Thanks to the chosen methods we were able to investigate the features of three types of sexual education in the family: repressive, avoidant and expressive. Persons with a repressive type of sex education are the least sexually well-off, and their sexual scenarios are geared to compliance with existing rules (religious, ethical) and exclude pleasure. Respondents with the avoidant type of upbringing try to know everything in their own experience, thus filling in the lack of information, overestimating the number of sexual relations and their presence, they are dominated by a hedonistic and playful approach to sex without burdening themselves to build a healthy relationship, as well as the level of sex. Individuals with the expressive type are most capable of building a harmonious relationship, the most sexual well-being, and their sexual scenarios are flexible and diverse. Sex education is a powerful factor in shaping one's own sexuality and the way it is realized, which is reflected in the sexual scenarios chosen by the person.

Kehamilan remaja adalah kehamilan yang terjadi pada remaja berusia kurang dari 20 tahunan. Kehamilan remaja memberikan banyak kerugian bagi kesehatan, mental dan psikologis, kesejahteraan ekonomi dan peluang karier, kemiskinan dan prospek kehidupan masa depan remaja. Tujuan penelitian mengidentifikasi faktor determinan yang melatarbelakangi terjadinya kehamilan remaja. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian analitik kategorik jenis survei kuantitatif dengan desain case control. Populasi semua perempuan yang bertempat tinggal di wilayah dusun Wonosari, Sukosari, dan Krajan Pandansari dan pernah/sedang hamil pertama kali pada usia kurang dari 20 tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel cluster random sampling besar sampel 73. Berdasarkan hasil model akhir analisis multivariat, diketahui bahwa variabel pendidikan, riwayat kehamilan remaja pada keluarga dan usia menikah merupakan variabel yang berhubungan dengan kejadian kehamilan remaja setelah dikontrol oleh variabel akses informasi, responden berpendidikan rendah memiliki peluang 20,8 kali lebih tinggi, responden yang memiliki riwayat kehamilan remaja pada keluarga memiliki peluang 14,9 kali lebih tinggi, responden yang menikah pada usia <20 tahun memiliki peluang 12,1 kali lebih tinggi, responden dengan pemahaman yang kurang baik terkait penggunaan kondom memiliki peluang 5,9 kali lebih tinggi untuk terjadi kehamilan remaja. Oleh karena itu perlu dibangun karakter buiding, sosial karakter suport untuk para ibu remaja dan keluarga sehingga terbangun interaksi yang baik dalam keluarga yang dilandasi dengan pendidikan dan pemahaman yang baik tentang Pendidikan seksualitas. Teen pregnancy is a pregnancy that occurs in adolescents aged less than 20 years old. Teen pregnancy provides many disadvantages for health, mental, psychological, economic well-being, career opportunities, poverty, and the future life. The aim of the study was to identify the determinants underlying teen pregnancy incidence. This study was a quantitative study with categorical analytic method. The study design used a case control with two comparison groups. The groups were control group and case group. The population in this study was all women who lived in the Wonosari, Sukosari, and Krajan Pandansari district and had or were pregnant for the first time at the age of less than 20 years old. Seventy three respondents were recruited using cluster sampling technique. The case group consists of women who were or had pregnant for the first time at the age of less than 20 years old and their children are currently aged ≤ 1 years old. The control group consists of women who were pregnant for the first time at the age of > 20 years old. The data was collected using a questionnaire. The findings showed that education, history of teen pregnancy in family and the age of marriage were related to the incidence of teen pregnancy after being controlled by information access. Low-educated respondents had 20.8 times higher chance of experiencing teen pregnancy; respondents with a history of teen pregnancy in the family had 4.9 times higher chance of experiencing teen pregnancy; respondents who were married at the age of < 20 years old had 12.1 times higher chance of experiencing teen pregnancy; respondents with poor understanding of condom use had 5.9 times higher chance of teenage pregnancy. In conclusion, the findings suggest to build good interactions in the family based on education and a good understanding of sex education.

