Plengkung Beach is one of the beaches in the Diamond Triangle line in Banyuwangi Regency. Plengkung Beach is dubbed “The Seven Giant Waves Wonder” by tourists. However, the potential development of Plengkung Beach has not been optimal because there are several problems such as the lack of media of promotions, limited modes of transportation, and visitor activities that tend to environmental pollutions. This study aims to formulate a marketing strategy for Plengkung Beach tourism based on the marketing aspects of 3P+4A (price, place, promotion, attraction, accessibility, amenity, and ancillary. This research is a descriptive qualitative study. The data were collected by survey and interviews with local government who were in charge of regional planning and tourism development as well as tourists who were selected randomly. The analysis method uses the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) matrix. The results of the BCG matrix analysis place Plengkung Beach in the Question Mark quadrant, that where tourism marketing (on the supply side) is well-executed, but not so with the tourist perceptions. Tourism marketing plans for improving visitors of Plengkung Beach were repairing the road, adding tourist attractions, providing tourism supporting facilities and infrastructure such as hotels and restaurants, and reducing transportation rental costs. Abstrak Pantai Plengkung adalah salah satu destinasi pariwisata di Kabupaten Banyuwangi yang termasuk dalam Triangle Diamond (Segitiga Berlian). Daya tarik utama Pantai Plengkung adalah ombaknya yang termasuk dalam The Seven Giant Wave Wonder karena bagus untuk olahraga selancar. Meski demikian, pengembangan potensi Pantai Plengkung belum maksimal karena terdapat beberapa permasalahan seperti minimnya media dan sarana promosi, keterbatasan moda transportasi, dan aktivitas pengunjung yang cenderung merusak alam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi pemasaran pariwisata Pantai Plengkung berdasarkan aspek-aspek pemasaran jasa pariwisata 3P+4A. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dan wawancara kepada instansi pemerintah terkait perencanaan pembangunan dan sektor pariwisata, dan wisatawan Pantai Plekung yang dipilih secara acak. Metode analisis menggunakan matrik Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Hasil analisis matrik BCG menempatkan Pantai Plengkung pada kuadran Tanda Tanya, artinya pemasaran pariwisata (sisi penawaran) sudah bagus dan menyeluruh tetapi belum sesuai dengan persepsi wisatawan. Upaya meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan dengan menerapkan strategi pemasaran pariwisata di Pantai Plengkung, yaitu dengan cara memperbaiki aksesibilitas jalan, penambahan daya tarik wisata, dan penyediaan sarana dan prasarana penunjang pariwisata seperti hotel dan restoran serta pengurangan biaya sewa kendaraan melalui sistem subsidi.

Baduy Tribe Village is one of the famous tourist destinations in the Lebak Regency. As a major tourist destination, the number of tourists visiting the Baduy Tribe Village is still far from expectations. That is because the tourism marketing strategy is still not optimal by the Regional Government of Lebak Regency. This research uses a qualitative method approach by utilizing the literature review and previous experience. One alternative strategy is through the creation of a Tourism Equation that utilizes tourist attractions visited by many tourists, such as Sawarna Beach tourism or other tourist attractions in other areas. The storefront of tourism can trigger public interest to further visit the Baduy Tribe Village. The results of this paper are expected to be used as an alternative that can be tried by the Regional Government of the Regency of Lebak to improve tourism development in the Regency of Lebak.

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the impact of Janti Flyover Construction toward the growth of layout at Janti Urban Area, including structured space, open space, and linkage. Method used for data collecting are observation, air photograph monitoring, and interview, whereas the analysis method is qualitative description, which is the superimposed method of two layers, that are the layout condition before and after flyover construction. The result shows that the impact of Janti Flyover construction can be seen on building mass (solid), the increasing number of open spaces, including the road network, parking place, and park, whereas the relation between spaces, visually and structurally, can be seen on the growth of buildings which have new shapes and styles, therefore the performance of the overall building does not have a proportional shape. Considering Janti Street at the collective relation, its role is getting stronger as the main frame road network.Keywords: Flyover construction, layout changing, Janti AreaAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembangunan Jalan Layang Janti terhadap perkembangan tata ruang Kawasan Janti, meliputi ruang terbangun, ruang terbuka, serta hubungan antar ruang (“linkage”). Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, pengamatan foto udara, dan wawancara; sedangkan metode analisis melalui deskripsi secara kualitatif yang berupa “superimposed method” dari dua lapisan kondisi lahan, yakni kondisi tata ruang sebelum dan sesudah pembangunan jalan layang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh pembangunan Jalan Layang Janti terdapat pada massa bangunan (“solid”), pertambahan ruang terbuka yang berupa jaringan jalan, parkir, dan taman; sedangkan pada hubungan antar ruang ̶ secara visual dan struktural ̶ yakni tumbuhnya bangunan dengan bentuk dan gaya baru, sehingga bentuk tampilan bangunan secara keseluruhan tidak proporsional. Pada hubungan kolektif, Jalan Janti semakin kuat perannya sebagai kerangka utama jaringan jalan.Kata kunci : Pembangunan jalan layang, tata ruang, Kawasan Janti

