstrya Vocational School. From a population of 46 employees using the Solvin formula a sample of 41 respondents was taken. The research method used is linear regression with 2 independent variables processed using SPSS. The results of the study stated that the coefficient of determination 0.550, which means the percentage contribution of the influence of independent variables (motivation and work discipline) to the dependent variable (employee performance) of 55.0% The remaining 45.0% is influenced or explained by other variables not included in this research model . The results showed that partially, Work Motivation and Discipline variables significantly positive effect on Employee Performance. And together (simultaneously), there is a significant influence of Work Motivation and Discipline on Employee Performance at SMK Ksatrya Jakarta.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Mudharabah Financing, Murabahah Financing and Mudharabah Savings on Return On Assets (ROA) of Indonesian Sharia People's Financing Banks for the 2015-2020 period. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. The data used is secondary data. In this study, the analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the analysis of this study, it can be seen that partially Mudharabah Financing has a negative and significant effect on Return On Assets, Murabaha financing has a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets and Mudharabah Savings has a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets at Indonesian Islamic People's Financing Bank for the 2015 period. -2020 and simultaneously Mudharabah Financing, Murabahah Financing and Mudharabah Savings have a significant effect on the Return On Assets (ROA) of Indonesian Sharia Rural Banks for the 2015-2020 period. It is expected that the Indonesian Islamic People's Financing Bank will further improve its performance by minimizing financing risk and increasing the amount of third party funds so that its profitability growth is maximized.

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the implementation of services, perceptions of religiosity of institutions and customer satisfaction, as well as the influence of service quality and religiosity perceptions in BMT Idrisiyyah to customer satisfaction BMT Idrisiyyah Tasikmalaya.The research method used in this research is the field research method (field reaserch), while the data collection techniques are done through the spread of questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique using slovin formula with the number of respondents 100 customers and the analysis tools used are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t-test and F test.Based on the results of research and F-test results (simultaneous) showed that service and perceptions of religiosity together affect the customer satisfaction. The result of t-test (partial) which have positive effect significantly to customer satisfaction from service quality is variable of reliability, responsiveness variable, assurance variable and empathy while for physical proof (tangible) has no effect to customer satisfaction. For the perception variable religiosity also does not affect customer satisfaction. For the mutual influence of service quality and religiosity perception have an effect on customer satisfaction in BMT Idrsiyyah with significance value 0,000 and F value equal to 6,750.

In making a profitability decision, of course the company must have sufficient capital to finance operations in the company. This is to see how the influence of working capital and operational costs on profitability. The research method used by researchers is the method of multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination test, also performed a classic assumption test that is the Normality, Multicollinearity, Heteroscedasticity and Autocorrelation Tests and also the Hypothesis Test which consists of the F Test and the t Test.Based on the t test (partially) it can be seen that working capital has a significant effect on profitability. Whereas Operational Costs do not affect the profitability. And based on the F Test the value of Fcalculates that working capital and operational costs affect profitability.

AbstractThe Influence of Celebrity Brand Ambassador Credibility against Wardah's Purchase Decision. Wardah ad version of Dewi Sandra. Economics and Business Faculty. State Islamic University of Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta 2017. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the credibility of Dewi Sandra as a celebrity brand ambassador against consumer purchasing decisions on Wardah cosmetic products. The research method used is quantitative research method. The results of the analysis are presented in the form of numbers then explained and interpreted in a description. There are 100 samples used in this study, which is a student of Faculty of Economics and Business. State Islamic University Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta who had bought and used Wardah beauty products. In this research used 2 variables namely credibility brand ambassador as independent variable and purchase decision as dependent variable. Data analysis in this research use validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test and hypothesis test consisting of simple linear regression test, simple correlation test, coefficient of determination test (R2), and T significance test. Data processing in this research is assisted By SPSS version 24.00 for windows. The results of this study indicate on the simple correlation test (R2) that brand ambassador credibility has an influence of 25.9% on purchasing decisions, while the remaining 74.1% of consumer purchasing decision making process influenced by other variables not examined in this study .Keywords: brand ambassador credibility, purchase decision, WardahAbstrakPengaruh Kredibilitas Brand ambassador Selebriti terhadap Keputusan Pembelian produk Wardah. Terdapat 100 sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yang merupakan mahasiswi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis. Universitas Islam Negeri Syaarif Hidayatullah Jakarta yang pernah membeli dan menggunakan produk kecantikan Wardah. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan 2 variabel yaitu kredibilitas brand ambassador sebagai variabel bebas dan keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel terikat. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas dan uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji regresi linear sederhana, uji korelasi sederhana, uji koefisien determinasi (R2), dan uji signifikansi T. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini dibantu oleh program SPSS versi 24.00 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pada uji korelasi sederhana (R2) bahwa kredibilitas brand ambassadormemiliki pengaruh sebesar 25,9% terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan sisanya yaitu 74,1% proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian konsumen dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Kredibilitas Brand Ambassador, Keputusan Pembelian, Wardah

