This article presents the mathematical modeling of export energy costs. The knowledge-intensive products export energy costs are a set of financial, material, labor costs and resources consumption. Export costs are a multilevel system of indicators. The author sets out the order of mathematical modeling. At the first stage, the main trends in reducing export energy costs are identified. A set of integrated logistics support measures is modeled. The modeling of knowledge-intensive products export energy costs is a system of technical and economic indices and a cost value dependance: Maintenance and Repair, Material and Technical Maintenance, Business Model of After-Sales Service, Formation of the Cost of Insurance and Investment Management Strategy. Formulas, practical calculation examples and graphs are presented. The Ishikawa systematic analysis method is used to visualize data and dependence relations. The author's mathematical modeling of knowledge-intensive products export costs includes the calculation of integrated logistic support costs. Exporting countries require a high level of technical products efficiency. It has been established that "the more complex a knowledge-intensive products is, the higher the reliability of systems is". Reliability indices are basic. The author's scientific study confirms a hypothesis of the knowledge-intensive products export feasibility only with high reliability and efficiency factors. The author developed a set of integrated logistical support measures for knowledge-intensive products.

The article deals with the issues of resource saving on railways. Approaches to the definition of the essence of resource saving are highlighted. The influence of high-speed railway lines on the change in the structure of labor resources is revealed. The tasks of improving the resource management system and specific resources on railway transport are defined. Special attention is paid to railway automation and telemechanics systems, which will significantly reduce the labor costs of the HSR. The specific energy costs for different types of transport and per passenger-kilometer are given.

The work is devoted to the urgent task of studying the features of functioning and assessing the effectiveness of using an industrial exoskeleton for the tasks of lifting, holding and storing cargo. A feature of the study is the use of an original method based on the interpolation of experimentally obtained data and their use in mathematical modeling of the behavior of the system. The proposed method and evaluation criteria make it possible to determine the operator's labor costs and the efficiency of using an exoskeleton, including those equipped with gravitational compensators in the hip joint. In this work, the time dependences of the torques in the hinges of the exoskeleton for various methods of performing the exercise and various parameters of assisting influences were obtained. The proposed toolkit can find application in the design and assessment of the effectiveness of exoskeletons of industrial anthropomorphic structures.

Purpose This paper aims to examine Korean jewelry manufacturers operating in China to assess the relationship between their perceptions of external risks and their intentions to relocate. The authors hypothesize that foreign firms finding risk in the current external environment are more likely to consider moving their facilities outside China. In particular, this paper explores whether firm performance and technological capability moderate the relationship between perceived external risk and relocation intentions. Design/methodology/approach Korean jewelry manufacturers were among the first Korean firms entering China in the early 1990s to avoid Korea’s rising labor costs. After 20 years, they face similar external risks in China. The authors collected and analyzed 238 survey samples from Korean jewelry manufacturers operating in China to determine whether perceived external risks affect decisions to relocate. Logistic regression was used to examine the hypotheses. In addition to an empirical method, five case studies related to empirical results have been included. Findings Analysis results suggest that firms perceiving riskier managerial and competitive environments are more likely to have relocation intentions. Perceptions of risks from the governmental/political environment and macroeconomic environment have no significant relationship with relocation intentions. Also, firms’ performance and technological capability negatively moderate the relationship between perceptions of managerial competitive environment risks and relocation intentions. Originality/value This study contributes to the literature on international business relocation strategies by examining perceptions of external risks that determine whether foreign manufacturing firms will relocate. In addition, the research sheds light on the transformation of Chinese economics from labor-intensive to capital-, technological- and knowledge-intensive structures. By applying multi-methods, this research further elaborates empirical results with five case studies.

The materials of the article consider the optimization of certain parameters and characteristics of the equipment of NPP power units, which are closely related to the processes of their design and construction. Modern NPP power units are complex technical systems. They include a set of interconnected equipment for different technological purposes, which ensures the performance of power units of a complex function of electricity production and heat of the specified quality and according to a given load schedule. Complete mathematical models of the functional state of steam turbine power units are characterized by a large number of nonlinear connections and contain implicit functions. This complicates their widespread use to solve problems of systematic analysis of the quality of operation of power units. The aim of the work is to analyze the basic theoretical foundations, methods and approaches to the calculation and optimization of the parameters of the equipment of NPP power units by methods of mathematical modeling. The solution of the problem of optimization of NPP power unit parameters includes the following stages: selection of optimality criteria (objective functions); development of a system of interconnected mathematical models in accordance with the required hierarchical level of optimization research; selection of computational methods and optimization algorithms. Taking into account the above methodological provisions and approaches increases the efficiency of mathematical modeling to solve problems of calculations and optimization of NPP power unit parameters.

