Changes in social and economic behavior in society can be influenced by various factors, one of them can be caused by the development of technology and information such as social media. Srigading Village in Bantul Regency is one of the villages affected by social media, especially for some farmers in the village who initially planted onion commodities, then turned to plant flowers. This is due to the influence of social media that is able to create new markets for agriculture, that are packaged in the concept of agro-tourism which is agro-tourism. The purpose of this study aims is to analyze changes in social and economic behavior that occur as a result of the development of social media and saw the picture of farmer’s economic activities who had changed from conventional farming to agro-tourism. This research method uses quantitative methods through a descriptive approach. Data collection using questionnaires, interviews, observation, and study of literature. The population subjects in this study were onion farmers who switched to flower farmers. The results shown the shifting in farming cultivation into agro-tourism farming brought changes in the socio-economic life of farmers in Srigading Village. This can be seen from the increase in Increasing incomes and higher economic activities that make life prosperous were factors that make the farmers changed their business. Farmers use the internet and social media to gain ideas, develop, promote and sell their products. The economic picture of farmers can be seen from the production and marketing processes that are easier. Expanding their business means they increase the employment rate inside the village. There is also a change in the pattern of consumption of agricultural products.

Samuel Selvon (1923-1994) is a representative writer in Caribbean literature. His Moses trilogy is famous for the preoccupation with issues of identity. My paper employs Homi Bhabha’s theory of hybridity to construct the identification of Creoles’. From the perspective of economic, The Lonely Londoners and Moses Ascending deal with the fractured and disjointed economic activities on the Londoners and Moses’ economic life, which cover from general economic life to personal economic behavior. The hybridization of economic activities helps Creoles walk out of the tough period and be able to support themselves. It is an effective way for them to be free from colonization economically.

Abstract. The phenomenon of the large number of Indonesian workers (TKI) shows that the problem of poverty is so chronic, the limited work space for women in Indonesia makes them prefer to work abroad on the assumption that they just want to get a job and earn more than what they receive in the country. alone. The research method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The population in this study is Way Jepara Subdistrict which has sent 3045 workers abroad from 2013 to 2017. Indonesian workers, especially women, can improve family life. Female workers who have returned home can improve their skills so that they can become independent businesses in the creative household handicraft business sector and can process agricultural products so that they can support their families and no longer work as Indonesian workers (TKI).

The purpose of this study was to determine how big the role of the image of halal tourist destinations on visiting interest is influenced by market potential, electronic word of mouth (E-WOM), and social media. The research method uses quantitative methods, with data processing using SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square). The results showed that the role of halal tourist destinations on visiting interest has a big influence. The image of halal tourist destinations will not develop properly if it is not supported by E-WOM, social media, and market potential, which are carried out continuously. Therefore, good cooperation between the local government, the community and all related parties are required to increase halal tourism.

Instagram social media is a unique medium because through this media not only communicating by sharing photos, but also penetrating into videos that everyone can get various videos that inform various kinds of actifities or routines that are carried out. The use of instagram also occurs among the community in the city of Bengkulu, precisely Sanggar Arastra community, thus encouraging members to play Instagram. The purpose of this study is to find out the motives of social media users to upload instagram story. This study uses a qualitative research method with a qualitative descriptive approach and this study uses the motive theory by Papacharissi and Rubin (2017), which consist of several motives, utility motives and motives seeking information. This research was conducted with data collection techniques through interview, observation and documentation study. The subjects in this study were five members of Sanggar Arastra owning an Android or iOS cellphone with an application and an Instagram account, they actively play Instagram and like ti upload photos, videoa and texts on the Instagram Story. The results of thie study indicate that the motives of members of Sanggar Arastra in uploading photos, videos nd texts in Instagram story are convenience motives, entertainment motives, passing time motives to follow current trends. Of all the motives, there is the most dominant motive, namely Convenience Motives because what they upload on Instagram stories is a form of expressing themselves, a place to express feelings in the form of photos, videoa and texts. Their uploads form a good image in order to get the desired recognition.

Islam strongly emphasizes that all economic activities carried out by humans in the world are an accountability that must be in accordance with Islamic law. In the Sharia economy there are khiyar rights which are expected to provide good benefits in the sale and purchase agreement and make buying and selling activities in accordance with the principles of Islamic law, it is consensual and also providing benefits to the parties in accordance with the provisions in Islamic law and the existence of willingness or sincerity in buying and selling activities in accordance with the Koran and hadith. Currently, many buying and selling transactions are carried out online, one of which is using the social media, Instagram, which has millions of users who can exceed time and space. Many business actors ranging from housewives, students, state employees, private employees who post goods to be traded on Instagram, behind this convenience, of course there are problems, it is the existing image and the merchant’s reputation is something that is highly valued in online trading. The problem that arises in the online buying and selling contract is the mismatch of goods with pictures and descriptions on social media resulting in a one-sided cancellation of the purchase of ordered goods by the buyer and this results in losses to the seller, even though before the transaction the two parties have mutually agreed. The research objective of this paper was to analyze legal certainty in the implementation of khiyar in purchasing ordered goods in online buying and selling transactions via Instagram, the research method used is normative juridical, the results of research on the form of legal certainty in the implementation of khiyar. The research objective was to analyze the structure of drama manuscript of Musi Rawas folklore. The approach used was qualitative descriptive approach with library research method. The data were collected through reading technique, inventory technique and noting technique. The data were obtained from reading and coding were classified based on the object, described, organized into the report. The results presented: the conflict was when Gentayu recognized her mother was still alive and she kept meeting her, so that  Remas Samar, whose father, was angry. It becomes the main problem in drama manuscript in Musi Rawas folklore "Gentayu Ulak Dalam". The plot in the drama was straightforward. The settings were in the village, forest, Baru Hill and river. In conclusion, according to the analysis, the drama included as tragedy because the climax of the story described the sadness and death.  Keywords: Analysis, drama manuscript, structural approach

