The problem found in the research is that during the learning and teaching process in madrasas, the Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers have not involved students directly with the application of the digital Al-Qur'an, so students have not been trained in solving various learning problems. The unavailability of media that supports learning and teaching activities of Al-Qur'an Hadith in madrasas. This type of research is qualitative with a field research approach. Sources of data as informants are school principals and teachers of the Qur'an Hadith, data collection methods by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study found that the application of audio-visual media in Al-Quran Hadith subjects had been maximally applied in connection with the implementation of learning in the COVID-19 pandemic which required online learning and teaching activities. So, learning using audio-visual media is very appropriate to be applied in MTs. Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak. And the application of audio-visual media in improving the ability to understand the learning of the Qur'an and Hadith for class VII MTs students. Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak has been carried out well and there has been an increase since the beginning of the pre-meeting, namely the number of students who get a complete score, namely 29.7% of students who get a complete score in the field of study of the Qur'an and Hadith, at the first meeting it increases to 46% of students who complete in Al-Quran Hadith learning activities on the material to understand the short letter of the Qur'an. At the second meeting the level of completeness of students in learning the Qur'an Hadith was 78.3% of class VII MTs. Private Tarbiyah Waladiyah. In its development, madrasas experienced ups and downs in their development. The most basic problem is the management aspect. The following cases of management are interesting to note. There are schools or madrasas that initially experience setbacks, then can progress rapidly. On the other hand, there are schools or madrassas that initially developed, but then almost went out of business. One of the reasons is due to the management that is not mature enough, therefore personnel management in the world of education is very important especially in educational institutions especially Islamic-based educational institutions. This study aims to determine the application of personnel management in Islamic education institutions and supporting and inhibiting factors in its application. This research is a type of field research with a multi-case study research approach. Data collection methods used Participatory Observation and In-depth interviews. The steps of data analysis in this study use the analysis of the Miles and Huberman models. Based on the results of research in the field it was found that: 1) The implementation of personnel management in MA Darul Ihsan Samarinda and YPM Diponegoro Tenggarong Seberang High School which consisted of educators and education staff. There are several components of personnel management, including seven components that have different divisions and elements, namely planning, recruitment, coaching, dismissal, but there are three important components that have not been comprehensively applied, namely compensation, appointment and evaluation. 2) Supporting factors for the implementation of personnel management in MA Darul Ihsan Samarinda and YPM Diponegoro Tenggarong Seberang High School are the motivation given by the madrasa headmaster and headmaster to their personnel so that they always try to be better and give encouragement or enthusiasm in carrying out their tasks. Both vision, mission, goals because each institution must have a vision, mission and goals as well as MA Darul Ihsan Samarinda and YPM Diponegoro Tenggarong High School have a vision, mission and clear objectives, while the inhibiting factor in the implementation of personnel administration is a means of implementing administration in MA Darul Ihsan Samarinda and YPM Diponegoro Tenggarong Seberang High School due to the unavailability of sufficient funds and human resources in their fields.

