The focus of the study is on the Islamic religious education strategy for disabled children. Disabled children are those with orthopedic disorders or disorders of normal function in bones, muscles, and joints because of congenital birth, illness, or accident. So that any movement or walking is necessary. Physical disability of disabled children causes them to go through obstacles to performing the prayers. With disabilities different from other children, the education teachers of Islam guide disabled children in performing prayers. The study aims to describe the learning strategy and to provide more information about the weaknesses and strengths of the learning strategy used by the Islamic religious education teacher. The study uses descriptive types of qualitative research. Data is obtained through methods of interviews, observation, and documentation. Research shows that the strategy used by the Islamic education teacher in The State SDLB of Pangkalpinang is a factually, contextual, and cooperative learning strategy. The weaknesses of these three strategies are that they cannot be used to students with hearing problems, teachers must be more intense in their guidance, and implementation requires considerable time. The advantage is that teachers can control the sequence and the broadness of the material, the study is more fun and less boring, and communicate with others.

Millennial generations are often referred to as agents of change. currently facing challenges from social change brought about by industry 4.0. Industry 4.0 has a negative impact, namely characters that are no longer in accordance with values ​​and norms. The industrial era 4.0 has eroded the values ​​of human life, including the millennial generation. Technology develops independently and is increasingly separate, and leaves religion and social values ​​far behind. Ibn Khaldun's idea of ​​Islamic education can shape humans to have character, so that the millennial generation is able to become humans who have quality, to be able to maintain the life and existence of a highly cultured society in accordance with the flow of the times. The idea of ​​Islamic education that is able to shape the character of the millennial generation are cognitive intelligence. (fikriyyah ma'rifiyyah), affective intelligence (khuluqiyah), psychomotor intelligence (jihadiyah), spiritual intelligence (ruuhaniyah) and social intelligence (ijtima'iyah). <p>With the presence of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, it automatically influenced the process of scientific development in Islamic education and Arabic. the development is felt in the aspects of its objectives, teaching methodology, and learning media, and competency standards of graduates who have soft skills and hard skills. Arabic, which has always been considered less important for some learners, has become an <em>"Urgent"</em> thing at the moment, namely as a door to enter of Islamic education.the Islamic education space. The following will be explained about the influence of industrial revolution 4.0 in Islamic education and the aspects that become Urgency in Arabic as the entrance to the entry</p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Dengan hadirnya Revolusi Industri 4.0, secara otomatis mempengaruhi proses perkembangan keilmuan dalam pendidikan Islam dan bahasa Arab. perkembangan itu dirasakan pada aspek tujuannya, metodologi pengajarannya, dan media pembelajarannya, dan standar kompetensi lulusan yang memiliki softskill dan hard skill. Industrial era 4.0 became a big chalangge for educators especially for religious and religious subjects or Islamic Educators. Because in addition to teaching religious content that is mandatory for Muslim believers, Islamic Religious Education must also teach that instruct muslim to be creative and innovative, along with teaching about inclusiveism in order to collaborate across ethnic, cultural and religious group in facing the area of disruptive innovation. Which is an opportunity for anyone to pay attention to linearity. Industry 4.0 as the CPS, IoT, and IoS era, has been very systemic, and every industry does not need many people, except computer operators, production network supervisors and all related to computer work control. Therefore, they must be creative people to develop entrepreneurship, or services that are needed by society. Opportunity to be able to do  entrepreneurial works is huge, because the world now ignores linierity, instead appreciates more creativity and networking capabilities. Therefore, educators must educate their students, and lecturers also direct their students to be realistic and become creative people. Creative and innovative education has no subjects. Therefore, fostering and enhancing their creativity is done through pendagogy for all subjects, especially subjects such as Islamic Education in schools or universities, so that they can get used to being creative and innovative people. As well as, inclusivism must be forestered and forested through a learning process that touches on aspect of attitude or affective trough discussion and or other techniques that enchance the competencies or learners in collaborating across ethnic, cultural and religious backgrounds.

The existence of Teachers at schools is important inimplementing the values of inclusive diversity in today's modern worldand plays a vital role in educating the values of social politeness, toleranceand mutual respect for generation z in this milineal era. The teacher hasan important role in multicultural education because he is one of thetargets of the education strategy in the literature on understandinghumanist, dialogical-persuasive, contextual, substantive and sociallyactive. Paradigm about the urgency of teachers to teach and implement thevalues of diversity in schools, teachers have an important role in fosteringstudents' social care attitudes, among others; (a) A teacher should havesufficient insight that multicultural Islamic education is essentiallyeducation that places multiculturalism as one of the visions of educationwith the main characters who are inclusive, egalitarian and humanist, butstill firm in spiritual and divine values based on al Qur'an and Sunnah;(b) Teachers should have sensitivity to discrimination and social, economicand political key justice that is happening; (c) The teacher must directlyapply the anti-discriminatory, social, political and economic attitudes inthe classroom; (d) The teacher does not discriminate between the students'children, officials and students of pedicab drivers, all are treated equally.