O presente artigo apresenta um trabalho desenvolvido que teve como objetivo analisar os fatores determinantes da evasão escolar decorrente da gravidez precoce e identificar os desafios enfrentados pela escola no desenvolvimento ou inserção da Educação Sexual no currículo escolar. Para o desenvolvimento da pesquisa optou-se pela pesquisa qualitativa de abordagem bibliográfica e de campo, realizada com adolescentes grávidas entre 13 e 16 anos. Utilizamos como instrumento de coleta de dados, questionários e entrevistas com os professores, coordenador e gestor escolar. As obras referências foram de Egypto (2012), Furlani (2011), Figueró (2007, 2009), Heilborn (2008) e Brasil (2009). Os resultados apresentados mostram que tanto a iniciação sexual das adolescentes quanto a gravidez estão acontecendo precocemente. Além disso, revelam um percentual considerável de evasão escolar em virtude da gravidez precoce. E, ainda o despreparado da sociedade e da escola e consequentemente dos professores no que se refere à educação sexual de adolescentes. A problemática estudada nos remete a reflexões importantes sobre o tema e aponta para a necessária participação da família, da escola e da sociedade.Palavras chave: Gravidez. Adolescência. Los resultados presentados evidencian que tanto la iniciación sexual de las adolescentes como el embarazo están sucediendo cada vez más precoz, a partir de los 12 años. Además, revelan un porcentaje considerable de evasión escolar debido al embarazo precoz. Y, aún la falta de preparación de la escuela y consecuentemente de los profesores en la cuestión de la educación sexual. Abstract Background Preschool sex education can prevent sexual abuse and promote the sexual health and well-being in children. Mothers have vital role in this regard. This study was conducted to develop and psychometrically evaluate an instrument for assessing mothers’ sexual education ability. Methods The study included two phases: qualitative ad quantitative. In qualitative phase, a sample of mothers who had a child aged 3-5 years old in nursery schools was interviewed in order to generate an item pool. Then preliminary questionnaire was provided. Consequently, content and face validity were assessed. Finally, a qualitative study was conducted and sample of women completed the questionnaire to explore the factor structure of the instrument. Reliability (internal consistency and stability), was also evaluated using the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient and intraclass correlation coefficient. Results A 51-items questionnaire was developed during the qualitative phase. After content and face validity, the items were decreased to 48. Then 250 women completed the questionnaire. The results obtained from explanatory factor analysis indicated a five-factor solution (attitudes, skills, cognitive issues, situational consideration) that jointly accounted for 87.5% variance observed. The Cronbach's alpha for 5 factors ranged from 0.68 to 0.96 and the stability of the questionnaire varied from 0.80 to 0.82. During the quantitative phase overall 9 items were removed and the final instruments consisted of 46 items. Conclusion The findings suggest that the Mothers' Sex Education Ability Questionnaire (SEDA is a valid and reliable questionnaire. It is simple and easily scored and compromises significant concept for assessing mother’s sexual education ability.

Marriage is a "life-long project" and projects require planning. This study aimed at knowing the role of Marriage Preparation Programs (MPP) in the awareness of marriage planning through: their content, their used means, and the time allocated for lectures and activities. In addition, the study aimed at knowing the point of view of the beneficiaries of these programs about what has been presented and some of their socio-demographic characteristics. The current study is a descriptive study that used two tools to collect field data: a questionnaire to describe and analyze the programs' content and personal interviews with the beneficiaries of these programs. Four MPP- provided by three centers in Jeddah - and seventy-two cases: 32 females and 40 males were chosen through purposive sampling. The major findings of this study can be generalized as followed: I. Marriage goals, sex education, and dialogue between spouses are the most provided subjects by MPP. II. Lectures are the mostly used means to deliver MPPs' content. III. Differences exist between MPPs in terms of allocated time. IV. The most important subjects to be covered by MPP, from the beneficiaries' point of view, are: spouses' rights and duties, dialogue between spouses, the goal of marriage, dealing with anger, sex education, organizing the family budget, and the transference to the marital house. Generally speaking, MPP role in the awareness of marriage planning and family constructing was found to be limited. The study recommended the following: make the results of this research available for MPP providers; do more research in the field of MPP; provide MPP only for the beneficiaries who intend to marry; and design different types of marriage/family education programs for: non-married, married spouses, fathers and mothers, divorced, and widowed beneficiaries.