AbstractThis study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the use of Camtasia-based audio visual media onstudents' mathematics learning outcomes in class XI Mathematical Logic Material of Muhammadiyah 5Vocational School in Asahan Regency 2016/2017 Academic Year. This type of research is quasiexperimental, which is the sample of the study there are 2 classes (class XI AP-1 and XI AP-2) taken incluster random.Then given a different treatment, the experimental class with the conventional Visual Assisted MediaLearning learning model and the control class with conventional methods. After the learning was completed,posttest was obtained with the results of the experimental class averages 78.7 and the control class 74.7.  AbstrakPokok permasalahan yang dibahas dalam skripsi ini adalah mengenai persepsi nasabah Islam terhadap tabungan kurban pada BPRS Niaga Madani Cabang Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif atau penelitian lapangan dengan jenis pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan empiris serta  sosiologis. Adapun sumber data dari penelitian ini mengenai biaya administrasi tabungan, jumlah nasabah, serta segala sesuatu yang berkaitan dengan tabungan kurban pada BPRS Niaga Madani. Kemudian metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Lalu teknikpengolahan data dan analisis data dilakukan dengan melalui tiga tahapan: Reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya salah satu produk tabungan kurban pada BPRS Niaga Madani Cabang Makassar yang tujuannya membantu meringankan masyarakat bagi yang ingin melaksanakan ibadah kurban setiap tahunnya. Tabungan kurban ini menerapkan sistem mudharobah, yaitu sistem bagi hasil, tabungan ini juga tidak mempunyai biaya administrasi sama sekali, bahkan nasabah pada tabungan ini memperoleh keuntungan dari sistem bagi hasil tersebut. Tabungan ini hanya bisa ditarik kembali dalam jangka waktu satu tahun yaitu satu minggu sebelum hari raya Idul Adha, atau hanya dapat ditarik kembali jika dalam keadaan mendesak (darurat). Selain itu, jumlah setoran yang dikeluarkan hanya Rp. 150.000,- perbulan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini sebaiknya pihak bank menambah atau meningkatkan kinerja pegawainya sehingga mampu menciptakan ide atau gagasan baru yang memungkinkan produk tabungan kurban ini lebih mudah dikenal oleh masyarakat luas merupakan hal yang penting, karena pada umumnya hanya bank tertentu saja yang memiliki produk tabungan tersebut.Kata Kunci: BPRS Niaga Madani, Nasabah, Persepsi, Tabungan Kurban.AbstractThe main problem discussed in this thesis is about the perception of Islamic customers towards sacrificial savings at BPRS Niaga Madani Makassar Branch. This research is a qualitative research or field research with the type of research approach used is an empirical and sociological approach. The sources of data from this study are the administrative costs of savings, the number of customers, and everything related to sacrificial savings at BPRS Niaga Madani. Then the data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data processing and data analysis techniques are carried out through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study indicate that the existence of a sacrificial savings product at BPRS Niaga Madani Makassar Branch whose purpose is to help ease the community for those who want to carry out qurban worship every year. This sacrificial saving applies a mudharabah system, namely a profit-sharing system, this savings also has no administrative costs at all, even customers in this savings benefit from the profit-sharing system. This savings can only be withdrawn within one year, namely one week before Eid al-Adha, or can only be withdrawn if it is in an emergency (emergency). In addition, the total deposit issued is only Rp. 150.000,- per month. The implication of this research is that the bank should add or improve the performance of its employees so that they are able to create new ideas or ideas that allow this sacrificial savings product to be more easily recognized by the wider community, which is important, because in general only certain banks have these savings products.Keywords: Customers, Madani Comercial BPRS, Perception, Sacrificial savings.

  Identification of the problems found at the research location, namely: 1. Students are less active in participating in Akidah Akhlak lessons in the form of active discussions, actively asking or answering questions, actively giving opinions regarding the implementation of learning and teaching activities carried out online or online. 2. Students lack interest in learning in the subjects of Akidah Akhlak so that students do not understand the material of student moral development. 3. Teachers in the field of Akidah Akhlak have not implemented innovative and creative learning strategies in classroom teaching activities so that students are not actively involved in learning activities. The type of research used in this research is Classroom Research (Elfanany, 2014) with a field approach (field research), namely the researcher tries to maximally reveal facts, qualitative research is carried out. natural and man-made phenomena (Moleong, 2010). The subjects in this study were the head of the Madrasah, teachers of Akidah Akhlak studies, school operational staff and students. The sources of data in the implementation of this research are the head of the Madrasa as the subject as well as the object of research and the teacher of Akidah Akhlak in MTs. Private Jam'iyah Tanjung Pura. Data analysis techniques: 1) observation, 2) interviews, and 3) documentation. Test the validity of the data in this study using a credibility test conducted by triangulation. The results of the study show: (1) Learning and teaching activities in the field of Akidah Akhlak study class VII private MTs Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura have been running effectively and efficiently. Although learning and teaching activities are carried out with strict attention to health protocols, learning is still carried out online (in the network) and offline (outside the network), (2) the example of teachers in the field of Akidah Akhlak studies has played a very important role in carrying out the learning system, especially in shaping character. student learning grade VII MTs. Private Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura, (3) The process of character building for grade VII students of Private Jam'iyah MTs Tanjung Pura has been running effectively and efficiently, as evidenced by the results of observations at the research location and the results of interviews with informants that the example of a teacher of Akidah Akhlak can shape character. student learning, especially in the field of study of Akidah Akhlak.

Guidance of adolescent before marriage is carried out by Islamic Religious Instructor, Head and KUA Head. Islamic religious leaders guide mosque adolescents, prayer rooms and teaching assembly through routine or weekly teaching activities. The headman and head of the KUA carry out coaching for the bride and groom before the marriage ceremony. The lack of funds received by the KUA resulted in the implementation of the bride and groom course which caused the implementation to be not carried out to all prospective brides and responded by the KUA of Semarang regency through the private coaching of the bride and groom who wanted to carry out the wedding. This research is a qualitative analytic research and is a type of field research. Primary data sources, namely data obtained from interviews with the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Semarang, KUA in all districts of Semarang, and participants in premarital sex education, and secondary data in the form of books on marriage. Data collection methods are done by interview, documentation, and observation.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a science learning outcomes in Operation Count Fraction In Problem Solving in Elementary School fourth grade Sumur 03, Subdistrict Cluwak, Pati. In the first semester of the school year 2016/2017 This research is a classroom action research to solve the problem of whether the approach CTL can improve student learning outcomes. PTK lasted until 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of (1) planning, (2) actions, (3) of observation, and (4) reflection. The fourth connection is regarded as one cycle. Collection and use of technical documentation, observation and testing, data collection tools such as document journal learning, observation sheets and test items. Data analysis using descriptive comparative by comparing baseline data of the first cycle and the second cycle data followed by reflection. The study of 18 students learning the standard minimum value of 65, which means that students who have reached a value above 65 otherwise been completed. Furthermore, students who achieve a value of less than or equal to 65 otherwise unresolved in learning and need to get improvements in learning. From the research results at the end of the lesson formative tests turned out of 18 students who achieve grades above completeness only 8 students, if diprosentase students who otherwise completed only 35%. So unresolved reached 65%. The conclusion of the research approach CTL can improve the quality of student learning outcomes of the Mathematics of Operations Troubleshooting Count Fraction in fourth grade elementary school Sumur 03, District Cluwak, Pati regency, through the medium of learning and teaching.

