The main directions of the influence of crisis situations on the activities of the enterprise at different levels are considered. The factors of influence of the coronavirus on the economy of both the enterprise and the country have been determined. The purpose of the paper is to clarify the factors that may affect the safety of doing business today and provide recommendations for improving the company's activities. These recommendations will increase the efficiency of the enterprise by increasing the stability of the organization. Among the dangerous factors, increased attention is paid to the coronavirus epidemic. Results. There are five dangerous factors for the Ukrainian economy in this situation. The first factor is the impact of the pandemic on micro- and macroeconomic processes. The second factor is the falling incomes and deteriorating business environment. The third factor is the increase in capital outflows from the country. The fourth factor is the strengthening by the state of restrictive measures for the population and enterprises. The fifth dangerous factor is the low level of trust of entrepreneurs in public authorities. Conclusion. Despite all the measures taken, it is currently difficult to assess the real scale and consequences of COVID-19 and other crises for the economy of Ukraine and the world. To date, there is a deterioration of the epidemiological situation in the country. There is also a deterioration in the economic situation of both the country as a whole and individual enterprises. We will be able to see soon how Ukraine will survive this pandemic and what damage will be done to the economy. But the use of the proposed measures will reduce the company's losses from dangerous situations. The impact of the first factor will lead to difficulties in international trade and relocation of personnel. The second factor warns of declining business incomes that have not adapted to quarantine conditions. Counteracting this factor involves the maximum use of remote labor and e-commerce. When forecasting the consequences of the third factor will reduce the supply of foreign currency, which makes the national currency unstable and leads to its depreciation. The action of the fourth factor will lead to a significant complication in the organization of the production process. There may be difficulties in finding and hiring staff, the situation on the labor market will change. The influence of the fifth factor will lead to the fact that the organization can not adequately and effectively respond to external influences.

After a year from the emergence of the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on February 2020, between March and May 2021 Italy faced its third wave of infections. Previous studies have shown that in the first phases of the pandemic certain factors had a protective role against distress. However, as the months in the pandemic went by, people’s feelings and experiences significantly changed and little is known regarding the role of possible protective variables after prolonged pandemic situations. In the present study we aimed to investigate the impact of several behavioral variables on individuals’ mental states and emotions experienced during the third COVID-19 wave in Italy. 454 Italian adults were asked questions regarding the intensity of mental states and emotions experienced, the perceived usefulness of lockdown, the feeling of living a normal life, and the coping strategies implemented to face the pandemic. Using a data driven approach, we calculated the best model on the participation of each factor in explaining participants’ emotions and mental states. Our findings indicate that the presence of acceptance attitudes toward restrictive measures and the implementation of recreational activities helped participants face a prolonged pandemic with positive emotions.

The objective of this article is to analyze the behavior of the monetary authorities of Morocco in the readjustment of the official weights of anchor currencies in Dirham basket on April 13, 2015. To do this, we are taking into account the objective of the external financing constraints for comparing, with different scenarios, the optimal weights with the implicit weights of the currencies. Such a comparison proves that the authorities take more into consideration the structure of the commercial exchanges than that of the debt for the choice of the optimal weight of the anchor currency. In the final part of the paper, we have delved deeper into this issue by proposing a detailed sectoral study to examine the impact of the exchange rate on the trade balance for each activity sector. Our intention is to find out which foreign currency seems more volatile against the local currency in order to lead the economy to manage the stability of dirham by increasing its weight in the basket. As a result, the higher price elasticity of the Dollar against the dirham encourages Moroccan monetary authorities to increase its weight in the basket.

Mitigation of the impact of disasters and increasing resilience represent an inseparable part of the competitiveness of regions that cannot be implemented without a necessary resource framework. The paper focuses on the issue of financing individual phases of disaster management at the level of regions in the Czech conditions. The article is based on the assumption that public authorities do not systematically plan funds for dealing with crisis situations in the expenditure part of the budget, thereby not supporting the structural and functional conditions of territorial attractiveness, security and sustainability. The aim of the article is to propose a unique calculation of the minimum fund allocation for individual phases of disaster risk reduction at the regional level. The calculation concept is based on the value of the property owned by the region, the number of crisis situations predicted in the region, the number of crisis situations predicted in the Czech Republic, the administrative territory of the region and the total expenditures of the regional budget. The article presents a specific national approach to the public fund allocation to the individual disaster risk management phases, providing competitive administration and progressive and resilient development of the region. Based on the originally elaborated calculation, a comparative analysis of the expenditure part of 13 regional budgets for the 2013– 2019 period was performed. The premise on the insufficient financing of disaster management was confirmed, although the Crisis Management Act imposes this obligation. The results showed that the most underfunded area was the implementation phase.

