The Marine Corps Training Command or (Kolatmar) has the main task of carrying out plans and programs for building the capability of the training commands in the Marine Corps. The current problem is that the distance from the marine corps student education center in AAL, KODIKLATAL and PASMAR 2 soldiers in Surabaya is too faraway from Puslatpur in the Situbondo and Banyuwangi areas. The method used in conducting this research was a combination of SWOT Analysis with Analytical Hierarchy Process (ANP). IFE research calculation results were 3.29 while the EFE was 3.08, thus Putlatpur was placed in quadrant II in IE Matrix, the results of weighting strategy were by improving public facilities and supporting facilities of Puslatpur and Puslatpur organizations with support from the central government in increasing the ability of national defense (0.368707), fiscal increase of Indonesian Navy for the development of Puslatpur with support from the central government in enhancing the capability of national defense (0.179934), optimizing Puslatpur coastal's oceanography and logistical support for combat training with ANP processing (with a score of 0.104935), strengthening the legality of Puslatpur locations to avoid socio-cultural impacts in the surrounding community (0.072567), and reducing the socio-cultural impact of the community around the puslatpur with the Navy's strategic policy (0.029992).Keywords- SWOT, AHP, ANP, Internal, External

One of the success indicator for the bank into manage their financing risk is a Non Performing Financing (NPF) level. On the last three years, BJB Syariah’s NPF trend keep increased, then be required a research to find out profile and financing risk level that be faced by BJB Syariah. This research has some objective to: (1) Analyzing of financing risk level that be faced by BJB Syariah and (2) Analyzing, reviewing of management such as mitigation program for financing risk that be faced by BJB Syariah. To analyzing financing risk level has been used CreditRisk+ model, meanwhile to reviewing management and financing risk mitigation has been used internal and external analysis, SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). The result from this research is profile and financing risk level of BJB Syariah still quite fit. This matter looks from expected loss period 2012-2014 still can be covered by reserved productive asset that has been done by BJB Syariah. Strategy that needed to be performed as follows enhancement director act to make a financing strategic policy such as financing portfolio spread for industry sectors that has fit prospect, making feasibility valuation for new debtor with more prudent and right on target also strengthen character valuation for new debtor using credit bureau until scorecard method

<p>Indonesia implements Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) which are enforced per region based on the severity of the outbreak and the assessment is determined by the central government through the Ministry of Health. Restrictions on activities for traveling have a great impact on areas that utilize the tourism industry. Restrictions on activities lead to a decline in the economy of the community, especially in areas that rely on the tourism industry. Infrastructure has an important role in efforts to recover the economy and tourism after the pandemic. The infrastructure used as the object of research is the project Port Munjul Bias, which is one of the ongoing port projects on Ceningan Island. The purpose of the study was to look at the strategy for developing the Port Bias Munjul in the post-Covid-19 pandemic recovery. The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive data presentation. The approach used is a SWOT analysis to see the strategy for developing the Port Bias Munjul in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The results obtained are the construction of the Port Bias Munjul in prime condition (SO), which shows that the existence of the Port Bias Munjul project will play a very important role in the recovery of tourism and the economy in Nusa Ceningan or its surroundings. Strategies that can be carried out are in the form of cooperation between local governments and the private sector, empowerment of local communities and improvement of logistical support facilities.</p>

