The natural tourism sector which still exists today is the beach. Beach attractions have brought economic, social, and cultural activities in an attractive environment. This study discusses at factors such as: tourist revenue, cost of travel, cost of travel to other attractions, travel time, and facilities, which influence the number of tourist visits in the Muara Badak district, in Indonesia. The study approach was designed by a survey and we conducted interviews with 99 questionnaires (domestic and foreign tourists). The use of the OLS model is used to simplify data analysis techniques. Empirical findings presented that tourist income and facilities significantly influence the existence of tourist visits. This is evidenced by the significance of the two variables are 0.007 and 0.035 (p <0.05). The implications of this study provide evidence of the importance of supporting factors such as travel cost and travel time for tourists because it is inseparable.

The purpose of this article is to explore the opportunity and challenge of implementing community counseling from Indonesian and American perspective. This article used a literature study approach. The literature study was conducted by reviewing books, journals, and research results publications from 2000 to 2017 and previous publications related to community counseling. Data analysis techniques in this study are quantitative data analysis techniques and qualitative data analysis techniques. This article concluded that the possible opportunity that can be applied to meet the challenge faced in achieving the optimization of the implementation of community counseling in Indonesia and America. Community counseling in the Indonesian perspective has the opportunity to be applied in formal and non-formal setting, but the challenge needs to be the provision of professional human resource and system support. Community counseling in the American perspective has the opportunity for rapid development in non-formal setting, but the challenge lies in the complexity of cultural issue and group identity. Keywords: community counseling, opportunity, challenge

Bali is one of the tourist destinations that is favorite by domestic tourists for a vacation. In recent years, domestic tourist visits to Bali have been dominated by the millennial generation. To be able to visit Bali, tourists can pass through land and air routes. Apart from the presence of highways along the island of Java that facilitates access to Bali, the use of airways is still in demand by domestic tourists to date because it is more efficient in travel time. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the decision of airline selection by millennial domestic tourists to Bali. The sample of this research is millennial domestic tourists to Bali using the air route. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling on 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques were performed, namely: validity, reliability, and factor analysis. The results of this study are: 1) Six factors influence the decision to choose an airline to Bali. 2) The dominant factor in millennial domestic tourists choosing airlines to Bali is psychological factors. This factor consists of five forming indicators, namely: (1) Value, (2) Security, (3) Image of airline brand, (4) Perception, (5) Timeliness, (6) Family trust, (7) Family loyalty to airline brands, (8) Knowledge of airlines, (9) Experience with airlines.

Muslim Designer Community Chapter Jombang, a community that is active in social activities such as Islamic studies, training, talk shows, exhibitions of visual da'wah works, and so on. The phenomenon of preaching through visuals indicates that now graphic da'wah has received wide attention and is in demand by various circles of society. Then how is the behavior of the Muslim Designer Community Chapter Jombang preaching? What is the influence of preaching activities through graphics / visual communication? This study uses a qualitative research type with a case study approach with phenomenological data analysis techniques. The results showed that the preaching behavior of Muslim Designer Community Chapter Jombang in carrying out graphic da'wah can be seen in two phases, namely because-motive and motive-for (in-orderto-motive). The reasons that were found were: learning motive (learn). and the motive for sharing (share). Meanwhile, the influence of the delivery of da'wah through graphic media by the Muslim Designer Community Chapter Jombang covers three aspects, namely cognitive, affective and behavioral aspects.

Customary law is a rule of human behavior in everyday life, always respected and respected because it has legal consequences or sanctions for violations that have been committed. However, the facts in the field show that many customary violations occur every year. The most common violation is kawin lari. The purpose of this research is to find out why the kawin lari customary violation is increasing in Pinang Merah Village and to find out whether the implementation of customary sanctions for kawin lari is in accordance with the customary rules that apply in Pinang Merah Village and to find out how the community's perception of the traditional kawin lari sanction in Pinang Village. Red. This research uses a case study approach with descriptive qualitative research methods. The collection technique uses observation, interview and documentation. The informants in this study amounted to 5 (five) people with the informant selection technique using purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques in this study were data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Techniques for ensuring the validity of data Credibility, Transferability, Dependability and Comfirmability. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the increase in violations of the kawin lari custom was due to the lack of parental supervision and guidance towards children. Children are not well controlled, which results in children engaging in promiscuity. Elopement is one of the consequences of promiscuity. For the implementation of customary sanctions, it was found that the implementation of the traditional kawin lari sanction in Pinang Merah Village has not been implemented properly. Because there are still many violations of the kawin lari custom. Meanwhile, the community's perception of the kawin lari customary sanction is that it is a rule that must be obeyed by the community. sanctions are a hereditary inheritance from their ancient ancestors and are still used today. However, in reality, the customary sanction of kawin lari has not been implemented properly because there is still selective cutting or favoritism between the community. The suggestion in this research is that the community should obey the village customary rules that apply in Pinang Merah Village by paying customary sanctions given by the customary institution as a sign of having done something wrong. Customary institutions in order to provide understanding to the community to follow the customary rules of Pianang Merah Village, in order to reduce violations of customary sanctions.