The existence of invasive alien species (IAS) in an ecosystem has become a global issue that continues to be discussed. Invasive plants led to the dominance of the crop in the fulfillment of competition for nutrients, water, light, and pollinated by pollinators. In Indonesia there are 27 IAS that is very dangerous and threatens the stability of the ecosystem. The introduction of IAS in Indonesia generally lowers production reached 20%, 1 individual IAS in the area of 0.1 m2 can reduce 57% of agricultural production. This aims to determine the introduction of IAS and its impact on agricultural. The method used is the analysis of vegetation, a literature review of national and international journals and complemented by interviews was conducted in June-October 2018 in Pacitan, East Java. Based on the research known biodiversity in the study site was (2.99) and Evenness medium (e '= 0.41) with the third-highest family Compositae (IVIs = 53.1), Poaceae (IVIs = 41.16), and Amaranthaceae (IVIs = 23.97). Cyperaceae and Compositae is the most dominant and is found throughout the agricultural types in the sites. Compositae is dominating (IVIs = 53.1). Alternanthera sessilis (IVIs = 23.97), Cyanthillium cinereum (IVIs = 1.45), and Ecinochloa colona (IVIs = 12.33). Based on the concept of IAS disturbance caused interference in terms of the type, intensity, spatial reach, frequency, and other factors are interspecific. According to the concept of disturbance the solution is control the growth and spread of IAS to save the ecosystem and agriculture sustainability.

Modern globalization processes cause the emergence of new threats to society, and necessitate the development of innovative mechanisms to overcome them in order to improve the level of security at various levels of management. The objective of this study is to test the methodology for assessing the level of security of the economic system of the region (based on the use of an integral indicator), as well as the definition of mechanisms for its provision at the meso-level. The structure of this indicator includes aspects of the impact on the stability of the system of the following factors (market, non-market and social ones), based on the system of indicators (the number of employed population, the cost of technological innovation per capita, investment in fixed capital, etc.). The calculation of summary indicators is given on the example of one of the subjects of the Russian Federation (Volgograd region), which allowed to determine negative changes in the level of economic security in the region (significant technological backwardness, consistent depletion of natural resources, growth of budget commitments, etc.). Due to the comprehensive assessment, a list of factors that cause this condition has been identified with the aim of further targeted impact from public authorities to overcome the negative trends in the economic system of the region and (or) leveling their consequences. The development of mechanisms to ensure the economic security of the region, based on the above-mentioned method of integrated assessment, allows not only to fully assess the state of the regional economy, but also to identify the potential to strengthen the position of the entity of the country both at the national and international arena.

The COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic has brought about a new economic reality, to which every economic entity must adapt, regardless of the scale: within a region, a country, or the whole world. The article examines the regional economic mechanism in the context of the pandemic in the context of the interaction of the market mechanism of self-development and the control influence of the regional authorities. The destabilization of the economic situation in the regions as a result of the pandemic and related restrictions poses the problem of revising the main directions of regional policy To achieve the set goals and objectives, the general methods of empirical and theoretical research were used: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, generalization, description. Three spheres play a key role in the economy of Pavlodar region: industry, trade and transport. Just how to remain positive dynamics in terms of industrial production and maintained the services will depend on the development of the region, the main indicators which are discussed in this article through the prism of the events in the context of the pandemic. The necessary health measures taken in response to the pandemic have led to a severe reduction in mobility and are accompanied by high economic costs. The quarantine measures have had a direct impact on businesses, especially microbusinesses. To support this sector, tax incentives were provided, lending was expanded, and measures were taken to further facilitate the business environment. The article reflects only a small list of issues that required changes in the economic mechanism in the context of the pandemic and the introduction of restrictive measures, as well as the strengthening of the influence of external control on the economy. At the same time, the state as whole and individual regions, taking into account their potential and the actual situation in the economy, need to find an optimal balance between the prohibitions and restrictions imposed to ensure the safety of human health and the preservation of the economy in a functional mode, work and income of employees. This problem of finding a balance between prohibitive and permissive measures requires further analysis. At the same time, the state needs to develop and apply tools of a systematic nature, focused on the long term.

This paper examines the impact of authority delegations, both licence and non-licence, from the district mayor to the Department of Investment and One-Stop Service (OSS) in the local government on Indonesia's economic performance. This authority delegation may simplify the regulation in doing business in Indonesia and create a more favorable business environment required to promote economic performance. However, this paper finds that the authority delegation has no significant impact on economic performance. A plausible underlying argument is that there are some constraints in the implementation, such as a lack of skilled personnel and weak internal governance, which impede the efforts to simplify the business regulation setting. Also, in terms of the cultural aspect, there are risk aversion behavior and a flawed perspective on entrepreneurial activities in Indonesian society, which may flourish the informal sectors with low productivity and technology, hampering the effectiveness of such reform in boosting economic performance.

In a dynamic business environment, the importance of doing business in accordance with the principles of sustainable development is recognized not only by large companies, but also by small and medium enterprises, which are the "driving force" of modern economies. Having in mind the commitment to socially responsible business and the requirements of the modern business environment, it is necessary to inform stakeholders about the impact of companies on society and the environment, as well as socially responsible activities that companies carry out due to changes in conditions and ways of doing business. Accordingly, it is necessary to implement integrated reporting, which would include, in addition to traditional financial, nonfinancial indicators of business performance. In order to adopt an internationally recognized methodology for evaluating the performance of sustainable development, certain initiatives have been taken by regulators, standard setters and professional associations. Due to their characteristics, small and medium-sized enterprises require special guidelines when compiling reports on sustainable development. The focus of this paper is on the challenges that these companies face in disclosing information on sustainable development indicators. Special attention is paid to the costs of this type of reporting, the lack of necessary resources and the ownership structure.
