This research  is classified  as a qualitative descriptive approach to literary  sociology that aims to describe the manifestation of moral values in novel Amira: Cinta dari Tanah Surga. Data sourced from novel texts that were amalyzed using moral theory. The results of the study show that the from of moral values consists of three types, namely moral values in human relations with variants of  have faith,  pray to God, prayer and read the Quran. Moral values in relation  to humans and themselves with variants of patience, sincerity, and responsibility. Moral value of human relations with other people  with variants, of  advice from fellow friends, parents love children, and the love of fellow friends

This research aims at describing moral values which are related with the relationship of human with other human which consists of caring, help each other, deliberation, living in harmony, forgiving, keeping a promise, and respecting others. This research uses qualitative descriptive approach which describes particular event with words or the situational context of the subject in one particular situation. The results of this study show that moral values that include the existence of caring, help each other, deliberation, living in harmony, forgiving, keeping a promise, respecting others, found in the novel Komet Minor by Tere Liye. The quotations relating to the seven forms of moral value are more than 57 quotations. The form of dominant moral value is 18 quotations which found in the value of caring for others while the form of the least moral value is promise with 1 quotation. It is hoped that the value found can be a material of knowledge and learning for literary reader.   The characters in the novel Komet Minor are Batozar, Seli, Ali, the crown, Bibi Nay, Putri, Raib, Uncle Kay. In the novel of Komet Minor the most dominant character is Batozar.

This study aims to describe the comparison of moral values ​​in the novel Ivanna Van Dijk by RisaSaraswati with the moral values ​​of the novel AnantaPrahadi by RisaSaraswati. The research method uses descriptive qualitative method. The data in this study were obtained by reading, recording and concluding techniques. After the data is collected, data reduction is then performed. The selected data are then classified for further analysis of similarities and differences to be compared until the conclusion of the research results. The results of this study indicate that there are differences and similarities in the moral values ​​of human relations with oneself, human relations with humans, and human relations with God. Comparison of the moral values ​​of the two novels from the aspect of moral values ​​there are differences. In the novel AnantaPrahadi by RisaSaraswati the moral values ​​of human relations with oneself are 19 quotations, human relationships with humans there are 50 quotations, human relationships with God are 8, and the total of these quotations is 149 quotations. Whereas in Ivanna Van Dijk's novel the moral value of human relations with oneself is 26 quotations, human relationships with humans there are 49 quotations, human relationships with God there are 3 quotations, and the total of these quotations is 105 quotations. Conclusion, the comparison of moral values ​​in the two novels is on the number of citations, while the equation lies in the form of quotations of moral values, which dominates the moral values ​​of relationships with others. In addition, the form of expressing the moral values ​​of the two novels is slightly different, namely the implied and explicit meaning. Keywords: Comparison, Novel, Moral Value

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan leksikon batik Demak di Kabupaten Demak dan nilai filosofis dalam leksikon batik Demak di Kabupaten Demak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan etnolinguistik dan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini dijaring dengan menggunakan metode simak dan cakap. Analisis data digunakan metode agih teknik BUL, metode padan subtranslasional, dan metode interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagai berikut. Pertama, leksikon batik Demak terdiri atas dua klasifikasi yaitu berdasarkan kategori satuan lingual dan berdasarkan kategori bentuk. Kedua, leksikon batik Demak mencerminkan 3 nilai filosofis yang terdiri atas nilai religius, nilai moral, dan nilai sosial. Nilai filosofis tersebut mencerminkan dimensi hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan, hubungan manusia dengan manusia, dan hubungan manusia dengan alam. The aim of this study describe the lexicon of batik Demak in Demak Regency and the philosophical value in lexicon of batik Demak in Demak regency. This study uses ethnolinguistic approach and qualitative descriptive approach. Data was captured using hear and speak methods. Analysis of the data using BUL method, subtranslasional method, and interactive method. The result showed as follows. First, the lexicon of batik Demak consisting of two classifications, namely by lingual unit category and by category of form. Second, the lexicon of batik Demak reflects 3 philosophical values consisting of religious values, moral values, and social values. The value of the philosophical reflects the dimensions of human relationships with Gods, human relationships with humans, and human relationships with nature.

