Education is essentially a conscious effort to develop the personality that is in a person to be better, smarter, creative and innovative. Spiritual competence is character and attitude which is the deepest part of awareness in a person related to which not only recognizes the awareness of fixed values but is also creative in finding new values. Discipline is a process of training the mind and character of children gradually so that they become someone who has self-control and is useful for the community. This study aims to determine whether there is a influence between Spiritual competence and student discipline in the MTs Darul Qudwah Tegal School environment. This type of research is correlation research, which explains whether there is a  influence between variable X as an independent or independent variable (Spiritual Competence) and Y as a dependent variable (Discipline). The population in this study were some students of MTs Darul Qudwah Tegal, totaling 63 students. In this study the sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, namely sampling data. Based on this research, spiritual competence variable (X) is obtained which influences discipline variable (Y) where there is a positive influence meaning higher variable X and higher Y variable.

This research is a correlational quantitative method that is motivated by phenomena that seek to undiscipline in school environment. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between parents with discipline students in MTs Nurul Huda Sedati. Variables in this research is Parent attachment as independent variable (X) and Discipline as independent variable (Y). This research was conducted in MTs Nurul Huda Sedati covering class VII-IX with total sample of 221 students, taken using proporsionate stratified random sampling technique. Data collection in this research using psychological model that is Likert, that is IPPA scale (parent attachment) and disciplinary scale. Hypothesis in this research is there is positive relation between parent attachment with student discipline. Data analysis was done by statistical technique from Product Moment from Pearson using SPSS 18.0 for windows. The result of data analysis show open coefficient (rxy) = 0,285 with significance level 0.000 (less than 0,01) accepted hypothesis. The results showed there was a positive relationship between parents with discipline students in MTs Nurul Huda Sedati.

This study aims to identify and describe the role of principal leadership in improving the work discipline of teachers and employees and to find out what obstacles are the obstacles to the role of principal leadership in improving the work discipline of teachers and employees at SMP PGRI 03 Kencong, Jember Regency. Is a type of qualitative descriptive research and uses purposive sampling technique. There are five roles of the Principal and two obstacles faced by the Principal in improving the work discipline of teachers and employees. The results showed that the principal of SMP PGRI 03 Kencong, Jember Regency carried out the role of a leader by planning and deliberating; as a manager by creating collaboration between teachers and employees; as an educator by preparing a learning program plan; as an administrator by managing facilities and infrastructure as well as financial administration; motivator by providing motivation with a conducive school environment. The obstacles faced by the principal in improving the work discipline of teachers and employees are teachers and employees who are less disciplined in carrying out their duties so that it is also difficult to improve their work discipline, as well as obstacles in inadequate school facilities and infrastructure. Keywords: employees, leadership, principals, teachers, work discipline Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru dan pegawai dan untuk  mengetahui kendala apa saja yang menjadi penghambat peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru dan pegawai di SMP PGRI 03 Kencong Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Terdapat lima peran Kepala Sekolah dan dua kendala yang dihadapi oleh Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru dan pegawai. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah SMP PGRI 03 Kencong Kabupaten Jember melaksanakan peran sebagai pemimpin dengan membuat perencanaan dan bermusyawarah; sebagai manajer dengan menciptakan kerjasama antara guru dan pegawai; sebagai pendidik dengan menyusun rencana program pembelajaran;sebagai administrator dengan mengelola sarana dan prasarana serta administrasi keuangan; motivator dengan memberikan motivasi  dengan lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif. Kendala yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru dan pegawai yaitu guru dan pegawai yang kurang disiplin dalam melaksanakan tugas sehingga kesulitan pula dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerjanya, serta kendala dalam sarana dan prasarana sekolah yang belum memadai. <div><p><em>The objective of the present study is to investigate whether there is a relationship between perception of psycho-social school environment, personal growth initiative and fear of failure in intermediate students. The study also aimed to observe whether there are gender differences between students going to colleges (viz. with EAMCET coaching and without EAMCET coaching) in terms of psycho-social school environment, personal growth initiative and fear of failure in intermediate students. The School Environment Inventory (Misra, 1984), the Personal Growth Initiative Scale-II (Robitschek et al., 2012) and the Performance Failure Appraisal Inventory (Conroy et. al., 2002) were administered on 300 intermediate students (150 boys and 150 girls) selected through a non-probability purposive sampling technique to measure the perception of psycho-social school environment, personal growth initiative and fear of failure respectively. The results indicated significant gender differences between the students going to colleges with coaching and the students going to colleges without coaching with respect to perception of psycho-social school environment and personal growth initiative (p&lt;0.05). However, no significant gender differences were observed in fear of failure and its dimensions (p&gt;0.05). Among students going to colleges with coaching negative correlations were observed between rejection, fear of experiencing shame and embarrassment  and personal growth initiative, moreover in this group, creative stimulation, cognitive encouragement and permissiveness (p&lt;0.05) were positively correlated with using resources and negatively correlated with fears of important others losing interest (p&lt;0.05). Also personal growth initiative was positively correlated with fears of upsetting important others and cognitive encouragement (p&lt;0.05) in students going to colleges without coaching. The present study reiterates that perception of school environment by students is of paramount importance in promoting or hindering the student’s personal growth initiative and subsequently their fear of failure.</em></p></div>

