The Impact

This study aims to see the implementation of interpersonal dialogue in learning English to enhance students' ability in using the English language. This study used a qualitative method. The data collection technique uses observation techniques to see the process of the implementation of learning to use interpersonal dialogue, and interview techniques to determine the impact of implementing interpersonal dialogue. Respondents in this study were lecturer and students. The results showed that during the learning process, the interpersonal dialogue was created between students and students and lecturer. Then, there is an increase in learning activities, student participation, students get additional knowledge in the form of vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and self-confidence. In conclusion, the implementation of interpersonal dialogue can build communicative learning, because of the interactive communication between students and lecturers, as well as students and students during the learning process. As well as increasing student ability and student confidence in using English.

This study aims to describe the information literacy of Buddhist Education teachers in Pati Regency covering aspects of information needs, access to information, and utilization of information in teaching. This study uses a qualitative method. The data collection technique of this study uses interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using the Milles Hubberman model includes the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study include: (1)The information needs of Buddhist Education teachers can be classified into information needs to improve teacher competence and information needs for career advancement; (2) access to information sourced from various locations, the teachers have also been able to analyze, organize, and save information well; (3) the teacher utilizes the information literacy results in teaching and learning activities in the school despite experiencing obstacles such as the lack of infrastructure to support learning.

AbstractComputer literacy has become an interesting issue in the field of education as the integration of technology in education develops rapidly and continues to increase in the future. One aspect of computer literacy teacher’s and student’s perceptions and attitudes to use computers for classroom instruction. Unfortunately, this has been a challenge for incorporating technology during the teaching and learning process. The current study aims to analyze the implementation of the use of a mobile laptop in the class and unfold the student’s attitudes toward using laptops during their learning activities. This research was a survey study that includes interviews, observation and documentation as a data collection technique. The subject of the study is 312 students from seventh to ninth grade. Data analysis was done by the following steps: data collection, data reductions, data analysis, and conclusion making. The study finds that 1) course content and learning activities have been predetermined/ predesigned and stored in the laptops, 2) every student have access to the device with the help of group work. The study also reveals that the attitude of students toward the use of laptops in the classroom process is positive in the sense that they show satisfaction on the use of laptops. They also acknowledge the advantages of the computer for their learning and show high awareness of the importance of keeping the devices maintained and secured.AbstrakSalah satu bidang Tehnologi pembelajara adalah pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sebagai media pembelajaran. Hal tersebut selaras dengan perkembangan abad 4,0.  Kemampuan siswa dalam menggunakan dan memanfaatkan computer (Komputer Literasi) menjadi isu yang menarik saat ini. Komputer literasi menjadi bagian dari teknologi pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis implementasi penggunaan laptop Mobile dalam aktivitas belajar di kelas dan bagaimana respon siswa dalam penggunaan laptop Mobile di kelas.  Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan survey. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII, VIII, dan VIII sejumlah 312 anak. Analisis penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data, mereduksi, menganalisis, dan membuat kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi penggunaan laptop mobile dilakukan saat proses belajar mengajar dilakukan dengan cara 1) semua materi dimasukkan dalam laptop mobile, 2) semua siswa mendapatkan hak akses untuk menggunakannya, dan 3) aktivitas belajar sudah didesain dalam laptop mobile. Sedangkan respon siswa dalam menggunakan mobile laptop menunjukkan 1) tingkat kepuasaan dalam menggunakan laptop mobile, 2) tingkat kemanfaatan dalam menggunakan laptop mobile, dan 3) tingkat tanggungjawab dalam merawat laptop mobile pada angka rerata yang paling tinggi pada lilihan stuju dan sangat setuju. Research that had done in SMA Ibrahimy Wongsorejo has the aim to describe comprehensively pre-learning activities in creating a religious scene. This research using qualitative research methodology and data collection technique by observation, interview, documentation. The data was analyzed by data reduction, display, as well as taking the result and verification technique. This research on pre-learning activities in creating a religious scene produced several findings are get used to reading Alquran, pray Dhuha, read the surah Yaasin and sholawat Nariyah. Besides that, the impact of pre-learning activities in creating a religious scene in SMA Ibrahimy Wongsorejo has made a calm and conducive learning environment, polite and courteous character of the student and academic community, increasing confidence and trust in the power of prayers and holy Quran, as triggers for student achievement.

Abstract. Student learning participation is a response shown by students during learning through various forms that are implemented in oral and written activities. Students generally assume that history lessons are memorization lessons, because there are some facts or events that are considered important. However, in reality, there are still many students who do not make history subjects (including Islamic Cultural History) optimally studied. For this reason, the teacher becomes the spearhead that can make the learning process in the classroom enjoyable and comprehensively followed by students. This study aims to: identify and analyze student learning participation in raising opinions, giving responses, doing assignments, making conclusions, and making presentations on SKI subjects. This type of research is a descriptive-analytic study. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis was performed through chi-square. The results showed that overall student learning participation in MTsN 2 Garut in expressing opinions, giving responses, doing assignments, making conclusions, as well as presentations, were per under the specified indicators. Student participation is more likely to make conclusions. That is because students are often included in learning activities especially in concluding, besides concluding is one of the objectives of SKI learning. Abstrak. Partisipasi belajar siswa merupakan sebuah respon yang ditunjukan siswa pada saat pembelajaran melalui berbagai bentuk yang diimplementasikan dalam kegiatan lisan dan tulisan. Siswa pada umumnya menganggap bahwa pelajaran sejarah adalah pelajaran menghafal, karena terdapat beberapa fakta ataupun peristiwa yang dianggap penting. Namun, pada kenyataannya masih banyak siswa yang tidak menjadikan mata pelajaran sejarah (termasuk Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam) dipelajari secara optimal. Untuk itu, guru menjadi ujung tombak yang dapat menjadikan proses pembelajaran di kelas dengan menyenangkan dan diikuti secara komprehensif oleh siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis partisipasi belajar siswa  dalam mengemukaan pendapat, memberikan tanggapan, mengerjakan tugas, membuat kesimpulan, dan melakukan presentasi pada mata pelajaran SKI. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan angket. Analisis data dilakukan melalui chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara keseluruhan partisipasi belajar siswa di MTsN 2 Garut dalam mengemukakan pendapat, memberikan tanggapan, mengerjakan tugas, membuat kesimpulan, juga presentasi telah sesuai dengan indikator yang ditentukan. Partisipasi siswa lebih cenderung kepada membuat kesimpulan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan siswa seringkali diikutsertakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran terutama dalam kegiatan menarik kesimpulan, disamping itu menarik kesimpulan merupakan salah satu tujuan dari pembelajaran SKI.

