Bali is one of the tourist destinations that is favorite by domestic tourists for a vacation. In recent years, domestic tourist visits to Bali have been dominated by the millennial generation. To be able to visit Bali, tourists can pass through land and air routes. Apart from the presence of highways along the island of Java that facilitates access to Bali, the use of airways is still in demand by domestic tourists to date because it is more efficient in travel time. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the decision of airline selection by millennial domestic tourists to Bali. The sample of this research is millennial domestic tourists to Bali using the air route. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling on 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques were performed, namely: validity, reliability, and factor analysis. The results of this study are: 1) Six factors influence the decision to choose an airline to Bali. 2) The dominant factor in millennial domestic tourists choosing airlines to Bali is psychological factors. This factor consists of five forming indicators, namely: (1) Value, (2) Security, (3) Image of airline brand, (4) Perception, (5) Timeliness, (6) Family trust, (7) Family loyalty to airline brands, (8) Knowledge of airlines, (9) Experience with airlines.

Millennial tourists have very promising potential for Bali tourism. This study was conducted to help Bali tourism stake holders in providing tourist attractions that suit their tastes with the millennial to be able to seize the millennial tourist market. This study uses descriptive quantitative data analysis which is processed using the SPSS 17.0 for windows. The sample was determined purposively amounting to 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques are the validity test, reliability test, and factor analysis. The factors that influence the decision to purchase tourist attractions by millennial tourists during a tour in Bali, there are six factors formed with 22 variables. The first factor is a psychological factor consisting of 4 factors. The second factor is the price factor which consists of 5 factors. The third factor is the recommendation factor consisting of 6 factors. The fourth factor is a personal factor consisting of 4 factors. The fifth factor is the social factor which consists of 2 factors. The sixth factor is the external factor consists of 1 factor, namely the discussion of attractions interest. The dominant factor influencing the decision to purchase tourist attractions by millennial tourists during a tour in Bali is the first factor named psychological factor. Psychological factors, outperform other factors with a percentage of variance of 32,329% and an eigenvalue of 7,112. Therefore, psychological factors are the main factors that influence the decision to purchase tourist attractions by millennial tourists during a tour in Bali.

The purpose of this study is to create a new tool capable of diagnosing the severity of internet addiction (IA) and is based on the nine IGD criteria. These same criteria were suggested by the APA in the last edition of the DSM-51. A sample was recruited with a method of convenience and 300+ participants were recruited through different forums and social networks. The construct validity of the IDS9SF test was achieved through factor analysis and nomological validity. The concurrent validity, criterion and reliability of the test itself have been thoroughly investigated through the most common and consolidated data analysis techniques, confirming that the same test has sufficient psychometric properties to be used also in the Italian territory. Furthermore it is necessary to remember that this preliminary research is only valid in the field of data and statistics with all the limitations of the case and cannot be used for a real clinical evaluation.

The natural tourism sector which still exists today is the beach. Beach attractions have brought economic, social, and cultural activities in an attractive environment. This study discusses at factors such as: tourist revenue, cost of travel, cost of travel to other attractions, travel time, and facilities, which influence the number of tourist visits in the Muara Badak district, in Indonesia. The study approach was designed by a survey and we conducted interviews with 99 questionnaires (domestic and foreign tourists). The use of the OLS model is used to simplify data analysis techniques. Empirical findings presented that tourist income and facilities significantly influence the existence of tourist visits. This is evidenced by the significance of the two variables are 0.007 and 0.035 (p <0.05). The implications of this study provide evidence of the importance of supporting factors such as travel cost and travel time for tourists because it is inseparable.

Serang beach is one of the beaches in Blitar Regency. Visits to Serang Beach attractions are influenced by various factors. In this study the factors studied to determine the influence of visiting interest to Serang Beach is promotional factors, economic factors, factors of infrastructure and psychological factors. Sampling in this research is by accidental sampling method, in which the researcher has the freedom to choose who the consumer is met to be sampled, with the number of respondents as many as 100 people. Data analysis was done by using multiple linier regression analysis method, data processing was done by SPSS Statistics 16 for Windows program. The result of the research shows that promotion factor, economic factor, facility factor and psychological factors significantly (together) have an influence on the interest of visiting Serang Beach, and psychological factor is the most dominant factor influencing the interest to visit Serang Beach tourism object.

ABSTRACT The purpose of the study to see how to the measure quality of life.  This analysis quality of life of fisherman at Karawang, because fishermen’s at the Karawang need attention. The objective of this research is the development of instruments in measuring fishermen’s quality of life: An approach study factor analysis in construct validity testing.This research was conducted in Desa Cilamaya Kabupaten Karawang. The methodology the writer uses quantitative. The sample sizes of this research are 40 fishermen. The data was compiled from questionnaire list and was analyzed using descriptive data and factor analysis techniques. The data analysis and interpretation two dimension objective and existential of quality of life.  The result of the research shows to measurement Fishermen’s quality of life that have two dimensioned objective and existential. So this here quality of life can be measure and then harmony and ability that is the integrated of quality of life.

