<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan karismatik dan kompetensi kepribadian terhadap disiplin kerja guru sekolah dasar. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistic deskriptif dan inferensial yaitu SEM dan analisis jalur (metode simultan yaitu uji-F). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan Karismatik berpengaruh signifikan dan positif diterima terhadap disiplin kerja guru, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan T<sub>hitung </sub>&gt;T<sub>tabel </sub>(3,49&gt;1,97) dan nilai koefisien loading faktor  sebesar 0,33; (2) kompetensi kepribadian guru berpengaruh signifikan dan positif diterima, hal ini dapat dibuktikan  dengan T<sub>hitung </sub>&gt;T<sub>tabel </sub>(6,67&gt;1,97) dan nilai koefisien loading faktor 0,65; (3) hasil uji bersama-sama kepemimpin karismatik dan kompetensi kepribadian guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja guru, hal ini dapat dibuktikan  dengan F hitung sebesar 5.155, nilai prob&lt;alpha (0.007&lt;5%), dan nilai R-square sebesar 51,44% sudah baik karena memiliki nilai lebih dari 50%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan karismatik dan kompetensi kepribadian guru yang baik memiliki tingkat disiplin kerja guru yang tinggi.</p><p><em>The research aims to analyze the influences charismatic leadership and personality competence of teacher towards the discipline of work of states elementary teacher. The primary data were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics that is SEM and path analysis (simultan method that is uji-F).  The result showed that: Firt, charismatic leadership significant influence and be accepted positively on the discipline of work of states elementary teacher, this was proved by  T<sub>hitung </sub>&gt;T<sub>tabel </sub>(3,49&gt;1,97) and factor loading coefficient value equal to 0,33. Secondly, personality competence of teacher significant influence and be accepted positively on the discipline of work of states elementary teacher, this was proved by T<sub>hitung </sub>&gt;T<sub>tabel </sub>(6,67&gt;1,97) dan factor loading coefficient value equal to 0,65. Third, the test results together charismatic leadership and personality competence of teacher towards the discipline of work of states elementary teacher, this was proved by F hitung amounting to 5.155, prob score&lt;alpha (0.007&lt;5%), dan R-square equal to 51,44% is good because it has a value of more than 50%. So it can be concluded that charismatic leadership and good teacher personality competence have a high level of teacher work discipline.</em></p>

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect oprice, service quality, and customer relationship management on the purchase decision of Asuransi Astra Garda OtoMedan, JL.ImanBonjol. The data used are primary data obtained from the answer of 85 respondents by accidental sampling method. Data collection techniques used in this study used a questionnaire and interview technique. Data analysis techniquesin the study used linear regression, classic assumption  tests, hypothesis testing (t test and f test) and the coefficiecnt of determination. Hypothesis testing results indicate that partially (t) obtained value for t count price of 2,833 > t table 1,658 and sig value obtained 0,005<0,05 which means that price has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions in using Astra Insurance services (Garda Oto). Partially obtained value for service quality tcount 5.152 >ttable 1.658 and sig value obtained 0.000 <0.05 which means that service quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions in using Astra Insurance (Garda Oto) services, partially obtained value for customer relationship management t count 8.878 > 1.658 t table and the sig value obtained is 0.000 <0.05 which means that customer relationship management has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions in using Astra Insurance (Garda Oto) services, for the F test results obtained calculated F value = 77.769 > f table (2.69), and a significance probability of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that simultaneously prices, service quality and customer relationship management have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in using Astra Insurance Services (Garda Oto). This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction of PT. Langit Membiru Wisata Bogor, to find out how big the influence and relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. The sample used was 100 respondents taken through t-test or interviews, observations, and questionnaires at PT. Langit Membiru Wisata Bogor and the primary data source processed with SPSS 25. The t-test results show the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, this is evidenced by the variable (X) service quality and variable (Y) customer satisfaction has a value less than 0.05, namely (0.00 <0.05), this is proven with the value in the t test obtained t count 91.624> t table 5.293, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis can be accepted. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PT. Langit Membiru Wisata Bogor, untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dan hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan pelanggan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 responden yang diambil melalui uji-t atau wawancara, observasi, dan angket pada PT. Langit Membiru Wisata Bogor dan sumber data primer diolah dengan SPSS 25. Hasil uji t menunjukkan adanya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan variabel (X) kualitas pelayanan dan variabel (Y) kepuasan pelanggan memiliki nilai lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu (0,00 < 0,05) hal ini terbukti dengan nilai pada uji t diperoleh t hitung 91,624 > ttabel 5,293, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis dapat diterima.

One of the essential instruments in the cyber era is data. Therefore, maintaining data security is an important thing to do. One way that can be done to maintain data security is through cryptography. In cryptography, two basic techniques are commonly used, namely substitution techniques and transposition techniques. One of the weaknesses of the basic cryptographic techniques is the lower level of data security. This study proposed a super encryption model in securing data by combining cryptographic algorithms with substitution techniques, i.e., autokey cipher and transposition, i.e., columnar transposition cipher. This study used the Avalanche Effect method as a measurement tool for the proposed super encryption model. The test results have shown that the proposed super encryption model can provide a better level of security. The avalanche effect test on the five data test shows that the average AE value of the proposed super encryption model is 30.76%. This value is higher than the single autokey cipher algorithm of 1.66% and column transposition with a value of 18.03%. Other results from the five data test have shown that the proposed model has a high level of accuracy of 100% in terms of the decryption process results, which is the same as the initial data before going through the encryption process.

Purpose of this research is to know the influence of sales growth to profitability in PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. The population of this research is the financial report of sales growth and net profit in PT. Gudang Garam TBK, for 10 years IE 2009-2018. The sample will be the financial report of sales growth and net profit in PT. Gudang Garam, for 5 years which is 2014 – 2018. This is an associative research with sampling techniques that is purposive sampling. The test results showed that there was no significant influence between sales growth on profitability at PT Gudang Garam Tbk. With a value of R2 of 16.1%.