This study aims to determine how the influence of PAI teacher's personality on student learning outcomes in SMA 10 Bulukumba. The approach taken in this study is qualitative research using data collection methods through field research by means of observation and interviews. The data obtained is processed and analyzed through three channels, namely data reduction, data display (presentation) and data verification. The results of the study found that student learning outcomes themselves are influenced by several important factors and it is the responsibility of the teacher to make it happen like motivation, a motivation arises only if because there is a desire to succeed in learning, therefore the personality of a PAI teacher will greatly influence students in learning so that it can improve learning outcomes. Because the personality of a teacher, especially PAI teachers, has a direct and cumulative influence on life and learning habits of students. Students will absorb attitudes, reflect feelings, imitate behavior and cite the teacher's statements. Experience shows that problems related to motivation, discipline, social behavior, achievement and learning desire are derived from the teacher's personality

Abstract : Management, Learning Media, Learning Bilingual. The purposes of this study were to describe the characteristics of the application of bilingual instructional media on learning science. This research is qualitative research that is done at the fields (field research). This research used ethnography research approach characteristics. The source of data is used schools characters and overview of learning science data at SMA Batik 1 of Surakarta in drawn form, interview fieldnote, and schools document achievement. The informant in this research are the principal and teachers at SMA Batik 1 of Surakarta. The data is collected through observation, interview, and documentation. The data as analyze by using data reduction technique, data offered, and data verification/ conclusion taking. The test of data validity used credibility technique, transferability technique, dependability technique and confirmability technique. Conclusions of this research were characteristics of the implementation of bilingual instructional media on the learning of Science subject done through the preparation of learning, implementation of the learning, and evaluation of learning; Handling covers: motivate students, vocab provision to students with English, create a handbook of Science Subject with a bilingual, the use of varied teaching methods and IT-based media, and conduct the program G-SPOT On Line via radio, active students to ask the teacher of Science Subject, as well as to friends who are considered of capable, as well as doing private tutorial at foreign languages.

The influence of digital Al-quran-based Audio Visual Media on students' reasoning abilities in the concept of understanding and memorizing Al-quran verses by students of the Tarbiyah Waladiyah Island Many Private Tsanawiyah Madrasah is significant, namely the application of the model helps students to better understand the subject matter. 2). Improved reasoning skills of students on indicators of creative thinking, flexible thinking, original thinking, and detailed thinking after the application of Audio Visual Media to students of Tarbiyah Waladiyah Island Banyak Madrasah Tsanawiyah. 3). This study discusses the Influence Use of Audio Visual Media in Learning Dance Of Learning Outcomes In High School Student Class XI Darussalam aims to describe the field and know the effect of the use of audio-visual media to the learning outcomes of students in dancing Ranup Lampuan in SMA Darussalam Medan. To discuss the purpose of the study above, use the theories related to the topic of this research is the theory of learning, learning theory, dance, theory of learning outcomes and audio-visual media. Time used in this study is for 2 (two) months, namely in July 2016 to August 2016. The study site is a Private School High School Darussalam Medan is located on the street. Darussalam No. 26 ABC, Petisah Medan, Medan, North Sumatra. The population in this study were high school Darussalam Medan, while samples were students of class XI IPA SMA Darussalam Medan. Analysis of the data in this study using quantitative descriptive, namely data collection techniques by observation, library research, assessment questionnaires, and documentation. The results based on the data collected can be seen that the ability of the students in learning the dance Ranup Lampuan class XI SMA Darussalam Medan before and after using audio-visual media obtained by the average value of 65.10 and 76.95. From these data it can be seen an increase in the value of before use and after use audio-visual media. Learning Dance Ranup Lampuan using audio-visual media positive and significant impact on learning outcomes of students of class XI SMA Darussalam Medan. Keywords : Audio-visual
