Brassica vegetables and their components, the glucosinolates, have been suggested as good candidates as dietary coadjutants to improve health in non-communicable diseases (NCDs). Different preclinical and clinical studies have been performed in the last decade; however, some concerns have been posed on the lack of established and standardized protocols. The different concentration of bioactive compounds used, time of intervention or sample size, and the lack of blinding are some factors that may influence the studies’ outcomes. This review aims to analyze the critical points of the studies performed with Brassica-related biomolecules and propose some bases for future trials in order to avoid biases.

The subject of the study is the penal legislation of the post-Soviet countries. The following research methods were used in this article: general scientific such as analysis and synthesis, systemic-structural, formal-logical and specific scientific - comparative-legal, linguistic, axiological. The study was conducted on several criteria (parameters), reflecting various aspects of the right of convicts to walk. Among these are: localization of the statutory recognition of this right, the relationship between walking and physical exercises in the open air, the duration of the walks, the time and place of their holding, the increase in the time of walking as an incentive, and the possibility of early termination of the walk in case of violation of the established rules by convicts. The following research results were obtained - principal points of the right of convicts to walk in penal institutions of the CIS are based on the provisions of the CIS Model Correctional Code, and, except for the Moldovan Executive Code, are virtually identical. On the contrary, the regulation of walks in the Codes (laws) of the other three countries of the post-Soviet territory (Georgia, Latvia, and Estonia) is very different from the CIS Codes and each other. Certain provisions of Correctional Codes of post-Soviet countries deserve attention and additional study as possible additions to the Correctional Code of the Russian Federation. Such aspects include the inclusion of the right to physical exercise as the basic right of convicts, as well as the possibility of physical exercises in the open air during walks; a guaranteed minimum duration of the walk for all categories of convicts, including violators, as a general rule.

The paper analyses the legislation of the Russian Federation and some foreign countries on the right of citizens to provide them with legal assistance in criminal cases, as well as the problems arising in its implementation. The paper also summarizes the experience of the studied countries in order to improve their legislation in this area of criminal justice. Methodologically, the work uses scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, as well as historical and comparative methods; all are given in an integrated approach. Among the conclusions, we underline the fact that some countries are introducing norms and tendencies from international law into their legal systems; the basic international principles of lawyer's activities, including principles for defenders, are fixed in the basic principles on the role of lawyers, which describe the right to receive free legal aid for those who are the poor; also that citizens have the right to choose a representative of their interests in the judiciary and have the opportunity to contact with their defenders at any time.

In today's reality, the issue of combating and preventing domestic violence is extremely important, as a large number of women and children are victims of such violence, although there are cases of domestic violence against men as well. In this paper, the issue of the role of the prosecutor's office in preventing and combating domestic violence was considered. The problems of legislative regulation of prosecutorial activity in the system of prevention and counteraction to domestic violence are also studied. In the process of writing the paper, the method of analysis and synthesis, empirical method and method of comparison were used. And, indeed, it is rightly noted in the topic of this article that this is still a problem. First of all, due to the fact that the current legislation does not clearly regulate what actions prosecutors can prevent or counteract domestic violence, as their powers include direct procedural support of such criminal cases, ie after such violence has already occurred. In our opinion, in order for the prosecutor's office to be able to effectively prevent and combat domestic violence, we propose to amend Article 131-1 of the Constitution of Ukraine, which defines the functions of the prosecutor's office in general and the prosecutor in particular. It is appropriate to supplement this article with a part that would give the prosecutor's office the right to take preventive measures to prevent and combat domestic violence. The research conducted in this paper can form the basis of legislative activity in the adoption of amendments to legislation governing the legal relationship in the field of preventing and combating domestic violence. Keywords: prosecutor's office, prosecutor, prosecutor's office, domestic violence, violence against women, violence against children, prevention of violence, counteraction to violence

Pedagogical skill is a component both of general professional training of a teacher of any profession and a high degree of his sectoral competence (pedagogical skills of a verbal teacher, a teacher of fine arts, a teacher of physical culture, etc.). Purpose of the article is to theoretical foundation of the dynamics of pedagogical skill development and interaction of factors of its formation. Methods of the research: theoretical - analysis and synthesis of literary sources, comparisons, systematization, generalization, abstraction, hypothetical-deductive, individualization, classification, analogy. A qualitative triad "activity - skill - art is in cultural studies, theory of creativity and including pedagogy". Extrapolating to the didactic plane of IHE, it is possible to formulate it in such way "ability - skills - study - the planned realization (activity) – plan-situational (improvisational-regulated) activity or skill". That is, the main difference between straight - a student and a student who owns pedagogical skills is that the first in his production practice approaches the solution of pedagogical situations more instructively, standardized, while the other - situational, intuitive and more creative. The general conclusion regarding the subsoil for the highest level of pedagogical skill is as follows: if a future teacher of physical culture perfectly assimilates, reproduces and uses in practice pedagogical, sports, achievements, but doesn’t include his personality in the cognitive and creative process, he discovers a high level of pedagogical activity, while the student, adding to the above his own view, experience, interpretation, creativity in solving pedagogical problems, which increases the efficiency of the pedagogical process, fully embodies pedagogical skill.
