Данная статья посвящена исследованию систем дистанционного обучения в вузах Чувашской Республики, определению основных функций систем управления дистанционным обучением. Проведен анализ систем дистанционного взаимодействия со студентами в федеральных вузах Чувашской Республики. С целью формирования требований к функциям современной единой универсальной платформы дистанционного взаимодействия в университете проведен анализ корпоративной платформы, объединяющей в рабочем пространстве чат, встречи, заметки и вложения MS Teams, позволяющей организовывать дистанционное обучение. На примере веб-ресурсов для поддержки организации дистанционного обучения государственных университетов Чувашской Республики, таких как система управления курсами, использующая лицензию GNU GPL Moodle, системы видеоконференций Big Blue Button, рассматриваются их функциональные возможности и недостатки, выявляются ключевые особенности построения единого информационного пространства вуза на основе идеи использования инструментов образовательных платформ в обеспечении электронной поддержки дистанционного обучения. Представлены преимущества интеграции систем LMS Moodle и MS Teams для построения интерактивного формата обучения на примере построения единой образовательной среды в ЧГПУ им. И. Я. Яковлева. Рассмотрено внедрение единой учетной записи для организации принципа единой точки доступа к информационным системам дистанционного обучения для построения единой электронной образовательной среды университета на базе технологии OpenID Connect. This article is devoted to the study of distance learning systems in universities of the Chuvash Republic, the definition of the main functions of distance learning systems. It presents the analysis of systems of distance learning interaction with students in federal universities of the Chuvash Republic. In order to form the requirements for the functions of a modern unified universal platform for distance learning interaction at the university, the authors analysed the corporate platform that combines chat, meetings, notes and attachments of MS Teams in the workspace. Using the example of web resources to support the organization of distance learning of state universities of the Chuvash Republic, such as the course management system using the GNU GPL Moodle license, the Big Blue Button video conferencing systems, their functionality and shortcomings are considered, the key features of building a unified information space of the university based on the idea of using the tools of educational platforms in providing electronic support for distance learning are identified. The advantages of integrating the LMS Moodle and MS Teams systems for building an interactive learning format are presented on the example of building a unified educational environment at I. Yakovlev CHSPU. The introduction of a single account for the organization of a single point of access to information systems of distance learning for the construction of a single electronic educational environment of the university based on OpenID Connect technology is considered.

The article presents the findings of the comparative study of the indices of psychological security of educational environment in the context of face-to-face and distance learning formats. The study has revealed the decrease in the level of resistance to psychological violence from teachers, and that of satisfaction with significant attributes of education environment during a distance learning period. It has been proved that psychology students demonstrate weakening of the learning activity significance and lack of face-to-face trustful communication with a teacher. Most differences have been revealed on the behavior component of the attitude towards university education environment: a positive attitude lessened, while a neutral one rose. The indices of the attitude towards education environment on the cognitive component were also high: a neutral level increased

