The history of the emergence of agile methodologies, namely the SCRUM approach, begins as a result of a sharp increase in technical progress and new requirements for the market of innovative technologies. Old methodologies are unable to provide flexible, fast and innovative production, as a result of which companies cannot stay in the market. The paper examines in consequence of what the SCRUM methodology appeared, what factors appeared on it and what problem it solved first of all. It also describes what SCRUM is in general, basic concepts, terminology, and events related to this area. Three main components of the modern approach are studied in detail, namely, what is a SCRUM board, what it is, what columns are recommended to be added and how to use it; four types of rallies, what is the main goal of everyone, who should attend them, what questions should be answered and the optimal time for holding; how sprint planning works, what problems may arise and what tools can be used in this case. It describes how to competently introduce the three main components into production, while maintaining high efficiency of teams and the enterprise as a whole, as well as how not to remain without the loss of unnecessary resources. They study who a SCRUM master is and why he is a key person when using the methodology, and who is a product owner and what functions he is obliged to do. The problem of integrating the methodology into large enterprises, where teams of 20 or more people are created, is considered and solved, and the problem of the company's scalability is also solved. Throughout the paper, examples and recommendations from real experience are provided. The conclusion describes what the methodology is and its main ideas, and also touches upon the need for a Scum-master.

The article dwells on the amalgam of meanings and interpretations that have arisen in connection to Andrei Bely’s major work of the 1920s The History of the Becoming of the Self-Conscious Soul. This paper is dedicated to the first complete edition of this literature and philosophical piece that took place in 2020, two decades after the book was first — and partially — published in 1999. The very process of publishing and the temporal gaps that marked the stages in the life of this work is important for better understanding of the trends in interpreting the motifs and concepts of Bely. This study anticipates the inconsistencies of various attempts to understand the conceptual mechanism of Bely and thus has the scope of clarifying such concerning takes and contrasting them to the ways of addressing conceptual issues that Bely uses in his entire oeuvre. With the 1999 publication fueling interest to the self-conscious soul, it represented, however, just a first approximation — and this one, quite incoherent in interpretations, should be amplified towards a fuller elaboration. The analyzed corpus of secondary literature reveals that in a few articles devoted to main ideas of The History of the Becoming of the Self-Conscious Soul there are numerous inaccuracies of perception and reinterpretation even in the basic concepts. For better understanding of Bely, it is fruitful to consider his ideas not from outside worldview positions. Quite the opposite, do it with the view to internal consonance, to anthroposophical foundations. Otherwise, misunderstanding of such concepts as culture, individual, I, personality, self-consciousness is inevitable. The article notes a number of features of their modern perception. First, these concepts are taken not in the dynamic, variable, gradational way, but in a rational and static way, with one or more meaning torn out of the variation series. Further, Bely, contrary to his own judgments about the Steinerian foundations of his work, is considered to have various influences and parallels, based on external similarities. Finally, Bely’s anthroposophical ideas themselves are reinterpreted and radical differences in comparison with anthroposophy are found. The article also reveals fruitful judgments about the essence of The Нistory and examines first of all the articles of Karen A. Swassjan who examines Bely’s history of culture as a personal history of the formation of consciousness — as material for a biography.

Due to the fact that intelligent algorithms such as Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Differential Evolution (DE) are susceptible to local optima and the efficiency of solving an optimal solution is low when solving the optimal trajectory, this paper uses the Sequential Quadratic Programming (SQP) algorithm for the optimal trajectory planning of a hydraulic robotic excavator. To achieve high efficiency and stationarity during the operation of the hydraulic robotic excavator, the trade-off between the time and jerk is considered. Cubic splines were used to interpolate in joint space, and the optimal time-jerk trajectory was obtained using the SQP with joint angular velocity, angular acceleration, and jerk as constraints. The optimal angle curves of each joint were obtained, and the optimal time-jerk trajectory planning of the excavator was realized. Experimental results show that the SQP method under the same weight is more efficient in solving the optimal solution and the optimal excavating trajectory is smoother, and each joint can reach the target point with smaller angular velocity, and acceleration change, which avoids the impact of each joint during operation and conserves working time. Finally, the excavator autonomous operation becomes more stable and efficient.

Organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) have drawn much attention in areas of displays and varied illumination devices due to multiple advantages, such as high brightness, high efficiency, wide viewing angle, and simple structure. However, the long-time degradation of OLED emission is a serious drawback. This degradation was investigated by past works, which pointed out that the degradation was induced by high-density currents through OLED component under the long-time operation [1][2]. Proposed by a past work [3], different reverse biases was imposed on OLED components in display frames to alleviate the long-time degradation on OLEDs. Most recently, along with the reverse bias, new pixel circuits [4][5] for AMOLED displays are designed to alleviate OLED degradation, thus successfully extending OLED life time. However, since emission luminances in different frame times during AMOLED displaying differs significantly for displaying varied images, the OLED degradation evolves in a highly unpredictable fashion. In this study, based on valid theories, the voltage across the OLED is first used as indicator for OLED degradation. Then the relation between the level of OLED degradation, in terms of OLED’s cross voltage, and the history of imposing reverse biases are precisely modeled. With the model, the degradation of the OLED under reverse bias to extend lifetime can be successfully predicted. Based on this model, engineers can then optimize the applied reverse bias on OLEDs to maximize the OLED lifetime for varied display requirement.

