This study aims to determine the measures that can be done to increase non-oil exports of East Java 2010-2011 period, either through the creation of a variety of export products and expand export destinations, particularly to the Middle East and Africa. Some non-oil export commodities is a mainstay of East Java is copper, organic chemicals, paper / carbon, plywood, shrimp, textiles, footwear, coffee, paper, and tobacco. Non-oil export development strategy of East Java is based on the SWOT analysis, which is preparing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The existence of the Tanjung Perak Surabaya and Sidoarjo Juanda Airport is the main force to boost exports, as well as the export share has exceeded 200 export destinations with 3000 items. Further basic weaknesses which are not memilii ISO and eco labeling, as well as the human resources that are less qualifid. Non-oil exports to the East Java there are still considerable opportunities for increased, including exhibitions abroad funded the Central Government and the Provincial Government of East Java, including education and training activities and free export periodically organized by the Department of Industry and Trade East Java Province. Threats faced by exporters in East Java is the competition in the international market is getting tougher and other rules are getting heavier. Based on the SWOT analysis, the strategy can be used to improve the non-oil export in East Java is to optimize the market potential that exists in other provinces, such as the province of South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, South Sulawesi, East Nusa Tenggara, West Nusa Tenggara, and South Sumatra. Furthermore, actively pursue international exhibitions, both in Jakarta, as well as other countries. Another strategy is to create efficienc, effectiveness, and productivity in the production process in order to compete in the international market.

<p>Indonesia implements Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) which are enforced per region based on the severity of the outbreak and the assessment is determined by the central government through the Ministry of Health. Restrictions on activities for traveling have a great impact on areas that utilize the tourism industry. Restrictions on activities lead to a decline in the economy of the community, especially in areas that rely on the tourism industry. Infrastructure has an important role in efforts to recover the economy and tourism after the pandemic. The infrastructure used as the object of research is the project Port Munjul Bias, which is one of the ongoing port projects on Ceningan Island. The purpose of the study was to look at the strategy for developing the Port Bias Munjul in the post-Covid-19 pandemic recovery. The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive data presentation. The approach used is a SWOT analysis to see the strategy for developing the Port Bias Munjul in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The results obtained are the construction of the Port Bias Munjul in prime condition (SO), which shows that the existence of the Port Bias Munjul project will play a very important role in the recovery of tourism and the economy in Nusa Ceningan or its surroundings. Strategies that can be carried out are in the form of cooperation between local governments and the private sector, empowerment of local communities and improvement of logistical support facilities.</p>

One of the efforts to develop village economic in West Sumbawa Regency is to establish and develop Village Owned Enterprise (Bumdes) based on agriculture. The purpose of this research is to find out internal and external factors of Bumdes based on agriculture; and formulating strategies for developing Bumdes based on agriculture in West Sumbawa Regency. This research was conducted in West Sumbawa Regency. 40 respondents were selected by purposive sampling. This research method is survey method. The instrument validity test was carried out with the Pearson Product Moment correlation technique, and for the reliability test with the Cronbach Alpha formula. Data collected were analysed using SWOT analysis. The results show that internal factors in the form of the main strength of Bumdes based on agriculture is the business managed by Bumdes serving the basic needs of community, while the main weakness is the capacity of managers managing Bumdes still lacking, and the absence of marketing networks. For external factors, the main opportunities of Bumdes based on agriculture are the support of local and central government regulations, the area and potential of agriculture can be developed optimally as well as the development and expansion of agricultural businesse, while the main threats of Bumdes are the lack of community participation in Bumdes activities. Results of  SWOT analysis, the strategy Bumdes based on agriculture in West Sumbawa Regency can be done using the W-O (Weakness-opportunity) strategy, which is a strategy that minimizes the weaknesses that are owned to seize opportunities. The study aims to analyze development strategy of nutmeg (Myristic fragan haitt) in Tanjung Raya Sub-district, Agam District. The study applied decriptive method. The data were collected through in depth interview with three internal key infromants, in this case farmers, and external key informants including head of forestry and plantation department of Agam District, and one nutmeg farmer. SWOT analysis were applied to formulate development strategy of nutmeg at Sabik Tajam farmers group in Tanjung Raya Sub-district, Agam District. The development strategies include developing cooperation with government and private sector; technology improvement for value added of nutmeg farmers income through nutmeg agro-industry; promotion of nutmeg sector by the government, both in local and international market; participating in training held by relevant government authorities particularly those related to nutmeg processing and establishing house of HPT (plant pests and disease) to overcome the pests and disease; conducting training to the farmers covering the marketing aspect; cultivation and technology development; the involvement of UPTD (technical implementation unit at local) in cultivation and HPT of nutmeg; optimizing the resources and marketing, and develop cooperation with the farmers group that have more advanced technology.  Keywords : nutmeg, IFE matrix, EFE, SWOT, nutmeg development strategy

