This study aims to analyze how the Baluwarti Surakarta Tourism Village builds village branding. The components of the formation of village branding include the physical potential of the village that is unique, natural, rare, and has the concept of community empowerment. In formulating village branding, this study uses the Blue Ocean Strategy in which competition with other tourist villages is irrelevant. The use of digital branding is also associated with the village branding business in Baluwarti Tourism Village. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and data collection techniques with direct observation to the research locus and in-depth interviews with research informants. The results of this study indicate that Surakarta's Baluwarti Tourism Village needs to have a Public Relations whose role is to optimize the role of all stakeholders in achieving village branding, especially empowering the Baluwarti community and utilizing effective and efficient communication media.

Abstract Purpose: This study aimed to determine the role of indigenous institutions in implementing the Oetulu village Empowerment Policy of Musi district of North Central Timor regency. Research methodology: The research method in this study was a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. This study used policy implementation theory models from Donald Van Meter and Carl E. Van Horn (1975)). Results: Six variables affect the implementation, namely: First, policy standards in the form of rules related to indigenous institutions in Oetulu village have been flawed at the formulation stage. Second, the human resources of Oetulu village indigenous institutions are not utilized by the Village Government. Third, communication between organizations and strengthening activities is still not effective. Fourth, the implementing agent has an open level of communication both vertically and horizontally, but this communication is constrained at the vertical level. Fifth, economic conditions in the jurisdiction or implementing organization are not enough to support the implementation of the policy and. Sixth, the disposition of the implementer. Limitations: This research only discusses the role of indigenous institutions in implementing the community empowerment policy of Oetulu village, Musi district of North Central Timor regency. Contribution: This research becomes scientific information for public administration science.

Human beings needs to fulfill their life, entertainment is one of them. In this era of digitalization there are various form of enrtainment, one of them is cinema. CINEMA 21's is the largest and vast growing group of cinemas in Indonesia with many branches nationwide. CINEMA 21 public relations always try to improve their reputation by providing best facilities to its customers. The purpose of this research, is to analyze CINEMA 21's public relations activities to improve their reputation. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with primary data collection conducted through in-depth interviews with internal and external corporate sources, while secondarydata through company data (Company Profile), books, Internet (Articles) and Websites. The results of this research found that CINEMA 21's public relations activities managed to maintain the company's reputation.

This research proves the importance of the role of women in the agricultural sector in Central Java through a case study of Peasants Association movement in Qaryah Thayyibah, Salatiga, Central Java. This research uses qualitative methods, with data collection techniques through literature studies, observations, FGDs and in-depth interviews. The analysis technique uses categorization, interpretation and conclusions from the results of data collection. This research shows women have a key role in the development of the agricultural sector. Therefore, SPPQT's programs for empowering women farmers include: (1) women's political education, (2) involvement of women in the Production Community and Farmers Community, (3) Women's involvement in the Village Development Council (Team 11). The findings also showed that there were obstacles in the form of community rejection for the third point. This can be overcome by refer again to SPPQT's vision, gender equality needs to be seen as a solution to improve the agricultural sector.

This study aims to examine the role of the Village Head of Pulo Brayan Bengkel, East Medan District, in increasing the participation of the community in the implementation of the UN. The method used in this research is concurrent mix method. The data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, in-depth interviews, observation, literature study, and documentation. Data analysis technique used in this research is concurrent triangulation that is quantitative and qualitative data is done simultaneously in one stage of research. The results showed that there are still people in Pulo Brayan Bengkel Village who have not fulfilled their duties as tax payers. This is evidenced by the realization of UN revenue that is still far from the target.

This study aims to find out the history of visiting Simeulue, the visiting procession the Lambaya Village with Sanggiran Village, the role of the community in preserving visiting traditions and the benefits of visiting the people of Lambaya Village with Sanggiran Village. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that visiting procession is a visit activity carried out by a group of individuals, organizations or communities by way of deliberations with citizens, communicating, and preparing all the necessities and interests of visiting activities. This visit is led by the highest person in the village or someone who is trusted as the leader of the activity group. The role and benefits of the community to preserve the tradition of visiting is that the community continues to maintain, apply, maintain and develop traditions and cultural values so that visiting can strengthen harmony in daily life. In addition, by visiting them they can get new experiences, find out weaknesses, lack of organization, keep them away from enmity, get new families and most importantly get knowledge that they have not yet gotten.