One of the efforts to develop village economic in West Sumbawa Regency is to establish and develop Village Owned Enterprise (Bumdes) based on agriculture. The purpose of this research is to find out internal and external factors of Bumdes based on agriculture; and formulating strategies for developing Bumdes based on agriculture in West Sumbawa Regency. This research was conducted in West Sumbawa Regency. 40 respondents were selected by purposive sampling. This research method is survey method. The instrument validity test was carried out with the Pearson Product Moment correlation technique, and for the reliability test with the Cronbach Alpha formula. Data collected were analysed using SWOT analysis. The results show that internal factors in the form of the main strength of Bumdes based on agriculture is the business managed by Bumdes serving the basic needs of community, while the main weakness is the capacity of managers managing Bumdes still lacking, and the absence of marketing networks. For external factors, the main opportunities of Bumdes based on agriculture are the support of local and central government regulations, the area and potential of agriculture can be developed optimally as well as the development and expansion of agricultural businesse, while the main threats of Bumdes are the lack of community participation in Bumdes activities. Results of  SWOT analysis, the strategy Bumdes based on agriculture in West Sumbawa Regency can be done using the W-O (Weakness-opportunity) strategy, which is a strategy that minimizes the weaknesses that are owned to seize opportunities. Penetepan strategi pengelolaan sampah dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk mengurangi laju timbulan sampah di TPA Burangkeng Kabupaten Bekasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal yang menjadi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman bagi TPA Burangkeng, kemudian merumuskan alternatif strategi pengembangannya. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threath) dan AHP (Analitical Hierarchy Process). Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT terhadap faktor internal dan eksternal TPA Burangkeng, diperoleh alternatif strategi bagi pengembangan kebijakan operasional, yakni strategi perencanaan SDM, strategi perbaikan metode dan teknologi, serta strategi pengadaan sarana dan alat. Hasil perumusan strategi dari analisis SWOT tersebut kemudian ditentukan prioritasnya dengan menggunakan AHP. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan metode AHP diketahui kriteria utama yang perlu diperhatikan dalam pengembangan adalah kriteria teknologi dengan bobot prioritas sebesar 0,371, dan sub-kriteria untuk pencapaian teknologi adalah melalui inovasi pengelolaan dengan bobot sebesar 0,325. Sehingga strategi pengembangan yang didapat adalah melalui strategi perbaikan metode dan teknologi pengelolaan, dengan bobot prioritas sebesar 0,540.ABSTRACTThe determination of a waste management strategy is carried out as an effort to reduce the rate of waste generation in the TPA Burangkeng, Bekasi Regency. The purpose of this research is to identify internal and external factors which are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of TPA Burangkeng, then formulate alternative development strategies. The research method uses SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threath) and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Based on the results of the SWOT analysis on the internal and external factors of the Burangkeng TPA, an alternative strategy was obtained for the development of operational policies, namely the HR planning strategy, the strategy for improving methods and technology, and the strategy for the procurement of facilities and tools. The results of the strategy formulation from the SWOT analysis are then prioritized using AHP. Based on the results of research with the AHP method, it is known that the main criteria that need to be considered in development are technology criteria with a priority weight of 0.371, and the sub-criteria for technological achievement is through management innovation with a weight of 0.325. Thus, that the development strategy obtained is through a strategy to improve management methods and technology, with a priority weight of 0.540.

The present study provides a comparative analysis of development strategy selection and presents an overview of multiple-criteria decision analysis (MCDA) in strategic management. The main aim of the paper is to use the analytic network process (ANP) as one of MCDA methods for determining the best strategy. Based on expert opinions and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the authors have identified and evaluated SWOT analysis factors used for the development of a company strategy. To investi-gate the interaction of external and internal environment, the authors have used the ANP that allows obtaining relative measurement of the influence of SWOT elements. The ANP is useful with regard to interdependent relationship between multi-objectives and multi-stakeholders’ environment. The algo-rithm of quantitative evaluation of telecommunication company strategies is also presented in the paper.

