Christian leaders based on the book of 2 Timothy have three characteristics namely in spirituality, credibility and capability. A Christian leader who does not have spiritual characteristics will be trapped in worldliness. If you don't have credibility, you will become a leader who has bad character. When they don't have capabilities, a Christian leader doesn't have the skills needed to lead. This research uses descriptive qualitative method where the instruments used are observation and interview techniques. The results of the study of data collected indicate that there are relevance characteristics of Christian leaders for millennial generation servants at GSJA Jakarta.Pemimpin Kristen berdasarkan kitab 2 Timotius memiliki tiga karakteristik yakni dalam spiritualitas, kredibilitas dan kapabilitas.  Seorang pemimpin Kristen yang tidak memiliki karakteristik spiritualitas akan terjebak pada sifat keduniawian.  Apabila tidak memiliki kredibilitas maka akan menjadi pemimpin yang memiliki karakter buruk. Ketika tidak memiliki kapabilitas maka seorang pemimpin Kristen kurang mampu menjalankan kepemimpinan dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif di mana instrumen yang dipergunakan adalah teknik observasi dan wawancara.  Hasil kajian data yang dikumpulkan menunjukkan terdapat relevansi yang signifikan dari karakteristik pemimpin Kristen bagi pelayan generasi milenial di GSJA Jakarta.

Abstract: This research is intended to find out how effective this PSC program is in improving emergency services in Tulungagung Regency and the inhibiting factors in providing services to the community. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a deductive approach. The research data was collected using interview techniques, documentation and observation. Based on the research that has been done, the author concludes that the Effectiveness of the Public Safety Center (PSC) Program in improving emergency services in Tulungagung Regency, East Java Province has been effective enough, seen from 5 dimensions namely Production, Efficiency , Satisfaction, Adaptation and Development has been going well, although there are still some problems in terms of cross-sectoral cooperation that has not been maximized and facilities that are still not fulfilled.  Keywords: Efectiveness, Emergency, Public Safety Center, Services.

ABSTRAK            Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan (1) dasar  pemberian dan (2) harapan dari nama diri pada masyarakat Tana Toraja. Penelitian ini berjenis kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan semantik. Data berupa nama diri yang diperoleh dari informan atau responden menggunakan teknik wawancara dan catat.  Informan atau reponden terpilih  harus (1) beretnis Toraja, (2) lahir dan atau tinggal di wilayah Tana Tana Toraja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) dasar pemberian nama dalam masyarakata Toraja adalah (a) waktu kelahiran; (b) urutan kelahiran; (c) hari-hari besar keagamaan, (d) meniru/mengidolakan orang-orang terkenal; (e) peristiwa tertentu; (f) bentuk akronim; (g) kesamaan huruf awal nama diri, dan (2) harapan dari nama yang diberikan dalam masyarakat Toraja adalah (a) untuk kebaikan atau sifat baik; (b) untuk kecantikan/ketampanan atau kesehatan fisik; (c) untuk kesejahteraan atau berkah. Kata kunci: Penamaan, Masyarakat , Tana Toraja ABSTRACTThe objective of this study is to explain about naming in Tana Toraja society. This research used descriptive qualitative method by using semantic analysis. Data in this research is proper names that collected from informants or respondents by using interview techniques and note techniques. Respondents must be (1) Torajanesse, (2) born and live in Tana Toraja. The results showed that  (1) the motivations of naming in Tana Toraja society  are (a) the time of birth; (b) the order of birth; (c) the religious holidays, (d) names of famous people or people who idolized; (e) the place of birth; (f) a particular/spesific event; (g) the acronym form; and (h) the similarities between the initial letters of proper name in family; (2) the hopes of the name given in Tana Toraja society are (a) for good or goodness; (b) for beauty or physical health; (c) for welfare or blessing. Keywords:Naming, Society , Tana Toraja

Majelis Taklim is a Non-Formal Islamic Education Society, as a forum for connecting silaturrahim, intensify ukhuwah Islamiyah, increasing faith and devotion to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala , and popularize  Islamic Da'wah. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Majelis Taklim’s efforts in improving recitation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method in which the writer describes the efforts of the Majelis Taklim  in increasing recitation through interview techniques to woman as a member of Majelis Taklim with a population of 40 person. The sampling technique that using is total sampling techniques.

Wild brokers or commonly known as car agents are jobs that offer services to passengers to be transported to a car that aims at the passenger area. The purpose of this study was (i) to know the motivating factors for someone working as a wild broker, especially brokers in the power terminal of the city of Makassar. (ii) This study also aims to determine the impact that is generated by the presence of brokers at the Makassar City Power Terminal. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Target in the research of all brokers inside and outside the terminal, passengers, terminal officers and car drivers. The sample chosen was 4 brokers, 4 terminal officers, 3 passengers and 4 car drivers. Sampling in this study was taken by using interview techniques. The results of the study showed that the difficulties in getting a job, urbanization factors, and economic factors became the basis for someone working as a broker. with the presence of brokers at the Makassar city power terminal it turned out to provide a loss to the passengers, car drivers and terminal officers.Keywords: Brokers, Terminals, Social Deviations.