ABSTRAKKajian pengembangan ekowisata bahari di Kecamatan Padang Cermin Kabupaten Pesawaran Provinsi Lampung telah dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi potensi atraksi wisata bahari yang ada, mengetahui persepsi wisatawan dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pengembangan ekowisata dari aspek sosial, ekonomi dan lingkungan, serta merumuskan strategi pengembangan ekowisata bahari yang sesuai dengan potensi atraksi wisata bahari dan potensi pasar yang dimilikinya. Sebagai responden dipilih sejumlah 100 orang wisatawan dan 100 orang masyarakat dipilih dari empat objek yaitu Pantai Mutun, Pantai Klara, Pantai Sari Ringgung dan Pulau Pahawang. Data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi. Analisis potensi dan daya tarik wisata alam menggunakan pedoman Analisis Daerah Operasi–Objek dan Daya tarik Wisata Alam (ADO-ODTWA). Analisis SWOT digunakan untuk menentukan strategi pengembangan ekowisata dan AHP untuk menentukan tingkat priorotas strategi pengembangan ekowisata. Hasil penelitian adalah bahwa Kecamatan Padang Cermin Kabupaten Pesawaran memiliki potensi yang sangat sesuai untuk pengembangan ekowisata bahari dan disetujui masyarakat setempat. Persepsi wisatawan terhadap potensi objek ekowisata bahari dari aspek ketersediaan fasilitas dan sarana prasarana penunjang masih rendah. Beberapa prioritas strategi pengembangan ekowisata bahari telah dibahas pada aspek ekologi sosial, dan ekonomi. ABSTRACTStudy of marine ecotourism development in Padang Cermin, Pesawaran District, Lampung Province has been carried out. The research objectives are to identify the potential of existing marine tourism attractions, finding out the perceptions of tourists and public participation in the development of ecotourism from social, economic and environmental aspects, and to formulate a marine ecotourism development strategy that is in accordance with the potential of marine tourism attractions and its market potential. As respondents, 100 tourists were selected and 100 people were selected from four objects, namely Mutun Beach, Klara Beach, Sari Rutut Beach and Pahawang Island. Data collecting was conducted using interview and observation. Data was collected by interview and observation. Analysis potential and attractive ecotourism used the orientation of operation area analysis object and motivation ecotourism. SWOT analysis was used to determine development strategy of ecotourism and AHP is used to determine the priority level of ecotourism development strategy. The result showed that Padang Cermin District, Pesawaran Regency, has a very suitable potential for the development of marine ecotourism and has been approved by the local community. The perception of tourists about the potential objects of marine ecotourism from the aspect of the availability of supporting facilities and infrastructure is still low. Several priority strategies for developing marine ecotourism have been discussed in the aspects of social and economic ecology.

The objective of the study is: Analyzing a good strategy in the development of the Fisheries Resources in West Southeast Maluku District, so as to provide a decent income for communities and regions. This research is done by using the method of SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) by looking at internal and external factors that exist. The research results indicate that internal factors, which become the strengths in the management of the fishery sector are the potential of Natural Resources, the availability of a reliable workforce, the potential of the sea in West Southeast Maluku District, improving the management of natural resources in the field of fisheries, and policies of the Government of the district in managing fishery sector. While the weakness of the internal factors are quality of human resources that are still relatively low, lack of education for the workers, the availability of infrastructure, lack of good understanding in technology, and lack of support from formal and informal institutions. External factors which become opportunity are regional autonomy, national policy for marine, support from the central government, and market potential. While the threats of external factors are the condition of the natural, social and cultural, illegal fishing, the limited supply of energy, and the price of the product which is not stable. In short, to improve the good management of the fishery sector in West Southeast Maluku District, then through a SWOT analysis, all elements of society in the district, especially the local government should optimize its strengths and opportunities that exist, as well as seeking alternative policies to reduce its weaknesses and threats which exist.

This research is based on Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 76 of 2012 concerning on Guidelines for Boundary Confirmation and Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 141 of 2017 concerning on Regional Boundaries. This research method was a descriptive analysis with a triangulation method and a triangulation of sources for testing the data of this research. The data of this research were analyzed by using a SWOT analysis. The results of this research revealed that S-O Strategy (1) Clarifying the boundaries between the two Local Governments in realizing a clear government administration; (2) Optimizing the role of the Community in Realizing the Development with the clear territorial boundaries; W-O Strategy (1) Coordinating with related parties to realize the good government administration services; (2) There is guidance and supervision to the Regional Government through the Provincial Government and the Central Government; S-T Strategy (1) Building the government cooperation by taking an agreement through the Provincial Government; (2) Building the good communication with the community at every deliberation; W-T Strategy (1) Strengthening the regulations by disseminating every decision from the Ministry of Home Affairs; (2) Mediating every meeting through the conflicting parties.

