The young generation, including millennials, is an important component in national development. Millennials can occupy important positions in the future. Therefore, the level of knowledge and awareness of taxes is a strategic and important thing to understand. Community Service Activities through this web seminar (webinar) aim to provide millennials with tax literacy. The materials presented in the webinar include basic tax concepts, types of taxes, misconceptions about taxes, and the importance of being aware of taxes for the millennial generation. There are several steps involved in the implementation of this webinar. First, the presentation from the resource person. Second, it was followed by a good discussion through the chat box. Third, game activities. At the end of the event there are prizes for active participants. Based on feedback from webinar participants, this activity increases the knowledge and understanding of the participants regarding taxes.

The practice of field recognition (PPL) is one of the main educational activities at the Immigration Polytechnic. The Taruna annually will conduct this activity and can be placed anywhere throughout Indonesia. When implementing the field introduction practice Taruna is expected to apply the theory that in the learning process can be real as supporting the skills before plunging directly at the place of placement when already graduated. A taruna is not only demanded to be smart academically, the taruna formed a healthy attitude and mental to be a leader and a useful person in the future. As a community servant, the welfare and prosperity of society also became the responsibility of the cadets who would someday work with the government. One of the forms of caring for the community can be realized with the simple things like social service, Socialisai and other positive actions that can give positive influence to the community. Therefore, when implementing the field introduction practice the Taruna also conducts community devotion as a manifestation of taruna concern to the community and the environment around the area of work Unit field introduction

The training is part of the community service activities of the lecturers of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This Workshop is to educate and train teachers or prospective teachers to make teaching materials that are certainly interesting for students. Given the current COVID-19 pandemic, where everyone is encouraged to work or distance learning, all teachers must also teach students remotely. Abstract   Devotion to the community is one of the mandatory activities that must be implemented by a lecturer as part of Three duties college, which aims to implement and implement the scientific competence that is owned to contribute positively to the needs of the community. Community service activities carried out in Karang Taruna RW.18 Harapan Jaya Subdistrict, North Bekasi Subdistrict West Java Province is a manifestation of the creativity of lecturers and students who want to provide knowledge in the field of information technology and leadership. Because many people, especially young people who lack knowledge that the importance of technology and information needs in the leadership of an organization. The material given in the training of technology and information role in leadership in Karang Taruna RW.18 Harapan Jaya urban village is a socialization, understanding of technology and information needs in leadership in an organization or company. The expected objectives after this training are the young generation in Karang Taruna RW.18 Harapan Jaya urban village can add and apply technology and information on the leadership of an organization or company to achieve the goals of the organization or company.   Keywords: Technology and Information, Leadership, Organization.   Abstrak   Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu kegiatan wajib yang harus dilaksanakan oleh seorang dosen sebagai bagian dari tri dharma perguruan tinggi yang bertujuan untuk menerapkan dan mengimplementasikan kompetensi keilmuan yang dimiliki guna memberikan kontribusi positif bagi kebutuhan masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Karang Taruna RW.18 Kelurahan Harapan Jaya Kecamatan Bekasi Utara Provinsi Jawa Barat merupakan perwujudan kreativitas dosen dan mahasiswa yang ingin memberikan pengetahuanya di bidang teknologi informasi dan kepemimpinan. Oleh karena banyak diantara masyarakat, khususnya para pemuda-pemudi yang kurang memiliki pengetahuan bahwa betapa pentingnya kebutuhan teknologi dan informasi dalam kepemimpinan suatu organisasi. Materi yang diberikan pada pelatihan peranan teknologi dan informasi dalam kepemimpinan di Karang Taruna RW.18 Kelurahan Harapan Jaya yaitu sosialisasi pemahaman kebutuhan teknologi dan informasi dalam kepemimpinan di suatu organisasi ataupun perusahaan. Tujuan yang diharapkan setelah pelatihan ini para generasi muda di Karang Taruna RW.18 Kelurahan Harapan Jaya dapat menambah dan mengaplikasikan teknologi dan informasi dalam kepemimpinan suatu organisasi atau perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi atau perusahaan tersebut.   Kata Kunci: Teknologi dan Informasi, Kepemimpinan, Organisasi.

