At the moment the most important question is climate change repression and the provision of energy in the world. The rate of the alternative energetic use has strongly increased in the last decade of 20th century. In 23rd of 2009 the European Parliament and the Council accepted the directive 2009/28/EB for encouragement to use renewing resource energy. According to this directive, Lithuania has to warrant that renewing resource energy part in the final general energy consumption would be not less than 23% in 2020. The perspective energy resource types for making the electric energy are water and wind energy in Lithuania. The inventory of the alternative energy somehow affects the environment. Visually the wind, water and the sun energetic objects from all others alternative energetic objects mostly affects the environment. In this article there are analyzed Western Lithuania present and future alternative energetic objects, their possible visual effect on environment and implements to reduce the negative effect. There were used methods of photo-fixation, visual assessment of objects, measurement, distribution of objects and comparative analysis.

Today, wind energy participates by not more than 0,5 % in the gross world production of electric energy. However, according to the presently existing world trends and due to the fact that the world?s wind energy potential is immense, it can be predicted that in the following decades this low percentage might become thirty times larger. Unfortunately, not one modern wind generator has yet been installed in our country, although conditions are favourable in this respect. Experiences the world has had so far impose the necessity of analyzing technical possibilities for the construction of wind generators and the necessity to incorporate wind energy into the strategic model of the development of energetics in Serbia and Montenegro (SM). In this paper we analyze the availability of wind energy on the global scale, in Europe and in SM. We show in this paper that in SM wind is the energy resource about 10 000 MW (20 TWh/year) whose activation would greatly enlarge already installed capacities, increase the diversity of types of energy sources and reduce the dependence on the importation of raw energy sources.

New Renewable Energy (EBT) is an efficient solution to overcome the deficit of fosil energy resource such as crude oil and coal. In addition to this pandemic of Covid-19 in Indonesia made the price of crude oil in the world dropped dramatically to reach around $25/barrel crude oil of WTI as of May 8, 2020. Every resources in this world stores electricity. Nonetheless this resources need special processing so that they can be converted into electrical energy. This Research is focused in Banana Peel. Currently we know that the consuming of Banana fruit still increased especialy in the pandemic of Covid-19. Hence the more Banana fruits are consumed, the more Banana Peels are remained. This research aims to find the solution from the Banana Peel wastes in this pandemic – processing them and converting them into eco-alternative energy – by keeping the energy into the battery. The methods used in this research used an exxperimental method using the application of the Ohm’s law which aims to test the hypothesis by testing four banana peel samples (Ambon, Muli, Raja Hijau, and Raja Palembang). The results of this research showed that harvest the electricity from banana peels (BPEEH) can help the efficiency of deficit fosil energy resources due to this pandemi of Covid-19. It was showed that one battery of the banana peels pasta or BPEEH can give voltage 1.28 Volt and electricity current is 2.13 Ampere. In addition to for 12 batteries of BPEEH assembled series can turn on the 6 Volt LED lights for 4 to 5 days.

This paper reviews the pioneering efforts done in Israel over the last 50 years to explore different directions of developing the solar energy resource as an alternative energy supply. An early start included the improvement of solar collectors for heating water for domestic uses. This was followed by low-temperature Organic Rankine Cycle turbines to supply electricity for remote locations, and then the development and commercialization of the SEGS Solar Thermal power plants. Current research directions are described, including high temperature Solar Tower power systems, production of “solar fuels” at high temperature to enable storage and transportation of solar energy, photovoltaic materials and photovoltaic systems development, solar absorption cooling, and the bold idea of large “Energy Towers” to produce electric energy from cooling of hot dry desert air. The paper concludes that additional efforts in Israel and abroad to continue developing and deploying of solar energy systems, having benevolent influence on the environment, should continue.

Coal is burnt in actual Fischer-Tropsch process to provide heat for steam generation required for coal gasification in a coal conversion-to-liquid (CTL) fuel process. In light of the world energy demand growth and consumption rate of the world reserves, the use of alternative energy resource for heat supply to a CTL process seems to be more attractive. It is expected that the use of alternative energy on the current process will not only contribute to the extension of the coal reserves life-time but will also significantly contribute to reduce the carbon foot-print. In this study, a high-temperature gas cooled reactor is considered to supply heat to a 240 MWth CTL process and a HPHE is conceptually designed for physical dimensions and its dynamic behaviour is observed. The process heat superheated steam is generated in a once-through heat pipe heat exchanger steam generator using sodium as working fluid. A heat pipe heat exchanger once through steam generator is modelled and simulated with the aim of predicting the transient and dynamic behaviour of the heat transfer process occurring in the HPHE.

