This research aims to determine the effect of experiential marketing to consumer loyalty in Krian traditional market, Sidoarjo, Indonesia. The object of this research is the people who shop at the Krian traditional market. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method, namely the technique of determining the sample by considering certain criteria that have been determined in advance by the researcher. The sample was taken by as many as 100 respondents. The data analysis test used the F test, T test, and multiple linear regression methods with the PSS 21 tool. The results of this study indicate that experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty in Krian traditional market.

This study aims to determine the effect of e-servqual on e-satisfaction on mobile banking customers. The population in this study was all customers of BRI Syariah at State Islamic University sultan Syarif Kasim. The sampling method in this study uses non probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique where this technique takes samples with certain considerations. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression methods. The results showed the facts of the six e-servqual variables offered in this study, only the fulfillment, privacy, and responsiveness variables have a significant relationship. While the 3 other variables namely efficiency, reliability and contact do not have a significant influence on e-satisfaction customers of BRI Syariah mobile banking in UIN Suska Riau. These six e-servqual variables have an effect of 62.7% on the e-satisfaction variable while the remaining 37% are approved by other variables not included in this study.

Constumer satisfaction and loyalty is one indicator of marketing success. This study aimed to analyze the level of customer satisfaction and loyalty milk powder with high calcium by attributes attached to high calcium milk powder products. Milk powder used as the object of the research was Anlene milk powder and Hilo milk powder. Attributes used in the study are: brand, flavour, label, price, and promotion. Determination of the sample using multistage sampling technique. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that milk powder Anlene attributes that affect customer satisfaction is a flavor of (0,001), price (0,018), and promotion (0,023), while milk powder Hilo attributes that affect customer satisfaction is the brand (0,024) and the label (0,015). Anlene milk powder attributes that influence consumer loyalty is priced at 0,017, while the milk powder Hilo attributes that influence consumer loyalty is the brand of 0,021.

This study aims to determine the contribution of leadership behavior to teacher job loyalty. This research was conducted in private high schools throughout Cibungbulang District. The number of samples taken was 25 teachers, with a non-probability sampling method with a sampling technique, namely saturated samples. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there is a contribution between leadership behavior and teacher work loyalty. This shows that the stronger the influence of leadership behavior, the higher the job loyalty generated by the teacher. Therefore, to foster job loyalty to teachers, a leader is expected to further improve leadership behavior in order to increase teacher job loyalty. Keywords: .

This study aims to prove simultaneously and partially customer loyalty in terms of store atmosphere, convenience and trust in J&T Express Surakarta. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population is all J&T Express Surakarta service users. The number of samples used according to Sugiyono's guidelines, amounting to 100 respondents, the sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is that store atmosphere, convenience and trust have a significant effect on consumer loyalty of J&T Express Surakarta. Keywords : Store Atmosphere, Convenience, Trust.

This study discusses how the influence of training and work environment on employee performance at PT Marindo Makmur Usahajaya Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine the effect of training, work environment on employee performance. The sampling technique in this study used the Non Probability Sampling method. Respondents in this study were 83 employees. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression test, with SPSS v.18 software as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that training variables and work environment variables partially and simultaneously have an effect on employee performance.

Accounting fraud is an action due to the desire or encouragement to use the opportunity so as to manipulate accounting of financial statements, corruption or misappropriation of assets. Research aims to determine the influence of individual morality, organizational commitment and conformity of compensation on accounting fraud in the LPD of Mengwi sub-district. The sampling method is using the purposive sampling technique. The data collection method is permormed using questionnaires and questionnaires returned are 194 questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the tests, individual morality, organizational commitment and compensation conformity have negative affect on accounting fraud. Firm value in investor’s perspective is the reflection of company’s prospects. One form of firm value is the change in the market price of a company’s stock. This research aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of profitability, leverage, and bonus shares on firm value. This research was conducted on companies in all sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2000-2016. The sample selection used purposive sampling technique with non probability sampling method. The population of this research consisted of 37 companies and the number of samples obtained 35 observations. The data in this study was analyzed using the multiple linear regression methods. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that profitability has a negative effect on firm value. Leverage has a positive effect on firm value, and bonus shares do not affect firm value. Keywords: Profitability, Leverage, Bonus Shares, and Firm Value

The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence of controlling, organization commitment, and work discipline on the employee performance of Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Dharmasraya. The data analysis is done by using validity test, reliability, classical assumption, multiple linear regression, F test and t test. Sampling technique by used total sampling method. The test is conducted in order to determine the effect of variables on the bound variables. Based on the results of this study found that controlling, organization climate, and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on employee performance of employees of Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Dharmasraya.

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of product quality, location and price on purchasing decisions at Kinol Bistro N 'Poll Cafe in Padang City. The population in this study were all consumers who made purchases at the Kinol Bistro N ’Poll cafe in Padang City totaling 2,446. while the number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method, namely by taking samples based on certain criteria. Data analysis techniques used to test hypotheses are multiple linear regression, and statistical T test. The results showed that the variables of product quality, price and location had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Kinol Bistro N 'Poll Cafe in Padang City.
