Kepuasan pasien merupakan merupakan tingkat kepuasan dari persepsi pasien terhadap layanan kesehatan dan merupakan salah satu indikator kinerja. Apabila pasien menunjukan hal – hal yang bagus mengenai layanan kesehatan dan pasien mengindikasikan dengan perilaku yang positif maka akan dapat mengambil kesimpulan bahwa pasien merasa puas terhadap layanan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara lima dimensi mutu pelayanan rawat jalan dengan kepuasan pasien di RSUD Arjawinangun Kabupaten Cirebon Tahun 2015. Jenis penelitian deskriptik analitik dengan desain Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah seluruh pasien yang berobat ke rawat jalan RSUD Arjawinangun pada bulan Januari tahun 2015 sebanyak 9.707 pasien. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 385 pasien yang diambil secara Accidental Sampling. Data dianalisa secara statistic menggunakan uji Chi Square pada tingkat kemaknaan 5% (0,05). Variabel yang diteliti yaitu variabel dependen: kepuasan pasien, variabel independen: Bukti Fisik (Tangibles), Kehandalan (Reliability), Ketanggapan (Responsiveness), Jaminan (Assurance), Dan Empati (Empathy). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara Bukti Fisik (Tangibles) dengan kepuasan pasein (p = 0,034), ada hubungan yang bermakna antara Kehandalan (Reliability) dengan kepuasan pasein (p= 0,000), ada hubungan yang bermakna antara Ketanggapan (Responsiveness) dengan kepuasan pasein ( p= 0,000), ada hubungan yang bermakna antara Jaminan (Assurance) dengan kepuasan pasein (p= 0,000), ada hubungan yang bermakna antara Empati (Empathy) dengan kepuasan pasein (p= 0,000).Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Pasien, Lima dimensi mutu ABSTRACTPatient’s satisfaction is the satisfaction level of the patient’s perception of the health services and is one of the performance indicators. If the patients shows the good things about the health care service and the patients indicated by the positive behavior will be able to infer that patients are satisfied with the health care service. This research aimed to determine the relationship between the five dimensions of quality of outpatient care with patient’s satisfaction in RSUD Arjawinangun Kabupaten Cirebon 2015. The type of this research is descriptive analytic with Cross Sectional Design. Population in this research is the total number of outpatients treated at RSUD Arjawinangun Kabupaten Cirebon through Januari 2015 as many as 9707 patients. The total sample of 385 patients were taken by accidental sampling. Data were analyzed statiscally using Chi-squared test at 5% (0.05) significance level. The dependent variable analyzed in this research is patient’s satisfaction and the Independent variable in this research are Tangibles, Realiability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. Judge from the analysis above, we conclude that the result of this research showed the relationship between Tangibles with patient’s satisfaction (p = 0.034). There is relationship between Reliability with patient’s satisfaction (p = 0.00). There is relationship between Responsiveness with patient’s satisfaction (p = 0.00). The relationship between Assurance with patient’s satisfaction is also influence with p = 0.00, and the last of variable, there is relationship between empathy with patient’s satisfaction (p=0.00). The result of this research can be followed up by efforts to improve the Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy by providing technical training to every officer to increase the ability to carry out the services.Key Word : Patient’s Satisfaction, Five dimensions of  quality

Imunization is an attempt to cause or boost a person's immune actively to a disease, so that if one day exposed to the disease. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between the provision of primary immunization with child growth and development aged 9-24 months in Puskesmas Merdeka. The method in this research is analytical survey with cross sectional approach. Population in this research is mothers who have infants aged 9-24 months, with total sample of 35 respondents. The results showed that of 24 babies who received complete basic immunization and had good growth as many as 23 babies (82,1%). Based on the result of Chi-square statistic test on significance level a = 0,05 got p value = 0.002 = a = 0,05, there is relation of Basic Immunization Giving with Growth of 9-24 months old child. The results showed that of 24 babies who received complete basic immunization and had good development as many as 17 babies (94.4%). Based on Chi-square statistical test at significance level a = 0.05 in p value = 0.002 = a = 0, 05 hence there is a relation between giving immunization with the development of child age 9-24 month. The result of this research can give input for health worker in increasing the coverage of basic immunization so as to prevent the happening of disease that can growth and development of child. Abstract: Hospitalization is a procces for a planned or emergency reasons, requires the child to stay in hospital undergoing treatment until their return back home. In general, children have difficulty understanding whi they are sick, can not play with their friends, why they hurt and plain that makes them have go to the hospital and required hospitalization. To overcome this problems in the child care service focused on the philosophy of which is atraumatic care. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the aplication of the response atraumatic child care during hospitalization. The study design was cross sectional of pre school chidren while being treated with a sample of 40 children. Data collection was made through filling the qustionnaires and data sheets processed using univariate and bivariate calculation of chi square significance level of 95% or 0,05.The results p-value 0,015. The conclusion showed a significant relationship between the application of atraumatic care with response per school children during hospitalization in the Orchid Room Liunkendage Hospital Tahuna. Keywords: Nursing atraumatic care, pre school age children respons.   Abstrak: Hospitalisasi adalah suatu proses yang karena suatu alasan yang berencana atau darurat, mengharuskan anak untuk tinggal di rumah sakit menjalani perawatan sampai pemulangannya kembali ke rumah. Pada umumnya anak mempunyai kesulitan pemahaman mengapa mereka sakit, tidak bisa bermain dengan temannya, mengapa mereka terluka dan nyeri sehingga membuat mereka harus pergi ke rumah sakit dan harus mengalami hospitalisasi. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dalam pelayanan perawatan anak ditekankan pada filosofi keperawatan anak diantaranya adalah atraumatic care. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan antara penerapan atraumati care dengan respon anak selama hospitalisasi. Desain penelitian adalah cross sectional dengan populasi anak usia prasekolah sementara dirawat yang  berjumlah 40 orang. Pengumpulan data diambil melalui pengisian lembar kusioner dan data diolah secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunaka perhitungan chi-square pada tingkat kemaknaan 95% atau 0,05. Hasil penelitian p-value 0,015. Kesimpulan menunjukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara penerapan atraumatic care dengan respon anak usia prasekolah selama hospitalisasi di Ruang Anggrek RSUD Liunkendage Tahuna. Kata kunci: perawatan atraumatic care, respon anak usia prasekolah.

