<p>ABSTRACT<br />This study aims to describe the influence of students' perceptions on teacher performance and motivation to<br />learn to write Indonesian at the private high school in East Jakarta. Motivation to learn is the impetus on<br />students in the form of hard work and efforts in order to achieve better learning achievement baik.Metode<br />used in this research is quantitative correlational research. Therefore, the researchers only disclose data<br />based on measurements of symptoms that already exist naturally in the respondents. This study deals with The Relation between the Discussion Empowerments of Teacher and Achievements Motivation on Teacher Performances in MTsn (Islamic Junior High School) 3 Simalungun. This study is conducted by using descriptive qualitative design which used the correlational research method. The results shows that there are three positives and significances of each variables. 1) There is relationship between MGMP empowerment and teacher performance. It means that the higher and positive the MGMP empowerment, the higher and positive the teacher's performance by providing an effective contribution of 13.82%. 2) There is also a positive and significant relationship between achievement motivation and teacher performance. It means that the higher and positive achievement motivation is the higher and positive the teacher's performance by making an effective contribution of 8.74%. 3) There is a positive and significant relationship together between MGMP empowerment and achievement motivation with teacher performance. It means that the higher and positive MGMP empowerment and achievement motivation, the higher and positive the teacher's performance by making an effective contribution of 22.60%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang kinerja guru dan kesiapan belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMA Hidayatullah Bontang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah 100 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data adalah nilai rapor untuk prestasi belajar dan skala untuk persepsi siswa tetang kinerja guru dan kesiapan belajar. Analisis data dengan uji analisis regresi berganda menggunakan bantuan program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 25.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara persepsi siswa tentang kinerja guru dan kesiapan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMA dengan nilai diperoleh F hitung > F tabel (11.059 > 3.09) dan nilai p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). Kontribusi pengaruh (R2) sebesar 0.323 (32.3 persen); (2)Terdapat pengaruh signifikan persepsi siswa tentang kinerja guru terhadap prestasi belajar dengan koefisien nilai beta = 0.496, t hitung > t tabel (3.176 > 1.984) dengan nilai p = 0.000, (p < 0.05); (3) ada pengaruh signifikan kesiapan belajar dengan prestasi belajar dengan koefisien nilai beta = 0.520, t hitung > t tabel (2.102 > 1.984) dan nilai p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). This study aims to determine the effect of student perceptions of teacher performance and student learning readiness on student achievement at Hidayatullah Bontang High School. The research uses a quantitative approach. The research subjects were 100 students who were selected using total sampling technique. Data collection methods are report cards for learning achievement and a scale for students' perceptions of teacher performance and learning readiness. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 25.0 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a significant effect between students' perceptions of teacher performance and learning readiness on high school students' learning achievement with the value obtained by F arithmetic > F tabel (11.059 > 3.09) and p value = 0.000 (p < 0.05) . The influence contribution (R2) is 0.323 (32.3 percent); (2) There is a significant effect of students' perceptions of teacher performance on learning achievement with a coefficient of beta = 0.496, t count > t tabel (3.176 > 1.984) with p value = 0.000, (p < 0.05); (3) there is a significant effect of learning readiness with learning achievement with a coefficient of beta = 0.520, t count > t tabel (2.102 > 1.984) and p value = 0.000 (p < 0.05).

