Along with the times, people's lifestyles are increasingly instantaneous because the majority of people have high mobility in their daily activities. So that people are often looking for something practical and instantaneous in meeting their daily needs. Customer loyalty to voluntarily and continuously subscribe to certain companies for a long period of time. This study analyzes brand image , promotion, and price because these three factors play an important role in Shopee customer loyalty. The analytical tools used in this research are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, T test (partial), F test (simultaneous) and determination coefficient test using SPSS version 2.0 for windows. . The data used are primary data, the respondents in this study were 100 respondents, the sampling technique used was accidental sampling technique .The results showed that partially brand image, promotion, and price have a significant effect on customer loyalty. And simultaneously brand image, promotion, and price have a significant effect on Shopee customer loyalty.

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image and product quality on customer loyalty in Petik Madu Lawang Agrotourism. This study uses primary data with sampling techniques using non-systematic sampling techniques, namely accidental sampling technique. The study was conducted for 2 months, and it was determined that there were 119 samples. The sample was analyzed using path analysis. The results of the analysis show that the variables of brand image and product quality have a significant effect on customer loyalty positively in Petik Madu Lawang Agrotourism

Technological developments and a lot of competitors in the smartphone industry make the competition tighter so that it triggers consumers to be more picky before deciding to make a purchase. Xiaomi is one of the manufacturers engaged in the production of smartphones which is well known in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine whether product quality, price, brand image, and promotion can partially and simultaneously influence purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Depok. This study uses quantitative primary data in the form of a questionnaire with a research sample of 100 respondents. The analytical tools used are validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, normality test, coefficient of determination, t test and f test assisted by SPSS version 25 software. The results of this study are product quality, price , brand image, and promotion have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Depok city, either partially or simultaneously.

Gojek is an Indonesian technology company engaged in services through motorcycle taxi services. Gojek itself has more than 20 services offered and is a solution to everyday challenges, ranging from transportation, food delivery, shopping, delivery of goods, payments, massages, to cleaning houses and vehicles. Researchers conducted research on Gojek application users in Surabaya. This research is a research with quantitative method. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and uses questions on a questionnaire distributed to 75 respondents who are Gojek application users who are at least 17 years old and have used the Gojek application in Surabaya at least 2 times. Thisresearch was conducted using validity test, reliability test, descriptive test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression test, determinant coefficient, F test, and t test. The t-test in this study states that the brand image variable (X1) on purchasing decisions (Y) has a t-count value of 1.624 < t-table 1.993 with a significant level of 0.109 > 0.050 which means that brand image has no effect on purchasing decisions of Gojek application users, the trust variable brand (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) has a t value of 3.209 > t table 1.993 with a significant level of 0.002 < 0.050 which means that brand trust affects the purchasing decisions of Gojek application users, and the privacy security variable (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y) has a t value of 4.018 > t table of 1.993 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.050 which means that privacy security affects the purchasing decisions of Gojek application users. The results of this study conclude that brand trust and privacy security have a significant effect on the decisions of Gojek users in Surabaya, while brand image does not affect the decisions of Gojek users in Surabaya.

This research was conducted to determine the extent of the analysis of custumer expectations and trus in custumer expectations and trus in customer buying interest online at time of covid-19. This type of research is associative research. The population is all people who use online purchasing facilities. The sampling technique was convenience sampling. In this study, the number of sampling used was 50 respondents. The type of data. The data source used is primary data. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study related to this research variable. Data analysis techniques are using the validity test, reliability rest, classical assumptions (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, outocorrelation rest), multiple linier regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination test, t tes, f test, expectation does not have a significant effech on purchase intention, while trust has a positive and significant effech on purchase intention.

Abstract Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the effect of service quality, brand image and word of mouth on service purchase decisions. Research methodology: This type of research was descriptive. The population used in this study were all customers at Lion Parcel Kreo Branch, totaling 2,089 customers from July 2019 to September 2019. The sample used was 100 respondents, with the sampling method using probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and then the data were further analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 20. Data analysis was performed on the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test), Correlation, Test Hypothesis (t test and F test), Coefficient of Determination and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Results: The results showed that, the quality of service, brand image and impact on the purchase decision of services.

