In this article, the problems of the teacher's professional development, as well as the pedagogical conditions of the acmeoriented mentoring within educational institutions are being examined. The characteristics of mentoring, the features of the integrated educational space of pedagogical education in the training of teachers also had been presented here. Nowadays, the need for mentoring is quite urgent to an extent that a modern teacher must be able to instantly 'react' to the ongoing changes within the educational system. A proper 'response' to such metamorphoses in the institutional environment is required such that it's encompassing alterations of the educational program's content, the introduction of brand-new teaching methods and technologies. Mentoring is organically combining acmeorinted professional development, its personalization, and guarantees a holistic approach to each teacher. It's believed by us that mentoring allows us to expand applied professional skills and competencies. The following paper represents a general experience of the educational mentoring process, in particular, considering the use of mentoring in the advancement of acting teachers' qualifications. An important role plays an innovative project of advanced training courses, "Pro-teaching", established collectively with Karaganda Buketov University and aimed at developing new training programs.

In this regard, the leading educational institutions of the world develop and implement various training programs aimed at improving the skills of students in the field of marketing, management, the world economy, as well as international economic relations. International business education should be studied from the perspective of measuring the effect of internationalization of business schools and training programs by offering international training courses, foreign exchanges, subsidiaries, knowledge exports, various types of cooperation.

The paper deals with the problem of vocational education teachers' readiness for training pre-retirement age citizens. With the introduction of the state program "Older Generation", aimed to improve the skills or mastering the new competence of pre-retirement age citizens, training centers for this contingent are actively opening up. The training is conducted by teachers of educational institutions of the secondary vocational education system. Training programs according to Worldskills standards within the framework of the championship movement "Skills of the Wise" provide an opportunity for people aged 50+ to upgrade their skills or to master a new competency on the basis of the existing one. The authors aim to identify the level of andragogical competence of a teacher of vocational education. The research is based on empirical methods such as comparative analysis, generalizations, observation, questionnaires, and experiment. The research results show that the education of older people cannot be based on general recommendations, and requires the use of certain methodological approaches in teaching methods.


The article highlights the results of theoretical analysis of scientific literature and the study of peculiarities of nurses’ professional development in the course of their professional training. A number of problems have been outlined, which indicate the need to develop resilience of this category of specialists dealing with severe somatic patients and providing appropriate socio-psychological conditions in the process of their professional training. The aim of the article is to substantiate the overall strategy of the content and objectives of the program for the development of resilience of future nurses dealing with severe somatic patients. In the context of our study, a diagnostic set of methods is defined, which is based on the need to comply with the basic psychometric requirements for psychodiagnostic tools, as well as the possibility of applying methods for the group form of conducting. An alternative program for the development of resilience of future specialists in “Nursing” deals with severe somatic patients, in which the psychological component is substantiated, as such, which will promote the development of stability and stress resistance of nurses in situations of different production complexity. Experimental data are presented, which confirm the need to develop this ability in nurses throughout professional training. The practical significance of the study is to develop and test a comprehensive psychological program for the development of resilience of future nurses in working with severe somatic patients. The obtained results, developed psychodiagnostic and corrective techniques, as well as training sessions can be implemented in practical classes on the basics of nursing, basics of psychology and interpersonal communication, nursing in palliative and hospice care, nursing ethics and deontology, occupational psychology, psychology educational institutions that provide professional training for future nurses. The resilience development training program can be used in the educational process aimed at training nurses, as well as in advanced training courses during direct practical activities for continuous professional development.

In development of an education system at the modern level an important role is played by the system of professional development of pedagogical shots. At the same time in turn, the system of professional development has to conform to modern requirements, that is tend to develop, be improved and self-improve continuously. The article reveals a holistic approach to teaching methods, the correct selection of them in accordance with the features of the objectives and content of classes and the effective application in training courses in refresher courses.

The word administration can be interpreted as any joint effort to assist, serve and direct all activities, in achieving a goal. The curriculum is a set of plans and arrangements regarding the content and learning materials as well as the methods used to guide the implementation of learning activities to achieve certain educational goals (Law No.20 th 2003 on the National Education System). Methods of training in advanced training groups formed from the staff of personnel divisions of the MIA of Russia, which involve the use of anti-corruption education at different stages of professional activity are discussed in the article. A comprehensive approach to the formation of anti-corruption behavior, which allows using various forms of training of police officers in their relation is described. The effectiveness of this approach in the system of professional development was shown. A comprehensive approach allows the training process to pay attention to the needs and difficulties in the field of corruption prevention without spending time on basic training information. Several stages in the organization and content of training are considered. Each of them corresponds to different stages of professional development of specialists of personnel divisions of internal affairs bodies. Described in detail every stage is aimed at a separate audience and has its own value. The possibilities of anti-corruption education are presented, starting with the selection of personnel for service in the internal affairs bodies and ending with the preparation for dismissal. The anti-corruption educational activities carried out at the present time are analyzed. Methods of intensifying each of them and the possibilities of optimal inclusion in the developed complex of content and forms are determined. The proposed approach can be used for majority posts. It is not limited to human resources units. In addition, the developed methodological material can be used by students in the course of their professional activities in the field after studying at advanced training courses.

Currently, in Colombia, different problems in education exist; one of them is the inconvenience in tracing and controlling the learning trajectories that decide the topics taught in the country’s educational institutions. This work aims to implement a logic-based system that allows teachers and educational institutions to carry out a continuous monitoring process of students’ academic performance, facilitating early corrections of errors or failures in teaching methods, to promote educational support spaces within the educational institution.
