With the increase in public awareness of sports, it encourages many business opportunities in the sports field. One of them is the fitness center business. This study aims to: 1) to determine the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions on Celebrity Fitness products, 2) to determine the effect of facilities on purchasing decisions on Celebrity Fitness products, 3) to determine the effect of brand trust on purchasing decisions on Celebrity Fitness products, 4) to determine the effect of service quality, facilities, brand trust on purchasing decisions on Celebrity Fitness products. This study took objects (respondents) in Botani Square, Bogor city. Data were analyzed by SPSS (Reliability Test, Validity Test, Classical Assumption Test, Normality Test, Multicolonierity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, Correlation Analysis, Coefficient of Determination, Statistical Hypothesis Test, Persial Test (t test), Simultaneous Significance Test (Test F)). The results of the analysis are as follows: 1) service quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, 2) facilities have a positive effect on purchasing decisions, 3) brand trust has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, 4) service quality, facilities, brand trust have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions Keywords: Brand Trust, Facilities, Service Quality, Purchasing Decisions

Along with the development of increasingly modern times, this has caused a lot of competition in the business world, including retail business. Every businessman needs to pay attention to the factors that influence customer purchasing decisions. The research objective is to determine the effect of service quality and pricing strategies on purchasing decisions, determine the effect of service quality and pricing strategies on customer satisfaction, determine the effect of purchasing decisions on customer satisfaction, to determine the effect of service quality and price strategies on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions at 212 Mart Gowa The population in this study were all consumers who shop at 212 Mart Gowa determined as many as 100 respondents. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique uses validity and reliability, path analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study found that service quality has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, price strategy has a positive effect but is not significant on purchasing decisions, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, price strategy has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, purchasing decisions have a positive effect and significant on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, and the price strategy has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions on 212 Mart Gowa.