This study identifies the potential of tourism products in Sukajadi Village Bogor Regency based on ten (10) tourism components as well as its development strategy, which is currently included in the category of a newly developing tourist village. The results of this research are aggressive and serious development strategies in all aspects of the tourism component, namely increasing the quality and diversification of tourist attractions and activities, accessibility, improving the quality and quantity of tourism amenities, improving the quality of human resources & institutions, community support, land use, tourism industry cooperation, as well as marketing aspects. This research type is a descriptive qualitative with a case study exploratory approach. Primary data is obtained from direct observation and interviews with key informants, namely Pokdarwis and the Village Head, while secondary data is the result of literature studies and research documentation. The analysis technique of this research uses SWOT analysis and Matrix, analysis of the work program of the vision for tourism development of the Bogor Regency Government which refers to local government master plan for tourism development (RIPPARDA), and also analysis of the Cleanlines, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) guidelines.

Dendang Melayu Beach is a public beach that is being developed by the Batam City Government. Although various efforts have been made by the government to increase the number of visitors to this beach, it turns out that the number of visitors has not necessarily increased consistently but fluctuated up and down. Therefore, this research was carried out to further explore the behavior of visitors in the hope that it could become a material evaluation of the government in developing this tourist attraction. This study aims to examine the effect of consumer behavior on the selection of Dendang Melayu Beach tourist attractions. The respondents of this study were 100 tourists who visited the Batam Dendang Beach. The data analysis method used is inductive statistics using multiple linear regression. The results of this study are the four variables of consumer behavior namely cultural, social, personal and psychological factors partially positive and significant effect on the choice of tourist attractions.

Tourism is one of the activities carried out by humans that has a purpose as entertainment. Human who travel are referred to as tourist. West Sumatra Province is one of the regions with the best tourism is sea tourism and land tourism. Marine tourism consists of beach tourism, island tourism and lake tourism, while mainland tourism consists of tourist panorama, mountain tours, hill tours and others. However, only a portion of West Sumatra's tourist attractions are known to tourists, because of this information is obtained so that there are still many tourist attractions in West Sumatra unknown to tourists from outside the West Sumatra region. To overcome this problem, a system is needed that can be used to support the electoral decision-making process in West Sumatra. This system is built on the Web, using the PHP programming language and Laravel Framework and MySQL as a Database. The method used in this system is the Elimination of Et Choix Traduisant la Realite (ELECTRE). The use of Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la REalite (ELECTRE) can help provide information in West Sumatra, which is in accordance with the wishes of tourists according to the specified criteria. With the help of this system, the information obtained will make it easier for tourists to find tourist attractions.

PT. Garuda Maintenance Facility (GMF) is a member of Garuda Indonesia, which provides free ticket facilities every year for its permanent employees. However, most of its employees have problems in making tour package reservations due to the lack of knowledge of tourist attractions. The purpose of this research is to provide solutions for PT. GMF employees in making tour package reservations, and it can be the solution for Koperasi Karyawan Garuda Maintenance Facility AeroAsia Sejahtera (KopKar GMF AAS) business opportunities in tourism sector. This research is using the interview method, observation, and literature review to compile the research supporting data, whereas the analysis method and design is using object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD). The result of this research is a form of system design which provides convenience for the employees who are making tour package reservations, as well as a business solution for KopKar GMF AAS. PT. GMF employees as the user of the tour package reservations user, and KopKar GMF AAS as the admin (administrator) of the system. The analysis and the development of this tour package reservations system include four main processes, which are creating travel plan, booking the travel package, payment confirmation, and managing transactions.

In this work, the Bogoyavlenskii system (BS) and fractal BS are investigated by variational method for the first time. An efficient and simple scheme is proposed to seek their exact solitary wave solutions, which is called variational analysis method. The novel scheme requires only two steps, making it much attractive in practical applications, and a good result is obtained. This paper cleans up the road to the exact solitions, and it sheds a new light on the soliton theory. Finally, the physical properties of solitary wave solutions obtained are analyzed by some simulation figures.

You Pedestrians are one of the highest traffic accident objects. Several ways are used to reduce the number of accidents, among others by providing road crossing facilities, such as zebra cross and pedestrian bridge crossing. Unfortunately, the utilization of such facilities, especially pedestrian bridge crossing is still very less. This condition raises the need to identify efficiency use the pedestrian bridge crossing. The study location is a pedestrian bridge crossing in the road of Pangeran Antasari, Banjarmasin City. The studies method used are survey method and analysis method. The analysis shows that pedestrian percentage that doesn’t use pedestrian bridge crossing is very big, that is 87% at busy time and 88% at not busy time. The solution to increase the use of pedestrian bridge crossing is by install a curb railing fence on both sides of the road (about 200 m).
