Abstract Despite the immune reconstitution promoted by combined antiretroviral therapy (cART), lymphomas still represent the most common type of cancer in HIV-infected individuals. Cofactors related to immunodeficiency such as oncogenic viruses, chronic antigenic stimulation, and cytokine overproduction are thought to be the main drivers of HIV lymphomagenesis, although the current scenario does not convincingly explain the still-high incidence of lymphomas and the occurrence of peculiar lymphoma histotypes in HIV-infected patients under cART. Recent findings are challenging the current view of a mainly indirect role of HIV in lymphoma development and support the possibility that HIV may directly contribute to lymphomagenesis. In fact, mechanisms other than immune suppression involve biologic effects mediated by HIV products that are secreted and accumulate in lymphoid tissues, mainly within lymph node germinal centers. Notably, HIV-infected patients with lymphomas, but not those not affected by these tumors, were recently shown to carry HIV p17 protein variants with enhanced B-cell clonogenic activity. HIV p17 protein variants were characterized by the presence of distinct insertions at the C-terminal region of the protein responsible for a structural destabilization and the acquisition of novel biologic properties. These data are changing the current paradigm assuming that HIV is only indirectly related to lymphomagenesis. Furthermore, these recent findings are consistent with a role of HIV as a critical microenvironmental factor promoting lymphoma development and pave the way for further studies that may lead to the design of more effective strategies for an early identification and improved control of lymphomas in the HIV setting.

Suicide Ideation has been considered as an important antecedent of attempted suicide. It refers to the cognitive aspect of suicide, and may be considered an early detection of more serious suicidal behaviour. When people view their lives from negative perspective filled with emotional pain and distress, they inflate the consequences of their mistakes, start believing that they will continue to fail and should give up altogether. Police officers are almost under stress to meet the demands of the public and works under high stressful conditions as they have to keep the crime rate under control. They have no breaks, no vacations, no weekends and have to work in all weather conditions providing public with all comforts. Abstract Background Severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) corona virus mediated CoVid19 (corona virus disease 19) pandemic is a global concern. At the present, almost all countries of the world are home to the CoVid19 infection with varying rate.Methodology To understand the role of alcohol consumption and rate of CoVid19 infection, we conducted a comparative statistical analysis using the top CoVid19 infected countries of the world and compared them with per capita alcohol consumption per year. In addition, a Google trend analysis was conducted to understand the sentiments of the people towards the search of alcohol. Results We found that higher alcohol consumption is not proportional to the higher number of CoVid19 infection and deaths. Google trend analysis for search of alcohol for last 12 months was found highest for Australia followed by New Zealand, Ireland, United States, and South Africa, suggesting sentiment of higher alcohol search also not related to the SARS CoV-2 infection and deaths.

In a world increasingly urbanized, management of cities and spatial planning take an important place in political and technical concerns, and it is in this perspective that the Municipal Ecological Structure (MES) arises in Portugal’s urban planning system. However, this instrument still struggles with some delimitation, regulation and management issues, that challenge its implementation. In order to overcome these problems, this article wants to explore the designing hypothesis of a Management Plan for the Municipal Ecological Structure (MPMES). To support the plan, this study explores the role of ecosystem services and their potential to provide a vision of the value of Municipal Ecological Structure to the territories, to the people, and as an impulse for local sustainable economic growth. In order to gather insights on the contribution of the management plan for the Municipal Ecological Structure implementation, an approach was made, based on interviews, confronting visions and discourses, by planning experts’ contrasts with the stakeholders. Therefore, it was possible to identify, characterize and value the functions performed by the Municipal Ecological Structure of Sesimbra. Ultimately, the objectives, contents, development, approval and articulation with other territorial management instruments were identified as requirements for the Management Plan for the Municipal Ecological Structure development.

The impact of the global economic crisis due to the Corona Virus Pandemic or Covid-19 is felt by the entire world population, including the people of Indonesia. Many Bankrupt Industries have resulted in an increase in layoffs, especially for women, considering the very large role of women and being the supporter of the family economy; then the role of this woman needs to be strengthened again, so that the survival of their family will be guaranteed. In addition, the dynamics of the field require creative solutions to increase financial inclusion. One of them is through the use of the philanthropic service sector. In the difficult economic conditions during the corona virus (Covid-19) pandemic in Indonesia, this did not reduce public philanthropy, on the contrary, it tends to continue to increase. A philanthropic business model that will be built by bringing together donors and female workers affected by Covid-19. They can interact directly without the need for an intermediary. The research method used is the Waterfall method which includes the analysis phase, the design phase, the implementation phase, the testing phase, including blackbox, whitebox and usability testing with SUS (System Usability Scale). The results of the System Usability Scale (SUS) test have an average SUS score of 86.5, which means the system is feasible to use. It is hoped that with this e-sharing platform, it can facilitate people who have a fixed income or who do not have the risk of losing their jobs in the midst of this pandemic to distribute a small portion of their wealth in an egalitarian format to those who are disadvantaged by the Covid-19 restrictions. Keywords: Fintech; filantropi; platform; PHK AbstrakDampak krisis ekonomi global akibat Pandemik Virus Corona atau Covid-19 sangat dirasakan oleh seluruh penduduk dunia, termasuk masyarakat Indonesia. Background: It's surprising that all the developed countries across the world is reeling under death due to the Corona virus infection cases (COVID 19) but a developing country like India with second largest population still here the casualty is very less and recovery rate is very high most probably due to the strong immunity of the people, vaccination regime for other diseases and hot and humid condition of the country. Main Findings: However, the greatest number of cases are in State of Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Delhi, Karnataka, Gujrat, Uttar Pradesh and Telangana mainly the Western, Central and Southern part of the country surprisingly the Eastern part of the country have a less number of active cases and also the mortality except West Bengal. Conclusion: In State of Jharkhand very less number of active cases i.e., 513 and mortality is only 42, are there any role of geographical condition or there is some strong genetic form so that the inhabitants are having very strong immune resistance to develop the infection initiated by the virus. In this review, these questions are in focus and may be solved.