ABSTRAK  Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur melalui Visi Kaltim Maju 2018, yakni Mewujudkan Kaltim Sejahtera yang Merata dan Berkeadilan Berbasis Agroindustri dan Energi Ramah Lingkungan, berupaya untuk mengubah perekonomiannya yang semula berdasarkan pada unrenewable resources menjadi renewable resources berbasis agroindustri. Walaupun agroindustri menjadi visi utama Provinsi Kalimantan Timur namun dalam kurun waktu 2014-2017 peningkatan PDRB dari Sektor Pertanian hanya terjadi di bawah angka 1%. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis investasi di sektor agroindustri di provinsi Kalimantan Timur dalam pemasaran daerah. Pasca desentralisasi, pemerintah daerah harus dapat menarik investasi di daerah. Khususnya, Provinsi Kalimantan Timur yang memiliki visi untuk menjadi provinsi agroindustri, memerlukan kiat-kiat khusus bagi investor yang mau menanamkan modalnya di Kalimantan Timur pada sektor agroindustri. Analisis yang digunakan adalah segmentasi pasar, analisis SWOT, diferensiasi dan bauran pemasaran. Hasil dari artikel ini adalah bahwa pasar membutuhkan konsistensi dan kerja keras oleh para pemangku kepentingan. Semua aspek potensi pemasaran daerah harus dioptimalkan penggunaannya karena mereka tidak bisa berdiri sendiri. Daerah tidak bisa hanya mengandalkan keuangannya sendiri untuk mengembangkan daerahnya. Upaya daerah harus memiliki kreatif dan inovatif dalam memenuhi peluang bisnis di daerah. Tren persaingan antardaerah dalam menarik investasi, terutama di sektor agroindustri di provinsi Kalimantan Timur perlu didukung dengan data dan potensi pengembangan strategi masing-masing daerah.Kata kunci: pemasaran daerah, agroindustri, investasi, Kalimantan Timur ABSTRACT The East Kalimantan Provincial Government through the East Kalimantan Vision 2018, namely To Realize a Equitable and Fair Prosperous East Kalimantan Based on Agroindustry and Environmentally Friendly Energy, strives to change its economy which was originally based on unrenewable resources into agroindustry-based renewable resources. Although agroindustry is the main vision of East Kalimantan Province, in the period of 2014-2017 the increase in GDRP from the Agriculture Sector only occurred below 1%. This article aims to analyze the investment in agroindustry sector in the province of East Kalimantan in the regional marketing. Post decentralization, local governments should be able to attract investment in the region. Specially, Eastern Kalimantan Province that has a vision to become the province of agroindustry, required special tips for investors willing to invest their capital in East Kalimantan on the agroindustry sector. The analysis used is market segmentation, SWOT analysis, differentiation and marketing mix. The results of this article is that the market takes consistency and hard work by the stakeholders. All aspects of the marketing potential of the region should be optimized usage because they can not stand on their own. Regions can not simply rely on its own finances to develop their regions. Regional efforts should have a creative and innovative in meeting the business opportunities in the area. The trend in interregional competition in attracting investment, especially in the agroindustry sector in the province of East Kalimantan needs to be supported with data and strategy development potential of each region.Keywords: regional marketing, agroindustry, investment, East Kalimantan.