This article considers the possibility of conducting anti-corruption examination using fuzzy mathematical modeling. The author substantiates the characteristics of propensity for corruption of laws, for which is obtained functional dependency on the types and number of corruptiogenic based on the fuzzy conclusion. Predictive anti-corruption valuation should be based on certain criteria, which are currently absent and replaced by the professional knowledge, experience and competences of the expert. Attention is given to the method of expert research using mathematical models of fuzzy sets. The problems dealt with in jurisprudence fully correspond to the theory of fuzzy sets by physical content, specificity of source data, nature of data, and solution methods. Application of this model, including by state and municipal executive branches, would allow to significantly reduce the timeframe  of conducting anti-corruption examination, lower labor costs and probability of expert error, unify the results of anti-corruption examination, and classify normative legal acts depending on the category of corruption risk for further tasks. The absence of scientific developments in this field impedes the implementation of advanced information technologies in legal science and practice. This method allows to make greater use of modern achievements in allied fields, first and foremost, in computer technology.

Using of combined tools in the system of soil preparation for sowing allows to reduce energy and labor costs per unit of cultivated products while maintaining soil fertility with maximum economic effect. When preparing the soil for sowing, it is important to create a fine-grained soil structure using simple machines and tools. The purpose of research is improving the quality of the structural condition of the soil in preparation for sowing using the simplest and most productive tools and machines, reducing the specific high-energy costs of preparing the soil for sowing crops. The use of a combination of working bodies for loosening the soil in one machine allows you to intensify the process of crushing the soil and expand the range of use of the machine or tool to prepare the soil for sowing crops. One of the ways to solve the problem of quality soil preparation for sowing crops is the use of high-performance combined multi-operational units, which in one pass provide loosening, leveling the soil surface and its necessary compaction. Such units prevent over-compaction of the soil, which is typical for traditional cultivation, and due to the formation of a well-dissolved surface layer reduce moisture evaporation. The comparative analysis of agrotechnical indicators of work of a harrow cultivator, which was executed on the basis of field tests, allowed to establish that increase of coefficient of quality of loosening of soil on 14 ... 17%, coefficient of quality of crushing on 10 ... 17,6% in comparison with serial harrows expands functionality of using a harrow-cultivator with experimental bending teeth allows to improve the quality of tillage, increase productivity and reduce energy costs.

The authors have studied the land legislation and the practice of its application in regard to the calculation of the amount of damage from the use of land plots for other purposes. The method of calculating the amount of damage from the specified use of land plots has been improved. The foundations of the research methodology constitute: comparative and legal method, which assisted to study the requirements of EU and Ukrainian legislative acts; the method of systematic analysis, which allowed to reveal the legal mechanisms for calculating the amount of damage caused to the state and territorial communities from the use of land plots for other purposes; method of mathematical modeling, which allowed to form propositions for improving the formula of calculating the damage caused by the misuse of land plots. The result of the study was the justification for making changes to the Methodology of determining the amount of damage caused by unauthorized occupation of land plots, misuse of land plots, removal of soil cover (fertile soil layer) without special permission. It has been offered to include a coefficient that takes into account the term of land use for other purposes in the direction of increasing the multiple of the number of years of land use into the formulas № 3 and № 4 of the Methodology. The authors have proved the necessity of introducing a separate formula for calculating the amount of damage caused by the use of land plot for other purposes, in case of impossibility to return the land plot to a condition suitable for further use for its intended purpose, or failure to accomplish such a return for other reasons. The results of the research can be used in law-enforcement practice to determine the amount of damage caused by unauthorized occupation of land plots, the use of land plots for other purposes, as well as in law-making activity to improve legal mechanisms to prevent misuse of land plots.