This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline and work facilities on employee work productivity, either partially or simultaneously on MNC TV Production Section. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative research method with a sample of 75 respondents. Data collected by using method is multiple linear regression analysis, double correlation and coefficient of determination. Test the hypothesis (Test F and Test t).The results showed that work discipline and work facilities have a significant effect on increasing productivity of employee of MNC TV Production Division.

This research aims to know how to use the Arabic medium film, the effect of its use, and the problems that students face in upgrading their ability to listen in the Islamic State Secondary School 2 in Western Aceh. Films are one of the important means for students to upgrade their Arabic skills. Because it has a close and strong relationship in order to train their understanding of the Arabic language. This research is a field research which conducted by experimental research. The data are issued from the field research, which is the Islamic State Secondary School 2 in Western Aceh. The data was analyzed by a quantitative method. The use of the Arabic film medium began with learning planning and learning tools. Then he presented the Arab film medium and ends with giving a pre-test. The results showed that students' listening activity and their results appear to be high in the process of learning the skill of listening. As well as the easiest way in the process of teaching and learning the skill of listening. Finally, the problems that students face in applying the film medium are students being more active and independent in learning.

Distribution is an activity that must be carried out by every company in order to cause and guarantee the supply of products in the market so that people get, then in an effort to find and obtain products that are expected to fulfill some of their life needs. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the smooth distribution with customer satisfaction at PT Semen Tiga Roda. Distribution channels are a device that is interdependent in providing a product or service to be used or consumed by consumers or business users. Satisfaction is the feeling of being happy or disappointed someone who appears after comparing the performance (results) of the product that is thought of the expected performance. The population studied was 50 respondents and a sample of 20 respondents was taken with random sampling. The research method used is the library method and field method by means of questionnaire spread. The type of data used by the author is qualitative data originating from the questionnaire which then answers the respondents given a score so that it becomes quantitative data. From the results of these calculations obtained hypothesis test results, namely: Y = 18.28 + 0.43 X, r = 0.56, and t = 2.866. From the results of statistical calculations have obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.56, which means that the smooth distribution with customer satisfaction has a positive and very significant influence, while the coefficient of determination obtained at 31.36% turned out to be influenced by the smooth distribution of the good, the rest of 68.64% is influenced by other factors (returns, after-sales and services) that are not examined directly by the author. In the research hypothesis test also obtained the value of t count 2.866 greater than t table 2.101, with an error rate of 5% (0.05) then according to the applicable provisions means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

This research aims to know how much the effetc of loan to deposit ratio (LDR) against earning per share (EPS) at PT Bank BNI Tbk. The method that is used in this research is quantitative method. By taking samples of research from 2008 to 2017. Based on the analysis of the data, it indicates that the loan to deposit ratio has strong relation with earning per share as of the value of pearson correlation coefficient is 0,902%. Loan to deposit ratio also has positive and significan effect on the earning per share with a coefficient of determination amounted to 81,36 % and T test results showes t calculate>t table amounted to (5,898>2,360) confidence level (0,05) with degrees of freedom 8 therefore Ho rejected and H1 accepted. The suggestion given to maintain level the BI’ LDR standar, to avoid problem decrease in CAR standar and result high EP.
