В статье рассмотрена проблема совершенствования инструментально-исполнительской подготовки бакалавров в педагогическом вузе как одной из важнейших сторон профессиональной деятельности педагога-музыканта. В настоящее время в системе общего и дополнительного музыкального образования все большее значение приобретают различные аспекты электронного музыкального творчества, методика обучения игре на электронных музыкальных инструментах. Существует необходимость подготовки педагогов, в достаточной степени владеющих навыками применения электронных музыкальных инструментов в профессиональной деятельности. Вместе с тем научно-методические аспекты данной проблемы изучены не в полной мере. В работе представлен анализ состояния подготовки бакалавров на факультете художественного и музыкального образования педагогического вуза, выявлен ряд существенных проблем. На основании этого теоретически обоснованы и практически подтверждены педагогические условия совершенствования инструментально-исполнительской подготовки бакалавров в процессе освоения электронных музыкальных инструментов. В статье последовательно отражены результаты экспериментальной работы по внедрению в учебный процесс выявленных педагогических условий: оптимизации аудиторной и самостоятельной работы средствами электронных образовательных ресурсов; применения активных форм обучения; активизации регулярной концертно-исполнительской деятельности студентов на электронных музыкальных инструментах; сопровождения самостоятельной работы студентов; повышения уровня профессиональной компетентности преподавателя вуза в сфере информационно-коммуникационных технологий, цифровой коммуникации, а также в области технических и художественных возможностей современного электронного инструментария. The article considers the problem of improving the instrumental and performing training of bachelors at a pedagogical university as one of the most important aspects of the professional activity of a Music teacher. Currently, various aspects of electronic music and methods of teaching how to play electronic musical instruments are becoming increasingly important in the system of general and additional musical education. It is necessary to train teachers who have sufficient experience of professionally playing electronic musical instruments. However, the scientific and methodological aspects of this problem are not fully investigated. The paper presents the analysis of the level of preparation of students pursuing a bachelor’s degree at the faculty of art and music education at a pedagogical university. The analysis has revealed a number of significant problems. Basing on it, the author theoretically grounded and practically confirmed some pedagogical conditions for improving the instrumental and performing training of students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in the process of mastering electronic musical instruments. The article reflects the results of the experimental work on the introduction of the identified pedagogical conditions into the educational process, among which are optimization of classroom and independent work by means of electronic educational resources; use of active forms of learning; promotion of regular concert and performing activities of students playing electronic musical instruments; support of students’ independent work; increasing the level of professional competence of university teachers in the field of information and communication technologies, digital communication, as well as in the field of technical and artistic capabilities of modern electronic tools.

In the concept of the Ukrainian education modernization new priorities have been identified. The leading aspect is the preparation of the younger generation for life in a rapidly changing information society, in the world where there is a constant need for new professions and continuous professional development. In the modern system of education there is a situation, when the established methods, techniques and forms of education require interpretation, correction and new pedagogical solutions. This is primarily due to the widespread introduction and wide use of information and communication technologies. The process of education informatization is quite complex and requires a rethinking of experience while implementing innovative information technologies analysis and evaluation of opportunities of their use in the learning process. That causes the necessity of a new level of studying the subjects in order to develop each student’s steady willingness and ability to learn independently-acquired knowledge, creative approach to the implementation of learning tasks. The use of new information technologies in teaching is one of the most important aspects of improving and optimizing the educational process, enriching the arsenal of methodological tools and techniques that allow diversifying the forms of work and making the learning process of a foreign language interesting and memorable for students. So a contemporary teacher should not only have knowledge in the field of new informational technologies. The purpose of the article is to investigate existing innovative SMART tools which English teachers can use as a part of their professional activity, disclose the essence of these instruments and benefits of using them in the teaching process. Using SMART tools in the process of teaching a foreign language reveals the enormous capabilities of the computer as an effective means of learning. SMART tools allow you to train different types of speech activity and combine them in different combinations, understand the language phenomena, contribute to the formation of linguistic abilities, create communicative situations, automate linguistic and speech actions, as well as ensure the implementation of an individual approach and the intensification of the independent work of students.

