The rifle curve, straightness and roughness of the firearm bore wall play a crucial role to the shooting accuracy and distance. Detection on the bore wall is therefore very important on purpose of improving the accuracy of fine processing and ensuring the quality of products. However, the regular detection method is helpless due to the space and size restriction of the bore wall. In order to solve this technical problem, a detection system for the bore wall is discussed, the system structure is briefly introduced, the system principle is analyzed and the application value of popularization is also pointed out in this paper. The detection accuracy has exceeded the current standard at home and abroad and reached the level of nm. The rifle curve, straightness and roughness of the firearm bore wall play a crucial role to the shooting accuracy and distance. Detection on the bore wall is therefore very important on purpose of improving the accuracy of fine processing and ensuring the quality of product. As for the detection of rifle curve, straightness and roughness of the firearm bore wall, the current method is only limit to the endoscopic camera and computer image processing, and the effect on the larger flaw is obvious but can not reach the fine requirement for the detection of the new products.

Having an automated nondestructive test of shells can improve their missile body’s defectiveness identification ability and ensure the manufacturing quality of the weapons and equipment. The CCD flaw detection system of the shell exterior surface is designed by using magnetic particle testing and CCD sensors and by using the feature extraction algorithm an image processing software is programmed and system simulation is carried out. The comparative study results showed that the system has avoided the manual detection error and omissions and the detection accuracy, detection speed and anti-interference capability was obviously improved.

Long dan Xie gan pill is a traditional complex compound preparation with a long history for treatment of diseases, including hepatocolic hygropyrexia, dizziness, tinnitus, and deafness. Quality of products from different manufacturers may be varied. Since the current standard could not control the quality of products in a comprehensive and effective way, this study aimed at establishing a practical and convenient approach for holistic quality control of the preparation. This study included both qualitative and quantitative works to get information on the overall composition and main components, respectively. As a result, HPLC fingerprint (UV 240 nm) similarities of all fifty samples were in the range of 0.65∼0.99. Results indicated that there was a difference among products from different manufacturers. Additionally, ten characteristic peaks of the fingerprint were tentatively identified by LC-MS. Further chemometrics analysis was utilized to evaluate the products from different manufacturers. At the same time, the HPLC (UV 285 nm) multicomponent quantification result showed that contents of gentiopicrin, baicalin, baicalein, and wogonin were in the range of 0.61–5.40, 1.96–5.33, 0.10–3.40, and 0.046–1.16 mg·g−1, respectively. Data analysis verified the main different component of baicalein from the fingerprint statistical analysis. It is worth mentioning that the qualitative fingerprint and quantitative multicomponent determination were simultaneously accomplished by HPLC-DAD with dual channels. The study provided sound basis for improving quality control standards. This study also provided practical strategy for overall quality control of traditional Chinese medicines.

On-line detection method for automobile frame side rail process holes is proposed in this articled. It is achieved by virtue of machine vision technology detection method. Many images captured by CCD camera are processed and analyzed to finally complete the automatic detection of automobile chassis frame process holes. Machine vision technology is applied to achieve the on-line detection of machining quality of frame side rail mounting holes. The developed detection system prototype has very high detection accuracy.

The traditional quality detection method for transparent Nonel tubes relies on human vision, which is inefficient and susceptible to subjective factors. Especially for Nonel tubes filled with the explosive, missed defects would lead to potential danger in blasting engineering. The factors affecting the quality of Nonel tubes mainly include the uniformity of explosive filling and the external diameter of Nonel tubes. The existing detection methods, such as Scalar method, Analysis method and infrared detection technology, suffer from the following drawbacks: low detection accuracy, low efficiency and limited detection items. A new quality detection system of Nonel tubes has been developed based on machine vision in order to overcome these drawbacks. Firstly the system architecture for quality detection is presented. Then the detection method of explosive dosage and the relevant criteria are proposed based on mapping relationship between the explosive dosage and the gray value in order to detect the excessive explosive faults, insufficient explosive faults and black spots. Finally an algorithm based on image processing is designed to measure the external diameter of Nonel tubes. The experiments and practical operations in several Nonel tube manufacturers have proved the defect recognition rate of proposed system can surpass 95% at the detection speed of 100m/min, and system performance can meet the quality detection requirements of Nonel tubes. Therefore this quality detection method can save human resources and ensure the quality of Nonel tubes.