The growing global competition and the need for exibility of educational institutions of higher education actually require a transformation of processes that provide a high level of interaction and integration between business processes and systems at all organizational levels and all participants in the entire value chain.The digitalization of the educational system is an objective necessity for functioning in a modern highly competitive environment.The introduction of innovations in educational activities using digital technologies allows you to reduce the cost of implementation, making changes, updating educational programs, and increasing the degree of exibility of the educational environment to changes in external factors.Digitalization as a whole is aimed at reducing the in uence of the human factor, which makes it possible to minimize negative risks when making managerial decisions.The purpose of this article is to study the opinions of students of the Federal state Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education «Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N. Tupolev-KAI» (hereinafter referred to as the University, KNRTU-KAI) on the prevalence of digital technologies at the university. Во второй декаде ХХІ века внедрение электронно-цифровых устройств во все звенья общественных отношений достигло выдающихся масштабов, что отмечено и на образовательном процессе учреждений высшего образования. Развитие современной образовательной среды вуза невозможна без использования цифровых средств обучения (ЦСО) таких, как: платформы дистанционного обучения (EQUITY MAPS, GOOGLE CLASSROOM, MOODLE), мобильно-цифровых приложений (CLASSTIME, LEARNINGAPPS, QUIZIZZ) и платформ онлайн связи (GOOGLE MEET, ZOOM, WEBEX). Особое место в контексте внедрения ЦСО принадлежит медицинском образовании, где уровень личной подготовки соискателя (теоретической и практической) очень важен в контексте спасения человеческих жизней. Цифровые средства обучения позволяют использовать  особенности современного соискателя с его постоянными пребыванием в цифровом пространстве с целью обучения до введения ограничительных мер, вызванных пандемией COVID-19. Образовательный процесс не должен останавливаться, и соискатели должны получать качественное образование, но нужно сохранять баланс между аудиторной и дистанционной формой передачи знаний и умений. На помощь участникам образовательного процесса может прийти образовательная технология смешанного обучения. Эта технология обучения достаточно новая и динамично развивается, она незаменима при очной форме обучения. Данная образовательная технология предоставления образовательных услуг сочетает в себе лучшие аспекты и преимущества преподавания в аудитории и интерактивного или дистанционного обучения, создает доступные курсы для соискателей образования, при которых учебный процесс представляет собой систему, состоит из разных частей, которые функционируют в постоянной взаимосвязи друг с другом, образуя целостную образовательную среду вуза. In the second decade of the XXI century, the introduction of electronic and digital devices in all links of public relations reached an outstanding scale, which was also noted in the educational process of higher education institutions. The development of the modern educational environment of the university is impossible without the use of digital learning tools (CSOs) such as: distance learning platforms (EQUITY MAPS, GOOGLE CLASSROOM, MOODLE), mobile digital applications (CLASTIME, LEARNINGAPPS, QUIZIZZ) and online communication platforms (GOOGLE MEET, ZOOM, WEBEX). A special place in the context of the introduction of CSR belongs to medical education, where the level of personal training of the applicant (theoretical and practical) is very important in the context of saving human lives. Digital learning tools allow you to use the features of a modern applicant with his constant stay in the digital space for the purpose of training before the introduction of restrictive measures caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The educational process should not stop, and applicants should receive a high-quality education, but it is necessary to maintain a balance between classroom and distance forms of knowledge and skills transfer. The educational technology of mixed learning can come to the aid of participants in the educational process. This training technology is quite new and dynamically developing, it is indispensable for full-time training. This educational technology of providing educational services combines the best aspects and advantages of teaching in the classroom and interactive or distance learning, creates accessible courses for educational applicants, in which the educational process is a system, consists of different parts that function in constant interrelation with each other, forming an integral educational environment of the university.

High-speed access to information resources and services via the Internet is necessary for students not only at the university, but in dormitories as well. This became especially important during the COVID-19 pandemic with forced self-isolation and distance learning. Research subject. In this paper, we present the results of a performance evaluation study of Wi-Fi networks in SUT dormitories. Method. To achieve this goal, the following methods of empirical research were used: measurement, experiment, and survey. Core results. The first part of the study is devoted to the results of an online survey con-ducted among SUT students regarding the use of Wi-Fi in dormitories. In the second part of the study, experimental data on measuring the throughput of wired and wireless channels in one of the rooms of SUT dormitory “Rybatskoye” are presented. Practical relevance. The obtained results can be used for designing Wi-Fi network in student dormitories and connecting them to the Internet.

Inclusive educational environment of the University is considered as one of the most promising in the promotion of ideas of inclusion and as a factor in the development of internal resources of students in General. To understand the role of the inclusive educational environment of the University as a resource for the development of resilience and self-activation of students with disabilities, the results of several studies conducted at the Department of psychology and pedagogy of distance learning FDO MGPPU, which were implemented at different stages(from 2016 to 2018), and which were attended by different student groups: 1) healthy students and students with disabilities studying together (N = 54); 2) students with disabilities of different ages and different universities (N = 67); 3) students with disabilities (n=41), healthy peers who study with them (N=30) and a group of students who are not studying in an inclusive environment and have weak ideas about disability as such (N=47). The concept and phenomenon of discourse as a social phenomenon has been of interest to researchers-methodologists for a long time. The diversity of opinions and approaches to definition also contributes to the development of modern discourse theory. In the formation of social in-stitutions, discursive characteristics take on a new meaning and are modified for individual partic-ipants in the communication process. We propose the author’s definition of the term “pedagogical discourse”, which is understood as the process of communicative-speech interaction of communi-cants, carried out in order to achieve certain pedagogical goals that contribute to the socialization of the student in society. We also propose the author’s interpretation of the term “educational dis-course”, which is a set of educational and methodological techniques aimed at increasing the level of training of participants in the formation of the communication process between the teacher and the student. We present a model for the formation of the discourse space of the educational environment of the university, represented by three types of discourses – pedagogical, educational and academic. The interrelation of discourses among themselves determines the structure of the discourse space and involves the creation of educational-pedagogical, academic-pedagogical and educational-pedagogical discourse. Each of the types of discourse serves a specific purpose. The work also explores and analyzes the existing definitions of discourse space. We bring the following definition of discursive space – a complexly organized structure within a social institution, in the center of which is an individual producing discourses interconnected with each other taking into account linguistic and extralinguistic norms and sociocultural implications.