Taxpayer Compliance is a taxpayer who is aware of taxation, understands about the taxation rights and obligations and is expected to care about taxes, that is to, implement the taxation obligations properly and understands the taxation rights. The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of the advantage of NPWP, taxpayer understanding, service quality, taxation penalty both partially and simultaneously on taxpayer compliance (empirical study on WP OP in KPP Pratama East Semarang). The population of this research were 46.261 and the samples used were 80. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling. The analytical method used was the Data Quality Test (Validity Test and Reliability Test) and the Classic Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heterosedactivity Test). The analysis technique used multiple linear regression. Based on the result test partially (t test), the advantage of NPWP and taxation penalty had a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. Taxpayer understanding and service quality did not affect taxpayer compliance. The test results simultaneously (F test) showed the advantage of NPWP, taxpayer understanding, service quality, service penalty affected taxpayer compliance. The results of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) showed that the advantage of NPWP, taxpayer understanding, service quality, service penalty were able to explain taxpayer compliance by 24% and the remaining 76% was explained by other variables.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan dapat menjelaskan pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Word Of Mouth terhadap Keputusan pembelian di Kafe Potret Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 700 orang ditentukan dari jumlah pengunjung Kafe Potret Medan dalam kurun waktu satu minggu, dan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 88 pengunjung. Sedangkan tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner) dan pengujiannya yaitu uji kualitas data dan uji asumsi klasik.Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t, dan uji R2. Hipotesis penelitian dimensi Kualitas Pelayanan dan Word Of Mouth secara parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian diterima jika t hitung > t tabel dengan tingkat signifikan 0.05.Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,662. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 1,990 t hitung  > t tabel maka hipotesis diterima, nilai t hitung variabel X2 sebesar 2,628 t hitung > t tabel maka hipotesis diterima. Dari 2 variabel, variabel Word Of Mouth yang paling dominan mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian  sebesar 2,628. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Word Of Mouth, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThe purpose of this study is to identify and able to explain the influence of Service Quality and Word Of Mouth to Purchasing Decisions of Kafe Potret Medan. The population in this study were 700 people from visitors Kafe Potret Medan in one week, and the samples used were 88 visitors. While the techniques of data collection using the questionnaire and use the test of quality data and classical assumption. The hypothesis test uses multiple linear regression analysis, F test, R square and t test. The study hypothesis was partially of Service Quality and Word Of Mouth dimension to  Purchasing Decisions is acceptable if t hitung > t tabel with a significant level 0.05. The t tabel value in this study 1.662. The t hitung X1 is 1.990 that mean t hitung > t tabel then the hypothesis is accepted, t hitung X2 is 2.628 that mean t hitung > t tabel then the hypothesis is accepted. In the era of globalization, the competition in the business world becomes very tight. Companies vying to be able to continue to compete and survive in the business world. Each consumer must have had the expectation that the products they buy are able to provide satisfaction for them to be making purchasing decisions. Consumer purchasing decisions of companies to seeds virtual brand still low due to the brand image and quality of seeds that are still unsatisfactory.This study aims to determine the responses of respondents regarding brand image, product quality, purchasing decisions and how big an impact on the brand image itself against purchase decisions on the PT. Prabu Argo Mandiri Bandung and how much influence the quality of products on the purchase decision.The method by which the samples is Simple Random Sampling consists of 80 respondents. The method of analysis in this research using descriptive analysis and verification which is composed of multiple linear regression analysis. Product moment correlation analysis, and the coefficient of determination used to measure the level of influence of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions.The results based on descriptive analysis of brand image variable is in good enough category, variable quality of the product is in the unfavorable category, and the purchase decision variable is in the unfavorable category. The results based on correlation test showed that the brand image is partially significant effect on purchasing decisions by 68% and the product quality is partially significant effect on purchasing decisions by 13%. Hypothesis test results suggested that the increased purchasing decisions partially and simultaneously influence through brand image and product quality.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product quality and  trust on customer loyalty aromania parfumery Bengkulu. This type of research is a survey research with a quantitative approach, the object of this research is the consumers in Aromania parfumery, which is precisely located on Jl. Kapuas Raya, Lingkar Barat, Kec. Gading Cempaka, Bengkulu City. with the sampling method, namely non-propability technique, namely insidential sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study were 105 people. The data collection method used a questionnaire. By using data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Test, namely test t and test f. The results of this study can be concluded that the variable service quality Aromania parfumery has a positive effect on customer loyalty, product quality has a positive effect on customer loyalty, and trust has a positive effect on customer loyalty.Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Customer Trust and Loyalty.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of licensing service quality on community satisfaction in the Bogor Regency DPMPTSP. This research uses quantitative research method. Data collection in Bogor Regency uses observation and questionnaire. Data processing technique using Likert scale, while the technique of data analysis using test Validity, Reliability, Normality, Linearity, simple linear regression analysis, simple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination and test of correlation coefficient significance or T test. The results are: (a) The results of simple correlation coefficient test between the quality of service quality (X) and the satisfaction of society (Y) is 0.756 is strong, if it is concluded that there is strong correlation between variable (X) and variable (Y). (b) variable of service quality (X) give influence to variable satisfaction (Y) equal to 57,1% while the rest that is equal to 42,9% influenced by other factor not examined. (c) the result of t arithmetic is 10,633, while t table is 1,663 so that 10,633 > 1,663 so that service quality of permit in DPMPTSP Bogor Regency has significant influence to the satisfaction of society.Keyword: Service Quality, Public Service, Investment Service and One Stop Service.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan perizinan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada DPMPTSP Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data pada DPMPTSP Kabupaten Bogor menggunakan teknik observasi, dan kuesioner. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan skala likert, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, liniearitas, analisis regresi liniear sederhana, analisis korelasi sederhana, koefisien determinasi dan uji signifikansi koefisien korelasi atau uji T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (a) Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien korelasi sederhana antara variabel kualiatas pelayanan (X) dan kepuasan masyarakt (Y) bernilai 0,756 artinya kuat, jika disimpulkan bahwa terjadi hubungan yang kuat antara variabel (X) dengan variabel (Y). (b) variabel kualitas pelayanan (X) memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan (Y) sebesar 57,1% sedangakan sisanya yaitu sebesar 42,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. (c) hasil t hitung yang didapatkan adalah 10,633, sedangkan t tabel adalah 1,663 sehingga 10,633 >1,663 sehingga kualitas pelayanan perizinan di DPMPTSP Kabupaten Bogor mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Pelayanan Publik, Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP)

