This study is a comparative study between the Investment pattern of Self-Employed and Entrepreneurs. For the purpose of Study, we have taken 100 samples from Start-up entrepreneurs and Self-Employed. The Data used in the study are both primary and secondary. Using random Sampling technique, the responses were collected and analyzed using graphs and tables. Many developments were seen during the analysis. The analysis was carried by connecting the factors which are influential on one another and Chi-Square Test tools were utilized. Overall, the study has given new perspectives of the Financial Behavior of both Self-Employed and Entrepreneur which can further be analyzed by expanding the scope of the study and samples collected. There is still lot of scope to study and research in the area for contributing to the field of Behavioral Finance with various biases influencing the investing behavior. Quantitative research is a type of research used in this study. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling technique totaling 100 students. Data analysis techniques used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data collection techniques used were test and questionnaires. The result of this research is that financial knowledge can’t significantly influence financial behavior of students. Peer pressure, parental income, and self control have a significant on student financial behavior. Self control cann’t moderate financial knowledge on financial behavior, but it can moderate peer moderation on financial behavior. The sustainable financial behavior and financial well-being have been a key concern among the developing societies; thereby encompassing the various psychological factors which play a role in influencing individual’s positive financial behavior and financial well-being, this study is conducted. Research focusing on the psychological aspect of human financial behavior and well-being is scarce, focusing more on the cognitive side such as financial literacy and numeracy. The aim of this research study is to find the role played by the non-cognitive factors such as self-esteem, self-control, optimism and deliberative thinking, in forming the financial behavior and financial well-being of the young adults. A sample of 429 university students from public and private sector was collected via an online and field survey using purposive sampling technique. The survey contained measures for demographics, self-esteem, optimism, deliberative thinking, self-control, general financial behavior and financial well-being. SPSS and PLS-SEM tools were used for the exploration of the relationships among dependent and independent variables. The results of PLS path analysis demonstrate that among the non-cognitive factors, self-control and deliberative thinking show a significant association with both financial behavior, and financial security. Self-esteem plays no significant role in forming the financial behavior of the young adults when all the variables are taken together but it exhibits a significant association with financial well-being (financial security and financial anxiety). Optimism on the other hand exhibits no significant association with both financial behavior and financial well-being (financial security and financial anxiety). The results of this study complement the previous studies and also put forth new outcomes. This research is unique as it is the first of its kind conducted in a consumption-oriented economy like Pakistan. In addition to the previous studies which have often established the link of self-esteem with general well-being, this study goes further by analyzing the association between self-esteem and financial well-being and by the identification of the role played by non-cognitive factors like self-esteem, optimism, deliberative thinking and self-control together on the financial behavior and financial well-being of the individuals using PLS-SEM approach.

Self-control is an internal resource used to regulate individual behavior. Therefore, school-age children with a lack of self-control potentially experience a tendency to become dependent on smartphones, which makes them feel anxious when they are away from their smartphones (Nomophobia). This study aimed to analyze the correlation between self-control and Nomophobia on school-age children at SDN Nguling 1 Pasuruan Regency. Furthermore, this study used a descriptive analitic research design with a cross-sectional approach conducted on seventy-seven samples under the inclusion criteria with a random sampling technique. The questionnaires used in this research were the Self-Control questionnaire and Nomophobia questionnaire. The self-control and Nomophobia correlation analysis used a Chi Square statistic test, with a significance level of 0.05. The result showed that 33.8% (twenty-six respondents) had good self-control and 66.2% (fifty-one respondents) had poor self-control. Fifty-two respondents (67.5%) experienced Nomophobia, while twenty-five respondents (32.5%) did not experience Nomophobia. There was a significant correlation between self-control and Nomophobia (p = 0.023 and OR = 0.319).

One of prevention behaviors is self-control.  This study aims to verify the influence of self-control on smoking behavior in students at Faculty of Engineering in Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. This recent study utilizes cross sectional design study. There are 75 respondents taken and they are selected based on proportional random sampling technique. The data are collected through questionnaire and measured by using Chi-Square statistic test in SPPS 16 application. The result of the study showed by Chi-square test table demonstrate that significant value of ρ value (0,001) is less than α  (0,05). Therefore, H0 is rejected and H1 is verified. According to this, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between self-control and smoking behavior in students of Engineering Faculty in Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. Based on the result of this study, further research is expected to examine smoking behavior by using another prevention approach, which is more effective to reduce smoking behavior. Keywords: Smoking Behavior, Self-Control Abstrak         Perilaku merokok dapat membahayakan kesehatan para perokok sendiri dan orang-orang disekitarnya. The populations were students of senior high school in District Sintang. The were 123 respondents chosen by cluster sampling technique for this study. All data were collected using questionnaires and then analysed using bivariate (chi square) and multivariate analysis (logistic regression). Results: The results showed that the majority of respondents did not have good knowledge about the prevention of unwanted pregnancy. Related variable is the level of parental education (p=0.001), the support of parents/guardians (p=0.009), support teachers (p=0.005), peer support (p=0.039), residency (p=0.009), a pastime activity (p=0.000), knowledge of adolescents about reproductive health (p=0.016), perception ability of adolescents (p=0.006) and attitude of adolescents (p=0.049). Breast feeding is giving milk to be drunk to the baby from the breast. Uterus involution is a process how the uterus return to the condition back, before pregnanting after bearing. At the moment of suckling, happens a stimulus and brings the hormones out, such as oksitosin uses not only to stimulate some muscles constraction but also to stimulate the uterus, so that the process of uterus involution happens foster. According to the explanations above, the research aimed to know about the correlation between breast feeding and uterus involution. This research’s design was, cross sectional by the population of all childbirth mothers approximately 50 persons / month. By using accidental sampling technique we got 21 sample respondents. The place of research in RSIA Aura Syifa in Kediri Regency on 16th until 22nd of June 2009. From this research’s result, we got 14 persons (66,67%) with normal uterus involution, suckled in a good way, one person (4,67%) with normal uterus involution, suckled in a wrong way, 2 persons (9,52%) with abnormal uterus involution, suckled in a good way and 4 persons (19,05%) with abnormal uterus involution, suckled in a wrong way. Statistic test which used chi-square test, counted the probability frequency in advance, from that we got 3 columns with the score, less than 5, so that chi-square can not be continued and by doing exact fisher test, the score was 0,001. Because P with the grade mistake 0,05 smaller, so the conclusion was “Ho” is rejected, it meant “there was correlation between suckling and uterus involution”. Key Word : Breast feeding, uterus involution