Social changes that make society can influence the apparatus. Social changes have an impact on families in Indonesia. The narrower the workforce is coupled with the increasing needs of the family, the older the migrant worker works. As a result, the roles and functions of the family do not work properly. The impact is that the children commit juvenile delinquency. Like it or not, parents still guide their children and understand sexual education so that children do not engage in deviant behavior. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods. The research focuses on how migrant workers instill sex education in children. There were six informants including 3 migrant workers and 3 migrant workers. Data techniques are observation and open interviews. The results of this study indicate that each migrant worker has a way of imparting sexual education to children. Differences in the cultivation of character education are motivated by several factors. One of them is the cultural factor of the country where the parents work. Furthermore, the acceptance of children in sex education and its application is almost similar. Children still maintain the limits of norms that apply in society.

AbstrakFilm Indonesia yang mengangkat isu tentang pendidikan seks masih dianggap tabu. Pada sisi yang lain, sebagai media alternatif, pesan dalam film dapat dipahami dengan mudah oleh para penontonnya. Penelitian ini membahas resepsi penonton remaja film Dua Garis Biru tentang isu pendidikan seks. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka encoding-decoding Stuart Hall untuk menganalisis pemakanaan audiens dari setiap adegan dalam film. Temuan data menunjukkan bahwa audiens terbagi ke dalam tiga kelompok pembacaan: dominan hegemonik, negosiasi, dan oposisi. Posisi pembacaan penonton ini dipengaruhi oleh latar belakang dan pengalaman dari para penonton remaja. Selain itu, para penonton menginterpretasikan film Dua Garis Biru tidak hanya memberikan pesan tentang pendidikan seks, melainkan juga kesetaraan gender, nilai-nilai yang dipegang, dan bagaimana lingkungan keluarga memberikan pendidikan seks kepada para remaja.Kata Kunci: Encoding-decoding, Film, Pendidikan Seks, Remaja, Resepsi Audiens.AbstractIn Indonesia, movies that bring sensitive issues such as sex education was previously considered taboo. On the other hand, as an alternative media that is easily understood by the audience, movies are used as one of the most effective means of delivering messages. This study aimed to determine the reception of Dua Garis Biru's teenage audiences about sex education issues. This study used Stuart Hall's encoding-decoding analysis method to determine the audiences’ meaning of each scene in the movie.The findings show that the reception of the film audience of Dua Garis Biru showed three reading positions. There were dominant reading, negotiation reading, and opposition reading. The position of the reading was highly influenced by the background and experiences of teenage audiences. Furthermore, the audiences interpret Dua Garis Biru movie as giving the messages about sex education issues but also gender equality issues, the values of the beliefs held, and how the family provided sexual education to the teenagers.Keyword: Audiences reception, Encoding-Decoding,  Movie, Sex Education, Teenagers.

Entrepreneurship is important in most countries today. One of the main goals of government bodies is to develop and implement measures that ensure an effective gender policy in the development of the business sector, including business motivation. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the values of indicators that characterize the following four options for motivating start-up entrepreneurs, men and women, namely: changing the world for the better, improving well-being and earning higher incomes, continuing the family tradition, the need to earn a living. The study used economic and mathematical modeling based on the development of eight density functions of the normal distribution. The information provided in the Global Entrepreneurship Monitoring Project was considered as initial empirical data. Indicators describing the proportion of different types of motivation typical for men and women who create their own business are studied. The average values of the indicators, as well as their ranges for most countries are determined. A comparative analysis of the values of indicators for Russia and foreign countries is given. The study has a scientific novelty and originality, because it uses economic and mathematical models to evaluate the values of indicators of four variants of entrepreneurial motivation, sets the average values and ranges of changes in the indicators of motivation of start-up entrepreneurs, determines the countries that are characterized by high and low values of the indicators under consideration. The obtained research results have a certain theoretical and applied significance.
