This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The method used is the method of analysis. The subjects of this study were 24 SSB Abhiseva U-16 players in Bengkulu City. The instrument used was the Bleep Test. The analysis technique used is to pour the frequency into the form of a bar chart. The results of this study indicate that the level of endurance of SSB Abhiseva Kandang Limun players in Bengkulu City is very low considering the highest frequency with very low category with 18 people or 75%. Analysis of the Physical Endurance of football players at SSB Abhiseva Kandang Limun in Bengkulu City which is categorized as very good 0 people or 0%, either 0 people or 0%, moderate 0 people or 0%, less 6 people or 25%, less 18 people or 75 %.

The purpose of this study is to find out how much Return On Investment (ROI) is to assess the financial performance of PT Mitra Investindo, Tbk. This type of quantitative descriptive research uses secondary data. Data collection techniques are documentation and literature study. Research population for 22 years from the start of listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 1997-2019. Then a sample of 10 years from 2010-2019 with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis with a one-sample t-test. The results showed that the Return On Investment (ROI) to assess the financial performance of      PT Mitra Investindo, Tbk was in a bad condition because it was less than 30% of the expected.

This study aims to determine how the effect of the use of Quipper School e-learning on accounting learning outcomes which are moderated by student learning independence. This research is motivated by low independence and student learning outcomes. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The research sample was 33 students consisting of two classes at the YPK Medan Vocational School. The data collection techniques used in this study were using tests and questionnaires (questionnaires). The analysis technique uses multiple regression. The results of this study based on multiple regression analysis are (1) There is an effect of the use of Quipper School E-learning on student learning outcomes. (2) There is an effect of learning independence on student learning outcomes and (3) There is an influence of quipper school on student learning outcomes which is moderated by student learning independence

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. This research uses quantitative descriptive research with observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The population in this study all employees at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor, amounting to 136 people and the sample in this study as much as 50 percent, the total was 68 respondents. The data analysis technique used is by using descriptive analysis that is to present each question item using a percentage formula. The results showed that the three indicators in this study generally showed quite effective results, starting from the indicators of office spatial planning, the results of which were quite effective, indicators of employee placement whose results were quite effective, and indicators of the office's physical environment whose results were effective. Of the three indicators provide an overview that can be concluded that the office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar as a whole is considered quite effective.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work commitment, supervision, and discipline on the quality of work of employees of PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya, either partially or simultaneously. This research approach is based on a quantitative approach. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The population of this study are all employees of PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya, which based on data obtained in October 2021, totaled 61 employees from all divisions except managers. The sampling technique used a saturated sample so that the sample used was representative of the entire population, namely 61 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis technique. Hypothesis testing by means of Simultaneous partial (t test), (F test), and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study indicate that there is effect of work commitment on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. There is effect of supervision on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. There is effect of discipline on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. Simultaneously there are effect of work commitment, supervision, and discipline on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. The results of the regression calculation can be seen that the coefficient of determination (R square) obtained is 0.409, this result means that 40.9% of the quality of work of employees can be explained by the work commitment, supervision, and discipline, while the remaining 59.1% is explained by other variables which is not researched. Market performance in the form of marketing efficiency is the result of a good marketing system which then affects consumer satisfaction. This research was conducted to analyze: 1) satisfaction of marine fish consumers at fish auction PPN Muara Angke, 2) influence of market performance on consumer satisfaction, 3) differences in marketing efficiency between fishermen and traders, 4) differences in satisfaction of fishermen and merchant’s consumers. The research method used is a qualitative and quantitative descriptive research type. The population in this study are ship owners or fishermen, auction participants which include wholesalers, wholesalers, processors, and retail traders. Sample determination technique using purposive sampling and snowball sampling with a sample of 42 people. The analysis technique used is descriptive, simple linear regression, and one-way ANOVA real difference test. Based on the results of the study that marine fish consumer satisfaction in Muara Angke it can be said to be satisfied and market performance affects consumer satisfaction. The marketing efficiency of fishermen and traders is equally efficient but more efficient marketing of fishermen and the satisfaction of fishermen and traders are equally satisfying but more satisfied by fishermen consumers.