The village chief as the leader who is directly elected by the villagers and it is believed and also claimed to have good leadership for the development of rural infrastructure as well as to invite the community to participate in the advancement of the village. An organization will succeed or fail is determined by the leadership. This study raises the issue: (1) How is the leadership of the village chief in the construction of infrastructure in the coastal village? (2) What are the factors that affect the leadership of the village chief in the construction of infrastructure in the coastal village? The method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data used is primary data (observations and interviews) and secondary data (literature). The primary data sources are direct observation, interviews and recording the data in the seaside village office. Then, it is analyzed with related theories. The conclusion of this research was the leadership of the village chief in developing of infrastructure field in Pantai village, west Kapuas subdistrict, Kapuas district. BUMDes Cibadak village, Banjarsari sub-district Ciamis district is one of the BUMdes that runs businesses in the sheep farming sector. This business began in 2018. The types of sheep managed in this business include breeding sheep, fattening sheep and contest sheep. Sheep are made clean and attractive cages. Like a series of villages that are bounded by a partition for each sheep, one barrier is called the Lamb Hotel. The managers are around six residents. His job is to feed, keep the cage clean, bathe and keep sheep safe from being stolen. The sheep that are kept there are sheep belonging to BUMDes, and there are sheep deposited by investors. Sheep nurse receives her profit-sharing wage after being treated 4 months later and the sale proceeds from the distribution, namely for sheep owned by BUMDes, each party receives 50%. While the sheep from investors for the results of 40% for investors, 40% for caregivers and 20% paid to BUMDes as BUMDes cash input. The problem faced in caring for sheep is sheep feed in the form of grass during the dry season to get it experiencing difficulties because they have to find grass in distant regions which is considered inconvenient for sheep caregivers, besides the cost is also relatively expensive because they have to pay for gasoline and motorcycle maintenance. While giving food 3 times a day ie. 09.00 hours, hours. 14.00 and hour. 17:00. In addition, because those who care for sheep are not breeders or farmers, so there are those who are not careful in caring for their sheep, so they must be completed by other sheep nurses. The research objectives are 1) Knowing the role of the Cibadak BUMDes in the management of sheep businesses 2) Analyzing the development of sheep management businesses. The research method is qualitative with a descriptive approach, resource persons from the Head of the Cibadak village and the head of the sheep manager. Research site in Cibadak village, Banjarsari, Ciamis Regency. Research results, that in the management of these sheep require careful planning, because it involves living things, BUMDes as the party responsible for sheep management needs to work together with other villages, especially related to the problems of those caring for sheep, security against theft of sheep and the problem of supplying feed, In addition, the plan for the Cibadak BUMDes to develop contest sheep needs to be considered again because the maintenance costs are high and more complicated and prone to theft of these animals due to the relatively high prices. In this regard, supervision (Controlling) needs to be done intensively and involves the village security (Linmas)

Wayang Golek is one of the nation's cultural heritage that grows and develops in West Java, and its existence still exists today but is starting to decline. Photography is one part of the technology that can bridge the Punakawan  Sundanese Wayang Golek  Culture in maintaining its existence. The purpose of the research is to maintain the existence of the Punakawan  Sundanese Wayang Golek  Culture through the media of Photography. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach obtained through interviews, observations and is equipped with photographic works. The results of this study indicate that Photography can be one of the media in maintaining the existence of Wayang Golek, especially the Sundanese Punakawan  group, through social media such as Instagram. Photography by researchers and other artists' works shared via Instagram can be spread worldwide and stored forever, with periodic and continuous stages, the existence of Wayang Golek, especially Punakawan  Sundanese, will be maintained.Keywords: Art Fotografi; Punakawan;Culture Wayang Golek.

The use of Village Funds is not appropriate and there are still problems so that it has not reduced the poverty rate, this is because the guidance is not maximized by the Belu Regency PMD Office. This study aims to analyze performance of the Community and Village Empowerment Service in realizing community empowerment through the use of Village Funds. The theory used is the performance of Sinambela Lijan (2012), with indicators of productivity, responsiveness, responsibility and accountability. The approach to data analysis is the SWOT analysis with the Litmus test. This study used qualitative research method with descriptive approach, data collection techniques: interviews (17 informants) and documentation. The findings of the study indicate that human resource capacity is still low, infrastructure is still limited, lack of cross-sectoral coordination, lack of community understanding and weak institutional capacity in the village. Conclusion: The performance of the Community and Village Empowerment Service is quite good, but there are still some problems so that the authors convey several strategic issues, namely increasing the capacity of employees as trainers and facilitators so that community empowerment is more effective and maximizes the potential in the village so that it can be used to support community empowerment activities, with the aim of realizing Village independence.
