This research aimed to determine the influence of adversity quotient (AQ) on student mathematics learning achievement (MLA) of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Narmada academic year 2019/2020. Population in this study consisted of 379 students and sample of the research is consisted of 80 students which are selected by using the purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this research using questionnaires and test. The instrument of this research using a closed AQ questionnaire consisting of 50 statements and essay of pattern and sequence mathematics number consisting of 4 questions. The data obtained was analyzed using correlation and simple linear regression. Correlation coefficient (r) equal to 0,799, which indicate that relation between AQ on student MLA including was strong category. The contribution of AQ on student MLA, coefficient of determination is 60,684 %. This indicated AQ also affect the student’s MLA of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Narmada academic year 2019/2020 shown by liniear regression equation in this research is Y=-20,592+0,577X

The purpose of this research is to describe liquidity,solvability, profitability and stock pricesand to know influence of liquidity, solvability and profitabilityto stock prices at the Companieslisted in LQ 45 Index.The research was using qualitative desriptive analysis and quantitative desriptive analysis. The data collection was using documentation. The analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, correlation coeffient, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing.The result of regression are liquidity, solvability and profitability have a negative effect on stock prices at the Companies listed in the LQ 45 Index.The results analysis of the correlation coefficient and determination coefficient is known that there is a medium relationship between liquidity, solvability and profitability of stock prices and stock prices are more influenced by other factors not examined in this research. The results of F testit is known that liquidity, solvability and profitability have a significant effect on stock prices at the Companies listed in the LQ 45 Index simultaneously. The results of the t test it is known that partially liquidity and solvability have a significant effect and profitability has no significant effect on stock prices at the Companies listed in the LQ 45 Index.The suggestion of this research is that the company should manage current assets optimally to increase revenue, control the use of debt, and distribute dividends to investors so that investors are interested in investing capital in the company.

Presenter is a person whose job is to bring and convey information, or a narrative in a television program. Interest is defined as a feeling of liking or pleasure as well as feeling attracted to an object or activity without instructions and usually there is a tendency to look for the object that you like. Tonight Show is a NET TV talk show hosted by four presenters. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection using a questionnaire distributed to respondents who are members of the Tonight Mania community Whatsapp group. Based on the research that has been done, it is found that there is a strong influence from the Tonight Show host on the interest in watching the Tonight Show program in the Tonight Mania Community. This is shown by the results of the correlation coefficient test of 0.691 and the influence of 47% obtained from the results of the coefficient of determination test. Based on simple linear regression testing, the results show that the Tonight Show host gives a positive value to the interest in watching the Tonight Show program in the Tonight Mania community, and based on the results of the t test, the results show that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.Presenter adalah orang yang bertugas untuk membawakan serta menyampaikan sebuah informasi, atau narasi dalam sebuah program televisi. Minat diartikan sebagai rasa suka  atau  senang serta rasa tertarik terhadap suatu objek atau aktivitas tanpa adanya suruhan dan biasanya muncul kecenderungan untuk mencari objek yang disenangi tersebut. Tonight Show merupakan sebuah acara talkshow NET TV yang dipandu oleh empat pembawa acara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada responden yang tergabung dalam grup Whatsapp komunitas Tonight Mania. Berdasarkan peneltian yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang kuat dari pembawa acara Tonight Show terhadap minat menonton acara Tonight Show pada Komunitas Tonight Mania. Hal itu ditunjukan dari hasil uji koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,691 serta adanya pengaruh sebesar 47% yang didapatkan dari hasil uji koefesien determinasi. Berdasarkan pengujian regresi linear sederhana didapatkan hasil bahwa pembawa acara Tonight Show memberikan nilai positif terhadap minat menonton acara Tonight Show pada komunitas Tonight Mania, serta berdasarkan hasil dari uji t didapatkan hasil bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of   tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance  and empathy of service quality to consumer satisfaction of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling techniques and data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The questionaires were distributed to the 100 respondent of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 16. Hypothesis testing using the T test. Result shows that  partially, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance  and empathy variables has significant effect on consumer satisfaction  of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. Based on the analysis of known coefficient of determination value of Adjusted R Square is  0.477, this means 47,7% variable consumer satisfaction is influenced by variables service quality.

