This paper aims to interpret the learning idealism of the Ekalawya figure in the Mahabharata and translate it as a reflection of the learning process in this era of the new order. The problematization between regulations and the real conditions of students has given implications for the implementation of online learning. There are many obstacles that arise, ranging from limited infrastructure, costs required and mastery of ICT, both from the teacher and student side. Refers to literary reception theory and hermeneutic methods, Ekalawya is a true disciple, his ideals such as unyielding, independence, discipline, teacher devotion, and making his yad as an obligation have led him to become a great archer. His learning experiences, such as; independent learning, obedience to the social rules of Catur Varna, respect for Drona as a teacher, and also the sincere offerings (daksina) in the form of his thumb. The limited interaction between teachers and students, hard work in doing assignments, independence and honesty of students in answering the evaluation questions, and respect that is maintained are a form of reflection on the learning experiences of Ekalawya in the era of the new order.

After a year more of living with COVID-19, the teachers’ and students’ resilience is still demanding, particularly regarding language online learning. Both parties must keep struggling to fulfill the learning requirements in times of crisis. One of the challenges in language issues is teaching English for Specific Purpose (ESP) in higher education during emergency remote learning (ERL) including teaching ESP at Poltekkes Kemenkes Malang in 2020-2021. At these times, ESP teachers have to design the materials by taking a lot of consideration regarding the students’ needs, goals, learning model, activities, tools, and feedback that met the emergency due to Coronavirus outbreak. They planned, implemented, and evaluated the learning process until they can find the best ones for the students. This study was a survey research with 23 participants of ESP lecturers. This article presented some best practices of teaching ESP in the online mode during ERL as the best experience of ESP lecturers, in the hope that it will be able to give some new insights for fellow educators to help them to provide better learning experiences for the students.

The Covid-19 pandemic has led to policies that make teachers and students have to adapt the face-to-face learning model to online learning. The teacher of SD N 2 Cakranegara admits that there are limitations to the variety of audio-visual learning media used. The teachers also don't know and have never tried to develop game games with learning content, even though Android-based games are very possible to be developed and accessed portable on smartphones, the majority of which are already owned by teachers and students. The provision of workshops and assistance in making Android-based educational games for SD N 2 Cakranegara teachers aims to improve skills in creating and developing learning media in the form of educational games and maximizing the use of smartphones. The targeted output in this service activity is the existence of educational games that are ready to be used for the online learning process through appsgeyser.com and quickappninja.com.

The study aims to analyze the learning process in the (online) network, supportive factors and teacher inhibitory factors in carrying out online learning during the covid-19 pandemic. The study was carried out at muhammadiyah elementary school 2 the estimated shidoarjo city of sidoarjo in April. The study USES descriptive qualitative methods. The subject used in this study was an elementary school teacher at 2 tulangan elementary elementary school. The data-collection techniques used in this study include interviews, documentation and field notes. The result of this study is that the covid-19 pandemic has hada profound impact on the learning process, learning that is normally executed directly is now being transferred to online learning. Learners are bored and bored during learning. Online education done for primary-age children is less effective. A number of teacher factors in the online learning process are the availability of cell phones, quotas and a steady Internet network. In addition to supporting factors in online learning, there are several teacher inhibitors in online learning. These inhibiting factors include the fact that they are still at the elementary school level, so only a few students have cellphones, therefore this can make learning ineffective. Through online there are also obstacles that occur for teachers, namely many students who deliberately do not participate in online learning because they do not have an internet quota to access learning so that students are left behind. And there is also a learning strategy carried out by SD Muhammadiyah 2 Tulangan. On the other hand, face-to-face online learning through applications is the most beneficial thing to break the spread of Covid-19 and maintain the mental health of teachers and students from exposure to the Covid-19 virus.

In an effort to suppress the spread of the Covid-19 virus, Kemdikbud took a policy to close schools during the Covid-19 pandemic. All schools that initially did conventional learning by face-to-face, now learning is done from home through distance learning or online system, no exception pondok pesantren. The purpose of this research is to find out the distance learning process conducted by Pondok Pesantren Darunnajah 2 Cipining, Bogor. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative approach. Based on research can be known that in learning, pesantren use various platforms such as google classroom, google meet, whatsapp, and smart system. In this online learning, the materials and tasks given are quite diverse, although there are no tasks in the form of discussions so that the interaction between students and students and teachers cannot be done. All parties, both students, teachers, and parents experienced a culture shock with the existence of this distance learning system / online. Distance learning /online also gives rise to physical distancing. Religious activities that are usually carried out in pesantren are now carried out at home and all must be reported to the teacher or room guardian via whatsapp. The challenges faced in online learning include a lack of interaction between teachers and students, a network that arises to sink, quotas that are rapidly depleted and expensive, and a lack of active participation of students. Therefore, the readiness of both teachers and students, as well as motivation from parents can also support the implementation of this distance learning process. In addition, the provision of quotas is also important to support the online learning process carried out by pesantren.