This research is intended to describe critically and qualitatively the synergy among Islamic education supervisor, head master, and Islamic education teacher in implementing 2013 curriculum through academic supervision. The data collecting techniques used in this research are observation, interview, and document review. The results of the research are (1) the supervision is conducted by Islamic education supervisor not only gradually but also incidentally through academic, administrative, and clinical supervision; (2) the academic supervision of Islamic education at MA Metro city is conducted based on qualified Islamic education supervisor, eight education quality standards, prime duty and function of Islamic education supervisor, effective madrasah management by head master, vision, mission and Islamic education strategy, and terms of reference of Islamic education supervision; 3) there are several problems that supervisor, head master, and Islamic education teacher have in implementing 2013 curriculum; 4) the synergy of quality assurance in implementing K13 must be based on maximum effort of Islamic education supervisor, head master, and Islamic education teachers at MA that are conducted according to eight terms of reference: inspecting, advising, monitoring, reporting, coordinating, and performing leadership.

The world experiences massive fundamental changes as a result of the digital era. Not only in the field of technology and communication, changes also occur in children's daily behavior. Bad various shows can be accessed easily by children and can cause negative behavioral effects on children. Supervision is needed from parents to guide children for negative impacts can be minimized. The problem that occurs is most parents are confused about what should be done to prepare children in facing their environment. Instilling religious values from an early age is expected to be one of the strongholds for children to face changes. Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) is one of the most important pilar of education. A child’s character will build well, if it is started from cultivating religious sense of students.

Ada tiga tantangan utama yang kini dihadapi oleh pendidikan Islam, yaitu kemajuan iptek, demokratisasi, dan dekadensi moral. Pada intinya lembaga-lembaga pendidikan Islam harus mereformasi kurikulumnya agar dapat menyiapkan sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan memiliki daya saing dalam menghadapi kompetisi global.Kata kunci: Tantangan pendidikan Islam, Globalisasi. This study aims to identify and analyze the challenges of Islamic education in the era of globalization. The discussion focused on how the characteristics of the era of globalization? This study aims to rationalize the Aswaja-based Islamic education strategy to counter radicalism. This research method uses literature by analyzing published, unpublished books, journals and research that are in line with the theme of moderate Islamic education through NU-an Aswaja. The results of this study are that NU implements an educational education commanded by LP Maarif NU and principled on al muhafadhotu ala al qodimi as sholih wal akhdu bil jadidi al aslah to aim at forming humans who are rahmatan lin naturalin. In learning the values that are strengthened and internalized are tawazun (balanced), tawassuh (moderate), i`tidal (fair and heartless) and tasammuh (tolerance).

Education has always sought to provide guidance to students to establish and develop science and personality intact. The importance of improving the quality of education for students, and based on the term that education is as one program that can prepare and predict the development of students in the future, then, some efforts should be made by the Islamic educational institutions. In this case, MTs Probolinggo is one that should be oriented to achieve the quality of personality to development and prepare future generations who are ready to face the globalization era. In achieving this goal, the Islamic religious education in particular must have the correct strategy and precise in its development.Based on the reality happened in MTs Probolinggo, the learning of Islamic religious education in schools had been running in precise. But Islamic religious education especially MTs Probolinggo this should be taken to ensure that students not only can learn by heart religious lessons, but also able to be affective and behavioral. It is evident that in the previous year students MTs Probolinggo one has a moral decline that is one of the students exposed to cases of liquor. But it can be solved by getting serious handlers by the school so that the good name of MTs Probolinggo back brilliantly.From the background of the above problems, the researcher is motivated to conduct the research on the strategy of Islamic religious education in improving students' personalities in MTs Probolinggo. The focal points of this study are: (1) how is the steps of learning Islamic religious education in improving the quality of students' personalities in MTs Probolinggo?; (2) how is the implementation of learning Islamic religious education in students personality development in MTs Probolinggo?.The objectives in this study are: (1) to describe the steps of learning Islamic religious education in improving the quality of students' personalities in MTs Probolinggo; (2) to describe the implementation of learning Islamic education in improving the quality of students' personalities in MTs Probolinggo.Based on the data obtained and the result of this research, it can be can be summarized as follows: The first steps of learning Islamic education in improving the quality of students' personalities in the MTs Probolinggo can be quite good. Teachers of Islamic religious education in MTs Probolinggo has taken steps learning through teacher's council of Islamic religious education lessons, ranging from the preparation of the appropriate standard of syllabus content, standard competence and guide the preparation curriculum KTSP; make analysis today effective; effective last analysis; annual program; term program and lesson plan.