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk Kantor Kas Binuang. Penulis menggolongkan penelitian ini pendekatan analisis kuantitatif untuk mengolah data primer yang diperoleh dari sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 nasabah. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk Kantor Kas Binuang dengan nilai Y = 1.668 + 0.626X + 0.291. Jika kualitas pelayanan semakin meningkat maka kepuasan nasabah PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk Kantor Kas Binuang juga akan meningkat, sebaliknya jika kualitas pelayanan yang ada di PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk Kantor Kas Binuang semakin menurun maka kepuasan nasabah juga dapat menurun.   Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Nasabah Bank   Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk Binuang Cash Office. The author classifies this research as a quantitative analysis approach to processing primary data obtained from a research sample of 100 customers. The result of this research can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between service quality and customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk Binuang Cash Office with a value of Y = 1.668 + 0.626X + 0.291. If the quality of service increases, the customer satisfaction of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk Binuang Cash Office will also improve, on the contrary if the quality of service available at PT. Students participate actively in the development of the nation with a hope not only as job seekers, but also as providers or creators of employment by becoming entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship entry into the college curriculum is expected to provide graduate competencies with hardskills and entrepreneurial softskills. But the low interest of students to become entrepreneurs is the motivation and attractiveness of researchers to conduct further studies. Thus, it is very important to know what factors can encourage students as triggers to become entrepreneurs. This research was carried out with the aim to identify factors that could trigger entrepreneurial interest in students, especially at the Faculty of Economics, Indonesian Hindu University. The analysis was carried out on the data obtained from the primary data by using questionnaire instruments to 100 students which included factor analysis and regression analysis. Factor analysis test results obtained evidence that the main factors that can trigger student interest into entrepreneurship can be grouped into three factors, namely attitudes, image and financial motivation. While the regression analysis obtained evidence that the three factors namely attitudes, image and financial motivation have a positive and significant influence on the interest of students to become entrepreneurs. Thus awareness programs for entrepreneurship need to be carried out more efficiently and effectively, so that our next generation is more as a creator of employment than a job seeker.

This study discusses the influence of the quality of services consisting ofreliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles as well as thelocation of BMT and variables are the most significant influence on thecustomer’s decision to save in BMT Sumber Mulia. The method used in thisstudy is a quantitative approach, with the amount of the sample was 30respondents. The sampling technique used accidential sampling by applyingis linear regression analysis, which previously conducted validity and reliability. Based on these results, we can conclude. First, there was a significant effect of the quality of service which consists of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles on saving decisions. This is evident from the results of the t test with a value of t count > t table at the 5% significance level reliability (3.838 > 1.7011), responsiveness (2.121 > 1.7011), assurance (3.062 > 1.7011), empathy (4.760 > 1.7011), and tangibles (3.290 > 1.7011). There is a significant influence on the customer decision to save their money in BMT. Based on it location as the t test results are t count > t table (3.480 > 1.7011), with a significance level of 5%. Third, empathy variables are variables that provide the dominant influence on the customer’s decision to saving. It can be seen from the significance value (0.000) is more significant than other variables. Then proceed with the reliability variables with a significance value (0.001), the variable of location (0,002), tangibles (.003), assurance (0.005) and responsiveness with a significance value (0.043). This means that the willingness of employees and managers are more concerned with to draw customer attention on saving their money

This study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of Location (X1) and Brand Image (X2) on The Purchase Decision (Y) on the consumer KFC Pier Point Palembang. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires, samples taken by 100 respondents using method purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, F test and T test results of research on the F test showed a significant value of 0.000, which means independent variables consisting of Location (X1) and Brand Image(X2) together (simultaneously) the positive effect and significant impact on Purchase Decision (Y) in purchase and consume products in KFC Pier Point Palembang. The study also showed partial that variable Location (X1) and Brand Image (X2) has positive and significant influence on the Purchase Decision (Y) in purchase and consume products in KFC Pier Point Palembang. This research was aimed to examine the effect of product, price, place and promotion modern retail to the business continuity of traditional retail business in Gresik. This study used questionnaires in making primary data and quantitative approaches. Tests carried out using multiple linear regression, where the dependent variable (Y) is the business continuity of traditional retail business and the independent variable (X) is the product, price, place,promotion of modern retail. This research sample selected using purposive technique. The sample was 50 traditional retailers radius of two kilometers of modern retail in Gresik.Based on F test results showed that the product, price, place and promotion of modern retail simultaneously significant effect on the sustainability of traditional retail businesses. While the t test results showed that it was only on the variable product, place and promotion that has a significant influence on the sustainability of traditional retail business while at variable rates have no significant effect on the sustainability of traditional retail businesses. Aswe know that modern retail has the advantage of varied products, strategic location and attractive promotion of the suggestions from researchers that the traditional retailers are more creative and innovative in marketing their products and provide better service to the consumer so that the business can continue to compete with modern retail and avoid bakruptcy.

The purpose of  this research was to find out the principal’s charismatic leadership influence and teacher’s personality on the teacher ethos in private Islamic integrated Junior High School Cimanggis, Depok. Validated and reliable questionnaires (using Pearson Product Moment and Cronbach Formula) were distributed to 126 sampled teachers out of population 184 teachers. Data were analyzed using path analysis (alpha .05). The study showed that there is direct and positive influences of: (1) the principal’s charismatic leadership on teacher work ethos indicated by path coefficient .128; (2) teacher personality on work ethos indicated by path coefficient .208 and (3) the principal’s charismatic leadership on teacher personality indicated by path coefficient .250.
