It is emphasized that the process of the new age education system set- up takes place in self-organizing mode. For this purpose, the following is assessed: 1) the state of the “spirit of the era”, that carries an personalized (information, network, knowledge, digital) society, as an example of a new type of life order for the global community; 2) worldview imperatives of eco-humanistic filling of the educational community of the planet; 3) ideological guidelines for sustainable development; 4) conceptual prerequisites for the formation of a new education type that do not correspond in any way to the transformation of the violent paradigm of education and upbringing of young people of the technocratic age; 5) the state of fundamental science as a reason that, on the basis of mastering a new classification of social labor, should generate a modernization of education content in the 21st century; 6) the content of the involved segment of senseogenesis, which gives rise to a new division of information work in order to qualitatively service new operation forces, leading to the benefits of the development of spiritual production over material. It is prognosed that the new social division of labor will form a qualitatively new nomenclature of workers in domain of national and international education. The problems of the current state of the theory of education and pedagogy are revealed, those does not have time to produce perspectives of national and international educational policies relevant to the needs of the planet’s social organism. The attention of educators focused on the inadequacy of the existing pedagogical and organizational facilities to impact on the formation of creative personality, since they only improve the conservation of the industrial education system. The planetary personality is justified as the ideal of an educated person of the 21st century and the ultimate goal of education and upbringing in the World Knowledge Society. The principle of personalization / individualization is defined as the main parameter of managing the generation of the future education system. Emphasis is placed on the benefits of an open system of education that enhances the degree of individual freedom in a globalized world. Educators and education managers are encouraged to turn to the principles of evolution, which more strongly contribute to the spread of human activity in the school. The attractiveness of the idea of self-education for the modern young generation in the virtual space of the information age is emphasized.

Introduction. The authors of the article, based on numerous studies on the transformation of the education system, offer a practical model of education, developed with reference to a view of education from a constructed image of the future, as well as to global trends. The essential basis of the model are productive processes of education and social engineering, as well as the folding of the ecosystem with the value-normative basis for matching the educational needs of different stakeholders of educational activities. I have been asked to talk about the future of the electron microscope by the Chairman and cannot refuse because he was one of my students. On the other hand, I do not feel comfortable with the position because there is a very poor history in science on the matter of making predictions; they are always wrong. After giving it some thought, it would seem that the best thing that I can do is to discuss some of the problems that I can see with the instruments and suggest that the solutions to these problems will slide into the next century. That puts me on safe ground and perhaps may allow me to suggest some solutions myself. To start with, one can say that the business shows every sign of being, or becoming, a mature industry. The instruments become more and more expensive every year. They become generally larger, and there is more attention given to appearances. This is very similar to the automobile industry and is at gross variance with the computer industry where the functionality increases and the cost decreases every year. In the present climate of financial support (or the lack of it), this means that fewer instruments are sold every year, and this increases the price of those that are sold.

In other words, this work represents a reflection on creativity in education, based on a fact that creativity in formal education system is no longer a luxury but desperately needed.Tese reflectionsshall highlight the importance of pushing the creativity from the margins of formal education to its very centre. In that regard, the author directs his attention towards clarifcation of several elements and segments of education process, aimed at defning of the concept of creativity, moving it from the area of mystery, coincidences and individual genius to the defnitional feld that is subject to scientifc analysis. Furthermore, he analyses to which extent a creative capacity can be considered as an economic driver, and not as art or hobby, and examines a new theory of learning and its implications for formal education, pointing out both possibilities and traps in the preparation of young people for the future.

The Israeli education system is primarily shaped by the religious nature of the state, although there are some mixed schools where both Palestinian and Israeli children learn together. Jaffa is unique within the system due to its history and its Palestinian minority, and the Weizman School is an interesting case as parents are particularly involved in the school's choices. Several initiatives in Jaffa aim to cultivate a multicultural and egalitarian education, and their differing results are discussed here. The article suggests new directions for the future, taking into consideration the viewpoints that emerge from the interviews with teachers and parents.

The State of Qatar is a small, but wealth, state in the Arabian Gulf. Over the last 20 years the country has seen some extraordinary transformations. One sector that has possibly undergone the most radical changes and development is the education sector in Qatar. At the turn of the century, in order to improve their education system, Qatar’s K-12 public schooling system underwent comprehensive reforms. In 2001, the Qatari government appointed the Rand Corporation to analyze and offer recommendations to modernize the local K-12 system. The result of Rand’s assessment was the introduction of an independent school model and an educational reform initiative, Education for a New Era (EFNE). These reforms included implementing English as a medium of instruction at all K-12 public schools. This paper reviews these education policy reforms and offers commentary on the implications of the changes since the adoption of EFNE, the current state of the K-12 education system and suggests possible ways forward for the future development of the K-12 public schooling sector in the State of Qatar.

Current global trends encourage the consideration of measures to develop small and micro businesses. The aim of the article is to develop a strategy for economic security of small and microenterprises, which will ensure the development of enterprises in the future. When conducting a study of the state of development of the small and microenterprise system in Ukraine, the method of statistical grouping, based on typological features and analytics, was used. To characterize economic security and highlight threats to development, the method of generalization and comparison was used. The paper studies the dynamics of the development of a small and microenterprise system of Ukraine. It was determined that during the period 2011-2018 there was a decrease in the number of small and microenterprises by 17.5%. The above-mentioned regulates the feasibility of developing a system of ensuring economic security, which will prevent a decrease in the number of enterprises of a small and micro business in the future. Business development experience shows that a proposed system must take into account the specifics of small and microenterprises. The study showed that the state of economic security is due to protection from a number of economic threats. In the conditions of a small and microenterprise, economic threats should be grouped according to the direction of their implementation. The article singles out the following threats: of innovation, competition, enterprise, finance and jurisprudence. In this regard, the economic security structure should provide for the neutralization of the negative consequences of the threats of the components: innovative security, competitive security, business security and financial and legal security. In order to neutralize the negative consequences of the implementation of threats to economic security, it is advisable to propose a partnership agreement strategy. The latter includes the development of partnership agreements in the areas of marketing, logistics, integration, legal and financial cooperation.

This short concluding essay revisits the main ideas explored in this book, including the material and symbolic entanglements of state support and literature’s special capacity to represent the full range of voices and experiences now comprising modern Britain. Mindful of the intersecting political, social, and economic pressures shaping literary value and the vacillation between recognition and disavowal characteristic of the state’s engagements with literature, it turns to two recent reports of the state and fate of contemporary literary writing: Literature in the 21st Century (2017) and Writing the Future: Black and Asian Writers and Publishers in the UK Marketplace (2015).