Tourism is a very reliable sector in this globalization era. Indonesia is one country that relies heavily on the tourism sector. Bali is one of the provinces in Indonesia. Over time, Bali tourism continues to grow even better. This development can be seen from the development that has been carried out in Bali, such as infrastructure development. One of the infrastructures that has been created is Jalan Toi Bali Mandara I Gusti Ngurah Rai, located in Badung Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the construction of the Bali Mandara Toll Road on tourist activities in the Kampoeng Kepan Ecotourism attraction in Tuban Bali. The type of data in this study uses qualitative data. And data sources in this study are primary data sources and qualitative data sources. Data collection in this study uses observation techniques, interviews and documentation For the determination of informants through puposive sampling Data analysis techniques used are qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques The results in this study are the impacts caused in the construction of the Bali Mandara toll road on tourist activities that have an impact very good, a lot of new innovations that can be used as tourist activities, then after the construction is finished tourism activities can run well and normal, the construction of toll roads is very supportive to attract tourists in tourism activities The construction of the Bali Mandara Toll Road has a good impact on tourism activities in Kampoeng Crab Ecotouris. His study aims to describe the implementation of the decorative reliefs of the Borobudur temple flora on the batik motifs of PGSD FKIP UAD students. The research method that will be used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, and document review. Data analysis techniques that will be used in the form of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study were the implementation of various relief batik motifs through the reliefs of the flora of the Borobudur temple on the work of PGSD UAD students. The motifs that appear in the decorative motifs made by students are geometric and non-gemetric batik motifs combined with flora reliefs in the form of frangipani trees, lotus trees, banana trees and lotus trees. Student works are in the form of 2-dimensional works with the identification of elements of straight, curved, zigzag and irregular lines, geometric expressions, organic expressions, multi-angled faces, and irregular shapes. and tertiary, playing dark and light, applying the principles of composition work. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of the development of lecturer resources in the tri dharma of higher education in STKIP Bina Bangsa Getsempena (STKIP BBG) Banda Aceh. This research is focused on the implementation of the tri dharma of higher education. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected by interview, observation and documentation study, then analyzed qualitatively. As for data analysis techniques, descriptive-inductive and reflective models are specifically used in this study. The results of these research programs in the implementation of the tri dharma of higher education are carried out on an ongoing basis so that lecturer resources are maintained. All of them in the management of lecturer resource development rests on the vision of the institution to make universities superior.

This study aims to determine the condition of interest in reading books in PGSD UWGM final semester students who are in the process of writing a thesis. This type of research is a qualitative study using a case study approach. The research site is in UWGM Samarinda Campus located at KH. Wahid Hasyim No. 28, Samarinda Utara District,Kaltim Province. Data sources were obtained from students and data from the library and UWGM environment. Data collection techniques consist of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are done through data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. Data validity was also tested using triangulation techniques, namely triangulation techniques. From the results of interviews, observations and documentation obtained a description that by writing a thesis can generate interest in reading students because by reading, students can obtain references and information needed in writing a thesis.Keywords : Interest; Reading; Books; Students

Az-Zarnuji's educational concept in the book Ta'limul Muta'allim uses an Islamic education curriculum, Az-Zarnuji provides a simple but meaningful concept, that one must first achieve intellectual intelligence. The results of the study found that Az-Zarnuji's thoughts in the book Ta'limul muta'allim emphasized that in studying, he prioritized morals in learning and respected science, teachers, books, and society. Az-Zarnuji prioritizes morals in education to achieve goals, so as to achieve that goal, namely the success of the world and the hereafter. The type of research used is a qualitative research with a character study approach. The method of data collection is through literature study. Data analysis techniques by means of Descriptive Analysis and Content Analysis. Data analysis seeks to try to provide meaning that explains the form of explanation in the conclusion.

ABSTRAKKemajuan sektor pariwisata tidak terlepas dari adanya kerjasama antara masyarakat dan pemerintah. Jalan terbaik yang dilakukan akan memberikan hasil yang baik jika masyarakat mencari strategi dan memanajemen daripada kolaborasi antara pemerintah. Maka dari itu akan terlihat pengaruh yang besar dari proses pengembangan Goa Kiskendo di Desa Jatimulyo, Kabupaten Kulonprogo. Paper ini membahas tentang Pengaruh dan strategi manajemen kolaborasi masyarakat dan pemerintah pada tahun 2019 pada pengembangan Goa Kiskendo. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data secara mendalam melalui pendekatan kualitatif secara deskriptif. Hasil yang didapat yaitu akan merujuk pada struktur jaringan dan komitmen terhadap tujuan didorong kepercayaan antar pelaku. Akan terlihat dalam tata kelola, sehingga dapat memiliki akses terhadap otoritas. Maka dari itu diperlukan sharing informasi dan pembagian tanggungjawab. Tidak lupa dengan pembagian tanggungjawab dan akses sumber daya yang ada. Sehingga akan terlihat pengaruh besar yang mendorong kolaborasi masyarakat dan pemerintah untuk mengembangkan Wisata Goa Kiskendo, Jatimulyo, Kulonprogo. Kata kunci: Pengaruh, Strategi, Kolaborasi. ABSTRACTThe progress of the tourism sector is inseparable from the collaboration between the community and the government. The best way to do this will give good results if the community seeks strategy and management rather than cooperation between governments. Therefore, there will be a significant influence on the process of developing Goa Kiskendo in Jatimulyo, Kulonprogo. This paper aims the importance and management strategy of community and government collaboration in 2019 on the development of Kiskendo Cave. The method used is to use in-depth data analysis techniques through a descriptive qualitative approach. The results obtained will refer to the network structure and commitment to the goal-driven by trust between actors. Will be seen in governance so that they can have access to authority. Therefore it is necessary to share information and share responsibility. Do not forget the division of duties and access to existing resources. So that it will look a significant influence that encourages community and government collaboration to develop Tourism in Goa Kiskendo, Jatimulyo, Kulonprogo. Keywords: Influence, Strategy, Collaboration
