Zakat, Infaq, Shodaqoh, and Waqf (ZISWAF) have great potential in Indonesia, especially the majority of Indonesian religious people according to the Ministry of Home Affairs (June 2021), amounting to 86.88% which is 236.53 million compared to 272.23 million. Based on the history when Umar Bin Abdul Aziz used ZISWAF, it was proven that ZISWAF was able to finance a country and its entire community. This research aims to provide solutions and the role of ZISWAF as one of the instruments of Sharia economy in dealing with the covid-19 pandemic. In this study, researchers used the Library Research approach method. From the data that has been mentioned that Indonesia will also advance not only on economic development and even able to make the people prosperous if ZISWAF is developed.

<p>The flow of golbalization which continues to experience development has changed the order of life of the people, which has made it increasingly lose our identity and the more fragile our spirit of diversity as a nation. Local wisdom is a characteristic of the nation that must be preserved. The integration of multicultural values based on local wisdom in historical learning in the era of a global perspective is how the role of a teacher in making students aware of tolerance, cooperation, love, respect, nationalism and so on, without leaving local wisdom values. exist in society. This study uses a qualitative method with a library research approach. The concept of silih asah, silih asih, silih asuh is a concept of harmony in Sundanese life. These three concepts are used as a philosophy of life that is adhered to by the majority of Sundanese people. Multicultural value education based on local wisdom from a global perspective, can be a means of cultivating and implementing good and correct character of the Indonesian nation by educating and teaching Sundanese local wisdom values (<em>silih asah, silih asih, silih asuh)</em>.</p>

The study in this manuscript discusses the impact on the educational equalization system of Pesantren Salafiyah and designs how Pesantren Salafiyah has always existed in the world of modern education. This research belongs to the type of qualitative study using the document analysis method. The form of data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The research approach method in this paper is library research. This study is divided into four methods, namely, the method of determining the subject, the form of the study, the method of data collection, and the method of data analysis. The result is the ability of Pesantren Salafiyah to make certain accommodations and concessions to find a pattern that they consider appropriate enough to face modernization and changes that are increasingly fast and have a broad impact without sacrificing the essence and other basic things in the existence of the pesantren, so that Pesantren Salafiyah still exists in the midst of the hustle and bustle of modernizing Islamic education

Sekida Village as a Creative Tourism Village is an embryo for the community's economic development. The Creative Tourism Village has provided a space for participation for the community through various activities. Thus, this study aims to determine forms of community participation in supporting the development of the Creative Tourism Village in Sekida Village. The research approach used is phenomenological with qualitative descriptive method. The research stages consisted of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis concluded that the largest form of community participation was manpower and expertise with a percentage of 82% and 72%, respectively. Based on their characteristics, the people who are dominant in contributing to supporting the development of the Creative Tourism Village through their participation are the older adults with an elementary education level.Keywords: Community Participation, Creative Tourism Village, Sekida Village.

<p>Global warming is a central issue, so it needs strategic steps for organizations or companies to find solutions because it threatens the future. This article aims to provide an overview of the importance of research on the role of green marketing and customer retention in improving business performance, using the factor of tacit entrepreneurial knowledge as a moderating variable. This research is qualitative, using a library research approach. The results obtained six preparations: First, the more effective the implementation of green marketing by the organization, the more it will improve customer retention patterns. The second proposition, the more effective green marketing is, the more business performance will be—the third proposition, the stronger the customer retention, the stronger the effect on improving organizational performance. The fourth proposition, the higher tacit knowledge about entrepreneurship possessed by organizations and individuals followed up intensively through interaction with customers, the customer resistance will increase, and the higher tacit knowledge owned by organizations and individuals in it, the more effective it will be. Green marketing. The fifth proposition, the higher the organization's tacit knowledge and the individuals in it, the higher the organizational performance will be.</p>

Syarikah al-abdan is a form of muamalah that can be applied today in improving the welfare of the people. However, in practice today, it seems that there are problems among Muslims in seeing and sorting out the practice of syarikah al-abdan which is following the Shari'a. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to describe the syarikah al-abdan scheme and its current contemporary application forms. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research approach with library research techniques and content analysis. The results of this study indicate that syarikah al-abdan is a form of business cooperation between two or more people preceded by mutual agreement in determining the results of the profits and/or wages between them. However, in its implementation, it is necessary to pay attention to the pillars and requirements of the syarikah al-abdan, and to consider the views of the majority of madhhab scholars and the Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI). In practice, this study describes the form of syarikah al-abdan in the profession of fisherman and tailor.