The rapid development of information technology can answer problems that arise after the Covid-19 pandemic, especially problems in the learning process. Information technology that plays a role in the world of education which is currently booming is online learning. Online learning is different from ordinary learning, online learning places more emphasis on student's ability to receive and process information. Online learning serves as a liaison between teachers and students through the internet network that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. There are various online media used in the learning process including; WhatsApp, Google Meet, Zoom, Classroom, and even e-learning. But among these media, the easiest to use is WhatsApp, which is easily accessible at every level of education. Online learning is now an effective medium for the learning process at all levels. For an effective and optimal online learning process, there are several learning models offered by experts during the Covid-19 pandemic, including; Online Model, Offline Model, Online e-learning Model, Project-Based Learning, and Blended Learning.

In the world of education there is a learning process carried out by teachers and students. Without the learning carried out by the teacher, of course students will not gain knowledge and experience about various things. The learning process is basically to develop the activities and creativity of students, through various interactions and learning experiences. However, in practice it is often not realized that there are still many learning activities that are carried out which actually hinder the activity and creativity of students. The learning process in the classroom generally emphasizes the cognitive aspect, so that the mental abilities learned are mostly centered on understanding knowledge and memory materials. In such situations, students are usually required to accept what is considered important by the teacher and memorize it. Teachers generally don't like the learning atmosphere where the students ask a lot of questions outside the context being taught. Seeing such conditions, the activities and creativity of students are hampered or cannot develop optimally.

Prema Shah’s “A Husband” and Rokeya S. Hossain’s “Sultana’s Dream” present two complementary versions of women’s world: the real in Shah and the imagined in Hossain aspire to make the other complete. The worldview that each author projects in their texts reasserts the latent spirit of the other one. The embedded interconnectedness between the authors under discussion reveals their unique association and bond of women’s creative unity towards paving a road for the upliftment of women in general. The paper seeks to find out the historical forces leading to the formation of a certain type of bond between these two authors from different historical and socio-cultural realities. Shah locates a typical Nepali woman in the protagonist in the patriarchal order while Hossain pictures the contemporary Bengali Islamic society and reverses the role of men and women. Hossain’s ideal world and Shah’s real world form two complementary versions of each other: despite opposite in nature, each world completes the other. Sultana moves to the world of dream to seek a new order because Nirmala’s world exercises every form of tortures upon the women’s self. Shah exposes the social reality dictating upon the women’s self while Hossain’s protagonist escapes into the world of dream where women control the social reality effectively and successfully. Overall, Shah and Hossain complement each other’s world by presenting two alternative versions of the same reality, creating the feminist utopia.

Instructional media is a major element of the active learning process. Active learning emphasizes the activities of students in accessing information from various sources, to be discussed in the learning process in the classroom, experiences that not only increase knowledge, but also the ability of analysis and synthesis. Students are required to play a more active role in developing independent learning methods, starting from planning, implementing and evaluating the learning process. The use of statistical media must be equipped with a task sheet so that students remain active and critical learners. The well-designed web-based media development has the potential to become a virtual lab as a meaningful and interesting center for statistical learning. One of the subjects in D3 Informatics Engineering curriculum is statistical and probability. Hearing statistical words like specter must be learned. Statistics is a subject that studies descriptive statistics that focus more on describing data and inferential statistics that are more focused on testing statistical data so that they draw conclusions from questions that want to be followed. Modules as one of the teaching materials have one characteristic is the principle of independent learning. Based on the description, the researcher conducted a research on the development of a practical module testing hypotheses using SPSS 20 in the statistics and probability courses to achieve the planned learning goals, namely skilled in testing hypotheses using valid testing methods according to the characteristics of the research sample. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded: (1) The online learning system that has been created can be utilized by lecturers and students to manage lectures on the use of SPSS online which can be accessed through the internet in general. The sophisticated information and technology (IT) development can be the answer for various problems post the covid-19 pandemic, particularly the teaching and learning challenges. The role of IT that is booming nowadays is online learning. Online learning is obviously different from regular learning. In this mode of learning, the students are required to have the ability to receive and process information. It serves as media that connect teachers and students who are being remote from one another at any time and anyplace. There are various media utilized to perform online learning such as WhatsApp, Google Meet, Zoom, Google Classroom, and other e-learning platforms. Among all these media, though, WhatsApp apparently appointed as the simplest and easiest media to access in all levels of education. Online learning at current is the effective medium to carry on the teaching and learning process in all levels of education. For the effectiveness of online teaching and learning process during the covid-19 pandemic, there have been a number of learning models suggested by the expert such as remote learning, face to face learning, e-learning, project-based learning, and Blended Learning.