Одним из востребованных направлений в современном развитии передовых в техническом плане стран является создание робототехнических систем и комплексов разного базирования. Одним из приоритетных направлений использования телеуправляемых необитаемых подводных аппаратов остаются поисковые работы, связанные с обнаружением и обследованием подводных объектов. Актуальность данных работ определяется расширением областей применения аппаратов, в том числе в Арктическом регионе России в рамках работ по освоению континентального шельфа. В статье раскрыт общий методологический подход к проектированию пусковых систем, согласованный с требованиями нормативных документов, определяющих порядок разработки новых образцов техники. Показана роль математического моделирования в рамках процесса создания пусковых систем. В качестве основы методического подхода к математическому моделированию предложен единый математический аппарат обоснования проектных параметров пусковых систем. Показаны рациональные по времени и трудозатратам подходы к оценке адекватности математических моделей процессов пуска, базирующиеся на сравнении экспериментальных и расчетных величин перемещения и ускорений движущихся элементов. One of the demanded directions in the modern development of technically advanced countries is the creation of robotic systems and complexes of various bases. One of the priority areas for the use of remotely controlled unmanned underwater vehicles remains search work related to the detection and examination of underwater objects. The relevance of these works is determined by the expansion of the areas of application of the vehicles, including in the Arctic region of Russia as part of the work on the development of the continental shelf. The article discloses a general methodological approach to the design of launch systems, consistent with the requirements of regulatory documents that determine the procedure for the development of new models of equipment. The role of mathematical modeling in the process of creating launch systems is shown. A unified mathematical apparatus for substantiating the design parameters of launch systems is proposed as the basis for a methodological approach to mathematical modeling. The rational in terms of time and labor costs approaches to assessing the adequacy of mathematical models of start-up processes, based on a comparison of experimental and calculated values of displacement and acceleration of moving elements, are shown.

Purpose and Objectives of the Work. This scientific article is devoted to creation of an advanced photobioreactor design for wastewater treatment from biogenic compounds.  Research Methods are based on a systematic analysis of theoretical research, synthesis, anology and comparison. Research Results. As a result, the improved photobioreactor design was proposed, in which the application of new elements and connections reduces the required area for its placement, immobilization of microalgae in the working area and, as a result, reducing the working area, the ability to quickly replace the sleeves of the working area, covered with sediment inside, and, as a result, reduce labor costs and downtime of the photobioreactor. Discussion. The problem is solved by the fact that the photobioreactor is made in the form of a transparent flowing rectangular open-topped tank, inside of which are vertically attached to the bottom of the tank by quick-release fasteners transparent flowing flexible hoses, to which at the bottom by means of non-return valves are connected pipelines for wastewater and microalgae supply and tubes for carbon dioxide supply and are connected by means of shut-off valves pipelines for drainage of a mixture of microalgae with residual wastewater, and in the upper hermetic part, where there are valves for drainage of accumulated gases , while the  pipeline for the purified wastewater discharge is connected to a guide tray purified wastewater supply inside of a flowing rectangular open-topped tank, and at the outlet of the pipeline for drainage of a mixture of microalgae with residual wastewater is a microalgae separator to separate return and excess biomass. Conclusion. The proposed construction of photobioreactor can have good perspectives to be use in communal services for sewage water purification from biogenic compounds.

To improve the reconstruction performance of the generalized orthogonal matching pursuit, an improved method is proposed. Columns are selected from the sensing matrix by generalized orthogonal matching pursuit, and indices of the columns are added to the estimated support set to reconstruct a sparse signal. Those columns contain error columns that can reduce the reconstruction performance. Therefore, the proposed algorithm adds a backtracking process to remove the low-reliability columns from the selected column set. For any k-sparse signal, the proposed method firstly computes the correlation between the columns of the sensing matrix and the residual vector and then selects s columns that correspond to the s largest correlation in magnitude and adds their indices to the estimated support set in each iteration. Secondly, the proposed algorithm projects the measurements onto the space that consists of those selected columns and calculates the projection coefficient vector. When the size of the support set is larger than k, the proposed method will select k high-reliability indices using a search strategy from the support set. Finally, the proposed method updates the estimated support set using the selected k high-reliability indices. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm has a better recovery performance.