In economic development, transactions have become the routine of the people. Currently there are many transactions that are growing, one of which is Bitcoin. Bitcoin is one of the technologies of cryptocurreny which is then used. Bitcoin is a digital currency in the open source P2P payment network system. But the value of the Bitcoin body is not fixed, Bitcoin values often change over time. One of the causes of changing the value of Bitcoin is VGA. This role of VGA card to process Bitcoin encryption data because GPU (brain of VGA) has more core to process CPU, increase Bitcoin value and influence graphics card price. In this paper will rise the value of rising and falling value of Bitcoin which affects the price of the graphics card.Keyword: Bitcoin, Cryptocurrency, VGA, GPUAbstrakDalam perkembangan ekonomi, transaksi sudah menjadi rutinitas masyarat. Saat ini sudah banyak jenis transaksi yang berkembang, salah satunya adalah Bitcoin. Bitcoin merupakan salah satu teknologi dari cryptocurreny yang sering digunakan. Bitcoin adalah mata uang digital yang berada di dalam system jaringan pembayaran open source P2P. Namun nilai dari suatu Bitcoin tidak tetap, nilai Bitcoin sering berubah seiring berjalannya waktu. Salah satu penyebab berubahnya nilai dari Bitcoin adalah VGA. Peran VGA card ini untuk memproses enkripsi data Bitcoin karena GPU (otak dari VGA) mempunyai core yang lebih banyak untuk memproses instruksi dalam satu waktu dibandingkan CPU, sehingga naiknya nilai Bitcoin juga mempengaruhi harga kartu grafis. Dalam paper ini akan mengevaluasi perbandingan naik dan turunnya nilai Bitcoin yang mempengaruhi harga kartu grafis.Kata Kunci: Bitcoin, Cryptocurrency, VGA, GPU

This scientific article discusses the enforcement of environmental law in the field of coal mining and the strengthening of indigenous community institutions in Bungo Regency. The research approach method used in this scientific article is normative juridical and empirical juridical to be able to find the concept of enforcement of environmental law in the field of coal mining by examining the principles of mining law for the welfare of the community. The nature of environmental law should be able to prevent the occurrence of pollution and environmental damage and the existence of institutions of indigenous peoples in Bungo District has not functioned in the enforcement of environmental law in the field of coal mining business. Therefore the Bungo District government needs to strengthen the institutional of indigenous peoples so that it can function to enforce environmental law against coal mining to improve the welfare of the people in Bungo District.

AbstractLaw enforcement is an interesting issue to be studied because it deals with the implementation of applicable laws and regulations, enforcement of environmental law is closely related to all aspects of human life because the environment is a buffer of life on this earth. The formulation of the research that the researcher formulated is how to regulate the law enforcing environmental law enforcement in mining sector in kuningan Regency and Implementation of environmental law enforcement in mining sector in kuningan regency. The purpose of this study is to find out the legislation regulating the enforcement of environmental law in the mining sector in Kuningan Regency and To know? Implementation of environmental law enforcement in mining sector in Kuningan regency. The research approach method is empirical juridical. The result of the research is the Regional Regulation of Kuningan Regency Number 7 Year 2014 on the Management and Protection of the Regional Environment and Implementation of environmental law enforcement in mining sector in Kuningan Regency through the making of regulation related to environment and mining, law enforcement through repressive and persuasive Increasing the role of the community in accordance with the mandate of the law. Rumusan penelitian yang peneliti dirumuskan adalah Bagimana pengaturan perundang-undangan yang mengatur penegakan hukum lingkungan pada sektor pertambangan di Kabupaten Kuningan dan  Implementasi penegakan hukum lingkungan pada sektor pertambangan di Kabupaten Kuningan. Tujuan penelitian  ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaturan perundang-undangan yang mengatur penegakan hukum lingkungan pada sektor pertambangan di Kabupaten Kuningan dan Untuk mengetahui ? Implementasi penegakan hukum lingkungan pada sektor pertambangan di Kabupaten Kuningan. Metode pendekatan  penelitian adalah yuridis empiris. Hasil penelitian yaitu adanya Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Kuningan Nomor 7 Tahun 2014 tentang Pengelolaan dan Perlindungan Lingkungan Hidup Daerah dan Implementasi penegakan hukum lingkungan pada sektor pertambangan di Kabupaten Kuningan yaitu  melalui pembuatan peraturan perundangan yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan hidup dan pertambangan, penegakan hukum melalui represif dan persuasif serta peningkatan peran masyarakat sesuai dengan amanat peraturan perundangan. Kesimpulan penelitain ini adalah penegakan hukum pada sektor pertambangan dilakukan melalui pendekatan persuasif dan represif.Kata kunci : Implemetasi, Penegakan, Hukum, Lingkungan, Pertambangan.