This study has purpose to determine and analyze the effect of Company Image, Customer Incentives, Trust, Complaints Handling, and Facilities on Costumer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah Kartasura. The research method applied in this study was a quantitative descriptive research design. This study used a population of 1,500 respondents. In determining the sample size, this study used the Slovin formula. Based on the results of calculation, the number of samples in this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out using incidental sampling. The data collection was done using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study was statistical analysis consists of multiple linear regression test, F test, t test and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the Company Image, Customer Incentives, Trust, Complaint Handling, and Facilities simultaneously had a significant effect on Customer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah Kartasura. Partially, it was found that Company Image and Customer Incentives do not have a positive and significant effect on Customer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah in Kartasura. Meanwhile, Trust, Complain Handling, and Facilities have a positive and significant effect on Customer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah in Kartasura. The coefficient of determination or the contribution of the variables of Company Image, Customer Incentives, Trust, Complain Handling, and Facilities on Customer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah Kartasura was 43.1%. This study suggested that BMT Amanah Ummah should continue to improve and pay attention to the factors that affect the Customer Retention, such as Company Image, Customer Incentives, Trust, Complain Handling, and Facilities. This research is motivated by the way the implementation of learning education and training goes well, each year the participants' learning outcomes increase. So this study suggests looking at an overview of the evaluation process in Balai Besar Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kesejahteraan Sosial (BBPPKS) Regional I Sumatra in Padang City which contains evaluations of inputs, processes, outputs, results, and influences. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research, with a population of 30 people. The sample in this study replaced 20 participants, who were determined using cluster random sampling techniques. The technique of delivering data in this study uses a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used in this study is percentage. Based on the results of this research, research that found evaluation of input and influence was in good category, and process evaluation, updates, and results in a pretty good category.Keywords: Process Evaluation, Education and Training, BBPPKS

<p>The purpose of this study is to determine (1) the effect of professionalism competence variable on students' achievement, (2) the effect of teacher's personality variables on students' achievement, (3) the effect of teacher's professionalism and personality on students' achievement. This research is a quantitative descriptive research, with 60 teachers of MAS/SMA al-Washliyah UNIVA as research subjects taken by total sampling method. Data collected by the instrument in form of questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis method, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, hypothesis testing by F test and t test. Results from the study shows regression equation Y = 43.764+ 0,243 X1 + 0.173 X2 that has meaning when variables X1 and X2 changes, it will have an impact on student achievement. The result of data analysis shows that partially teacher’s professionalism affects significantly on students’ achievement with the value tcount 3,485 &gt; ttable 2,002.Analysis on effect of personality on students’ learning achievement partially influences significantly with value tcount 3,105 &gt; ttable 2,002. The result simultaneously shows that teacher’s professionalism and personality conjunctly affecting the achievement of MAS/SMA al-Washliyah UNIVA Medan student with value of 8,143 &gt; Ftable 4.01. Other than that, the coefficient of determination (R2) has value of 222. It means in the amount of 22,20% of students’ learning achievement variable is affected by two independent variables in this research, meanwhile the rest as big as 77,80% is affected by other variable that is not studied in this research.</p>

: The research aims to find out and describe the influence of simultaneously or partial attitude, life style and usefulness perception towards repurchase interest in Luwes Gentan Sukoharjo. This methodology research using quantitative descriptive research. The population was all consumer Luwes Gentan Sukoharjo unknown number. The number of samples was determined with the formula Lemeshow and the result 100 respondents. Sampling method using convenience sampling. The questionnaire used for data retrieval. This research is aims to find out the empirical evidence dealing with learning conduct of college students of PGSD study program University of Pasifik Morotai in following the lecture. This is quantitative descriptive research. Sampling techinique of this research is probablity sampling by simple rendom sampling with the result that be gained amount 30 college students .