Folklore is a story that originated in society and developed in society in the past which played an important role in the development of children's character learning in the form of moral values. The purpose of this study was to explain the moral values contained in folklore to improve character education. This study used a qualitative descriptive research design. Where all the data collected is based on books and other supporting document data. From the discussion of the Timun Mas folklore, there are eight prominent moral values, namely religious values, independent values, curiosity values, hard work values, responsibility values, honesty values, creativity, the value of the spirit of hard work. And from the research results, it can be concluded that the folklore of Timun Mas has many moral values that can be applied in the world of Education to shape character.

This research focuses on Rob Hall�s characterizations and moral values found in �Everest: Never Let Go� Film. The aims of this research are to find out Rob Hall�s characterizations portrayed in the Film Everest: Never Let Go and the moral values of the Film. The researcher used the theory about psychological analysis (based on Sigmund Freud in Schultz, 2005) to find out Rob characters through his words or sentences in script of Everest; Never Let Go Film and semiotics theory (based on Roland Barthes, 1968, 1990, 1991) to find out the characteristics of Rob Hall through pictures or signs which show his character in Film �Everest: Never Let Go� with print screen of each pictures or signs, and theory of moral value based on George and Uyanga (2014). Qualitative descriptive method was used by the researcher to find out the characteristic of Rob Hall in Everest: Never Let Go Film and the moral values of Rob Hall characterized in the Film. As result, the researcher found 6 characterizations of Rob Hall in Everest: Never Let Go Film, those are Honest, Sociable, Responsible, Assertive, Attentive, and Pessimistic. While, the moral values from this Film was that a leader should be able to support, keep, help, open, responsible, honest, assertive, wise attitude, sacrifice, and direct their team towards better.Keywords: Characterization Analysis, Rob Hall, Everest: Never Let Go Film, Pyschological Analysis, Semiotics, Moral Value

The research is aimed at describing the moral value aspects of human-to-human relationships in Kumpulan Cerita Rakyat Daerah Jambi by Thabran Kahar. The moral value consists of aspects (1) caring for others, (2) helping, (3) deliberation, (4) living together, (5) forgiving, (6) keep on promise, (7) appreciating others. This research includes descriptive qualitative types. Qualitative descriptive describes an event with words or images of objects with actual circumstances. The data sources in this research are words, sentences, quotations or expressions that can be found in the dialogue of the characters in Kumpulan Cerita Rakyat Daerah Jambi by Thabran Kahar. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that aspects of the moral value of human relationships with other human beings are contained in the Kumpulan Cerita Rakyat Daerah Jambi by Thabra Kahar. The data showed that there are 60 expressions that are divided into seven aspects of moral values including: caring for each other as many as 14 quotations, please help as many as 12 quotations, deliberation as many as 9 quotations, living together as many as 8 quotations, forgiving as many as 6 quotes, keep on promise as many as 4 quotations, and respect others as many as 7 quotations.

Abstract. This study was designed using a qualitative descriptive approach correlational manifold. Collecting data using three types of questionnaires about managerial skills, leadership models, and teacher performance. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that (1) A description and the principal forms of managerial skills very well belong to the category, as well as the performance of teacher MA Al-Falah Arungkeke Jeneponto classified as either category. This means that managerial skills with ability to approach the conceptual, technical, human relations affect the performance of teacher MA Al-Falah Arungkeke Jeneponto, (2) there is a significant positive implications in terms of principal leadership managerial skills to the improvement of teacher performance MA Al-Falah Arungkeke Jeneponto, this is explained by a score of 70 -85 % range, which means simultaneous principal leadership in terms of managerial skills in improving teacher performance MA Al-Falah Arungkeke Jeneponto entry in the category of good value. Based on these results, it is suggested to the principal in general, and a principal in the district in particular to pay attention and improve managerial skills and leadership models and with regard to other factors that affect the performance of teachers. Suggested for teachers to further optimize performance in accordance with the duties and responsibilities.