ABSTRAK Tindak pidana korupsi di Indonesia sudah sangat meluas dan telah masuk sampai keseluruh lapisan masyarakat. Perkembangannya terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun, dalam jumlah kasus yang terjadi dan jumlah kerugian keuangan negara serta dari segi kualitas tindak pidana korupsi yang dilakukan semakin sistematis yang telah memasuki seluruh aspek kehidupan masyarakat. Dalam upaya pemberantasannya tidak lagi dapat dilakukan secara biasa, tetapi dituntut cara-cara yang luar biasa pula. Salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam pencegahan dan pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi yaitu dengan peran justice collaborator. Peran Justice Collaborator yaitu seseorang sebagai tersangka namun bukan pelaku utama dan dapat membongkar orang yang terlibat diatasnya sekalipun ia telah korupsi namun ia juga mendapat keringanan karena telah membantu dalam suatu proses pembongkaran fakta dan keadilan.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian observational research dengan cara Normatif yaitu metode penelitian kepustakaan yakni penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan cara mengkaji dan meneliti bahan-bahan pustaka berupa bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Sedangkan sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriftif, karena penulis bermaksud memberikan gambaran tentang permasalahan yang menjadi pokok penelitian. Analisis data disajikan secara deskriftif. Kemudian penulis menarik kesimpulan penelitian ini secara deduktif.Dari hasil penelitian Dapat disimpulkan Kedudukan Justice Collaborator Dalam Tindak Pidana Korupsi Dalam Sistem Peradilan Pidana Di Indonesia. Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Acara Pidana yang masih berlaku saat ini pada kenyataannya sama sekali belum memberikan ruang bagi seorang pelaku tindak pidana yang kemudian dijadikan sebagai seorang saksi, karena tidak adanya pengaturan mengenai mekanisme maupun bentuk-bentuk perlindungan serta pemberian reward kepada seorang saksi pelaku yang bekerjasama (Justice Collaborator). Perlindungan hukum terhadap Justice Collaborator dalam Undang-Undang Tindak Pidana Korupsi Indonesia diatur dalam ketentuan Pasal 31 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 31 tahun 1999 jo Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001.Kata kunci: korupsi; perkara pidana; perlindungan saksiABSTRACTCorruption in Indonesia has been very widespread and has entered into all levels of society. In an effort to eradicate it can no longer be done as usual, but demands extraordinary ways as well. One of the government's efforts in the prevention and eradication of corruption is the role of justice collaborator. The role of the Justice Collaborator is that a person is a suspect but is not the main actor and can dismantle the people involved above him even though he has been corrupt but he also gets relief because it has helped in a process of dismantling facts and justice.The type of research used is observationaresearch by Normative method, namely library research method, namely legal research conducted by studying and examining library materials in the form of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. While the nature of this study is descriptive, because the authors intend to provide an overview of the problems that are the subject of research. Data analysis is presented descriptive. Then the authors draw the conclusions of this study deductively.From the research results it can be concluded that the position of Justice Collaborator in Corruption in the Criminal Justice System in Indonesia. The Criminal Procedure Code that is still in effect today in fact does not provide space for a criminal offender who is then used as a witness, because there are no regulations regarding the mechanism or forms of protection and the provision of rewards to a witnesses whose perpetrators in collaboration (Justice Collaborator). The legal protection of Justice Collaborators in the Indonesian Corruption Act is regulated in the provisions of Article 31 paragraph (1) of Law Number 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law Number 20 of 2001.

This study aims to analyze the role of the Riyadhul Jannah Islamic Boarding School in community economic empowerment in Pacet Village, Mojokerto. This study uses a qualitative research approach to understand phenomena about what is experienced by research subjects, such as subjects, perceptions, motivations, actions, and so forth. The results showed that the Riyadhul Jannah Islamic boarding school had a role in community empowerment around the boarding school. The role of Islamic boarding schools is shown by the activities of the business units of PT. Rijan Dinamis Selaras which involve communities around the boarding schools so that the benefits can be felt directly by the people of Pacet Village and its surroundings.Keywords: Economic Empowerment, Islamic Business, Islamic Communities