This article aims to explore the meaning and purpose of manulangi and to discover the values of local wisdom that can be used as a means of pastoral care. The pastoral approach through adat is possible because the Batak people are always bound by adat, even though they live in the village or migrate to other places. The research method was carried out by qualitative and data collection techniques were carried out through semi-structured interviews or in-depth interviews and literature study and data analysis was carried out by flow analysis, namely collecting, processing, and drawing conclusions. Through this method it was found that the purpose of the manulangi was to honor the parent at the end of his life, asking for blessings and thanks. In addition, the values of kinship, solidarity and care, politeness and openness were found. In addition, values that contain pastoral dimensions such as; sustaining, healing and reconciling and guiding. Based on all of these values, manulangi can be applied as a means of pastoral assistance for parents who are sick due to illness, old age and family. As well as prayer and communion, can be integrated as a holistic and holistic pastoral care for PTI and its families.

This research aims to know how the role of village government in community empowerment in agriculture in the village of Bulo Wattang PancaRijang District Sidenreng Rappang and what factors influence the role of village government in community empowerment in the field of agriculture in the village Bulo Wattang Panca Rijang District Sidenreng Rappang. The data collection techniques that are done in this study are observations, interviews, Koesioner, and library studies. The Data is then analyzed using the frequency and percentage table. The population in this study was the farmers in the village of Bulo Wattang as much as 260, while a sample of a population of 72 farmers. Results of this research shows that the role of village government in the community empowerment in agriculture in the village Bulo Wattang Panca Rijang District Sidenreng Rappang with a cumulative result of 64% categorized as "good". The factors that influence the role of village government in community empowerment in the field of agriculture in the village Bulo Wattang Panca Rijang District Sidenreng Rappang (68%), education system (65%), open System (65), orientation to progress (66%), good synergy (66%), interest groups (66%) and quality of human resources (68%) With accumulated results of 65.5% or categorized as "good".

Village Funds are Funds sourced from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget allocated for villages to be used to finance government administration, development implementation, community development, and community empowerment. Village government is required to carry out governance in a transparent and accountable manner. Laws and Government Regulations have provided a clear legal umbrella so that the BPD does not need to hesitate in carrying out its function of supervising the performance of village heads. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews and discussions with related parties through snowball techniques. Data collection was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews and discussions with related parties through snowball techniques. The results showed: Village Community Kec. Panombeian Panei participates in the management of the village fund budget. Management of the village fund budget in the Village of Panombeian District Panei. How ever, the management is still inadequate due to unwise decisions, no budget transparency and a lack of accountability for the expenditure of the village fund budget itself.

The research goal is to figure out the role of the Al-Mawaddah Islamic Girl Boarding School or Kiswah against economic empowerment employee of boarding school. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach with case studies. Data collected by interviews and observations directly to the informant that is in charge of the cooperative and the community surrounding the village of Coper Jetis Ponorogo and secondary data collection is derived from the journal, text books and other literature.Results from this study is a Kiswah role in the economic empowerment of the employees but still less perfect or less than optimal. The employees economic empowerment conducted by the Cooperative Al-Mawaddah Islamic Girl Boarding School or Kiswah by making Kiswah as employment and to increase their income. Going forward, Kiswah will change the shape of this cooperative that previously was business cooperatives into credit unions or other forms of cooperatives.

This study aims to determine the role of the Village Credit Institution (LPD) in increasing social entrepreneurship by conducting interpretive ethnographic research through in-depth interviews with village traditional managers and residents as informants to obtain detailed descriptions of behavior, values ??, and attitudes related to the development of LPD in Bali. The results showed that the LPD has played a role in the development of social entrepreneurship in Balinese in the form of (1) initiating the development of social entrepreneurship; (2) playing a role in the development of social entrepreneurship extracted from the existing social capital in Balinese; (3) increasing a social entrepreneurial spirit in the form of the desire to social values creativity, the existence of economic activities; community empowerment, and resource mobilization; (4) increasing business embryos and social-based business development to increase income and improve family and community welfare. So that suggestions for the community are to maintain the LPD to build social entrepreneurship.