<div class="WordSection1"><p><strong><em>ABSTRACT. </em></strong><em>As one of the peoples choice for traveling, "X" airline company </em><em>is </em><em>one of low cost carrier in Ind</em><em>o</em><em>nesia is considered to have poor service quality despite controlling nearly 60% of domestic market share. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence of service quality on customer loyalty among "X" airline company. The method used is </em><em>causal comparative </em><em>quantitative research. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a sample size of 250 people aboard with "X" airline company. Purposive sampling technique</em><em> </em><em>was used in this research. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between service quality on customer loyalty with regression value of 0.802 (p = 0.000). Reliability, </em><em>a</em><em>ssurance and empathy </em><em>dimensions are the</em><em> three dimension that have</em><em> </em><em>the most impact on customer loyalty (p&lt;0.</em><em>05).</em><em> </em><em>Based on the results, i</em><em>t is recommended that the "X" airline company continue to strive to improve the quality of services, especially in terms of safety and comfort to create a customer loyalty.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><em> service quality, customer loyalty, low cost carrier, </em><em>passengers</em></p><p> </p><p><strong>ABSTRAK. </strong>Sebagai salah satu pilihan masyarakat untuk berpergian, perusahaan penerbangan “X” adalah salah satu maskapai berbiaya rendah di  Indonesia yang dianggap memiliki kualitas layanan yang buruk meskipun menguasai hampir 60%  pangsa pasar domestik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen perusahaan penerbangan “X”. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif kausal komparatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada sampel berjumlah 250 orang yang pernah menggunakan penerbangan maskapai penerbangan “X”. Teknik sampling <em>purposive sampling</em> digunakan dalam penelitian ii. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif antara kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai regresi 0.802 (p=0.000). Dimensi reliabilitas, jaminan, dan empati adalah tiga dimensi yang paling berdampak terhadap loyalitas konsumen (p&lt; 0.05).  Berdasarkan hasil, direkomendasikan agar perusahaan penerbangan “X” terus berusaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan, terutama dalam hal keselamatan dan untuk menciptakan loyalitas konsumen.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci:</strong> kualitas layanan, loyalitas konsumen, <em>low cost carrier</em>, penumpang</p></div>

The research aimed were to find out the correlation between classroom management and student’s interest. This research uses quantitative with survey method that apply correlation technique there are two variable in this research, namely dependent variable and independent variable. The independent variable is classroom management while dependent variable is students interest the population of this research as two classes of ABA UMI year 2016-2017. The samples of this research are 20 respondents taken through purposive sampling technique . in analysis the data of this research, the write used ( Correlation ). The findings of this study shows that there is any significant correlation between classroom management and student’s interest at the second grade of social class ABA UMI. This is proved by the value of the pearson product moment is -025 it means the correlation. And classroom management and student’s interest is weak. And correlation  classroom management has an important role in learning process because if there is in classroom management the student’s will not be interest in learning process.