Nowadays, IoT has been widely used in different applications to improve the quality of life. However, the IoT becomes increasingly an ideal target for unauthorized attacks due to its large number of objects, openness, and distributed nature. Therefore, to maintain the security of IoT systems, there is a need for an efficient Intrusion Detection System (IDS). IDS implements detectors that continuously monitor the network traffic. There are various IDs methods proposed in the literature for IoT security. However, the existing methods had the disadvantages in terms of detection accuracy and time overhead. To enhance the IDS detection accuracy and reduces the required time, this paper proposes a hybrid IDS system where a pre-processing phase is utilized to reduce the required time and feature selection as well as the classification is done in a separate stage. The feature selection process is done by using the Enhanced Shuffled Frog Leaping (ESFL) algorithm and the selected features are classified using Light Convolutional Neural Network with Gated Recurrent Neural Network (LCNN-GRNN) algorithm. This two-stage method is compared to up-to-date methods used for intrusion detection and it over performs them in terms of accuracy and running time due to the light processing required by the proposed method.

Feature-based pedestrian detection method is currently the mainstream direction to solve the problem of pedestrian detection. In this kind of method, whether the appropriate feature can be extracted is the key to the comprehensive performance of the whole pedestrian detection system. It is believed that the appearance of a pedestrian can be better captured by the combination of edge/local shape feature and texture feature. In this field, the current method is to simply concatenate HOG (histogram of oriented gradient) features and LBP (local binary pattern) features extracted from an image to produce a new feature with large dimension. This kind of method achieves better performance at the cost of increasing the number of features. In this paper, Choquet integral based on the signed fuzzy measure is introduced to fuse HOG and LBP descriptors in parallel that is expected to improve accuracy without increasing feature dimensions. The parameters needed in the whole fusion process are optimized by a training algorithm based on genetic algorithm. This architecture has three advantages. Firstly, because the fusion of HOG and LBP features is parallel, the dimensions of the new features are not increased. Secondly, the speed of feature fusion is fast, thus reducing the time of pedestrian detection. Thirdly, the new features after fusion have the advantages of HOG and LBP features, which is helpful to improve the detection accuracy. The series of experimentation with the architecture proposed in this paper reaches promising and satisfactory results.

Приведены результаты исследований по изучению влияния промышленной технологии возделывания картофеля на развитие, урожайность и качество продукции. Выявлена положительная реакция растений на подкормку K2SO4 в период посадки. Корреляционно-регрессионный анализ урожайности и качества клубней выявил высокую степень достоверности результатов опыта. Содержание нитратов и тяжелых металлов в клубнях было ниже допустимых величин.The results of studies on the impact of industrial technology of potato cultivation on growth, yield and quality of products. There was a positive response of plants to fertilizer K2SO4 in the period of planting. Correlation and regression analysis of yield and quality of tubers revealed a high degree of reliability of the results of experience. The contents of nitrates and heavy metals in tubers was below the permissible values.

<em>The objective of this is research was conducted to find out how the influence of the price and quality of products against customer loyalty at PT. Alakasa Extrusindo Jakarta. This research was conducted in Alakasa Extrusindo PT by doing data collection, through the primary data and secondary data.  The research results showed that the simultaneous price variables  and product quality  has a positive and significant effect against the variable customer loyalty. partially showed that price variables has a positive and significant influence towards customer loyalty. TThe distribution of the limited financial resources in the state hospitals in Kyrgyzstan is uneven. The problems associated with the current method of distribution of resources: the poor quality of services at the level of polyclinics and high hospitalization rates that require an evaluation of the budget allocation of healthcare organizations operating in the Single Payer system. In order to improve the efficiency of resource use it is suggested to review the principles of allocation of resources to the primary level of patient care.