Halal tourism is a new phenomena of the growth of the halal industry. The demand for halal products and services has also increased, both in tourist destinations obtained by having Muslim and non-Muslim populations. Muslim tourists have unique needs when traveling, especially if there is a tourist destination with a large population of non-Muslims. This study aims to determine the preferences of Muslim travelers through the analysis of halal friendly attributes on non-Muslim travel destinations. The sampling technique uses unknown population with a total sample of 100 respondents and the sampling technique uses purposive sampling (domestic travelers and a Muslim who have visited Bali tourism destination at least one time) Data analysis techniques in this study used qualitative, analysis techniques with factor analysis. Factor analysis is used to identify an important set of variables from a set of variables that are more numerous to be used in subsequent multivariate analysis. The results of this study indicate that Muslim travelers preferences based on halal friendly attributes in non-Muslim travel destinations of the most dominant attributes considered important are good of quality halal food and drinks as well as the availability of information about halal in the travel area. These attributes can be the main focus of attention for tourism service providers in order to improve the quality of Muslim-friendly tourism in Bali.Keywords: preferences, halal tourism, muslim travelers, non-muslim travel destinations

Traditional food is food that is formed by a process of development that lasts for years, because of the fear of being abandoned by the younger generation, forgetting and refusing to consume traditional food which has existed before. So the purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the motivation of traditional food culinary lovers in Semarang City. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and factor analysis using the SPSS 25 program. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the following conclusions can be drawn. The motivational factors for choosing food for traditional food culinary lovers in the city of Semarang by using 400 respondents can be drawn the following conclusions, namely, there are six determining factors that can be seen from the highest loading factor of each formed factor. These factors are natural ingredients factors, sensory attractiveness factors, price, mood factors, healthy food factors, and familiarity factors. The dominant factor of motivation for choosing food for traditional food culinary lovers is the natural content factor.

Bali has a variety of tourist products and attractions that are very interesting. One of the tourism products offered by tour operators in Bali is bicycle tours in Sanur Beach Area. Consumer behavior is a process that is closely related to the buying process. This study aims to analyze the psychological factors of foreign tourists on bicycle tours in the Sanur Beach area of ??Bali. These psychological factors are divided into three factors, namely motivation factors, perception factors and attitude factors. Respondents used were foreign tourists who were on a bicycle trip on Sanur Beach. Total respondents were 120 people determined by non purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis techniques with Likert scale and data processing through validity, reliability and factor analysis tests supported by SPSS version 17.0 for Windows. The results show that the psychological factors of tourists in bicycle tours consist of three factors, namely motivation factors, perception factors and attitude factors. And each factor has an indicator. Based on factor analysis, it was found that there were two psychological factors that influenced the decision of foreign tourists on bicycle tours in Sanur Beach with a loading factor of 60,127%. The first factor was named the previous experience factor with a value of 7.215 and the second factor was named the family encouragement factor with a value of 1,063 based on these two factors, the dominant factor is the previous experience factor with an eigenvalue of 7,215 and has a variance percentage value of 60,127% with these results it is advisable for bike rental parties in Sanur Beach to pay more attention to bicycle rental prices to foreign tourists.

The research aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership style on intention to quit mediated by job satisfaction. This research was conducted on employees at PT. Visionet Data Internasional Service Point Denpasar, Bali. The population contained in this study were 48 and by using saturated samples there were 48 respondents. The method of data collection is done by questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used are Factor Analysis, Classical Assumption Test and Path Analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership style variables had no negative and significant effect on intention to quit, transformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on intention to quit, job satisfaction had a mediating role in a negative and significant influence transformational leadership style towards intention to quit So the higher the transformational leadership style and job satisfaction in the company will be able to reduce the level of intention to quit employees. This study aims to determine the obstacles in developing Subak Anggabaya as Agro tourism in Denpasar City. Data collection techniques used in this study are observations, interviews, and documentation studies, with data analysis techniques using Internal Factor Analysis (IFAS) and External Factor Analysis (EFAS) analysis techniques to identify obstacles in developing of Subak Anggabaya as Agro Tourism in the City Denpasar.   The result of this research stated that the barriers in the development of Subak Anggabaya as agro tourism are the absence of formal management from institutions such as POKDARWIS (tourism related group in village community); the lack of awareness from the community about tourism potentialities in their area; the community has not been able to take significant steps/approaches in developing the tourism potentialities in their place; the absence of local tour guides; the similarity in developing new tourist attractions and the issues of land alteration that may threaten the existence of Subak Anggabaya.   Keywords: obstacles, Internal Factor, External Factor of Agro Tourism, Subak Anggabaya