The article considers the system of principles for creating a modern textbook for adults as a basic linguodidactic tool in teaching Russian to foreigners at an advanced stage of training, with the focus of the educational process on the formation of intercultural competence. Russian language textbook for foreigners contains topics and situations of reality that are relevant to Russian linguoculture in their verbal embodiment in texts of different genres and styles of the modern Russian language. The author demonstrates that with a cognitive-communicative approach, the discursive base of the textbook on the Russian language for foreigners contains relevant topics and situations of reality in their verbal embodiment in texts of different genres and styles of the modern Russian language.; the linguistic concept of the textbook is based on the achievements of theoretical Russian studies; the methodological interpretation of the educational material reflects the understanding of the experience of teaching Russian to foreigners. The textbook serves as a basis for creative use both by the teacher in the educational process and by the students in their independent work, which plays a crucial role in learning. The author emphasizes the importance of the modern textbook as a means of improving the professional competence of the teacher. The author notes that the textbook takes into account the specifics of the forms and norms of modern communication, including the use of information and communication technologies. The textbook is based on clearly defined goals based on the internal motivation of students, focuses on the development and improvement of their communication skills with the active cooperation of the teacher and the student.

The article deals with the value orientations, attitudes, life views of modern students - representatives of Generation “Z”, for whom digital technologies are an everyday reality. The experience of working with students during class and independent work is given. The authors, based on the latest research, prove that the modern generation with its peculiarities needs new creative methods and teaching methods that will take into account the specifics of cognitive activity of modern youth, its values, needs, psychological characteristics and technical skills. It is necessary to change not only teaching and learning methods, but also the style of communication between the subjects of the educational process, the form of presentation of information, knowledge, preparation of a new type of educational and methodical literature, active use of information and communication technologies.

Training teachers is an important task of modern pedagogy and requires new approaches to the organization of the educational process. The use of information and communication technologies for the purpose of forming the information competence of the future vocational teacher is an important element of the formation of his professional competence. The article describes the stages of conducting a pedagogical experiment to develop the information competence of a future teacher of vocational training in domestic higher education institutions. The organization and methodology of the experimental study are described in detail, its results are given, the methods of diagnostics are described and so on.

In the article, the impact of digitalization of education on the transformation of the professional competence of a social educators is analyzed; the need of the formation of digital competence of social educators in the context of the widespread implementation of information and communication technologies in the educational process is substantiated; the state of using educational Internet resources in the professional activities of social educators is analyzed; the importance of improving the level of digital competence as a component of the professional competence of social educators is substantiated; the use of digital tools as a practical toolkit for social educators is proposed; a brief overview of digital tools that will be useful in the work of a social educator is provided; a training course "Using Internet resources in the work of a social educator" developed by authors is presented; the course consists of four modules in accordance with the main directions of the social educator's activities, in particular, diagnostic, developmental, educational and preventive work; the course has a practical focus, for the implementation of practical tasks, adapted to the professional activity of a social educator, instructional and methodological materials are developed that make it possible to conduct the course both offline and online; the course is developed on the principles of accessibility, comprehensibility, professional orientation and motivation; to implement the developed course, it is recommended to use the Google Classroom platform, which makes it possible to combine traditional and innovative forms and methods of teaching, which is especially important in the context of the introduction of distance and blended learning; the results of approbation of the developed course, which was conducted for social educators of the Nadvirnyansky district of Ivano-Frankivsk region are presented; taking into account the results of approbation, the conclusion is given about the advisability of using the course for the professional growth of social educators, including for the formation of the readiness of a social educator for the implementation of digital tools into professional activities.