This study aims to determine the measures that can be done to increase non-oil exports of East Java 2010-2011 period, either through the creation of a variety of export products and expand export destinations, particularly to the Middle East and Africa. Some non-oil export commodities is a mainstay of East Java is copper, organic chemicals, paper / carbon, plywood, shrimp, textiles, footwear, coffee, paper, and tobacco. Non-oil export development strategy of East Java is based on the SWOT analysis, which is preparing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The existence of the Tanjung Perak Surabaya and Sidoarjo Juanda Airport is the main force to boost exports, as well as the export share has exceeded 200 export destinations with 3000 items. Further basic weaknesses which are not memilii ISO and eco labeling, as well as the human resources that are less qualifid. Non-oil exports to the East Java there are still considerable opportunities for increased, including exhibitions abroad funded the Central Government and the Provincial Government of East Java, including education and training activities and free export periodically organized by the Department of Industry and Trade East Java Province. Threats faced by exporters in East Java is the competition in the international market is getting tougher and other rules are getting heavier. Based on the SWOT analysis, the strategy can be used to improve the non-oil export in East Java is to optimize the market potential that exists in other provinces, such as the province of South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, South Sulawesi, East Nusa Tenggara, West Nusa Tenggara, and South Sumatra. Furthermore, actively pursue international exhibitions, both in Jakarta, as well as other countries. Another strategy is to create efficienc, effectiveness, and productivity in the production process in order to compete in the international market.

In view of the increasing importance of sports to people and the impact of COVID-19 on people’s lives, home-based exercise has become a popular choice for people to keep fit due to its unique advantages and its popularity is expected to keep growing in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the development direction of home-based exercise and put in the corresponding efforts. However, there is currently a lack of research on all aspects of home-based exercise. The purpose of this research was to investigate the effective sustainable development strategy of home-based exercise in China through a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) hybrid model. Thirteen factors corresponding to the SWOT analysis were identified through a literature review and expert opinions. The results show that in China the advantages and potential outweigh the weaknesses and threats of home-based exercise. Home-based exercise should grasp the external development opportunities and choose the SO development strategic type that combines internal strengths and external opportunities. As the core for the development of home-based exercise, this strategy should be given priority. To sum up, home-based exercise is believed to have a bright future.

The research aims were to determine strategies in farmers' social capital strengthening to increase trust between farmers and stakeholders, in market structure, and technical-social farmers' empowerment. The study was conducted in Benjor Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency, and the number of respondents was 30 people. Data analysis methods used in research are SWOT analysis with IFAS (Internal Strategic Factors Analysis Summary) and EFAS (External Strategic Factors Analysis Summary) and continued with AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis. The results of the study that the cartesian diagram position of local goat development in Benjor Village in quadrant IV, which means there are more weak points than strength points, more threat points than the opportunity points. Therefore, developing the local goat business needs to change the strategy through strengthening social capital in the trust of both other farmers with stakeholders.

AbstractThe paper analyzes the transformation of identity politics of Kharkiv local authorities after the Euromaidan, or Revolution of Dignity, the annexation of Crimea, and the War in Donbass. Being the second largest city in Ukraine and becoming the frontline city in 2014, Kharkiv is an interesting case for research on how former pro-Russian local elites treat new policies of the central government in Kyiv, on whether earlier they tried to mobilize their electorate or to provoke political opponents with using soviet symbols, soviet memory, and copying Russian initiatives in the sphere of identity.To answer the research question of this article, an analysis of Kharkiv city and oblast programs and strategies and of communal media were made. Decommunisation, as one of the most important identity projects of Ukrainian central authorities after 2014, was analyzed through publications in Kharkiv’s city-owned media as well as reports from other scholars. Some conclusions are made from the analysis of these documents: Kharkiv development strategy until 2020, Complex program of cultural development in Kharkiv in 2011–2016 (and the same for 2017–2021), The regional program of military and patriotic training and participation of people in measures of defense work in 2015–2017, Program of supporting civil society in 2016–2020 in Kharkiv region and the city mayor’s orders about the celebration of Victory Day (9 May), the Day of the National Flag (23 August), the Day of the City (23 August) and Independence Day (24 August) in 2010–2015.

This research intended  to evaluate the development strategy of Marine Fish Hatchery Unit at Gumilamo Island, North Halmahera. Analysis SWOT was used to determine the development strategy. Data were collected by questionnaire, interview and literature relevant to the research. SWOT analysis showed the internal and external factors that affected the development of Marine Fish Hatchery at Gumilamo island. The strenght were location, water quality , local government support, and availability of seeds and feed. Weakness were lack of public interest, lack of extension and human resources. Opportunity were the high value of the sale, business opportunities and  local government regulation.