This study aims to determine the effect of operating cash flow on sales at PT. Borwita Citra Prima Branch of Bima from 2015 to 2019. The type of data used is internal primary data in the form of financial report data at PT. Borwita Citra Prima. The sampling technique used purposive sampling for 5 years from 2015 to 2019. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing (2-party t test ). The results of this study indicate that operating cash flow has no significant effect on sales, because the t value is smaller than the table t table (1.494 <3.182) with a significant value of 0.232 at PT. Borwita Citra Prima, Bima Branch. The magnitude of the effect of operating cash flow on sales is 42.7% and 57.3% is a component outside of research.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of personality on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. Sampling technique using non probability sampling method with saturated sampling technique that is taking the entire amount of the population to be sampled that is a number of 30 respondents. Methods of data collection by interview, questionnaire and observation. For data analysis used simple linear regression. Based on the analysis of data processing that has been tested in this study stated valid and reliable. The result of simple linear regression equation is Y = 26,309 + 2,061X. Results of the hypothesis test are known to be> ttable> 5,025> 2.048. Coefficient of determination of 0.474. While the percentage of the magnitude of the influence between the variable personality and employee performance variables of 49.2% and the rest of 50.8% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

<p><em>This research has a purpose to know the implementation of Service Quality, to know the Customer Satisfaction at PT. Bank Jateng KCP Cepu. </em><em>In this study population consists of 1.000 customer satisfaction with a sample of 286 using Incidental sampling technique. Data were taken by questionnaire, observation and documentation. The analysis was processed with SPSS program version 22.0 </em>using simple linear regression with test of hypothesis test of determination and t test. <em>The result of research shows that the result of Simple Linear Regression Test is Y = 9,311 + 0,763 X, constant of 9,311 means if variable of Service Quality is still value then Customer Satisfaction is 0,763 so there is influence between Service Quality to Customer Satisfaction. The result of Coefficient of Determination (</em> <em>) is known 0,400 means 40% Service Quality is influenced by Customer Satisfaction, while the rest 60% Service Quality is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Then, the result of t test obtained </em> <em>value is 13,765 while  </em> <em> equal to 1,9683. This means that the value of</em><em> </em><em> </em> <em> &gt; </em> <em> (13,765&gt;1,9683) so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning there is influence the Service Quality to Customer Satisfaction at </em><em>             </em><em>PT. Bank Jateng KCP Cepu.</em></p>

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the ELPSA (Experiences, Language, Pictorial, Symbols, Application) learning design in terms of the mathematics learning outcomes at VIII grade student of SMPN 1 Utan on the material relations and functions in the academic year 2020/2021. The type of this research is experimental research with posttest only design. The research was conducted in 4 meetings with 3 meetings for the learning process using all ELPSA components and 1 meeting for the implementation of the posttest. The samples were determined by using cluster random sampling technique. The sample is class VIII-1A as an experimental class which is given treatment using the ELPSA learning design. Data collection using observation and test techniques. Instruments include: observation sheets and learning outcomes tests. Learning outcome data is used to find out how far students understand the material being taught and observation data is used to determine the implementation of learning which is analyzed descriptively. Indicators of the effectiveness of the ELPSA learning design, namely if student learning outcomes with a percentage of classical learning completeness of ≥85%. The results showed that there were 14 students who had completed their studies or equal to 87,50% and 2 students who did not complete their studies or 12,50% with an average grade obtained of 82,38. The results of observations of student with active criteria with a percentage of 74% and teacher activities with good criteria with a percentage of 71%.

The aims of the study is to determine the effect of jigsaw learning model on the learning outcomes of the Indonesian society study at the second semester of the economy education in the academic year of 2016/2017.  The population in this study were 47 students consisting of 2 classes, A class and B class. The sample in this study is A class of 26 students and B class of 21 students. Sampling technique in this research is using Pusposive Sampling with certain consideration reason. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis conducted by the researchers obtained the results at the level of significance α = 0.05 yield tcount = 8.97 and ttable = 2.020 which means thitung> ttable so H0 rejected and H1 accepted, thus it can be concluded that there is significant influence of jigsaw learning model on the learning outcomes of the Indonesian society study at the second semester of the economy education in the academic year of 2016/2017. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu dengan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif (Descriptive Research). Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII F SMP Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018 yang berjumlah 34 orang peserta didik. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar tes dan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) pada materi lingkaran. Berdasarkan hasil deskriptif hasil belajar matematika peserta didik menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik menjadi lebih meningkat. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan rata-rata hasil nilai LKPD menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning yaitu 89,63 dan rata-rata nilai tes yaitu 84,56.Kata Kunci : Deskriptif, Hasil Belajar Belajar, Problem Based LearningABSTRACTThe aim of this research was to describe the results of learning mathematics students VIII grade SMP Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu with Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. Abstract This study began with observations during the pre-study of guests staying at the Prince Beach Hotel in Padang. It was found that there were problems with the needs of guests who were not properly met so that guests were dissatisfied, including those who complained about room facilities that were experiencing a lot of damage that were considered less provide comfort for guests. This study aims to analyze the effect of room facilities on guest satisfaction staying at the Prince Beach Hotel Padang. This type of research is classified as quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The study population was individual guests who stayed overnight with an average monthly rate of 1,707 people. The research sample of 95 using purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using simple linear regression with SPSS version 16.00. The results showed that: room facilities were classified as good (73.7%), and guest satisfaction was classified as good (61.05%). R square values ​​were obtained (10.3%), and the significance was 0.002 <0.05. This means that the influence of room facilities on guest satisfaction by 10.3% while 89.7% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Room Facilities, Guest Satisfaction