Abstrak Bahasa Indonesia : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar Bahasa Indonesia materi memahami iklan baris pada siswa kelas IX D SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 melalui penerapan metode Problem Based Learning (PBL). Penelitian ini menggunakan bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 (dua) siklus, dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo dengan subjek penelitian seluruh siswa kelas IX D SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018  yang berjumlah 22 siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan tes. Analisis data dilakukan dengan 3 (tiga) tahapan meliputi: reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hipotesis menyatakan diduga melalui penerapan metode Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar Bahasa Indonesia materi memahami iklan baris pada siswa kelas IX D SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Dari data empirik menyatakan melalui penerapan metode Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar Bahasa Indonesia materi memahami iklan dari kondisi awal nilai rata-rata 70 dengan ketuntasan 54,54% ke kondisi akhir pada siklus II nilai rata-rata 85 dengan ketuntasan 86, 36% pada siswa kelas IX D SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui penerapan metode Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar Bahasa Indonesia materi memahami iklan baris pada siswa kelas IX D SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Kata Kunci: prestasi belajar, bahasa Indonesia, iklan baris, problem based learning (PBL)  Abstrak Bahasa Inggris : This study aims to improve the learning achievement of Indonesian material understanding of classified ads in grade IX students of SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo in the first semester of Lesson 2017/2018 through the implementation of Problem Based Learning (PBL) method. This study uses a classroom action research conducted in 2 (two) cycles, conducted in SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo with the subject of the study of all students of class IX D Junior High School 6 Sukoharjo first semester of 2017/2018 Lesson Year which amounted to 22 students. Research method using Classroom Action Research. Data collection is done through observation, documentation and test. Data analysis was done with 3 (three) stages including: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion or verification. Hypothesis states allegedly through the application of Problem Based Learning (PBL) method can improve learning achievement Indonesian language material understand classified ads on students of class IX D Junior High School 6 Sukoharjo first semester Lesson 2017/2018. From the empirical data states through the application of Problem Based Learning (PBL) method can improve learning achievement Indonesian material understand the ads from the initial condition of the average value of 70 with the completeness of 54.54% to the final condition in cycle II average value 85 with completeness 86 , 36% in grade IX students of SMP Negeri 6 Sukoharjo in the first semester of Lesson 2017/2018. So it can be concluded that through the application of Problem Based Learning (PBL) method can improve learning achievement Indonesian language comprehension material classified ads on students of class IX D Junior High School 6 Sukoharjo first semester Lesson 2017/2018.Keywords: learning achievement, Indonesian language, classified ads, problem based learning (PBL)

This study aims to study parental attention (X1), mastery of material as a requirement (X2) and jointly with parental attention (X1) and mastery of material related to the suitability of learning outcomes of students of SMAN 4 Kota Sorong (Y). This type of research is quantitative in the form of correlational research. Purposive sampling is a sampling technique used in this study. The results showed that parents' attention and mastery of material had a significant relationship to mathematics learning achievement of Sorong City 4 High School students, namely 63.8% and 47.6%. Together, parental attention and mastery of prerequisite material have a significant influence on mathematics learning achievement of SMAN 4 Sorong City students, amounting to 70.6%.

The ways, forms and content of education provided by parents to children will affect the growth and development and learning achievement of children, therefore parents should not be separated in fostering and developing all the potential of children in order to improve their children's learning achievement in the family environment by trying to create a good atmosphere and learning environment, which of course can affect learning achievement. In this study, the authors determined the population of students of class XII IPA and IPS Of Nurhasanah Medan Private High School who lived with parents as many as 38 people, the sample was determined as many as 30 people taken through random sampling techniques. To collect data, closed questionnaires are used, to obtain data on how parents educate and documentary studies to obtain student learning achievement.  Respondents' answers are given a value by giving a value weight for option a given a value of 4, for option b is given a value of 3, and for option c is given a value of 2, and for option d is given a value of 1. To find a correlation between the way parents educate and learning achievement is used pearson product moment formula as follows : To test a hypothesis with a significant level of 5% or by using a belief level of 95% used a table r (correlation table) with a sample number of 30 people which is 0.361.  Thus the result of the calculation obtained the value r = -0.24 cannot prove the hypothesis. The results of the conclusions in the study stated a negative relationship between the way parents educate and student learning achievement. So the author can conclude that the way parents educate good influences low on student learning achievement at Nurhasanah Medan Private High School.

This research is to study the competencies of teachers and student achievement. Data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data, with PNS teacher participants in the Makassar City Education and Culture Office, as for the sample of 183 teacher respondents. Analysis of the data used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Based on the research results obtained positive and significant competence on the performance of high school teachers in Makassar City, while the evaluation of competencies on student achievement has positive and not significant results on the learning achievement of high school students in Makassar City. Intervening variable test results obtained positive and significant assessment competence on student achievement in high school in Makassar through teacher performance, direct competency complaints against student learning achievement when teacher performance is significant on student learning achievement.