AbstractThis research explains the role that parents should play in the educational process of their children during the Covid-19 pandemic. By using a qualitative descriptive approach to this type of research library, the researchers concluded that the role of parents in the current pandemic is becoming more urgent to develop children's character in a better direction. Three main points need to be internalized to children, namely religious education, social education, and moral education. Religious education is related to the issue of belief in God and all aspects related to Him. Social education is related to the cultivation of the values ​​of social interaction, both those originating from culture and religion and so on which have positive values. Meanwhile, moral education is related to the refraction of moral values, both individually and socially. Individual moral values ​​are related to how to treat oneself, while social moral values ​​are related to how to treat others well. Abstrak Penelitian ini menjelaskan peran yang sewajarnya dan patut untuk dilakanakan oleh orang tua dalam proses pendidikan anak-anak mereka di masa pandemic covid-19. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif jenis library research, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa peran orang tua di masa pandemi saat ini menjadi lebih urgen dalam rangka menumbuhkembangkan karakter anak ke arah yang lebih baik. Terdapat tiga poin utama yang perlu diinternalisasikan kepada anak, yaitu pendidikan agama, pendidikan sosial dan pendidikan akhlak. Pendidikan agama terkait dengan masalah keyakinan kepada Tuhan dan segala aspek yang berhubungan dengan-Nya. Pendidikan sosial berkaitan dengan penanaman nilai-nilai interaksi sosial, baik yang bersumber dari budaya dan agama dan sebagainya yang bernilai positif. Sementara pendidikan akhlak berkaitan dengan pembiasan nilai-nilai moral, baik individual maupun sosial. Nilai moral individual berkaitan dengan bagaimana memperlakukan diri, sementara nilai moral sosial berkaitan dengan bagaimana memperlakukan orang lain dengan baik. Abstract Forming a religious experience in early childhood means embedding religious roots in them. The religious experience that is implanted early, will be able to improve the character, personality and moral of the child. One of the efforts to develop religious and moral values of early childhood in the physical distancing is through the collaboration of teachers and parents. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach in TK Al-Hidayah Purworejo, Lumajang. Data collected by interview techniques and document studies using WhatsApp (phone, chat, voice note) and polls using Google forms. The data was analyzed by the analysis of the Miles and Huberman models and the validity test of data using the triangulation of the source and method, discussion with peers, using references. The results of this research that religious and moral values developed in children or students of TK al-Hidayah include: Know the religion that is embraced, work on worship, behave honestly, helper, responsibilities, maintain self-hygiene and the environment. To develop these values, the form of collaboration that teachers and parents use is a partnership or shared responsibilities model that emphasizes the coordination and cooperation of schools and families to develop communication and collaboration. Some forms of collaborative activities include building a relationship and communication with two-way applications based on WhatsApp Group (WAG), teachers provide daily assignments for children during the study at home, teachers give instructions for learning based television Republic of Indonesia (TVRI), learning the sheet based Activities Ramadan. Parents strive to accompany each and every activity and report the children's learning outcomes to the teachers.

This study aims to describe the Islamic perspective on moral values in the short story Daulah Al-‘Ashāfīr by Taufīq Al-Chakīm. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The object of this research is the Daulah Al-Ashāfīr short story by Taufīq Al-Chakīm using Roland Barthes's Semiotic theory. The data used is the text in the form of quotations that show moral values in the Daulah Al-Ashāfīr. Analysis is done by reading, then recording things that show moral values in the Daulah Al-Ashāfīr. Furthermore, collecting secondary data that supports the research. Then analyze the moral values of Daulah Al-Ashāfīr by using Roland Barthes's semiotic theory and proceed with an Islamic perspective on that value. Finally, make a conclusion. The results of the study show that moral values in the short story Daulah Al-Ashāfīr by Taufīq Al-Chakīm are divided into three, namely (1) religious moral values, (2) social moral values, (3) and individual moral values. All three moral values are in accordance with Islamic teachings, there is human relations with God, human relations with others, and human relations with yourself.