The data collection technique used in this study was a survey technique in the form of a questionnaire using google forms. Descriptive test shows that students agree with the percentage of P1 83.3%, P2 80%, P3 80%, P4 90%, P5 90%, P6 83.3%, P7 76.7%, P8 86.7%, P9 83.3%, P10 80%, P11 83.3 %, P12 86.7%, P13 83.3%, P14 80%, P15 83.3%, P16 80%, P17 80%, P18 83.3%, P19 80%, P20 90%. The results of this study indicate that the majority of students agree that COVID-19 has an impact on the pencak silat lecture process, besides that there are also several obstacles experienced by students in the process of lecturing online pencak silat courses. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that CIVID-19 has an impact on the learning process of the STKIP PGRI Bangkalan pencak silat course

This descriptive qualitative research aimed to describe, explain, and analyzing about the impact of Lesson Study Reflection on teachers' ability in teaching English Language and to find out the impact of lesson study in the teaching and learning process in 8th B Class of SMP IT Insan Mulia Boarding School Prigsewu. The data collection technique uses questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis uses Interactive. The result of this research presented that Lesson Study improve the quality of the teaching-learning process, the students' enthusiasm in learning English improved step by step as the lesson goes on, and it affect students learning outcomes.

<p><em>Learning activities with the stortelling methood is a learning process that teachers try to develop children’s language skills. Storytelling can foste courage in children by continuing to provide stimulation from direct experience that involves children in learning activities, so it is necessary to prepare storytelling themes so that learning is more creative. The benefits of storytelling are that it helps children’s ability tio listen, children’s imagination power is trained, adds a sense of joy, children will be active and dare to appear in learning. Storytelling is one of the ways children communicate with their peers. The problem in this study is that the child has not paid attention to the words of others, has not been able to understand the contents of the reading that is told, the child has not retold the story that has been heard. This study aims to describe the implementation of language skills through the storytelling method for early childhood friends. Qualitative descriptive is the method used in this research. Data collection techniques using observations, interviews, documentation. The results of data analysis show the implemetation. The results of data analysis show the implementations of the storytelling method in improving children’s language, namely by making lesson plans that can make teaching, directing and educating and stimulating, motivating, by setting a good example to children so that they have languange skill and can increase children’s self-confidence</em></p>

<p>The study investigated some difficulties on the implementation of learning English through online learning due to Covid-19 pandemic on students from Islamic Family Law of IAIN Surakarta in the academic year of 2020/2021. The type of this research is qualitative descriptive. The data in this study are learning problems that occur in English language online learning activities. The data collection technique was carried out by documentation techniques and observations. Data analysis used in this research is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The study found that there are three main difficulties which hinder English language teaching and learning process namely: (1) student’s limited skills of English, (2) lack of teacher supervision and interactions during the learning process, and (3) inadequate learning facilities and internet networks for online learning. The right implementation of learning strategy, communication, patience, and consideration on students’ condition become the key factors to overcome all the problems during online learning in pandemic era.</p>

Lack of teacher strategies in improving the ability of students in the learning process. The application of the scientific approach as a new strategy that can be used by teachers in the learning process. This study aims to improve the ability of students and make students more active in seeking their own knowledge and skills through the application of a scientific approach at SDIT Irsyadul Ibad. This study uses a qualitative method with data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model. Data collection techniques include data reduction and presentation, as well as drawing conclusions. The data collection instruments are observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Based on the research that has been done, it shows that the teacher in the learning process in class 5A Tariq Bin Ziyad has applied a scientific approach which includes 5M activities of asking, observing, reasoning, gathering information and communicating. The implementation of the scientific approach makes students more active in learning, increasing self-confidence, asking questions and communicating. Produce students with character so that they are able to seek their own knowledge and skills.

The Impact

Gaining English language learning effectively has been discussed all years long. Similarly, Learners have various troubles outcomes in the learning process. Creating a joyful and comfortable situation must be considered by learners. Thus, the implementation of effective learning strategies is certainly necessary for English learners. This descriptive study has two purposes: first, to introduce the classification and characterization of learning strategies such as; memory, cognitive, metacognitive, compensation, social, and affective strategies that are used by learners in the classroom and second, it provides some questionnaires item based on Strategy of Inventory for Language Learning (SILL) version 5.0 that can be used to examine the frequency of students’ learning strategies in the learning process. The summary of this study explains and discusses the researchers’ point of view on the impact of learning outcomes by learning strategies used. Finally, utilizing appropriate learning strategies are certainly beneficial for both teachers and learners to achieve the learning target effectively.