This paper aims to determine and analyze the impact of compensation, work environment, and organizational commitment towards job satisfaction on the performance of private high school teachers in the city of Makassar. The method used in this research is Descriptive Analysis method using path analysis regression. The population in this study were private high school teachers in the city of Makassar. The sample in this study was 88 teachers.  Data collection using a questionnaire, while for testing the hypothesis using a simultaneous test and partial test and Path Analysis. The results of this study indicated that first, compensation has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Second, the work environment has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Third, organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Fourth, compensation has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Fifth, the Work Environment has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Sixth, Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Seventh, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Eighth, Compensation affects the performance of teachers who are mediated by job satisfaction. Ninth, Work Environment affects teacher performances that mediated by job satisfaction. And Tenth, Organizational Commitment influences teacher performance through job satisfaction.

Each school has criteria or benchmarks used to determine the final results of the learning process that has been carried out. Student learning achievement is one input or output from the school. So great is the effect of learning achievement on schools and the environment that students need to develop themselves in achieving achievement. Students are expected to have motivation in learning and improve achievement for the advancement of themselves and their environment. Self-efficacy has a role in giving a confidence or confidence to students in carrying out the task and obtain the expected results. Confidence and confidence need to be instilled in students in order to develop their abilities and be responsible for the tasks assigned to them, and obtain results according to ability. This research, reveals a description of students' understanding in carrying out learning / academic assignments so as to prepare for the future and achieve the expected goals. The number of research subjects amounted to 162 people, as students of class XI Bekasi City Private High School. The results showed 98.8% of 162 students realized that success or success could be achieved with diligent effort, 95.7% of students tried to obtain achievements to achieve their goals, 98.8% of students tried to make the assignment given by the teacher can be completed on time, 85.8% of students have the confidence to complete the task and face difficulties in completing the task (80.2%). The level of self-understanding of Class XI High School Bekasi Private School students mostly acknowledges that success or success can be achieved with diligent effort, obtaining achievements that support the achievement of ideals, as well as having confidence in completing tasks while facing difficulties

This study aims to determine the increase in motivation and  achievement in learning English for eleven grader students of Science 3  Class,  State Senior High School 5 Magelang  using Problem-Based  Learning. The classroom action research method  used in this study  began at the pre-cycle , cycle 1, and cycle 2 stage. Pre-cycle stage  is used to obtain the initial data on the condition of the students before using problem based learning. While cycle 1 and cycle 2 learning were carried out with problem based learning. At each stage data collection is carried out for learning achievement  in both knowledge and skills and motivation to learn using test  and questionnaires. The results of the study has increased  the average learning motivation of 0.18 both in the pre-cycle to cycle 1 and cycle 1 to cycle 2. An increase in knowledge aspect competence  by 56% occurred in pre-cycle to cycle 1 and 20% in cycle 1 and cycle 2. For skill aspects there is an increase of an average of 1 both at the pre-cycle to cycle 1 and cycle 1 to cycle 2. It can be concluded that Problem Based Learning is able to increase students’ motivation and learning achievement.

Therefore,</span><span lang="IN">this study aims to describe the influence of mathematics teacher performance and principal managerial competence </span><span>on</span><span lang="IN"> student mathematics learning achievement. The approach in this study is a quantitative (survey). The population was all mathematics teachers and public high school students in Central Lombok, about 793</span><span lang="IN">people. Using the purposive sampling technique obtained a sample </span><span>of</span><span lang="IN"> this study were all mathematics teachers in one of the public high schools in Central Lombok, totaling 187 people. The instruments used were mathematics teacher performance and principals managerial competency questionnaires</span><span>,</span><span lang="IN"> and computer-based national exam tests to measure student mathematics learning achievement. Data analysis was performed using a regression test, namely the t-test </span><span>and </span><span lang="IN">the F-test</span><span>,</span><span lang="IN"> to see the effect </span><span>of </span><span lang="IN">mathematics teacher performance and principal managerial competence (individually and together). The results showed that mathematics teacher performance affected mathematics learning achievement with a t</span><span>-</span><span lang="IN">value of 16.295, and principal managerial competence affected mathematics learning achievement with a t</span><span>-</span><span lang="IN">value of 18.831. Furthermore, mathematics teacher performance and principal managerial competence influence student mathematics learning achievement of public senior high school students in Central Lombok with an F</span><span>-</span><span lang="IN">value of 211.482.</span><em></em></pre>