Pagrindiniai žodžiai: vaizduotė, įsivaizdavimas, fantazija, ego, kitybė, sąmonė.PENGUIN AND PROTEUSImagination as Otherness in meKristupas Sabolius SummaryThe question of Otherness is usually taken into account while discussing the Ego’s relation with Others as well as with the World. This article is based on the premises that the function of phantasy melts the subjectivity, revealing the perspective of intersubjectivity within it. On this purpose Sartre’s, Husserl’s and Merleau-Ponty’s researches on the function of imagination, which elucidate the image as the boundary slipping from the centre of Ego, are compared to the story of Hollywood’ movie „Fight Club“. The penguin, which appears in one of the episodes, registers the moment of egological schism, thus becoming the revelation and incarnation of phantasy. While the playful, autonomous and multiform character of imaginary is cleared out, we can ascertain, speaking in Kantian terms, that it has not a complementary or intermediary function, but, in the genesis of transcendental subject, plays the paradoxical role of „allien innerness“ or „inner alienity“. Thought remaining always beside, imagination is a catalyzer which enables crystallization of transcendental forms. Keywords: imagination, imaginary, phantasy, ego, otherness, consciousness.

Subject. The article discusses limited sources of energy nowadays and an ongoing survey of new ones. I focus on fuel and energy complexes worldwide and in Russia. Objectives. The study is to analyze the future use of alternative energy sources in the fuel and energy complex nationwide and worldwide. I review the existing energy sources of the fuel and energy complex in the global and regional markets, specifically the alternative ones. Methods. The study relies upon methods of statistics, analysis and systems approach. Results. The article demonstrates that the fuel and energy complex strongly depends on the current situation in the energy resource market, which is difficult to forecast. If we continue relying on traditional energy resources, we get exposed to some risks affecting the sustainable development of the economy. Russia should diversify the power engineering sector by developing alternative energy sources. The article sets forth the economic rationale for alternative sources and key steps Russia shall make. Conclusions and Relevance. Considering the current situation in the energy balance, alternative energy is what any advanced society seeks for, being supported by manufacturers, governmental institutions, and researchers, though low profitability and high infrastructure costs impede its development. In Russia, these challenges are even more palpable. However, even now Russia is able to find alternative energy solutions. In addition to advantages of alternative energy, which is globally proclaimed, they will also help Russia diversify and update the economic system.

This article examines the limits of Heidegger’s ontological description of emotionality from the period of Sein und Zeit and Die Grundbegriffe der Metaphysik along the lines outlined by Lévinas in his early work De l’existence à l’existant. On the basis of the Lévinassian concept of “il y a”, we attempt to map the sphere of the impersonal existence situated out of the structured context of the world. However the worldless facticity without individuality marks the limits of the phenomenological approach to human existence and its emotionality, it also opens a new view on the beginning and ending of the individual existence. The whole structure of the individual existence in its contingency and finitude appears here in a new light, which applies also to the temporal conditions of existence. Yet, this is not to say that Heidegger should be simply replaced by Lévinas. As shows an examination of the work of art, to which brings us our reading of Moravia’s literary exposition of boredom (the phenomenon closely examined in Die Grundbegriffe der Metaphysik), the view on the work of art that is entirely based on the anonymous and worldless facticity of il y a must be extended and complemented by the moment in which a new world and a new individual structure of experience are being born. To comprehend the dynamism of the work of art in its fullness, it is necessary to see it not only as an ending of the world and the correlative intentional structure of the individual existence, but also as their new beginning.

In classical philosophy of time, present time mainly has been considered in its fleetingness: it is transition, in the Platonic meaning of the sudden or in the Aristotelian sense of discreet moment and isolated intensity that escapes possible perception. Through the idea of subjective constitution of time, Husserl’s phenomenology tries to spread the moment. He transcends the idea of linear and empty time in modern philosophy. Phenomenological description of time experience analyses the filled character of the moment that can be detained in the performance of consciousness. As a consequence of the temporality of consciousness, he nevertheless remains in the temporal conception of presence. The phenomenology of Merleau-Ponty, however, is able to grasp the spacial meaning of presence. In his perspective of a phenomenology of perception, presence can be understood as a space surrounding the body, as a field of present things given in perception. Merleau-Ponty recovers the ancient sense of ‘praesentia’ as a fundamental concept of being in the world.