This study aims to examine the effect of customer intimacy, promotion, and Islamic brand image on customer loyalty at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Godean 3 with satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research method is quantitative in the form of primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Godean 3. The samples taken are 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Then the results obtained are processed with SPSS version 22. The results show that customer intimacy has a significant positive effect on loyalty with a coefficient of 23.8% and a significance of <5%. Promotion has a positive and insignificant effect on loyalty with a coefficient of 1.9% and a significance >5%. Islamic brand image has a positive and significant effect on loyalty with a coefficient of 35.3% and a significance of <5%. Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on loyalty with a coefficient of 47.7% and a significance <5%. Customer intimacy has a significant positive effect on satisfaction with a coefficient of 64.0% and a significance of <5%. %. Promotion has a positive and insignificant effect on satisfaction with a coefficient of 1.4% and a significance >5%. Islamic brand image has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction with a coefficient of 91.0% and a significance of <5%. Satisfaction is not able to mediate customer intimacy on loyalty with a t count of 39.495% < t table 1.661 with a significance level of 5%. Satisfaction is not able to mediate promotion of loyalty with a t count of 39.103% < t table 1.661 with a significance level of 5%. Satisfaction is able to mediate Islamic brand image on loyalty with t count of 419.041% > t table 1.661 with a significance level of 5%.

The purpose of this study is to analyze of the Influence of reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness on Customer Loyalty at E-commerce Shopee in the COVID-19 Pandemic. The research methodology is a quantitative method with cross-section data and primary data obtained from questionnaire distribution. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method with data in 2020. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression by conducting validity test, reliability test, model stability test, linearity test, normality test, classical assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) and test of t-statistic hypothesis and f-statistic on test significance of impact together with 5% significance level The results of this study indicate in partial variables of reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness have a positive impact and significant on Customer Loyalty at E-Commerce Shopee. Meanwhile, the independent variables of reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness collectively have a significant relationship with the dependent variable of Costumer Loyalty at E-Commerce Shopee. The Coefficient of determination of this research equally to 84,42%, it means variation of the independent variables of reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness can explain the variations of the rise and fall of the dependent variable of Customer Loyalty on E-Commerce Shopee by 84,42%, while the rest of 15,58%, is influenced by other independent variables.

One alternative to reduce the unemployment rate in Indonesia is to foster entrepreneurship in college students because this is expected to be an educated young entrepreneur who is able to start his own business, and be able to open up jobs for others. The formulation of the problem include: what are internal factors (income, self-esteem, motivation) and whether external factors (family environment, surrounding environment, education, and opportunities) influence the interest in entrepreneurship of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students ?. This study aims to determine internal factors (income, self-esteem, motivation) and external factors (family environment, surrounding environment, education, and opportunities) affect the entrepreneurial interest of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students. The approach used is a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. The population and sample in this study were students of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung which consisted of 50 students who had taken Entrepreneurship courses and students who had been entrepreneurs. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. The data source is primary data. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The measurement uses a Likert scale. The next stage, the results of the questionnaire were analyzed with multiple linear regression which serves to prove the research hypothesis. The data that has met the validity test, reliability test, and the classic assumption test are processed to produce a regression equation. Based on the results of the study showed that internal and external factors partially had a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung students. With an adjusted R2 value of 0.407 so the magnitude of the influence of internal and external factors on entrepreneurial interest is 40.7% while the remaining 59.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.Keywords: Factors, Interests, Entrepreneurship, STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung

The topic of the research is Customer Satisfaction (CS) and Customer Loyalty (CL); special reference to the leading supermarkets in Jaffna. The objective of the research is to identify the impact of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty of leading Supermarkets in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. The research is simply deductive approach to find out the impact between Customer satisfaction and Customer loyalty. Quantitative method is available based on primary data. At present there are 08 numbers of supermarkets functioning in Jaffna district and popular three were selected. Random sampling technique is used to collect the data from customers of supermarkets in selected area. The analysis is carried out using a sample of 240 customers in Jaffna and only 218 were taken to analyze. ‘Statistical Package for Social Sciences’ (SPSS) 22.0 version was used in order to analyze the data. Correlation was used to find the connection between Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. Also Regression analysis is used to predict the value of a variable based on the value of two or more other variables. Also found that about 40 percent connection between Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty and also found around 16% affect by Customer satisfaction to Customer loyalty.

This study aims to examine the effect of Brand Image, Advertising Media, and Brand Trust on repurchase decisions. The population in this study is an infinite number of consumers in Surakarta. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling which resulted in a sample of 100 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data collected by filling out questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions, Advertising Media has a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions, and Brand Trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions.