Utilizing airflow therapy, Schwartz (1976) has claimed an 89% success rate with stutterers following treatment and an 83% success rate at one year follow-up. Such claims have yet to be documented in the scientific literature. The purposes of this study were: (a) to investigate the effectiveness of a modified version of airflow therapy; (b) to examine the relative importance of its two main components—passive airflow and elongation of the first vowel spoken. The speech of two adult male stutterers with a lengthy history of stuttering, was assessed with spontaneous speaking and reading tasks. Results indicated marked improvement in both subjects' speech on the reading task was maintained at follow-up 10 weeks later. For spontaneous speech, results were generally weaker and less durable. Effects of the two treatment components were cumulative and did not allow determination of any differential effectiveness between components. Implications of these findings were considered and directions for future research discussed.

Enterolithiasis is characterized by the presence of enteroliths in the large colon of horses with the ascending colon being the most common site of obstruction. Enteroliths are composed of ammonium magnesium phosphate, which is supplied both by the digestive processes intestinal bacteria and by feeds. The enteroliths typically form around a central nidus. Although enterolithiasis is seen all over the world, the most cases are reported from North America, and more specifically, California, South West Indiana and Florida. As far as breed is concerned, it affects predominantly Arab horses and rarely Quarter and Thoroughbreds. As far as age is concerned, it is usually seen in middle-aged horses. Although the pathogenesis of enterolithiasis is not fully understood, nutrition and heritability are believed to be a part in it. A rich diet in ammonium, magnesium and phosphorus predisposes to enterolith formation, as those elements are the main components of enteroliths. Clinical signs vary considerably and are rarely characteristic of the disease. Usually, the presence of the enterolith is free of symptoms unless it leads to obstruction. In most cases of enterolithiasis a small amount of faeces, air and the administered mineral oil could pass from the obstruction site. On the contrary, in complete obstructions the passage is closed, defecation is absent and no laxative can pass the obstruction site. The enterolith is rarely found by rectal examination. A history of recurrent colic might be connected to the presence of enteroliths that cause partial or temporary obstruction. The most accurate method for diagnosing enterolithiasis is abdominal radiography. The treatment of choice is the surgical removal of enteroliths, which has a favorable prognosis provided that the laparotomy is going to take place early in course of the disease, before the onset of peritonitis. Intestinal rupture, which rapidly leads to peritonitis, is the gravest and commonest complication. Other complications are colitis, leakage through the laparotomy site and peritonitis. In order to prevent reformation of enteroliths, the daily consumption of alfalfa hay has to be reduced dramatically and poor quality hay has to be administered.

Background and purpose: Hypertension is a major risk factor for stroke. Despite efforts to control hypertension with pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies, the prevalence of and death from stroke is reported to be increasing. This study aims to determine the association of hypertension self-management with the incidence of stroke in patients with hypertension. Methods: A case-control study was conducted involving 44 patients suffering from hypertension and who had suffered a stroke as a case, as well as 44 patients with hypertension and no stroke as a control. Data on self-management of diet, physical activity, stress mitigation efforts, alcohol consumption, and medication adherence were collected using self administered questionnaire. Data on the diagnosis of hypertension, stroke and history of comorbidities were obtained from the patient's medical records. Multivariatee analysis using logistic regression was employed to assess the association between hypertension self-management with the incidence of stroke in patients with hypertension. Results: Characteristics of cases and controls did not differ in education, marital and socioeconomic status, but differed in age and employment. Multivariate analysis showed that there were three components of hypertension self-management associated with the incidence of stroke, namely poor adherence to medication (AOR=7.28; 95%CI: 2.19-24.17), poor self-management of stress (AOR=5.45; 95%CI: 1.56-18.99), and poor management of self-regulated diet (AOR=5.28; 95%CI: 1.31-21.32).Conclusions: Medication adherence, diet and stress management are the three main components of self-management that are associated with stroke events among hypertension patients. Efforts to increase medication adherence, diet and stress management should be enhanced.

Kondratyk L. "Ideas of Civil Religion in the Creative Work of Cyril Methodians". The author is based on the fact that the civil religion is such a sociocultural phenomenon in which, through the prism of a peculiar religious language and specific practices, the necessity of acquiring and establishing a national state is substantiated, which originates in the need of the community to find the sacral in the activity that is inherent in the transcendent, eternally -linear character and which is rooted in the history of the territory. It is proved that the soil on which the ideas of the Cyril and Methodius civil religion originated is Western European romanticism, religiosity, the starting point of which was the idea of religion as the focus of the spiritual world of the individual and community, the idea of the Higher Reason that sets the directions for historical development, Christianity a decisive role in the spiritual and moral and social renewal of mankind, the view of Ukraine as an independent cultural and historical and social force, the influence of creativity T. Shevche gt; The main ideas of the civil religion of the Cyril Methodians are as follows: the messianism of the Ukrainian spirit manifests itself in the ability to unite the Slavs in the best way, because Ukraine is inspired by self-sacrifice with the Christian spirit and has apostolic intercession; Kiev - the capital of the resurrected from the oppression of the Slavs, the city - in which the courts prevail, truth, equality; concepts "temple", "truth", "righteous judgment", "freedom", "brotherhood", "equality", "love", "Kiev", "Kiev mountains" - the basic concepts-symbols of the Ukrainian civil religion; in the Ukrainian community with the need to coincide Christian values and moral standards, which dominate it.