Aim. A quantitative study on generational differences showed a decrease in optimism among the young generation (Karaivanova, 2016). The present work aims to study in detail the relationship between individualistic values, self-esteem, and optimism among the Millennial generation. Optimism is a general expectation for positive results and positive events in life (Radoslavova & Velichkov, 2005). Method. A sample of 204 respondents from 20 to 35 years old voluntarily filled in a survey containing scales measuring individualistic values, self-esteem, and optimism. The relationship between these variables was tested using regression and mediation analyses. The results were processed using the statistical software SPSS, version 22.0.0.0, and the lavaan application in R Studio. Results. The theoretical model created and tested in this study proved to have good explanatory power for the dependent variable optimism explaining one-third of its variance and gives significant clarity on the relationship between individualistic values, self-esteem, and optimism for the young generation in Bulgaria. Conclusion. Individualistic values turned out to predict self-esteem. The more individualistic a person is, the higher they perceive their competences and social image. At the same time, being individualistic, i.e. being open for change and following one’s own interests does not make young people look more optimistically towards the future and believe in the solution of every problem they encounter. Individualistic values have a positive mediated effect on optimism with self-esteem as a mediator. Having strong self-confidence makes young people have positive expectations for the future.

Debate is a competence that must be owned by students because in addition to including a prestigious event, debate as a place for students to think critically (critical thinking) and convey the thought well and systematically. The willingness and ability of good students in debating should be a good quality asset of the young generation. However, their great motivation is hampered if there is no container that they can make a place to develop the skills they already have. FriDatE's community service activities, "Friendly Debate Match and Seminars of Amongst All Varsity Debates of Madiun District" were conducted to introduce students to the debating community at Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo and the establishment of a university student debate community for the residency of Madiun. In addition, the program also brings in debates experts who can be used as a guide and guide in the debate. The existence of tutors is very helpful for students to evaluate and provide new knowledge about English debate in the next regular meetings.

Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat adalah melaksanakan salah satu Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Selain itu diharapkan dengan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat tersebut keberadaan Pergururan Tinggi dapat memberikan kontribusi besar kepada pengembangan dan penerapan keilmuan kepada masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam Pengabdian Masyarakat ini berupa ekspositori yaitu penyampaian materi secara verbal dan inquiry yaitu pembelajaran yang menekankan pada proses berfikir kritis dan analitis terkait motivasi belajar untuk siswa tentang “Motivasi belajar siswa : jaga sikapmu, semangatmu untuk meraih prestasi dimasa yang akan datang”.                                                  Hasil Pengabdian Masyarakat yang diperoleh adalah bertambhanya keilmuan bagi Siswa dan siswi SMKN 2 Tagerang Selatan, dan memotivasi untuk belajar. Ilmu yang diperoleh Pada Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini diharapkan mampu memberikan semangat baru bagi kita dalam menyampaikan materi dan motivasi serta berkontribusi bagi  siswa dan siswi  untuk memotivasi belajar yang positif, prilaku yang membangun Baik di lingkungan masyarakat dan keluarga.Kata Kunci: Motivasi Belajar ABSTRACT The aim of Community Service activities is to carry out one of the Higher Education Tri Dharma. In addition, it is expected that through the Community Service activities, the existence of Higher Education can contribute greatly to the development and application of knowledge to the community.The method used in this Community Service is expository namely the delivery of material verbally and inquiry that is learning that emphasizes the process of critical and analytical thinking related to learning motivation for students about "Student learning motivation: keep your attitude, your enthusiasm for achievement in the future".The results of community service are scientific advances for students of South Tagerang 2 vocational schools, and motivate them to study. The scope of exclusive breastfeeding has not met the set targets. One of the benefits of papaya leaves is ASI Booster (ASI booster), because it can increase milk production and protein levels. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve knowledge and skills about ASI and the technique of instant papaya leaves. The design is the pre test and post test level of knowledge and skills. The material is delivered by lecture and demonstration methods. The evaluation was carried out after the practice of instant making of papaya leaves by carrying out a post test and evaluating the establishment of a banner on the description of instant papaya leaf products and their benefits as ASI smoothers and meeting forums in the village to check information desemination. Community service activities were conducted in 3 meetings. The first meeting was the delivery of material about ASI, ASI smoothing, the benefits of papaya leaves, the technique of instant papaya leaves. The second meeting was the training of instant papaya leaves in the Semarang Department of Health's Health Polytechnic Department, which was attended by 3 cadres of Karangjati Village. The third meeting was carried out to socialize and practice the instant making of papaya leaves in Karangjati Village to the people of Karangjati village. The participants who participated in the community service activities were 30 residents of Karangjati Village, Blora Based on the paired t-test, the Sig. (2-tailed) knowledge of 0,000 (<0,05) and skills of 0,000 (<0,05), then there is the effect of training on instant making of papaya leaves as breast milk booster to the level of knowledge and skills.This community service provides many benefits for participants, namely for cadres and community members. The real form is the increasing knowledge of breast milk and ASI smoothers with the instant making of papaya leaves.