The article describes the creation of pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence of the future specialists majoring in information and communication technologies. The purpose of this article is to investigate the conditions facilitating the formation of professional competence of future specialists majoring in information and communication technologies, to create and use application software aimed at increasing the efficiency as well as the degree of automation for providing educational services. According to the purpose, the following tasks have been assigned: pedagogical conditions for the formation of the professional competence of future specialists majoring in information and communication technologies have been proposed; the complex of circumstances necessary for ensuring positive dynamics in the formation of the professional competence of future specialists majoring in information and communication technologies has been studied; some ways of improving the formation of the professional competence of future specialists majoring in information and communication technologies have been considered; the ways of raising the professional skills level (proficiency level) of higher education applicants through the development of software applications for educational purposes have been analysed; the project alongside with the software that automates and optimizes the tasks of the subjects of the educational process as well as provides an opportunity to receive relevant and timely information concerning the organization of the educational process have been elaborated; a client-centred education schedule for students of higher education institutions has been developed, taking into account the specificities of the optimal online route. The project includes the following stages: preparatory (cognitive-information), selection of days, time, audience (issues), hierarchyzation of these issues, selection of starting and ending points of the route, after which the route scheme and its optimization are developed. The development of the route scheme and the elaboration of its software are inextricably linked parallel processes. The article considers the issue of professional training of future preschool teachers. The example of a new training course for the specialty 012 Preschool education "Art Education of Preschool Children" presents opportunities to improve the quality of education and the formation of information culture of applicants for the second (master's) level of training by the means of information and communication technologies. The current state of the problem is analyzed and the contradictions in the process of teaching professional methods between the existing theoretical basis of professional training of future teachers and the insufficient level of professional competence of graduates, which is partly explained by the low level of motivation of many students to work in preschool education. The scientific research devoted to the application of information and communication technologies in the educational process, the definition of levels of readiness of students to use information and communication technologies and skills of the teacher who has mastered information and communication competence are analyzed. The article presents the results of a study of the levels of formation of artistic competence of undergraduates by motivational, emotional, intellectual, activity criteria and relevant indicators; methods of pedagogical diagnostics are specified. The principles, methods, and forms of using information and communication technologies in the context of the discipline "Art Education of Preschool Children" are revealed. The correlation between forms and methods of interaction of the teacher with pupils based on the use of information and communication technologies is shown. Factors of efficiency of use of information and communication technologies are defined: increase of interest of students to academic discipline, motivation to self-improvement and self-development, modernization of content of educational disciplines by innovative forms of interaction, methods, and receptions of formation of corresponding professional competence at future masters.

The problem of forming the competence of a specialist in social work has always been a complex issue that needs to be addressed as rapidly as possible. At present there is a growing demand for specialists in the social sphere, characterized by a clearly defined professional focus, high intellectual level, creativity, the ability to constant development and improvement, analyze the problems of vulnerable population groups, plan the work of both social workers and the social service in general, dedication to human, national ideas etc. The provision of quality education for prospective specialists in social work in Ukraine requires the revision of methods and forms, principles and approaches to their training. The article justifies the necessity of using the information and communication technologies in the educational process, as modern social workers should have a competitive advantage in the labor market, be able to respond efficiently to the problems in the human-human system relying on their own ability to communicate and cooperate with various categories of population, and at the same time striving to achieve a holistic development of one's own personality and professional activity, acquire competences, skills, professionalism. Nowadays the human person, with their essential nature and subjectivity is the highest objective of society. The introduction of information and communication technologies into the training promotes the development of professional competences of the future social workers and is an arms-length process of education development. Prospective trends of using information and communication technologies are determined as following: they can be both the object of study and the means of instructions. The results of a survey among specialists in social work on obtaining practical-oriented knowledge and skills have been presented.

Modern educational process is a qualitative condition in preparation of children with special educational needs for school. Information and communication technologies incorporation in the educational process is a requirement of modern learning environment. Preparation of children with special needs for school, inclusive education and individual approach is possible with innovative methods in the educational process in preschool. On one hand, information and communication technologies are learning environment improvement factors, as well as a challenging factor for teachers affecting teachers’ professional competence development.