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality, Price, and Brand Loyalty on Motorcycle Purchase Decisions at dealer CV.Andalas Motor Bengkalis. This research is associative research. The population used by consumers who buy motorbikes at dealer CV Andalas Motor Bengkalis with a sample size of 100 respondents. The technique used is multiple linear regression with the regression model Y=1.821 + 0.163X1 + 0.299X2 + 0.207X3 + e. The results of this study indicate that partially service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with tcount 2.466, price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with tcount 4.045. Brand loyalty has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with tcount 6.158. Simultaneously, Service Quality, Price, and Brand Loyalty have a positive and significant effect on motorcycle purchasing decisions at dealer CV.Andalas Motor Bengkalis with Fcount 67.837 seen from the coefficient of determination 67.9%.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of trust, safety, service quality, and risk perception on online purchasing decisions. The population in this study are all consumers who have made purchases through online Tokopedia. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling. The requirements to be sampled in this study are those who have made purchases through online Tokopedia. In the sense that the sample is consumers who have made purchases through online Tokopedia within the Indonesian Islamic University students as many as 96 samples. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results show that simultaneously the four variables of trust, security, service quality, and risk perception simultaneously have an influence on Online Purchase Decisions on the Tokopedia Website, partially trust has a significant positive effect on Online Purchase Decisions on the Tokopedia Website, partially security has a significant positive effect on Online Purchase Decisions on the Tokopedia Website, partially service quality has a significant positive effect on Online Purchasing Decisions on the Tokopedia Website, and partially risk perceptions have a significant positive effect on Online Purchasing Decisions on the Tokopedia Website

This research was conducted in Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado, which aims to find out the 1) effect of product quality ; 2) price and ; 3) service quality on customer satisfaction in Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Manado, both individually and in groups. With the focus of the problem is whether product quality, price and service quality affect consumer satisfaction in Rumah Makan Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh, Wenang Manado. the method used in this study uses quantitative descriptive methods and The population that came in the Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Manado Heritage is unknown, therefore the researcher took a sample of 50 respondents using a purposive sampling technique that is consideration of populations that are easily found and this research will only be given to visitors who have visited the House. Eating Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh, Managing Manado at least 5 times, and the research method used is quantitative descriptive method. The analytical tool used in the data instrument test (validity and reliability test), classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), data analysis (multiple regression analysis, test t, F test and test coefficient of determination R2). Based on the t test obtained states that product quality has an influence on customer satisfaction individually. While price is the determination of the value of a product in the minds of consumers that must be paid by consumers to obtain a product of Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado. The service quality provided by Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado affects consumer satisfaction.

<p><em>This research has a purpose to know the implementation of Service Quality, to know the Customer Satisfaction at PT. Bank Jateng KCP Cepu. </em><em>In this study population consists of 1.000 customer satisfaction with a sample of 286 using Incidental sampling technique. Data were taken by questionnaire, observation and documentation. The analysis was processed with SPSS program version 22.0 </em>using simple linear regression with test of hypothesis test of determination and t test. <em>The result of research shows that the result of Simple Linear Regression Test is Y = 9,311 + 0,763 X, constant of 9,311 means if variable of Service Quality is still value then Customer Satisfaction is 0,763 so there is influence between Service Quality to Customer Satisfaction. The result of Coefficient of Determination (</em> <em>) is known 0,400 means 40% Service Quality is influenced by Customer Satisfaction, while the rest 60% Service Quality is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Then, the result of t test obtained </em> <em>value is 13,765 while  </em> <em> equal to 1,9683. This means that the value of</em><em> </em><em> </em> <em> &gt; </em> <em> (13,765&gt;1,9683) so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning there is influence the Service Quality to Customer Satisfaction at </em><em>             </em><em>PT. Bank Jateng KCP Cepu.</em></p>