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of profitability, capital structure, and asset structure positively to the stock price on manufacture companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research samples have been selected by using purposive sampling technique to the 62 manufacture companies have been published the financial statement and active stocks which have been traded at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014 – 2016 periods with the amount of 186 data which have yet to be the research sample criteria.The data analysis has been carried out by using multiple linier regressions analysis. The results of the study found out that capital structure has a positive influence on stock price means that the high capital structure influences shareholder decisions in increasing stock price. Profitability has a significant positive influence on stock price means that every increase in the profitability of a food and beverages company, it causes the stock price will increase. And asset structure have a positive influence on stock price means to indicate that every increase in asset structure of manufacture company, it causes that stock price will increase.

The auditor's inability to detect fraud, is not up to the expectations of financial statement users. Experiences, Training and Supervision Measures are the 3 most important essential components an auditor must have in a fraudulent area..The purpose of this research are to conduct research to prove whether experience, training and supervision actions affect the assessment of fraud.The survey method with questionary used in this reasarch. The object of this research are auditors who worked in one of the big four Accounting Firms in Jakarta. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. This study aims to analyze: 1) the influence of people on satisfaction of service at RS Siti Rahmah, 2) the influence of process on satisfaction of service at RS Siti Rahmah, 3) influence of physical evidence to satisfaction of service at RS Siti Rahmah. This research includes causative descriptive research. The population in this study were patients or visitors Siti Rahmah Hospital. Determination of the number of samples determined by researchers as many as 60 respondents, the questionnaires distributed using accidental sampling technique and purposive sampling. Data were collected by questionnaire using Likert scale and data analysis using SEM PLS. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is a significant positive influence between people on satisfaction of service at RS Siti Rahmah. Researchers suggested that RS Siti Rahmah improve services in the form of increased medical personnel in order to create satisfaction on services at RS Siti Rahmah.

This research aims to test the influence of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), and operating income against operating expenses return for the results on the Mudharabah deposit a public Bank Syariah 2012-2016 period. The object of this research is full-fledged Islamic Bank in Indonesia. Sampling is done by purposive sampling technique so that the retrieved 9 samples of full- fledged Islamic Banks during period 2012-2016. Methods of analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression using panel data that help by using Eviews9. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously independent variable has no effect significantly to the rare of profit sharing deposito mudharaba in islamic bank. While partially, FDR and the NPF has no effect significantly to the rare of profit sharing deposito mudharaba in islamic bank, and BOPO has positive significantly effect to the rare of profit sharing deposito mudharaba in islamic bank.

<p>This study aims (1) to determine the quality of human resources at KPRI “Pertaguma” Madiun City, (2) To determine the development of business in KPRI “Pertaguma”, and (3) To determine the effect of the quality of human resources to the business development on KPRI “Pertaguma” Madiun City. The independent variable in this study is the quality of human resources while the dependent variable is business development. Sampling technique using a purposive sampling. The researcher uses purposive sampling technique as sampling technique. Results showed that there is difference between the effect of the quality of human resources to the business development on KPRI Pertaguma Madiun. Free variable at this research is the quality of human resource while variable tied is business development. It can be seen from the calculation of simple linear regression of Y = 61.738 + 0.210 X. Where the variable quality of human resources totaled</p>0.210 shows the influence of the quality of human resources to the business development are positively correlated, meaning that any increase in the quality of human resources 1% resulted in higher business development at 0.210 units. Based on the results of the analysis can be said to be a significant relationship between quality of human resources and the business development, meaning that there is difference business development of the quality of human resources to the business development on KPRI Pertaguma Madiun.