<p>ABSTRACT<br />East Lombok District has marine waters area that is transversed by skipjack tuna. This condition makes its production to be the third highest after yellow fin and black marlin. However, there are some conditions related to skipjack tuna fishery in east Lombok District that are necessary to be concerned for its development. Therefore, research on skipjack tuna development strategy in East Lombok District according to its condition in that area is needed to conduct. This research is aimed to formulate skipjack tuna fishing development strategy in East Lombok District. The methodology used in this research are descriptive and SWOT analysis. This study resulting to 7 (seven) alternative strategis for skipjack tuna fisheries development in East Lombok District that are optimizing skipjack tuna utilization, rationalizing the number of skipjack tuna fishing unit, training the fishermen about catch handling, improving fishermen institutional to raise their bargaining position, maximizing market potential for skipjack tuna commodity, and diversifying skipjack tuna processing types.</p><p>Key words: East Lombok District, skipjack tuna fisheries, strategy of development, SWOT analisys</p><p>-------<br />ABSTRAK</p><p><br />Kabupaten Lombok Timur memiliki wilayah perairan laut yang dilalui oleh ruaya ikan cakalang. Hal ini menjadikan ikan cakalang sebagai salah satu sumberdaya ikan dengan produksi terbanyak ketiga setelah ikan madidihang dan setuhuk hitam. Namun, terdapat beberapa kondisi terkait perikanan cakalang di Kabupaten Lombok Timur yang perlu dipehatikan. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian mengenai strategi pengembangan perikanan cakalang di Kabupaten Lombok Timur berdasarkan kondisi perikanan cakalang di daerah tersebut perlu dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan perikanan cakalang di Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Metodologi yan digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 7 (tujuh) alternatif strategi pengembangan perikanan cakalang di Kabupaten Lombok Timur, yaitu mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan sumberdaya ikan cakalang, merasionalisasikan jumlah unit penangkapan ikan cakalang, memberikan pelatihan kepada nelayan mengenai cara penanganan hasil tangkapan, memperbaiki kelembagaan nelayan untuk meningkatkan posisi tawar nelayan, memaksimalkan potensi pasar komoditi ikan cakalang, serta diversifikasi jenis pengolahan ikan cakalang.</p><p>Kata kunci: Kabupaten Lombok Timur, perikanan cakalang, strategi pengembangan, analisis<br />SWOT</p>

Latar Belakang. Provinsi DKI Jakarta merupakan provinsi dengan kasus tertinggi COVID-19 di Indonesia. Pada 23 Juni 2020 terdapat 10.123 kasus terkonfirmasi dan merupakan provinsi yang pertama kali menetapkan status Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB).Tujuan. Mengkaji implementasi kebijakan PSBB untuk merumuskan strategi pelaksanaan kebijakan di masa mendatang.Metode. Implementasi kebijakan PSBB Provinsi DKI Jakarta dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). Analisis SWOT merupakan suatu alat perencanaan strategis yang banyak digunakan dalam program pengembangan masyarakat, kesehatan dan pendidikan. Penelitian menggunakan data sekunder berupa kebijakan-kebijakan PSBB yang diperoleh melalui situs resmi Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta dan berita-berita terkait kebijakan PSBB DKI Jakarta yang dimuat di media cetak maupun elektronik pada rentang waktu antara 25 Februari 2020 sampai dengan 5 Juni 2020.Hasil. Adanya dukungan dari tokoh masyarakat, aplikasi untuk mendukung pekerjaan dan pendidikan jarak jauh, serta adanya dukungan dari pemerintah pusat, TNI dan Polri serta tokoh masyarakat merupakan suatu peluang agar bisa menerapkan kebijakan secara maksimal.Kesimpulan. Kebijakan PSBB sudah diimplementasikan dengan baik karena sudah mengatur seluruh aspek kehidupan masyarakat dan berhasil menekan penyebaran COVID-19 di Ibu Kota. ABSTRACTIntroduction. The implementation of the DKI Jakarta PSBB policy was analyzed using a SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) analysis. SWOT analysis is a strategic planning tool that is widely used in community development, health and education programs. The study uses secondary data in the form of PSBB policies obtained through the official website of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government as well as news related to the DKI Jakarta PSBB policies published in print and electronic media in the period between 25 th February 2020 to 5 th June 2020 Results. The existence of support from community leaders, applications to support work and study from home, as well as support from the Central Government, TNI and Polri as well as community leaders are an opportunity to be able to implement policies optimallyConclusion. The PSBB policy has been well implemented because it has managed all aspects of people’s lives and has succeeded in suppressing the spread of COVID-19 in the capital city.

The Marine Corps Training Command or (Kolatmar) has the main task of carrying out plans and programs for building the capability of the training commands in the Marine Corps. The current problem is that the distance from the marine corps student education center in AAL, KODIKLATAL and PASMAR 2 soldiers in Surabaya is too faraway from Puslatpur in the Situbondo and Banyuwangi areas. The method used in conducting this research was a combination of SWOT Analysis with Analytical Hierarchy Process (ANP). IFE research calculation results were 3.29 while the EFE was 3.08, thus Putlatpur was placed in quadrant II in IE Matrix, the results of weighting strategy were by improving public facilities and supporting facilities of Puslatpur and Puslatpur organizations with support from the central government in increasing the ability of national defense (0.368707), fiscal increase of Indonesian Navy for the development of Puslatpur with support from the central government in enhancing the capability of national defense (0.179934), optimizing Puslatpur coastal's oceanography and logistical support for combat training with ANP processing (with a score of 0.104935), strengthening the legality of Puslatpur locations to avoid socio-cultural impacts in the surrounding community (0.072567), and reducing the socio-cultural impact of the community around the puslatpur with the Navy's strategic policy (0.029992).Keywords- SWOT, AHP, ANP, Internal, External