Village development is one of the national development interests in which universities contribute to the implementation of the Community Work Program (KUKERTA) in the form of Community Service in a designated area. Kampar is one of the areas that has the biggest honey sialang potential in Riau Province, one of which is Sungai Pagar sub-district, Kampar Kiri Hilir sub-district. Honey honeycomb processing that is not processed optimally can provide the latest innovation, namely the making of aromatherapy candles by using honeycomb and lemon extract. This dedication activity aims to provide new knowledge expertise to the community of Sungai Pagar sub-district as one form of efforts in increasing national development. A series of activities include counseling or outreach, training in aromatherapy candle making, packaging and marketing. This activity gave a positive response from the Sungai Pagar community by forming a collaboration between the KUKERTA Community Service Team and Imbo Kaluang UKM. The outputs generated from these community service activities are aromatherapy candle products, Appropriate Technology Book (TPG), mass media publications (print and online) and journal publications.

Community service activities are one of the activities that aim to assist the government in realizing a stable condition of peace and order in society that will encourage the creation of national stability which will ensure the smooth running of governance and the implementation of national development. The problems raised in this service are: (1) How is the existence of the Peace and Order Section in supporting local government programs in the Lubuk Pakam District, Deli Serdang Regency, (2) What efforts are made by the Peace and Order Section in carrying out their duties? the main tasks and functions, (3) What are the obstacles and obstacles faced by the Section for Peace and Order and how to overcome them. The results of this service show that the main tasks and functions of the Section for Peace and Order play an important role in assisting the main tasks of the Camat and Regional Heads ( Regent) in enforcing and implementing local government programs in the field of public peace and order at the sub-district level. One of them is to carry out routine patrol activities from morning, afternoon, to evening alternately. The efforts made and the obstacles faced and how to overcome them are divided into several fields, namely: the field of institutions, the field of networking, the field of counseling, the field of operations, the field of action, and ending with the field of routine anticipation.

The digital era made a new fraction of the da'wah strategy that made the perpetrators to change the direction of da'wah in accordance with the needs of the community, the santri was a very importantcadre of Islamic da'wah and had to play an active role in developing Islamic da'wah and innovative is expected to beable to keep abreast of the development of da'wah in the digital era. Alongwiththis, lecturers of Islamic religious education have a special duty to oversee the development of Islamic indictment through the tridharma of tertiary institutions to carryout community service activities in both Islamic boarding schools the result of this activity was the creation of an understanding of the model and strategy of da'wah for santri and the readiness of santri in facing the challenges of da'wah in the digital era after interactive discussions and collaboration in the for mof a MoU between theUniversity of Pamulang and Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubatdi`ienand Nurul Ummah Putri hoped that the MoU wouldestablish a stronger Islamic da'wah in the future.