<p>Nursing service is the key of health care service in hospitals. Therefore, it is necessary to restuctre the health service quality related to the adequacy of nurse-patient ratio. The improvement of health services quality is a form of strategy to enhance patient safety. The performance of a nurse is the key of health care service and is very important to address in order to maintain and improve the quality of health services. The award system is one of motivation methods used to increase nurse performance. The purpose of this study was to know the relationship between awards system and nurse-patients ratio with nurse performance at RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul. The study design was observational analytic with cross sectional approach. Samples were selected by stratified random sampling, then simple random sampling resulting on 65 nurses. Data analysis was done by using chi-square test. The results showed that there was relationship between award system and the nurse performance with p-value 0.02 (p&gt;0.05). Conversely there was no relationship between award system and nurse patients ratio and the nurse performance with p-value 1.000 (p&gt;0.05). In conclusion, there was a significant relationship between award system and nurse performance, and there was no relationship between the nurse patients ratio and nurse performance.</p>

Some provinces in Indonesia have been conducted by the directorate of health care service in 2004 with WHO, as a result that 70,4% of nurses have never had training, 39,8% of nurses at the hospital performed non nursing duties, 47,4% of non essential written duties. No specialized supervision and evaluation of nurses. According to interviews with some nurses in the Purbalingga Regency said the nurses’ workload was high because of the extra work off-duty and the function of a nurse. The objective for knowing the relationship of workload and work motivation with a nurse’s performance. This type of research is quantitative using a descriptive design correlation with a sectional cross. The population in this study is all the nurses in the Kutasari medikal center, the Purbalingga Center, the Kalikajar Center and the Kaligondang medical center in Purbalingga District. The sampling technique used is total sampling that is 33 respondents. Analysis used statistics in the chi square. Statistics in this study consist of frequency workload, work motivation and nurse performance. From the results of data processing, it is found that there is a relationship between workload and nurses' performance with a p-value of 0.017 <0.05. And there’s no connection between work motivation with nurse performance with p-value of 0.422 >0.05. There is a correlation between workload and nurse performance and no correlation between work motivation and nurse performance.

ABSTRACTDepression is a mental health problem that mostly occurs during adolescence. Physical, cognitive and emotional changes experienced during adolescence can cause stress. The prevalence of depression in adolescence has a very high increase compared to the age of children and adults. The main factor in being able to cure depression in adolescents is social support (Depkes, 2007). This study aims to identify depressive symptoms in adolescents and to find out the relationship between social support factors and depression incidence. This research is a quantitative research, with the type of observational analytic research with a cross sectional approach involving students at SMA XY in Jember Regency in May 2020. The analytical method uses the Chi Square test to see the relationship between independent and dependent variables with a significance level of α ≤ 0, 05. Data collection tool using google form. Determination of respondents by random sampling with a total of 158 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the distribution of women is 76.58% more than that of men. Based on the distribution of social support, 56.96% received good social support, while based on the incidence of depression, 54.43% did not experience depression. From the statistical test, the significance value of <0.05 indicates that there is a relationship between social support factors and the incidence of depression. Social support plays an effective role in overcoming depression experienced by adolescents.Keywords: Depression, Teens, social support. ABSTRAKDepresi merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan mental yang sebagian besar terjadi pada masa remaja. Perubahan fisik, kognitif dan emosional yang dialami pada masa remaja dapat menimbulkan stress. Prevalensi depresi pada usia remaja memiliki peningkatan yang sangat tinggi dibandingkan dengan usia anak-anak dan usia dewasa. Faktor utama untuk dapat menyembuhkan depresi pada remaja yaitu dukungan sosial (Depkes, 2007). Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi gejala depresi pada remaja dan mengetahui mengenai Hubungan Faktor Dukungan Sosial dengan Kejadian Depresi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang melibatkan siswa di SMA XY di Kabupaten Jember pada Bulan Mei tahun 2020. Metode analisis menggunakan uji Chi Square untuk melihat hubungan variabel independen dan dependen dengan tingkat kemaknaan α ≤ 0,05. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan google form. Penentuan responden secara random sampling dengan jumlah 158 reponden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan distribusi perempuan 76,58% lebih banyak daripada laki-laki, berdasarkan distribusi dukungan sosial sebesar 56,96% mendapatkan dukungan sosial yang baik, sedangkan berdasarkan kejadian depresi sebesar 54,43% tidak mengalami depresi. Dari uji statistik nilai signifikansi sebesar < 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara faktor dukungan sosial dengan kejadian depresi. Dukungan sosial berperan efektif dalam mengatasi depresi yang dialami remaja.Kata Kunci: Depresi, Remaja, Dukungan Sosial.

