Professionals dehumanized do not help in achieving the final goal of rehabilitation and teaching positive behaviour of prisoners. This study investigates one of three dimensions of burnout, depersonalization. The aim is to measure the level of depersonalization of the prison staff and to identify the factors influencing it. Quantitative research method was used for data collection and analyse. Cristina Maslach Inventory is completed from 290 participants, aiming to measure the level of depersonalization. The study found out that male professionals, divorced, those who work with the target of the men, and an employee who had a great distance from the place of work were more dehumanized. In this paper, octadecylamine (ODA), dimethyl oxime and bromogeramine are selected to complex as a filming amine (FA). Static metal hanging slice test at low temperature is used to study the inhibition performances of the FA. And the influence of the ratio for each component in FA to the properties of the film is studied. Drip method using CuSO4 solution, water droplets test method are employed to evaluate the quality of the film. Electrochemical methods are used to research the form mechanism of protective film. The results show that when each concentrations of ODA, dimethyl oxime and bromogeramine is 50 mg/L, 300 mg/L and 50 mg/L, the effect of the corrosion inhibit is the best, the time of the color change of the film in CuSO4 solution is longer than 10s, water droplets could not be spread on the film, and anti-corrosion mechanism of FA is that a hydrophobic organic molecules layer on metal surface is generated to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion.

Purpose With increases in life expectancy, age diversity has emerged as a common feature of organizations. The purpose of this paper is to focus on the connection between employee age, intrapreneurial behaviors (i.e. introducing new ventures inside an organization), intra-organizational social capital (SC) and their connection to employee performance. Design/methodology/approach A paper-based survey was distributed among 617 participants from five organizations. Three organizations operate in the industrial industry, while the other two operate in the service field. Findings The findings show that intrapreneurial behaviors moderate the positive connection between age and performance. That is, among employees engaged in intrapreneurship, older workers evaluated their performance more highly compared to their younger counterparts. However, among workers who did not participate in intrapreneurship, younger employees evaluated their performances as higher compared to older workers. The authors also found that age was negatively connected to intrapreneurial activities, and this connection was mediated by intra-organizational SC. Originality/value The results of this study highlight the contribution of older employees to intrapreneurial activities and organizational performance while pointing to obstacles that may inhibit them from participating in intrapreneurship. The results have both theoretical and practical implications, which can aid HR managers in their attempt to establish a positive age-diversity climate.