The purpose of this research is to describe students' concept comprehension ability in solving math problems in grade VIII of SMP Negeri 23 Rejang Lebong. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The subjects in this study were grade VIII-1 students of SMP Negeri 23 Rejang Lebong which were divided into 3 groups, namely students with high ability, medium ability, and low ability. Data collection techniques in this study use test and interview techniques. The results showed that the percentage of achievement of each indicator of students' overall concept comprehension ability lies in the criteria of 56.67%. With the details of each concept understanding indicator as follows: 1) The indicator reasates a concept by 61.11%, 2) Indicators provide examples and not examples of 80.56%, 3) Indicators classify objects according to certain traits according to their concept of 40.74%, 4) Indicators present concepts in the form of mathematical representations of 53.24%, 5) Indicators develop necessary terms and conditions sufficient for a concept of 64.81 %, 6) Indicators using , utilizing and selecting certain procedures or operations by 40.28%, and 7) Indicators apply concepts or algorithms in troubleshooting by 66.20_%.

This study aims to find out and describe the development of poetry reading materials to meet the need of madihin art preservation in accordance with the demands of the curriculum and local cultural wisdom. The study used descriptive qualitative method. The data was collected through observation and interview techniques. The results are then processed by extracting and providing data, interpreting and presenting data, and analyzing data. The study was conducted in odd semester 2018/2019 with research subject the students of class X of SMKN 3 Banjarbaru. The results of the study concluded, the development of poetry teaching materials through madihin speech is very relevant to the purpose of poetry learning, while at the same time increasing students awareness to preserve traditional madihin arts.

This paper aims to find out how the character of the millennial generation in traveling in the destination of Lawang Sewu and the Old Town Region of Semarang. The study used a descriptive qualitative method followed by interviews with visitors to the two tourism destinations which resulted in the conclusion that the character of the millennial generation was greatly influenced by cell phone use both in obtaining information on the selection of destinations to be visited and the activities carried out during the tour. It can be concluded from the writing that millennial generation cannot be separated from cellular phones in everyday life. This has a big influence on the implementation of decision making, in this case the selection of destinations and attitudes when traveling. In this current era, many villages in Indonesia carry the concept of Tourism Village. One of them is a creative village located in Dago Pojok Bandung, West Java. This study aims to find out about tourism products and identify how the application of creativity based tourism in the Dago Pojok creative village. Data collection is done by descriptive qualitative method with observation and interview techniques. The variables used are the concept of tourism products consisting of tourist attractions and activities, accommodation facilities and services, other facilities and services (supporting facilities), transportation facilities and services, infrastructure and other institutions, and the concept of creativity based tourism consisting of local artists, ideas/knowledge and interaction. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that tourism products in Dago Pojok creative village are tourism products based on culture, creativity, and art. Dago Pojok creative village is a tourism that is based on creativity, because the elements of Local Artisan, Idea or Knowledge, and Interaction have fulfilled the requirements in implementing tourism with the concept of creativity, but there are some thingsthat need to be improved, namely in the part of interaction it hasn't been carried out optimally.

Abstrak: Pemuridan sangat berkaitan erat dengan kepemimpinan. Pemuridan bagi kepemimpinan sangat bermakna karena sangat terbukti efektif guna mempersiapkan, menghasilkan dan membentuk pemimpin Kristen menuju serupa Yesus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Langka awal adalah dengan mempelajari konsep pemuridan dan kepemimpinan Kristen. Langkah berikutnya adalah dengan melakukan analisis tentang dampak bahaya dan dampak positif adanya praktik pemuridan dalam kekristenan bagi kepemimpinan. Langkah terakhir adalah merumuskan makna dan implikasi pemuridan bagi kepemimpinan sebagai perspektif dalam menyusun pola pendidikan pemimpin Kristen. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implikasi yang harus dilakukan dan dijalani dalam kehidupan sebagai respon dari penelitian pemuridan dan kepemimpinan ini bagi pola pengajaran dan pendidikan kaderisasi kepemimpinan Kristen, adalah: Pertama, Menjadi pemimpin Kristen yang efektif. Kedua, Pemimpin yang mencetak para pemimpin. Ketiga, Pemimpin yang berani bayar harga. Keempat, Pemimpin yang hidup dalam komunitas pemuridan. Kelima, Mengimplementasikan iman yang dipercayai.Abstract: Discipleship is closely related to leadership. Discipleship for leadership is very meaningful because it has proven effective in preparing, producing and shaping Christian leaders to be like Jesus. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The first step is to learn the concepts of discipleship and Christian leadership. The next step is to conduct an analysis of the harmful and positive impacts of the practice of discipleship in Christianity for leadership. The final step is to formulate the meaning and implications of discipleship for leadership as a perspective in formulating the pattern of Christian leader education. The results of this study conclude that the implications that must be carried out and lived in life as a response to this discipleship and leadership research for the pattern of teaching and cadre education for Christian leadership are: First, Become an effective Christian leader. Second, Leaders who print leaders. Third, leaders who dare to pay the price. Fourth, Leaders who live in a community of discipleship. Fifth, implement the faith that is believed.