OBJECTIVE: To characterize the current stage of the institutionalization of pharmaceutical services in Brazilian cities. METHODS: This study is part of the Pesquisa Nacional sobre Acesso, Utilização e Promoção do Uso Racional de Medicamentos (PNAUM – National Survey on Access, Use and Promotion of Rational Use of Medicines), a cross-sectional, exploratory, and evaluative study composed by an information survey in a representative sample of cities, stratified by Brazilian regions. We interviewed municipal secretaries of health, responsible for pharmaceutical services, and pharmacists responsible for the dispensing of medicines. The variables selected from the interviews were grouped into five dimensions that defined three stages of pharmaceutical services institutionalization: incipient (0%-34.0%), partial (35.0%-69.0%), and advanced (70.0%-100%), estimated based on the interviewees’ answers. Frequencies were estimated with 95% confidence intervals. For the statistical association analysis, the Chi-square test was applied, with significance level of p<0.05. RESULTS: Our results show a partial and heterogeneous process of institutionalization of pharmaceutical services in Brazil, and an advanced stage in formal structures, such as the municipal health plans and the existence of a standardized list of medicines. The analysed variables in the “organization, structure, and financing” dimension configured stages that range from partial to advanced. The management presented partial institutionalization, positively showing the existence of computerized system, but also disparate results regarding the autonomy in the management of financial resources. Indispensable items related to the structure expressed disparities between the regions, with statistically significant differences. CONCLUSION: The study showed a partial and heterogeneous process of institutionalization of pharmaceutical services in Brazilian cities, showing regional disparities. Variables related to the normative aspects of institutionalization were positively highlighted in all dimensions; however, it is necessary to conduct new studies to evaluate the institutionalization of pharmaceutical services’ finalistic activities

Introduction:  Improving health care-seeking behavior of the coastal communities is a pathway to improve their health. This analysis aims to explore the health care-seeking behavior of the coastal communities in Banyuwangi District to recommend the room for improvement for health promotion and health service improvement for these communities. Method: Data from a cross-sectional survey of metabolic syndrome and mental health conducted in coastal communities in Banyuwangi was used for analysis.  Randomly selected participants from a list of members of Family Welfare Development Group (Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga /PKK) were asked for an interview at corresponding village office in Ketapang, Bangsring, Bulu Agung, Grajagan and Kampung Mandar village.  Distribution of health care-seeking behaviors was analyzed individually and where possible were segregated by gender and age. Results: More than half of the coastal communities in Banyuwangi District went to health care service to seek health and 7 out of 10 turned to health care service to seek health for their family members.  Women more than men turned to health care service when they or their family members fell ill.  Private doctors rather than Puskesmas were more popular.  Private midwives were the most popular service for antenatal care (ANC) and delivery.  Although there was not a clear increase in health care service utilization over time, we found that contraceptive utilization increased with time. Conclusion: The utilization of health care service in Banyuwangi needs to be more promoted especially for men’s health.

Background : One of the problems that must be considered by young women is their reproductive health. It is very important to inform young women about the menstrual process knowledge so that they will be able to maintain personal hygiene. Lack of knowledge about personal hygiene can increase the risk of infection. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge of young girls and personal hygiene behavior. Method : The research method used was an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. Conducted at SMPN 036 Batam City, the study was conducted for 6 months, the population in this study were all 270 students of SMPN 036 class VIII, with a total sample of 162, the sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling technique with research instruments using a questionnaire. Data analysis using Chi square. Result :The results of the study were obtained from 162 respondents, the majority of respondents had good knowledge of 110 people (68%), and good personal hygiene behavior as many as 152 people (94%). Chi-square statistical test obtained p-value = 0.008 <0.05, conclusion : that there is a significant relationship between the knowledge of uterine adolescents with personal hygiene behavior at SMPN 036 Batam City. Advice for teenagers to maintain personal hygiene behavior.
